as of the 8th, kuroba is officially a whole year old! 🍀

i originally made them as a way to take a break from my previous hyperfixation on pokemon, but then immediately got pulled back in by the 2nd scarvio dlc dropping. i was into osmt back when it first when it first came out and had actually made an oc for it back then, but i didn't really feel connected to them anymore so kuroba was born! all i can say is that i'm really glad i decided to revisit them ( and osomatsu-san as a whole ) again once my interest in the dlc started to wane.

when i first started focusing on kuroba and kurokara more, i never expected the immense kindness and support everyone has shown me these past few months. i feel like i struggle to properly express how thankful i am for that, but i really am! every single sweet tag on my posts, curious ask sent my way, or beautiful piece of art has truly meant the world to me. it's been so fun getting to interact with new people and become mutuals with so many cool, wonderful people, as well as make some amazing new friends!

though i can be a little reserved and have a low social battery most of the time, i've really love getting to know all of you and share my silly goofy guys with everyone. so truly, from the bottom of my heart, i want to say thank you so much for making blog a little reprieve from my daily life. i really, really appreciate it!! 🤗💕✨

yume... i can't remember if i named her that on purpose or not. she was also created to ship with karamatsu, i've always had to bother that man. i had a short-lived rp blog for her, but i sadly never got to do much with her. kara having more solid lore for his high school days now was one of the reasons why i ended up scrapping her, but i would love to revisit her at some point. ( i've thought about her being one of kuroba's middle school friends from back in yokohama... )

aaaand here's kuroba's original design, they were originally gonna work at a konbini! i ended up reworking their design and concept more once i realized they ended up looking way too much like me lol. i'm pretty sure i decided to make kuro own a flower shop when i saw kara from the 2nd hesokuri wars' work set.

Joy the Maid

An unremarkable girl, born in a brothel to a whore in King's Landing named Joy, how original. Everything changed for Joy the day a young Prince Aegon Targaryen found himself in her company. He had brought a long a costume for her to wear, and she obliged, and he left, not bothering to take back the scrapes of fabric. But, this was no ordinary fabric, this was the uniform of a maid of the Red Keep, a prestigious position, not held but just any daughter of a whore. Joy found a way into the castle, and found a use for herself, it wasn't hard blending in, picking up slack, and finding a corner to sleep in after her hot meal. Princess Aemma was the only one to notice, that Joy was different, something she said she was not. Joy confessed to Princess Aemma and threw herself at her mercy, only to be lifted up and offered a chance to repent, to truly become the daughter of the gods she was meant to be. Aemma is her savior. Joy would kill for Princess Aemma, and perhaps already has. She has started to introduce herself as Emma to anyone who asks. She always hated her name anyways.

Post-DD, I based him around a hybrid combination of his concept art, hair and the ascot, and though he isn’t colored, he would have the green coat with a blue ascot. Arven and Nemona were hanging out in your dorm room after Arven suggested you three tried studying. Nemona was almost completely failing her language classes and needed help, meanwhile Arven was currently dying in biology.

"But what?" You asked and Nemona sighed, slamming her book down.

"Why do you get to slack off while I have to study?" The girl pouted, wanting to be doing anything other than studying, "I know, how about we battle to get some excess energy worked off so we can focus on studying!" Nemona suggested; her mind was really one tracked all the time.

"Can't I just finish this series in peace? Penny is only lending it to me for the week." You sighed. Studying was also the last thing you wanted to do, so you simply decided you weren't going to. Winging it seemed like the best thing for you. Besides, you battled pokemon all the time, you knew a thing or two...probably.

"You know midterms are tomorrow, right? There's gotta be one subject you're worried about." Arven said, nudging at you.

"Nope, not a single one." You explained. It seemed the two finally let you off, which meant you could enjoy all the content you wanted on your new manga series.

Peter Parker, aka Spiderman - Classic Gen-Z, opposes murder (as do a few others), a certified little shit. Doing his best to hide his superhero identity. Hates Arrio as much as Arrio hates him (LET THE RECORD SHOW THAT PETER CAUSED THE INCITING INCIDENTS OF THEIR INITIAL CONFRONTATION).

Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil - Might as well be Peter's dad. Blind but has heightened senses. Helping Peter keep their cover as heroes.

Lieutenant Strike - Moob's Star Wars oc. No-nonsense clone, extremely confused with all these Earthlings. (Why don't they know what a holo-map is??? Are they stupid???) Perhaps not as perpetually angry as she seems to be.

Raoul de Chagny - Terrified sobbing French man who loves his wife.

Christine Daaé - Terrified-but-better-at-hiding-it French (actually Swedish tho) woman who loves her husband. Often tries to stop fights between Peter and Arrio, usually fails (by no fault of her own - those two are wild).

Maddox Darling - Christi's Star Wars oc. Due to time shenanigans I don't understand (lmao), is friends with Strike in the future. Strike is extremely confused.

Basically the plot is these characters all showed up in a small town in the middle of nowhere with no memory of how they got there, and now they're trying to figure out where they are and how to get back to their respective universes without killing each other (looking at Peter and Arrio). Also some of them are starting to realizing that they may or may not be fictional, but those who were elsewhere at the time of the discovery still have no idea.

So uh that's basically it I think? It's kind of a lot but we're having a blast lmao. People keep joining and adding characters and it's really chaotic and fun haha.

With the whole Dazzle Saga and seeing her and Sun’s possible Father and Daughter dynamic it reminded me of my Old RP I had with my bestie where we had our Sun adopts a Ghost Child who was killed by Virus!Moon and Vanny and eventually became a Bunny Animatronic.

Sun is very protective over Harmony to the point he triggers his Eclipse mode (1st Picture) that is more of a Security Protocol then another AI— This RP happened WAY BEFORE I found the Sun and Moon Show lmao Hence why I included the shared dates from Discord lol Anywho! Harmony helps in the Daycare. She follows Sun around everywhere and Sun just adores her. He does bribes his handler to buy cute outfits for Harmony and toys and other things to spoil his little girl. 🤭

But I just find it funny how the Show took this direction as well. :o This has given me inspiration to draw Sun and Harmony again and work on their story some more. Also totally be drawing a portal mishap of Sun and Dazzle getting sucked in to my Sun’s dimension and they all meet. Dazzle and Harmony would totes be friends. ☺️

Course will draw this idea and designs (been meaning to draw up designs to differate between my vers of Suns and Moons haha) out after Art Fight is over and hopefully when my hectic Homeless life will allow me to draw.

Keep in mind I will be talking about the FanFiction version of Ayumu in this post! The version of Ayumu I roleplay is her own separate deal! When her bio is done and put up on my Master Post, I won't only RP Ayumu interacting with exclusively Neji writers, lol.

Neji Hyūga is already a very recognizable character, being one of my very first crushes when I started really getting into anime as a thirteen to fourteen-year-old. In fact, he's the reason I later bought and read the manga... all hundred-heccin'-something volumes of it. Much like Sesshōmaru, it was his long hair, elegance, intellect, and stoic demeanor that won me over at first. It also amused me to watch him just be cool; he always felt like the definitive head of his team. Even if Lee wasn't to be sneezed at as a fighter, I saw more leadership qualities in Neji that Lee lacked. I also felt that he had the most interesting plight among the Konoha thirteen as someone from a branch in his clan where he was basically expected to serve and protect the head family deemed "above" him on the social-political totem pole the Hyūga were built on. Despite his innate talent rivaling the daughters of the clan's head at the time, he'd always be considered lesser because of his birth. In ways, he felt like more of an underdog to me than Naruto did—though that also has a lot to do with Naruto's characterization as the "optimistic headstrong protagonist" Kishimoto had going. (I kinda wish Kishi had leaned more into Naruto having some resentment towards the Leaf, but that's a post for another day)

So what'd teenage me do? Tailor an OC to be another half for him because GDI this man deserves happiness, not getting skewered like a redshirt on an overgrown splinter. If they had to have someone, ANYONE, sacrifice themself for Hinata... tbh, I wish it'd been someone on her team like Kiba or Shino, so we didn't have to basically do the thing he was "born to do" according to Clan tradition asfdhjrhyud—

So, as a result, I created Ayumu! Who was, by every definition, a Mary Sue at first!! (It was bad... oh god, was it bad...) But after I ditched her for a few years when I lost interest in Naruto, I returned to her when I turned seventeen and completely rehauled her. Leading to the designs she has now.

This is Ayumu's Part 1/Naruto Design. The Settei was done by a friend of mine on IG called Sento.OC, whom I commissioned.

Then, we have Ayumu's Part 2/Shippuden Design, also by Sento.

When designing an OC for Neji, I wanted to go more complimentary than contrary. It just didn't feel like it'd make sense for Neji to ever be romantically interested in someone with bombastic energy like Naruto or Lee—mans doesn't have the patience to live with that on a daily basis, LOL! So I thought, "Hey, Neji's a pretty traditional guy; why not give him a traditional woman?" and Ayumu ended up as a very grounded, calm, and analytical person. A bit more on the conservative side, similar to Neji. All the while having occasional bursts of warm, thoughtful moments where she lights up but doesn't explode. She's very, for lack of a better term off the top of my head, "normal" compared to Naruto's big personality, Sasuke's broodiness, Shikamaru's laziness, or Temari's ferocity. It's why I imagine her getting along very well with people like Tenten or Kakashi, too, who tend to be the metaphorical straight man to the more comedic characters around them. Characters like Gai and Lee and Naruto can only be funny, after all, if they're offset by some typically.

Ayumu is also a close-range fire-style specialist with a Kekkei Genkai related to it, so her style compliments Neji's pretty well imo. They can be in a shoulder-to-shoulder or back-to-back situation and cover one another while knowing the other is nearby and safely under their wing. Both characters have some insecurity and neglect issues but for very different reasons. However, this means they relate to one another over their feelings and traumas, and neither really feels a need to "fix" the other. It's what makes them last, in my opinion. They just quietly comfort each other (also slap whoever tries to put the other down, lol), and that's it. ...They did kinda try to scratch each other's eyes out at first, but that'll be its own post! Once they get over their big hurdle and understand each other, they end up just being a pair of supportive friends to lovers 90% of the time. The other 10% is them getting fucked with by the plot around them because Neji barely gets any screen time in Shippudennnnnnn! ;-;

Hey! My name's Aspen (he/him 👍) and I'm a junior at Naranja-Uva Academy! (i'm typing this with like proper grammar and all that cause like readability lmfao but that isn't how i normally type unless its like an essay or something) Right now I'm in the STEM track with a primary focus in veterinary sciences and a secondary focus in battle studies. And I'm vice-captain of our Cyclizar racing team! If you haven't noticed by now, I like Dragon-types. I really like Dragon-types :D

Other than my Cyclizar (her name's Spitfire!) I have two Pokemon, my Alolan Raichu (named Chip) and my Dreepy (named Zeppelin). AND in addition to those three, I have five other Pokemon, but they're kinda retired and live in Alola with my parents, but they're Pebble (Lycanroc), Jitters (Golisopod), Chloro (Lurantis), Grampy (Drampa) and Hibiscus (Kommo-o). I call Chip and those five the Big Six, 'cause they're the Pokemon I used while on my Island Challenge.

Speaking of my Island Challenge though, I was born in Nimbasa City, but I moved to Alola when I was... I wanna say maybe two or three? I dunno, I don't remember the moving part. Also, I've got an older brother and a baby sister.

Regarding the above point! For some context, Aspen has actually existed for over a year at this point, and has had a blog just as long. I was originally using him on the blog this post was made on. In February (2024) I decided to create a main blog that I would use Aspen on instead, but in the past few months, I've been feeling kind of stuck about Aspen and it just hasn't been fun to RP as him. As a result, I've soft rebooted this blog (and a few blogs connected to him have also been soft rebooted for similar reasons). If you knew Aspen before this reboot, please be mindful of that fact that since he's been rebooted multiple aspects of his lore and backstory have changed and might continue to change over the course of this blog. she comes from a conservative family that thinks women aren't cut for the big pants jobs, and is one of the first to truly challenge that. in time she's earned her father's trust and appreciation, and he paraded her around as the perfect child which earned her an easy invitation to the club.

has two younger brothers, and while the youngest looks up to her and was coached by her to join the club as well, the middle sibling never made the cut and is endlessly resentful of that.

has a weird relationship with her mother, sort of resents her for not trying to break the mold? but also understands her role in the family and takes solace in her comfort from time to time. her mother taught her to play the violin and they often bond over classical music.

speaking of! sunyoung plays the violin frequently, as a way to decompress. during her initiation process in 2016, an "accident" caused her to break two fingers and, because she wasn't able to play as her hand healed, she went ballistic. and that's why your muse hates her now!

she was a political science major, then went on to study law. she now works in the human rights policy division in the government, but she wants to eventually move to more hands-on roles such as investigators. which is actually a bit of a downgrade for her position, but she really needs that field experience to further her career - particularly when she works with a bunch of dinosaurs that won't listen to her and because half the time she doesn't really know what she's talking about

the thing about her working in human rights is probably very funny to your muse, considering how much of a bitch she is. the thing is that she's great at giving speeches and blaming society for everybody's issues. deep down she does believe in her cause, her views are just. skewed slightly from all that pretty privilege lol

in case you're wondering by now: yes, she is a hypocrite.

she can be very impatient and stubborn, and set on her ways. you can talk sense into her and she's very open minded to change her opinion, she'll just. never apologize for being wrong. and might yell at you during the process so no one will fault you if you give up on teaching her tbh.

she is very intelligent and quick to pick up on things, and likes to play jigsaw with people and their connections. she will often introduce you to another member she thinks you can benefit from, mostly so that you can grow into whatever position she wants you to achieve. in turn, she will eventually ask something out of you to boost her own position.

OOC: I just want to say, thank you to those who have been giving me small rps here and there. Even the fluffy ones. But I am ready to speak on why I've been mentally drained and emotionally drained as well. My best friend lost her father, and it impacted me as well, because her family practically raised me during my teen years, where they always welcomed me with a warm meal, and shelter whenever I needed it. As far back as I can recall,that man always opened up his home to me. My best friend is my sister from another mister, and I feel deeply for her loss. Needless to say these few days are going to be rough. So if I'm not feeling rp at the moment I will pull away, trust me that I am doing self care and looking out for me. Mentally most importantly.

Please hug your loved ones, tell them you love them. You never know when it's the last day you'll see or speak to them. Needless to say I get anxious throughout the day, so this is why I've been keeping silent here.
