I find it hilarious that if you believe the idea Zarc creates new cards for his Fragments mid duel (The Pendulum cards, The Upgraded form of the dimensional dragons, Odd Eyes Rebellion and Raging Dragon, etc) then that means he created Performapal/Entermate Gatlinghoul.
And there's something hilarious that his idea for a non Dimensional Dragon monster is just a guy with a Gatling gun.
Zarc, when Yuya enters Berserk Mode against Leo:"Ok, this time I want to try something new other than a Dragon, what card could I create that fits the theme of this fragment of mine deck? It's based on a circus so..."
*Summons Gatlinghoul*
Zarc:"Fuck it! A goblin using a Gatling gun! I made the card so it's whatever the fuck I want, who's gonna stop me? Certainly not the bald asshole"
I can't wait for Predaplant Rocket Launcher, Speedroid AK-47 and Phantom Knight Magnum.

Fallout Tactics: The Brotherhood of Steel
Fallout 1 and 2 are two of the games that made the wide open sandbox a thing. But, like every other game that does this, they allow you to do many things, but none of them very well. But, of all of them, Fallout 1 and 2 allow you to do them better than pretty much any other. And Fallout was released in 1997.
One of the things that Fallout did terribly was companions. Not in personality, but in gameplay. That and the hex grid. You cannot have your companions carry anything for you. You give it to them, and if you want it back, you have to steal it. Any people would literally take up the Steal skill for the primary reason of "robbing" their companions. If you give them something, it's theirs now, and you have zero control over them.
One of the companions, as short lived as your time together was, had an AI that had him run behind you, and shoot his submachine gun through you at the enemy.
The other big problem is that the Brotherhood of Steel were failing at their primary mandate. The point of the Brotherhood of Steel was to help society rebuild, and in 1 and 2, all they do is hoard their technology.
And the answer to this is Fallout Tactics: The Brotherhood of Steel.
The controversial game, because it limits your focus, but fantastically improves your combat abilities. It also introduces an active time turn based system better than any other I've ever seen. And Tactics was released in 2001. This is before we actually had twin-stick shooters.
Now, don't get me wrong, there were a LOT of problems with the game, the problems were with the limitations of the hardware. And the hex grid.
This is because 99% of the game uses the Fallout 1/2 engine. For those who didn't play any of the first 3, your three upgraded skills provide you 2% for every point put into it instead of 1%. Later games added a flat bonus. Come early-mid game, the old system would have provided significantly more benefits, as it frees up skill points to use elsewhere.
And for those that didn't play the original 3, every weapon had multiple fire options. Weapons are:
Single-Shot: Weapons that require something other than pulling the trigger. These weapons have no burst mode.
Repetition: Weapons that only require you to pull the trigger. These have a double/triple tap.
Automatic: You can only attack on automatic.
Select-Fire: You can attack with a single shot, or an automatic burst.
Every single other attack can also make a called shot. You get an accuracy penalty for a bonus effect. The way accuracy works in Fallout is that effectively you have only have 99% accuracy, but any increase passed 99% compensates for any accuracy penalties. This means that late game, you can make a headshot with every shot with 99% accuracy, in the dark, against a prone opponent.
This is also what makes Assault Rifles so powerful. Assault Rifles are plentiful, (AK-47's are literally your main currency, as the Brotherhood uses Script, while everyone else uses Ringpulls). Ammunition is plentiful. At low-level missed shots won't kill you, while at high level, automatic bursts can rip through enemies.
In Tactics, you control your 6-man team, and I do mean control. You can set them to standing/crouching/prone, you can have them stealth, you can have them move where you want, you can have them ACTUALLY HEAL someone. You control the level up for your team.
The Brotherhood of Steel had an internal debate. They had a faction that... actually wanted to rebuild society. They were expelled, nominally on a scouting mission, but in truth on a get-the-fuck-out-of-here mission. Over the rockies. The airship crashes, leaving this Brotherhood stranded. They now have no choice, they have to make deals with the local tribes. You give us men and food, and we give you an incredibly well trained and equipped armour to protect you.
You play one of the new tribal recruits. The others are tribal recruits, but, depending on your decisions, can include Ghouls, Super Mutants, Robots, and even Deathclaws. And you control the development of each and every one.
And as I said, the game includes a real-time-ish turn-based mode. In turn-based, Agility determines how many Ability Points you regenerate every turn. In real-time(ish) this determines how quickly they regenerate. You can set your team members to automatically watch an arc, attacking anyone that walks through it.
It included everything I wanted in Fallout. Including tanks.
The problem is that people liked the bumbling-around-the-wasteland with shitty companion AI Fallout.
To this day, it is one of the best Tactics games every created. One of the two games that made Tactics a genre.

So who the heck is Gibbons? Never heard of him before sorry
Tumblr media
He's that fella up there. So sorry for the bad quality, it's the only image I can find of him in the game. Basically he offers you [Otis] two AK-47s as an upgrade to two pistols you start with, as long as you get him candy from the store. Literally nothing is really known about him, but it leaves room for creativity 💃

North Hollywood Bank Shootout_February 28, 1997
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Hollywood_shootout#Aftermath
Standard-issue sidearms carried by most local patrol officers at the time were 9mm pistols or .38 Special revolvers; some patrol cars were also equipped with a 12-gauge shotgun. Phillips and Mătăsăreanu carried Norinco Type 56 rifles (a Chinese AK-47 variant) and a Bushmaster XM-15 Dissipator with a 100-round drum magazine, both of which had been illegally modified to be select-fire capable, as well as a Heckler & Koch HK91 rifle and a Beretta 92FS pistol. The robbers wore homemade body armor which successfully protected them from handgun rounds and shotgun pellets fired by the responding officers. An LAPD Metropolitan Division SWAT team eventually arrived with higher-caliber weapons, but they had little effect on the heavy body armor used by the two perpetrators. The SWAT team also commandeered an armored car to evacuate the wounded. Several officers additionally equipped themselves with rifles from a nearby firearms dealer. The incident sparked debate on the need for patrol officers to upgrade their firepower in preparation for similar situations in the future.[1]

AK-47…Modern or Classic?
Tumblr media
While I’m not a huge AK guy, I do own a handful of them and they have all served me very well. Until very recently, I had been keeping my AK rifles in their classic form. Laminate wood handguards and iron sights are the norm on my AK rifles. I just adore the classic robustness of the original AK design. You’ll often hear folks say “Nyet, rifle is fine” when discussing changing things out on an AK rifle. I wouldn’t consider myself a purist, I just more prefer the classic look and feel. Some purists though, will most definitely turn their noses up at an AK that’s sporting modern attributes. But is there a valid reason or purpose to setting up a modern AK versus the classic design?
Tumblr media
If you look at places such as Brownells, they can help you outfit any firearm with the gear and accessories you prefer. When it comes to the AK rifle, this is also no exception either. While not an outwardly appearing modern upgrade, the KNS adjustable piston for your AK can help to fine tune the gas system for a much smoother shooting rifle. This is especially helpful if running a suppressor. Triggers such as those from ALG can really be an upgrade from the often un precise and mushy mil spec triggers. Some other popular upgrades include handguards from companies such as Midwest Industries and JMAC Customs. Recently, I decided to do a bit of upgrading on one of my AKs, my old Romanian Draco-C. Stuff under the hood had been upgraded a short time ago, like the piston to a KNS unit and the trigger to an ALG trigger, but now I was going to upgrade to some more outward accessories which was going to radically change the overall appearance of the firearm.
Tumblr media
The first outside upgrade was a handguard from JMAC Customs. The handguard has a nice and trim feeling with attachment points for hand stops, lights or other accessories. The installation was very easy and it’s a rock solid foundation for anything you’d like to add. Although I still like the classic handguards on AKs, the addition of this new hand guard has it’s place and makes the AK more of a competitor to rifle designs of today. Even the AR-15/M16 has went through similar changes and looks drastically different today. Along with the new handguard assembly I installed a railed gas tube from JMAC Customs. I’ll now have the opportunity to mount a forward red dot optic onto the gas tube if I so choose.
Tumblr media
Everyone has their preferences when it comes to the AK platform and other platforms as well. This experience of doing something outside of the realm of what I typically prefer has been an eye opening experience, no doubt about it. Even though I appreciate the classic eye appeal of an original AK rifle, I’ve grown to appreciate even the modern AKs and what all can be done with them to make them more competitive with other modern military firearms. My Draco-C AK-47 is definitely one slick and sexy beast.

How the AR-15 Became the Symbol of the U.S. Right
— By James Bickerton | April 05, 2023
Tumblr media
Colt M4 Carbine and AR-15 style rifles are displayed during the National Rifle Association (NRA) Annual Meeting at the George R. Brown Convention Center, in Houston, Texas on May 28, 2022. Republican lawmakers are pushing for the AR-15 to be officially designated as the national gun of the United States. Patrick T. Fallon/AFP/Getty
Republican representatives have introduced legislation to officially designate the AR-15 as America's "National Gun."
The AR-15 was designed in the later 1950s, with the U.S. military in mind, though it also became popular with law enforcement and civilians.
A number of America's most notorious mass shootings have involved AR-15s, including the 2017 Las Vegas massacre and the 2022 Uvalde school shooting.
One academic told Newsweek gun rights activists are so protective of the AR-15 partly because they fear if it is banned other firearms will follow. Others object to its "demonization" by Democrats.
Conservatives have adopted the AR-15 as an identity marker to set themselves apart from liberals, with the gun increasingly displayed in ordinary family settings.
There aren't many days when Congressional legislation begins its life at Family Firearms, a small gun store in the southern Alabama town of Troy, but Tuesday, February 21, was an exception.
House Republican Barry Moore chose the venue, just up the street from the Salvation Army thrift store, to announce he was introducing a new bill to Congress, which would see the AR-15 semi-automatic rifle officially designated as "the National Gun of the United States."
Nor was Moore acting alone. Three of his GOP colleagues, representatives Lauren Boebert, Andrew Clyde and George Santos, agreed to co-sponsor the proposal.
Sonnie Parker, owner of Family Firearms, was ecstatic, telling Newsweek his team was "very excited" that the congressman had made the announcement in his store, and they "fully support" the proposal. Others, however, were sharply critical, with Thomas Whalen, a politics associate professor at Boston University, comparing the plan to designating "Ted Bundy as the official serial killer of the US," due to the AR-15's role in a number of notorious mass shootings.
The attempt to declare the AR-15 America's "national gun" is the latest example of the veneration of firearms veneration by a section of the U.S. right. Conservative groups now sell flags and T-shirts emblazoned with the rifle, often combined with the combative slogan "Come and Take It," whilst AR-15 pin badges have been worn by a number of Republican lawmakers in Congress. It's increasingly clear that the AR-15, like the Russian AK-47 among Third-World revolutionaries before it, has become more than just a gun. It's a political symbol. The question is, why?
History of the AR-15
The AR-15 was developed by ArmaLite in the late 1950s as an upgrade to the AR-10, a weapon designed a few years earlier by a team from the company led by the revered American firearms engineer Eugene Stoner.
Initially the weapon, designed for military use, had little commercial success, and in 1959 ArmaLite sold the AR-15 design to Colt's Manufacturing Company. The big breakthrough came in 1963 when a modified automatic version of the AR-15, which became known as the M-16, was adopted by the U.S. military, seeing extensive service during the Vietnam War.
Colt continued selling the semi-automatic AR-15, marketed for police and civilian use, though at first with limited success. A semi-automatic gun will, assuming it is stocked with ammunition, fire once each time the user pulls the trigger, in contrast to an automatic weapon, which can shoot continuously if the trigger is held down. Colt's patents for the firearm expired during the 1970s, resulting in a number of manufacturers making their own versions of the gun, which continued to be referred to as AR-15s in everyday language, or sometimes as AR-15-style rifles.
Chris Waltz, president of AR-15 Gun Owners of America, a voluntary association for AR-15 owners, told Newsweek the firearm is popular with civilians because it is simple, light and easy to modify. "It's accurate, lightweight and simple to use," he said.
"The part that appeals to many Americans about the AR-15 rifle is that it is very configurable. There are literally over a million different accessories and configurations for the AR-15 and its variants making it extremely appealing to own."
Waltz said the gun is used "responsibly by millions of Americans every day" for a range of activities, including "home and property protection, personal protection, sporting activities and hunting."
Professor Grant Reeher, an expert in gun policy at Syracuse University, expressed a similar view on the AR-15's appeal, calling the weapon "ergonomic, easy to maintain and customize, in recent years increasingly accurate, and fun to shoot."
Mass Shootings
Although used legally and safely by the vast majority of owners, the AR-15 has attracted notoriety because of its use in some of America's most devastating mass shootings.
Massacres carried out in part or whole with AR-15-style rifles include the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, the 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting and the 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting, in which 60 people were killed by 64-year-old Stephen Paddock.
More recently, in May 2022, 21 people were killed at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, by an 18-year-old former student using an AR-15-style rifle.
Professor Gary Kleck, a criminology expert who teaches at Florida State University, told Newsweek these shootings have had little impact on the AR-15's popularity, at least among its owners. He said: "Their use in mass shootings is irrelevant to their popularity among gun owners, since the gun does not compel its owner to commit violent acts."
Reeher largely agreed, saying: "I think most gun owners do not engage in guilt by association when it comes to a type of firearm."
However, he added: "I do think there are some gun owners who have avoided purchasing, or have quietly sold, AR-15 platform rifles," due to their "association" with mass shootings.
Gun Control Battles
In 1994, President Clinton signed the Public Safety and Recreational Firearms Use Protection Act, more commonly known as the Federal Assault Weapons Ban, into law. Under its terms the manufacture of many semi-automatic guns, such as the AR-15, for civilian use was made illegal, until 2004 when the law expired due to its sunset provision.
According to Reeher this type of gun control legislation may have helped to politicize the AR-15, making it an emblem of both the gun rights, and broader American conservative, movements.
Discussing the AR-15's appeal on the right, he said: "In large part, I think it's because this particular rifle has become such a public target for Democrats and liberals regarding gun regulation and control.
"I have heard some gun owners say it's important for gun owners to have at least one of these rifles, just to make a statement. The rifle has become a symbol of the debate over gun control, and the political right is more associated with gun ownership and rights."
A similar view was expressed by Mark Olivia, managing director of public affairs at the National Shooting Sports Association, a trade association for gun manufacturers. He told Newsweek that gun control campaigners had worked to "demonize" the AR-15, turning it into "a target for gun control groups and anti-gun politicians."
Olivia added that the AR-15 specifically is so important, in part, because it has become "a symbol emblematic of the larger argument of Second Amendment rights in America."
Parker, the Family Firearms owner, agreed, linking the AR-15's popularity to "the anti-gun side of government constantly threatening to ban it, despite the fact they ignore criminals being able to obtain weapons whether they are banned or not."
Kleck argued that gun rights activists are so protective of the AR-15 because they fear that, if it is banned, many more types of firearm will follow.
He said: "In this light, proposals to ban AR-15s in particular, or the broader category of military-style semi-auto rifles, looks arbitrary to gun owners, since the arguments for banning AR-15s could just as easily be applied to all semi-auto rifles.
"Consequently, proposals for ban AR-15s serve, for gun owners, as symbols of a push for much broader bans when and if they become politically achievable."
A Conservative Emblem
Professor Carolyn Gallaher, an expert on paramilitary groups and the U.S. religious right at the American University, told Newsweek that guns have developed into a key identity marker for conservatives, distinguishing them from their liberal opponents.
Asked whether the proposal to designate the AR-15 as America's "national gun" could get wider support within the GOP, she replied: "Unfortunately, yes.
"Guns have become a symbol for Republicans. It's a symbolic way to differentiate themselves from Democrats.
"Just witness the plethora of Christmas cards from Republicans posing with their family members, including children, holding guns. It's become so normalized that they show pictures of their guns, not their pets."
She added: "Many companies are marketing AR-15s in softer, even 'family-friendly' ways. The Sportsman's Warehouse, for example, has a brand called Muddy Girl that comes in pink, aqua and purple."

How to Behave When You Got All This Money On Your Hands
Tumblr media
Let’s emphasize once again that CS:GO is a team game. Sure, you can be a pro-tier player who can carry the team to victory with 30 kills per match, but in the end, a team is as good as the weakest link(s). This is why it’s always important to work things out as a team. The scoreboard is there for a reason, it shows how much money everyone on the team has.
There is enough time between the end of one round and the beginning of the next to quickly communicate what is to be done next round, based on the round score between the two teams, and the amount of money you have. You can also see who’s carrying what primary weapon. Of course, most of the utility is not shareable, everyone needs to buy their kevlar and helmet, but rifles and pistols can be passed around, which is a feature that you should be using. Sharing is caring!
Also, we know that it’s near impossible to track how much money the enemies have, but you can have a general idea based on how often they get killed, and sometimes it is possible to predict when they will go eco or at best, force buy. There is no winning formula for this, only long-term experience. When you play hundreds of matches and go through every possible scenario based on the scoreboard flow, you will start recognizing patterns based on what your teams were doing in tough economical situations. And of course, if you see them losing round after round, you know how much money they’ll get after each loss and you can gauge if they’ll be able to buy based on the previous round that they’ve lost. One simple example is that if they force buy on the second round and lose, there are high chances that they’ll go eco in the next because they would be earning just a mere $1900 with the 2nd loss in a row. Add that to the $2400 they’ll get after losing the 3rd in a row and you have $4300, enough for Kevlar, Helmet, AK-47, and a few grenades.
Some general tips:
If you lost the pistol round, there are usually three ways to proceed, depending on how much money you got (based on how many kills, the status of the bomb, etc.).
1.You can go “eco” or “full eco” for 1 or 2 rounds (if you gained nothing from the round and just got wiped out)
2. You can go “eco” or “full eco” for just 1 round (if you have a plant in the first round but didn’t “dent” the opponent’s resources enough to warrant a force buy on the 2nd round)
3. You can force buy immediately (if you killed 3-4 enemies and have a plant done because you have gained money from the plant, 3-4 kills, and there are enough resources to attempt a force buy)
If you’ve won a round, try to find a weapon on the ground that you can upgrade into, for example, ditch an M4 in favor of AWP or AK-47 every time you can (or any lower-tier weapon). If you can’t use AWP well, someone else will volunteer to do it for you, and maybe even buy you something to trade you.
If you see that you are full-geared at the end of a round and have enough money to buy something (SMG or a Rifle) for your teammate who’s low on money but would be able to purchase utility on their own, offer a “drop” through voice chat, to stop them from buying something random. It’s bad when someone makes a random purchase and then there’s an extra weapon on the spawn for no reason. The same goes for you, when you are low on cash and die every round for example, whether your team wins the round or not, you’ll certainly have someone who is capable of sparing a primary weapon for you.
As mentioned above, if you are overwhelmed and see that you cannot win a round for any reason and you feel that the saved weapon will make an impact next round, and the round result is not in your team’s favor and you would need that win next round, hide somewhere with your weapon and run the clock. What you have on you is worth more than the “reward” if you die in most cases.
For CT only: If you need the $350 for a grenade or just don’t have $350 at all, buy a Kevlar and an Assault Rifle. Why?
Because if you take a headshot from a close-medium range from an AK-47 (or even worse, AWP), you’ll die regardless of the presence of a ballistic helmet on your head. So, that investment is more or less redundant if you know that the entire enemy team is brandishing AKs and AWPs (yes, we can nitpick that in a firefight, someone can switch to a pistol and obliterate you, but that doesn’t happen that often).
We hope that this guide will help you get a better understanding of CS:GO economy if you’re a newcomer and that it will improve your money-management skills in CS:GO. We welcome you to browse our other guides for CS:GO (and other cool games) here on Prima Games.

Watch dogs 2 free to play on chrone

#Watch dogs 2 free to play on chrone full
In high-speed chases, I found that the game would take a pretty noticeable hit in the frame rate department. This is one part of the game where it kind of struggles. Driving is something you will be doing a great deal.
#Watch dogs 2 free to play on chrone full
The world that you have to play in here is full of life and tons of things for you to screw around with.Īs is the case with any open-world game. While the awesome recreation of the Bay area may not be as large as what you get in a Rockstar game. There is so much variety to the things you can do in the game. I have put a ton of hours into Watch Dogs 2 and had a great time doing so. For example, you can call a rival gang or the cops with some fake information and have them kill each other leaving you to get away scot-free! Under The Hood There are no bugs and the game in itself is really addicting, and you can play it while watching a video, listening to music, or anything else you are doing. Team up with Dedsec, a notorious group of hackers, to execute the biggest hack in history take down ctOS 2.0, an invasive operating system being used by criminal masterminds to monitor and manipulate. Everything from the settings to the community is perfect and there is always something new when you come back to it. You can also make use of your hacking talents as well. Watch Dogs 2 Play as Marcus Holloway, a brilliant young hacker living in the birthplace of the tech revolution, the San Francisco Bay Area. You can just try and go toe to toe with enemies if you want and that is fine. Of course, things will go wrong and you will get into lots of firefights as you play as well. I loved using my drones and trying to get in and out without any detection. What is really cool about this is that you have many ways that you can go about this. You have a ton of missions that you need to complete in the story mode and most of these are about you having to infiltrate a place to get data from it. You play as Aiden Pearce, a brilliant hacker and former thug, whose criminal past led to a violent family tragedy. That is the best way to describe it in my opinion. Watch Dogs 2 is a 3rd person action/adventure game. This means when you have to mow down 15 cops with a machine gun it feels out of place. The problem is the game portrays him as a nice, kind of laid-back dude. Here are fifteen of the best weapons in the game that are a must-have for players who want the combat to be as satisfying as possible.Marcus is a really cool character and I loved watching him in cutscenes. The combat is also a major upgrade, with some of the guns in Watch Dogs 2 being absolutely brilliant to utilize in battle. All the complaints about lazy hacking mechanics and an uninteresting story have been taken care of in the sequel to Watch Dogs, turning this title into an absolute blast. Updated May 11th, 2021 by Ritwik Mitra: It's honestly amazing to see just how much of a massive improvement Watch Dogs 2 is over its predecessor. Here are 10 of the most useful hacker weapons in Watch Dogs 2. Instead of following the naming conventions used for AK-47, M4A1, or ACR, these hacker weapons go by Goodbye World Shotgun, CTRL-ALT-DEL Launcher, 4N00bs Pistol, etc. The weapons themselves are also brimming with personality. RELATED: 5 Reasons We're Excited for Watch Dogs: Legion (& 5 We Aren't) The youthful community at DedSec, a group of hacktivists, are endowed with some firepower that is exclusively for their use. Watch Dogs 2has some wacky and funky characters, with crazy weapons to boot. Aside from the military weapons, there are various hacker-themed weapons to spice up gameplay.

The Benefits of a Pistol Grip in NZ for your Rifle
Most people use their dominant hand to fire their firearms. 99% of people on a range will say that their firing hand is their dominant hand if you ask them. Your dominant hand should be thought of as your support hand. The primary work is the support hand, which explains why.
The shooting hand provides a stable platform for pulling the trigger in the right way. As a result, it makes up about a third of your recoil control. The rest of the work is completed by your support hand (our new dominant hand), which causes the sights to re-index back to the original point of aim before the shot was fired.
Because it moves the gun from target to target and provides the majority of the force used to fire the handgun, the support hand is the key player in the grip.
Keeping control of the weapon is crucial while working with a powerful rifle like an AK-47 or M-16. To avoid fast dispersing bullets around the area, you need to be able to shoot swiftly and precisely while maintaining control of the gun.
There are several methods to accomplish this, but one of the finest solutions is also one of the most cost-effective: giving your rifle the appropriate pistol grip in NZ.
Tumblr media
The Benefits of a Pistol Grip in NZ for Better Rifle Control
1. Making the hand fit
This one is easy to understand and simple: Unlike most rifle grips, which are straight and inflexible, pistol grips are curved to accommodate the human hand considerably better. Because of this, they are more comfortable to handle for extended periods, which is important if you are carrying a ready weapon. Additionally, the pistol grip's added "grippiness" makes it more difficult to drop or lose control of the weapon.
2.  Use of your non-dominant hand for utility is easier
It is less crucial to always have your off-hand on the weapon because a pistol grip in NZ makes it simpler to handle and stay on your gun. Without much concern for the weapon slipping, you can utilize your other hand for tactical actions or supplementary equipment.
3.  Better gripping angle
Depending on whether you're using a straight or pistol grip, the angle formed between the grip and the rifle differs slightly. The pistol grip, in most circumstances, enables you to hold the weapon with your wrist at a straighter angle than you would with the stock grip. Compared to stock grips, which typically push your wrist into a "locked" extension, this is a somewhat more natural posture for your wrist. Again, a pistol grip makes it simpler to rotate your wrist and keep better control of your weapon.
4.  Two is preferable to one
It's difficult to top the pairing of a rear pistol grip in NZ and a foregrip in the shape of a pistol for optimal stability and control. With foregrips, the muzzle rises far less frequently during repeated shots and the weapon is typically much easier to handle for precise targeting. In conclusion, a strong pistol grip can be a good upgrade to practically any rifle, however, there are instances when a stock grip would be better (especially when you're immobile).

Bethesda dont know guns.
Tumblr media
This is way too large to be a pistol, its more of a nerf gun than an actual deadly weapon that shoots 10mm rounds. Way too heavy for a sidearm too, and not easily concealable, which is one of the positives of having a handgun.
Tumblr media
The pipe guns are atrocious, especially considering the magazine is below where the bullet goes with no mechanism to push the bullet up into the barrel to fire it. The rifles are even worse considering there's no magazine whatsoever yet can hold more than one bullet in its barrel, and can be upgraded to use 50 caliber rounds, which would blow up in your face in this thing.
Tumblr media
You should not be able to carry miniguns in the fallout universe unless you have power armor, as that was one of the functions of the armor, to carry around a 'powerful' weapon. (I use air quotes because this thing has terrible damage output for a minigun.) You could probably hold it with 10 strength minimum outside of armor, but you sure as shit ain't sprinting with it.
Tumblr media
The hunting rifle is left handed, yet Nora and Nate (a trained soldier) will hold it in their right hand, meaning they have to put more effort in pulling the bolt back than if it were a right handed weapon. They also come sawn-off right off the bat, which is never good when using rifles and definitely not standard manufacturing procedure.
Tumblr media
The Thompson is also another left handed weapon, it looks like a toy instead of an actual gun, with a small drum even upgraded, that somehow holds 50 bullets, and its damage output is pitiful, bordering on useless unless you use the Spray N' Pray legendary varient or the combat rifle that does 3 times the amount of damage.
Tumblr media
And then there's this fucking abomination of world war 1 guns that would have been outclassed by literally the AK-47 and Chinese Assault Rifle from the previous games. Its way too bulky and cumbersome to carry around, why Bethesda made this the default look and not bring back the previous guns is beyond me. Especially considering the AK-47 is already incredibly customizable.

• STG-44 Automatic Rifle
The StG 44 (abbreviation of Sturmgewehr 44, "assault rifle 44") is a German selective-fire assault rifle also known as the MP 43 and MP 44 developed during World War 2.
MP 43, MP 44, and StG 44 were different designations for what was essentially the same rifle with minor updates in production. The variety in nomenclatures resulted from the complicated bureaucracy in Nazi Germany. StG is an abbreviation of Sturmgewehr. According to one account, the name was chosen personally by Adolf Hitler for propaganda reasons. The rifle was chambered for the 7.92×33mm Kurz cartridge. This shorter version of the German standard (7.92×57mm) rifle round, in combination with the weapon's selective-fire design, provided a compromise between the controllable firepower of a submachine gun at close quarters with the accuracy and power of a Karabiner 98k bolt-action rifle at intermediate ranges. Studies had shown that few combat engagements occurred at more than 300 metres (330 yd) and the majority within 200 metres (220 yd). Full-power rifle cartridges were excessive for most uses for the average soldier. Only a trained specialist, such as a sniper, or soldiers equipped with machine guns, which fired multiple rounds at a known or suspected target, could make full use of the standard rifle round's range and power. The British were critical of the weapon, saying that the receiver could be bent and the bolt locked up by the mere act of knocking a leaning rifle onto a hard floor. A late-war U.S. assessment derided the StG-44 as "mediocre", "bulky" and "unhandy", declaring it incapable of sustained automatic fire and prone to jamming, though the report accepted that its accuracy was "excellent for a weapon of its type".
In the late 19th century, small-arms cartridges had become able to fire accurately at long distances. Jacketed bullets propelled by smokeless powder were lethal out to 2,000 metres (2,200 yd). This was beyond the range a shooter could engage a target with open sights, as at that range a man-sized target would be completely blocked by the front sight blade. Only units of riflemen firing by volley could hit grouped targets at those ranges. That fighting style was taken over by the widespread introduction of machine guns, which made use of these powerful cartridges to suppress the enemy at long range. Rifles remained the primary infantry weapon, but in some forces were seen as a secondary or support weapon, backing up the machine guns. In early 1918, Hauptmann (Captain) Piderit, part of Gewehrprüfungskommission ("Small Arms Examination Committee") of the German General Staff in Berlin, submitted a paper arguing for the introduction of an intermediate round in the German Army with a suitable firearm. He pointed out that firefights rarely took place beyond 800 metres (870 yd), about half the 2 km (1.2 mi) sight line range of the 7.92×57mm round from a Mauser Gewehr 98 rifle or less for MG 08 machine gun. The German Army showed no interest, as it already had the MP 18 submachine gun firing 9 mm pistol rounds and did not want to create a new cartridge.
At the start of World War II, German infantry were equipped with weapons comparable to those of most other military forces. A typical infantry unit was equipped with a mix of bolt-action rifles and some form of light, medium or a general-purpose machine guns. A problem with this mix was that the standard rifles were too large to be effectively used by mechanized and armored forces, where they were difficult to maneuver in the cramped spaces of an armored vehicle. During the invasion of the Soviet Union, increasing numbers of semi-automatic Tokarev SVT-38 and SVT-40s were used by the Red Army – mostly elite units and non-commissioned officers – while some Soviet rifle companies were completely equipped with PPSh-41 submachine guns. After experiencing high volumes of automatic fire from these weapons, German commanders re-thought their small arms requirements. The German army had been attempting to introduce semi-automatic weapons such as the Gewehr 41, but these proved troublesome in service, and production was insufficient to meet requirements. By 1941, it was becoming clear that action needed to be taken. Although various experimental rounds had been developed to one degree or another by this point, the Army instead decided to select yet a new design, the Polte 8×33mm Kurzpatrone ("short cartridge"). This used a spitzer bullet and basic cartridge design of the standard 7.92×57mm Mauser rifle cartridge, cutting down the cartridge from the original 7.92×57mm Mauser to 7.92×33mm Kurz.
Contracts for rifles firing the 7.92×33mm Kurz round were issued to both Walther and Haenel (whose design group was headed by Hugo Schmeisser), were asked to submit prototype weapons under the name Maschinenkarabiner 1942 ("machine carbine") or MKb 42. Both designs were similar, using a gas-operated action, with selective fire. Since both rifles shared the title of Maschinenkarabiner 42 the letters (H) and (W) were added to differentiate the two. The MKb 42(H) along with the less successful MKb 42(W) were predecessors of the later MP 43, MP 44, StG 44. The majority of the MP 43's features came from the MKb 42(H), with the hammer firing system and closed bolt coming from the MKb 42(W). As work moved forward to incorporate this new firing system, development halted when Hitler suspended all new rifle programs due to administrative infighting within the Third Reich. Hitler ordered that newer submachine guns were to be built, and he strongly disagreed with the use of the Kurz ammunition. To keep the MKb 42(H) development program alive, the Waffenamt (Armament Office) re-designated the weapon as the Maschinenpistole 43 (MP 43) and, making a few improvements, billed the weapon as an upgrade to existing submachine guns. Much time was wasted trying to make the MP 43 a replacement for the Karabiner 98k rifle. This goal was eventually realized to be impossible; the MP 43 cartridge was too weak to fire rifle grenades, too inaccurate for sniping, and the weapon was too short for bayonet fighting. In September 1943, it was decided that the MP 43 would supplement rather than replace the Kar 98k.
Adolf Hitler eventually discovered the designation deception and halted the program again. In March 1943, he permitted it to recommence for evaluation purposes only. Running for six months until September 1943, the evaluation produced positive results, and Hitler allowed the MP 43 program to continue in order to make mass production possible. The weapon made extensive use of for the 1940s advanced cost-saving pressed and stamped steel components rather than machined parts. The first MP 43s were distributed to the Waffen-SS; in October 1943, some were issued to the 93rd Infantry Division on the Eastern Front. Production and distribution continued to different units. In April 1944, Hitler took some interest in the weapon tests and ordered the weapon (with some minor updates) to be re-designated as the MP 44. In July 1944, at a meeting of the various army heads about the Eastern Front, when Hitler asked what they needed, a general exclaimed, "More of these new rifles!". Production soon began with the first batches of the new rifle being shipped to troops on the Eastern Front. By the end of the war, a total of 425,977 StG 44 variants of all types were produced and work had commenced on a follow-on rifle, the StG45. A properly trained soldier with a StG 44 had an improved tactical repertoire, in that he could effectively engage targets at longer ranges than with an MP 40, but be much more useful than the Kar 98k in close combat, as well as provide covering fire like a light machine gun. It was also found to be exceptionally reliable in extreme cold.
A primary use of the MP 44/StG 44 was to counter the Soviet PPS and PPSh-41 submachine guns, which used the 7.62×25mm Tokarev round. These cheap, mass-produced weapons used a 71-round drum magazine or 35-round box magazine and though shorter-ranged than the Kar 98k rifle, were more effective weapons in close-quarter engagements. The StG 44, while lacking the range of the Kar 98k, had a considerably longer range than the PPS/PPSh submachine guns, more power, a comparable rate of fire, an ability to switch between a fully automatic and a default semi-automatic fire mode and surprising accuracy. At the end of the war, Hugo Schmeisser claimed that 424,000 MP 43/MP 44/StG 44 rifles were built between June 1943 and April 1945 in four plants: 185,000 by C.G. Haenel in Suhl; 55,000 by J.P. Sauer & Sohn in Suhl; 104,000 in Erfurt; and 80,000 by Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG in Steyr, Austria. This was fewer than the 1.5 million ordered, and far fewer than the 4 million planned. Some 822 million rounds of 7.92×33mm Kurz ammunition were produced from 1942 to 1945. At the beginning of March 1945, the troops had 273.9 million rounds.
The Sturmgewehr remained in use with the East German Nationale Volksarmee with the designation MPi.44 until it was eventually replaced with variants of the AK-47 assault rifle. The Volkspolizei used it until approximately 1962 when it was replaced by the PPSh-41. It was still used by other public security formations thereafter. Other countries to use the StG 44 after World War II included Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia, where units such as the 63rd Paratroop Battalion were equipped with it until the 1980s. Argentina manufactured their own trial versions of the StG 44 made by CITEFA in the late 1940s and early 1950s, but instead adopted the FN FAL in 1955, because it used the then more common and powerful 7.62×51mm NATO round. 7.92mm Kurz ammunition is currently manufactured by Prvi Partizan of Serbia. The extent to which the Sturmgewehr influenced the development of the AK-47 is not clearly known. Apart from external layout similarity and the gas-operation principle, the AK-47 was not a copy of the German gun because the AK-47 used a very different mechanism. However, tens of thousands of Sturmgewehrs were captured by the Soviets and were likely provided to Kalashnikov and his team, so it is likely that he knew of it while designing the AK-47. United States and, later, NATO developed assault rifles along a roughly similar path by at first adding selective-fire capability in a reduced power, full-caliber cartridge.

Why Every Leftist in the US Should Have an AR-15 (before they buy an AK-47)
In response to a surge in far-right terrorist attacks, more and more leftists are arming themselves for self-defense. However, they may be shooting themselves in the foot with their choice of weapon. A mix of politics, aesthetics, and simple lack of information have many favoring the venerable Kalashnikov. It’s rugged simplicity has been elevated to legend over the years- or maybe myth. While a fine rifle, the AK puts it’s user at a noticeable disadvantage compared to the more modern AR-15. As we need every edge we can get, it’s important to consider those offered by the AR design.
Tumblr media
1) Affordability
Until very recently the AK had a massive price advantage over the AR, but for political reasons the gap has narrowed. Surplus AK rifles are subject to stricter import controls these days, and in the wake of Obama’s election a glut of AR parts were produced. While a mid-grade AK and low-end AR a mid-grade AR and low-end AK cost around the same, the AR has the advantage of scalability. Even some of the cheapest AR lower receivers (the part legally considered a firearm) are perfectly capable of hosting progressive upgrades over time, whereas the AK lacks the modular design necessary for this.
2) Reliability
Legends of the AR’s unreliability are persistent, despite being thoroughly debunked, and stem chiefly from poor maintenance. The AR does demand more in this area than the AK, and under extended military use it requires regular cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement. This is much less of a concern for civilian shooters putting less rounds down range and less wear on their rifle though, and simple cleaning and lubrication will likely suffice.
More importantly, the AR’s design is vastly more sealed to the environment, making it less prone to failure in mud and dust than the AK is.
3) Ease of use
Possibly the strongest point in favor of the AR, it’s simply easier for new shooters. It’s lighter, has less recoil, and has better sights and ergonomics. Even if those aren’t to the user’s tastes, the AR is possibly the most modular firearm on earth, so customization is easy. These are all important factors for a diverse group of people new to firearms. Comfort may sound frivolous, but the more rounds you can put downrange in training without getting your shoulder beat up, the better you’ll be at shooting. Keeping your rifle lightweight is key for moving fast and moving far, both of which could be critical.
Ammunition is another factor to consider. .223/5.56mm rounds are both lighter and more common than the 7.62x39mm ammo that most AK-47 style rifles use.
4) Accuracy
While not likely to become a distinct advantage without lots of practice, it’s worth mentioning that the AR is far more accurate past 400 meters. Problems with long-range lethality have been somewhat mitigated with heavier 5.56mm projectiles and the rifling to stabilize them, adding up to an effective 100-200m advantage.
5) DIY capability
The AK is extremely well-suited to being built in huge numbers at factories, but the AR has become the darling of garage gunsmiths. A no-frills but perfectly reliable AR-15 lower receiver, the serialized part legally considered a firearm, can be had for around $50. Even the receivers themselves can be built for personal use (where legal) from unfinished (“80%”) versions which the owner need not register. Building an AK on the other hand, ironically requires more costly means of production such as hydraulic presses.
Building an AR is a great way to familiarize yourself with the operation of the rifle, as well as local laws, and allows the user to perfectly tailor the parts to their requirements. It can also offer significantly lower final cost.
