Claudia x Undertaker is one of my jams, and honestly, it seems where it's going given the hints that we have. Yana has said before that the girl's resemble their father's and the boys their mothers. Ciel and Lizzie respectively show this, since OCiel may have Vincent's hair and beauty, he also has, as Aunt Ann said, Rachel's eyes. And it's true for Lizzie as she resembles her father, in looks and somewhat personality (He trusts RCiel it seems, while Francis seems to be hesitating). With this in mind, if you look at Aunt Francis, she looks very much like Undertaker, down to the damn hair and eye color. Where as Vincent most likely looked like his mother, we know they shared the same hair as well.

I'm hoping to bring it up again later in the story with Undertaker talking to certain characters. Though how much is going to depend on where and when it will fit in. I want to, at some point, write a fanfic about the two of them as a couple, but I'm not sure of the plot.

I love the two of them as a couple and honestly I'm hoping to get more details at some point of them in the manga.

Hi neighbour!

The aftermath of pride, as promised! It's a long story, so be warned!

I wasn't able to go to any of the earlier celebrations because I got sick :(, but I was well enough to go to the actual parade, and I was also able to make an outfit for it (artistic recreation linked at the end). Day of, I ended up going with my mam and sibling, and it was a little bit of a rush in the morning because:

1. My mam only decided to go last second (and also to drag sibling in),

2. It was raining,

3. And we had to get a bus.

Luckily, after missing the first bus, we were able to get the next one, and we got in about 10 minutes after the parade started.

It. Was. Amazing! There was so much colour and vibrancy and life from everyone, in spite of the (lashing, mind you) rain. People were so friendly as well! There were groups from mental health services, there were groups protesting the treatment of trans people in healthcare, there were support groups, youth groups, clubs, scouts, performers, people showing their support for Palestine and Ukraine, a mobile library, and so much I ended up missing!

At the end of the parade was "Pride Village" (which my mam found a hilarious name), where a bunch of the services marching had stalls, there was a shop, a quiet area for the nd folk who needed some peace and quiet (though I'm pretty sure it was just called that and they let next to anybody who needed it in), an area for all the Pride sponsors to show off (also the only sheltered spots, which made them very popular), a couple of food stalls (options, if I'm remembering correctly were standard fries/burgers/hotdogs, coffee/tea, some kind of Korean fry, a random assortment of food from Just Eat, rice bowls (I had these, they were sooo good), and a few other things that are escaping me right now), and the stage with a DJ and Sign Language Interpreter.

The first show was done by a drag queen whose name I could not find anywhere, and she sang several songs until she was interrupted by Palestine protesters who, in fairness to them, made some very valid points about the companies funding Pride this year. But their speech felt a little disrespectful to all the people who came to pride protesting for Palestine, as if it was written with the assumption that there wouldn't be so many people showing solidarity.

They were allowed to make their point, though, and the next person on was able to handle the topic and shift in tone with so much grace and respect. I was really impressed by it!

After that, a choir came on to sing. We were able to stick around to listen to one song (it was ABBA, so we had to) but it was still raining and we had a confusing journey home with how all the buses (which suck here regardless) had been diverted for the parade and the Taylor Swift concert traffic, so we ended up getting food and heading.

Even as we were leaving, we were still seeing people dressed up brightly and enjoying themselves and it was just so heart-warming.

In terms of outfits, I was able to get my makeup done the way I wanted to and it lasted the entire day as well, even with the rain! My mam let me do hers since I was still on the high, and that turned out well too (even by her standards). I had my nails painted to match, and here's the link to my outfit!

"cari can read" is another fun youtuber but she really likes fantasy and romance though especially kinda silly ones you don't take too seriously if you want to continue there though (figured a few different genre options might help but no worries if these aren't your vibe hope you find something fun to read soon !)

Omg what can i say? I'm so glad you took your time on this, it was definitely worth the wait.

Marvin and his teases were diabolical, i love how you wrote his villainous side, ironic how he had both heroes and dark, essentially the leader of the manor. His comebacks made me wanna curl up in my bed and scream. I love the call back to the tickle pollen and i really hope there is more planned, though i know it may be limited to what can be done. But that's the thing with limitations is it exercises creativity! I love the fact that with the right techniques, infusing the pollen into food makes it so an area is focused rather than all over.

Dark, omg i love how you wrote dark in this. His sweet kindness mixed with his gruff grumpiness is perfect. I love how you make it seem that he genuinely does care for the egos and sees them more than just pawns in his game. And i especially adore his interactions with Silver, treating him almost like a son and how well their platonic chemistry is with training. I love how despite him being hysterical he's still somewhat composed (pressing his head against the table while the others are on the floor)

Silver, my sweet baby, my boy. Poor guy has been a victim of the pollen twice in the same manner. I love how motivated by sweets he is, another call back to whenever training he mentions sweets or food afterwards. I love how he's adored and yet not infantalized like how most people treat a sweet character. I love how marvin calls him best friend since he was adopted into the poly like yancy.

Secondly i love the details on how their favorite foods represent them in a way. Dark having a high class steak and being very fancy since that's how he is. And silver enjoying some noodles, a healthy and delightful safe food that warms you up inside that also can show off some playful charm. A comfort food that just makes you feel at home.

Regulus’ heart was beating like a hummingbird’s as he raised his hand and knocked on the door to his brother's room. 

“What do you want?”

Sirius no doubt knew it was him. Their parents never knocked.

Regulus opened the door, struggling to control his breathing. “Uhm… Sirius?”

Sirius was sitting on his bed, laptop in front of him. He rolled his eyes when Regulus entered. 

“Hang on, guys,” he said to the computer screen. Regulus recognized the faces on the screen as Sirius’ friends: James, Remus, and Peter. He took out his headphones and finally looked at Regulus. “This better be important.”

“It is!” Regulus said. It was important. If Sirius knew how much courage it had taken to come in there in the first place, a kind of courage he likely wouldn’t be able to muster again, he would understand the importance. “Please, there’s something I need to tell you.” 

Sirius sighed, turning towards his computer again. For a moment, Regulus thought he was being given the cold shoulder, but then Sirius said to his friends: “Gotta go.”

He hung up and closed the computer, then looked back at Regulus, eyes softening as he noticed how nervous he was. “Everything alright, Reg?” he asked.

“Yeah,” Regulus answered in a shaky voice. Why was he so nervous? Surely, he didn’t have to worry about Sirius not accepting him, when Sirius himself understood what it was like to be… different. 

Sirius himself hadn’t gotten the luxury of coming out on his own terms. Regulus had found out about him and Remus last summer, despite Sirius’ attempts at hiding their relationship. At first, it had been difficult to look at his brother the same: Their parents’ bigoted views had gotten to him, however much he tried to deny it. But over the course of the year, he’d gotten so much better, and then… Well, he’d started to realize he wasn’t “normal”, as their parents put it, either. 

He’d thought he was gay at first. It was the only other option he knew and if he didn’t fancy girls, he had to be gay right? He’d ignored the fact that he didn’t fancy guys either, constantly telling himself that it would come eventually. But then he’d discovered the term “Aromantic”, and everything had made sense. 

“Come on, Reg,” Sirius said, gesturing for him to sit down on the bed. “Tell me what’s up.”

Regulus sat next to him. He wasn’t scared to tell Sirius anymore. He was ready. “I'm asexual,” he told him. “And aromantic.” 

The blank look in Sirius’ eyes was hard to read. “Sorry, what’s that?” he asked after a moment. 

“Well,” Regulus said. “You like boys. Some people like girls, and some again like both…”

“Very well observed, Reg.”

“And I,” Regulus told him. “I don’t like anyone. At least not in that way.”

Sirius stared for a moment, then he shook his head. “That’s not a thing,” he said. “You can’t just not like anyone.”

“No, it is a real-”

“Maybe you’re gay,” Sirius interrupted him. “Trust me, at first I was confused, too, as to why I didn’t like girls.” 

Regulus wanted to cry. His own brother didn’t believe him. “I’m not gay,” he said. 

“There’s nothing wrong with being gay!”

“That’s not what I’m saying!” 

Sirius was taken aback by the sudden raise of Regulus’ voice. He’d tried to hold the tears back but there they were, pooling up in his eyes and slowly rolling down his cheeks. 

He managed to catch Sirius’ shocked expression before turning around to leave. Before he shut the door, he briefly turned around to look at Sirius. “I thought you of all people would understand.”

Sirius looked at the text from Remus, thinking about a good response.

Sirius: Dw I’m fine. Just had a bit of an argument with Reg

He bit down on his lower lip. To call it an argument wasn’t entirely fair. He quickly added another message:

Sirius: I think i might have fucked up

My love <3: how so?

Sirius: Well, it’s kinda hard to explain in text. Can I call you?

My love <3: ofc

Remus picked up after the second ring. “Hey,” he said. “What’s going on?”

Sirius hesitated, before asking: “Have you heard the word “aromantic” before?”

“Yeah, why?”

“Well,” Sirius mumbled. “Reg told me he was aromantic. And... asexual? But… That’s not a real thing, is it?” he asked.

“Yes, Sirius, it is a real thing.”

Oh… “Shit,” he whispered, the image of Regulus running out of his room with tears in his eyes playing in his head again. “I definitely fucked up.”

“You told Regulus it wasn’t real?” Remus asked. 

Sirius sighed, rubbing his eyes. “I… Yeah.” He wanted to try and defend himself but did he really deserve that? “I’m a terrible brother,” he mumbled.

“Well, it was definitely not okay for you to invalidate his identity like that,” Remus said. “But it doesn’t make you a terrible brother. I know how much you care about him, Sirius. You just need to make it up to him and, most importantly, let him know you support him.”

Sirius nodded. “Right,” he said. “Yeah, you’re right, babe. I need to do that.”

The music from Regulus’ headphones was so loud he barely heard the knock on his door. He paused the music and sat up in bed, unsure if he’d really heard anything. 

He heard the next set of knocks quite clearly, though, and his brother’s voice which followed them. “Hey, can I come in?” 

Regulus thought back to his conversation with Sirius yesterday. That’s not a thing. You can’t just not like anyone.

“No,” he answered. “Leave me alone.”

“Reg, please,” Sirius said. “I have something for you!”

“Go away.”

There was a pause, and Regulus thought Sirius might’ve left, but after a while he said: “I’ll just slide it under the door, then.”

Regulus turned on his music again and turned away from the door, but he still saw the piece of paper sliding through the small space underneath the door. He didn’t care. Whatever it was, he didn’t want it.

The song ended and a new one began, the loud bass drowning out the world. But it couldn’t silence his curiosity…

He glared at the piece of paper on the floor, before finally giving in and picking it up. 

His heart caught in his throat. It looked like a handmade card of sorts. In the middle, Sirius had drawn a heart, one side in the colours of the asexual flag, the other coloured like the aromantic one. Above the heart he’d written, in pretty cursive letters: “Sorry,” and underneath: “I was a dick.” The “was” has been scratched out and replaced with “am”.  

Regulus teared up, but this time they were tears of joy, as he rushed out the door. He almost collided with Sirius, who was still standing in the hallway. He glanced nervously at Regulus.

“I know this doesn’t make things right,” Sirius said. “But… I hope it counts for something.”

Regulus nodded, looking down at the card still clutched in his hands. It was clear that a lot of effort had been put into it.

Sirius put his hand on Regulus’ shoulder and he looked back up at him. There was a sincere look in his eyes, something Regulus had never seen from him before.

“I’m sorry I was so ignorant, and so quick to judge,” Sirius said. “That’s exactly how people treat me for my sexuality, so… I really should’ve known better. I’m sorry.”

Regulus bit down on his lower lip. He wasn’t going to cry in front of his brother again; it was embarrassing enough the first time. 

“I just want you to know,” Sirius said, “That you have my full support, Reg. I… Yesterday, after our conversation, I spent hours doing research and I found out some really interesting things. Did you know sexuality is a whole spectrum?” His eyes glistened with excitement. “Like, asexuality and aromanticism are even spectrums of themselves! Isn’t that cool?”

Regulus couldn’t help but grin. He was having trouble concealing his own excitement. “Yeah,” he said. “That’s cool, Sirius.”

Before he even realized what was happening, Sirius pulled him into a hug. A real, warm, brotherly hug. Regulus couldn’t remember ever being hugged like that before. He didn’t quite know how to feel about it.

“Y’know,” he said, arms hanging awkwardly in the air as he wasn’t sure where to put them. “I really appreciate your support, but this is kinda weird. We never hug.” 

That only made Sirius hug him tighter. “We do now,” he said. “C’mon, just roll with it, you’re ruining the moment.

Slowly, Regulus returned the hug. It actually, strangely, felt… Good? “Thank you,” he mumbled, feeling safer and more loved than he remembered ever feeling before. 

Sirius chuckled. “We should do this more often.”

Wonwoo is falling HARD! Is so cute the way he always have to refrain himself and remind himself that they are only friends, and how his friends support him and want to see him happy, even Seungkwan with his extraness, kept it low so he wouldn't be uncomfy.

And the OC, NGL, as a chubby girl myself I know how it is to not expect to no one to look at us "thar way". But I'm glad that you don't portrait her as a overly insecure, introverted and kind of depressing as I see in A LOT of fics out there, because even when you aren't one hundred percent comfortable with your looks you can dress up in a cute way and have a bubbly and bright personality and be a amazing friends and being a happy person I general. This is what makes me enjoy this story so much, she is such a relatable character.

Kinda hoping to Junghoon see the way Wonwoo look at her and mostly important make her believe that she can be likable and loved just the way she deserves.

yeyeye!!! i get that entirely!! i think its very important to me that mc isn't defined by being a chubby woman? shes insecure sometimes but not entirely because of her body, y'know? like deadass part of it is "i feel inferior bc of my body" but its also "jiyoung is rly smart and a lot more fun and lovely, who wouldn't be in love w her tbh?" since i think insecurity can really come from anywhere. for me it'll always have a little "no ones going to look at me bc of my body type" but i do get tired of reading insecure chubby readers who think no ones going to look twice at them. like, yes it does happen--but it doesnt help to keep reading it over and over, if that makes sense?

ultimately: im a chubby girl. i do not constantly think abt my weight like some fics seem to push, if that makes sense? it's important to me to not constantly harp on "your round stomach" and whatnot because that's not what defines me and it's not how i think about myself. its usually me going "i am squishy and soft hehe >:3" to my friends on my good days hehe so mc/the oc typically tends to not like... focus in on her own body like that.

but im glad sunny is relatable hehe shes honestly the person i wish i could be sometimes tbh! also i wanna dress like her SO bad in general. give ME the pretty dresses n cute clothes... and also the wonwoo but hes optional

without getting to into it, i sort of have plans for another fic where the chubby (fem) reader Does sorta get insecure n a little depressed buts like... directly due to the plot going on lol like i said!!! it happens but it gets kinda tiring to Only read that kind of chubby reader fic :(

without spoiling anything... i think it's important to know that even if junghoon sees it (which, after that study group scene, he definitely does), it's not going to make a difference for whether mc fully acknowledges it. she's got her heart set on setting wonwoo up with jiyoung sooner or later. it's def gonna have to be something she realizes on her own. hoony will be there for her, though. for better and for worse.
