Ahsoka: My master was a genius
And his wife commanded respect
When they died they left no instructions
Just a legacy to protect
Death doesn't discriminate
Between the sinners and the saints
It takes and it takes and it takes
And we keep living anyway
We rise and we fall and we break
And we make our mistakes
And if there's a reason I'm still alive
When everyone who loves me has died
I'm willing to wait for it
I'm willing to wait for it😢🎶

my brother is also a sw fan and on our plane ride today he watched the first three episodes of ahsoka and when i asked him what he thought he said “…i liked it, but it was a lot of women being moody with each other, i felt like i was intruding.”

Is water wet?
This is a question that deeply frustrates me because it all boils down to people misunderstanding the use of a single describing word. Water is indeed not inherently wet, but that doesn't mean that saying that water is wet is inherently wrong either. The definitions that Google gives for wet exemplify that when something is made wet it is done so by a surface and a liquid touching. The liquid touching something has caused the surface of the object that it is touching to BE wet. Liquids (for the most part) make things wet. Wet is the texture that liquids provide. When we say that a liquid is wet, we are describing the texture the liquid is providing the surface. Just like how we say that a blanket is fuzzy, we are describing how WE are experiencing what we are touching. And just like how we say that water is wet, we are describing how WE are experiencing the texture that water is providing us. The water isn't INHERENTLY wet, just like the blanket isn't INHERENTLY fuzzy. It is just how we describe our interactions with those things. This is why it deeply frustrates me that this is even a debate that people argue over. Those that say that water isn't wet are arguing that water isn't inherently wet and are ignoring the fact people use it as a description of texture, and those that claim water is wet are only arguing based off of their experiences with the texture of water and don't understand what the hell they're having to argue about it for.

Neurotypicals: Think Autistic people are exceptionally literal.
Autistics: Describe their experiences using phrases like:
My brain feels like it’s filled with cotton laced with barbed wire, it’s not safe for me to make decisions right now.
I’m entering a Wait Mode until we leave.
Just looking at that rotten food makes my skin feel slimy.
Neurotypicals: Assume the Autistics are using metaphorical language to exaggerate common experiences.
