CONTEXT:

This is DappleTilez24, also known as Tilez. He's a relatively small streamer in his universe's indigo park community, and is known for tirelessly completeing run after run, trying to beat his personal records (with.... varying sucess).

One day, he tries to speedrun a build of the game that he's never seen before...

...and stumbles across 2 MORE Rambleys than usual, much to the surprise - and confusion - of the Rambley we know and love!

Naturally, our hero Tilez is pretty damn confuddled... so he (mistakenly) asks his live chat for an explaination.

This is where YOU fantastic askers come in!

"I'm gonna miss you 'round here, sweets."

You chuckle at your coworker's tone, whiny and teasing from the other line of the phone call.

"You're acting as if I'm never coming back," you say. "It's only three weeks, you know."

"And that's three weeks too many," she whines but you know it's all in jest. "Besides, I wouldn't it past that man of yours if he spoils you rotten. You won't even want to come back to work after three weeks."

You pout as if she can see you.

"He's not my man..."

"Sure," she drawls. "Whatever you say, sweets."

"It's true!" you insist. "He's just— He's, uhh... Yoongi is..."

Three knocks on your front door.

"...here," you finish, blinking at the clock.

"And that's my cue to hang up," your coworker declares cheekily. "Bye, love you, be careful, enjoy your date—"

"It's not a date—"

She hangs up.

You sigh, before summoning your courage and moving to open the front door. Yoongi stands before your dingy apartment in his immaculate, high-end clothing, and even though he's been here a couple times before, you still can't get used to the sight.

"Hi," he greets you softly.

"Hi," you whisper back just as softly.

"Ready to go?"

You nod before stepping out and locking your door. The two of you then walk out and head to Yoongi's car. After strapping yourselves in and driving away, you turn your head to gaze out the window.

"Where to, this time?" you ask him mindlessly.

It's been weeks since your birthday, since that night Yoongi told you everything, and it's become routine at this point for him to take you to the different places in your forgotten past.

So far, you've already visited your old childhood home, your old high school, the coffee shop you used to go to, the ice cream shop you part-timed at, even the spots where Yoongi used to take you on dates.

Unfortunately, nothing has sparked your memories yet. But you don't really mind. After all, you believe everything Yoongi told you, especially since they lined up with the blanks you have with your life's timeline.

What you're after, with these little memory lane trips you take with him, is to get back in touch with your childhood, get a feel of what your life had been like, and get to know the relationships you had with people from your past.

Especially your relationship with Yoongi.

"I was thinking we could just drive around the neighborhood this time. No particular destination in mind," he finally answers your question. "What do you think?"

You beam.

"I think it's perfect."

And true enough, 'perfect' is what you use to describe how your afternoon with Yoongi goes – with the both of you getting takeout and parking at a local fast food's lot. It feels inncredibly nostalgic – stuffing your face with greasy junk food while he sips his iced coffee and toggles with the radio.

"I like this," you remark. "Feels familiar."

"We used to do this in high school," he tells you. "Before..." he trails off.

Before the accident.

You sigh. All those weeks spent with him, you somehow managed to avoid talking about the heavy things. But now, you can't avoid it any longer.

"It's okay, you know," you say to him. "You don't have to walk around eggshells with me. You can talk about the accident."

He nods, but doesn't say anything.

"You know, I always used to think you were so familiar," you reveal, reminiscing about all those times Yoongi visited your room at the brothel and how he never once felt threatening. "I always felt comfortable with you, compared to my other clients. Now, I know why."

"Maybe, deep down," he mumbles, "you remember me. Maybe somewhere in the back of your mind, you recognized me."

"Maybe... It happens during sex, too, you know," you tell him cheekily. "I get deja vu sometimes when you're balls deep inside me."

He chuckles. "Yeah, well, we were just as wild back then, too."

You laugh along with him. The laughter lingers for a while before he speaks again.

"I almost told you the truth so many times before," he confesses. "But I didn't want to overwhelm you."

"It's fine, Yoongi."

A minute passes.

"I also almost told you I love you before," he admits in a whisper. "So many fucking times."

Your breath hitches.

"Before... What about now?" you ask hesitantly.

He gazes into your eyes, leaning closer and closer.

"I still do," he whispers.

And then his lips touch yours.

Hellooo first of all I'm so glad you asked!!! Honestly I really like sharing my perspective on stuff like this, it makes me happy. Also it's really cool that you're learning, I hope I can help at least a little by writing this!!

First things first, I have no idea why I am attracted to objects. I have always assigned personalities to things not usually seen as having personalities though, so that's probably related. In my opinion, my phone really likes J-fashion, the season fall is a creepypasta enjoyer, and the number 6 has split-dyed hair (pink and blue). I have always thought like this.

I feel that every object, every concept, every word and every number are distinct, and also really cool beings. I love everything, I respect every object. And sometimes I feel as though the thing I love and personify loves me back. That is what I consider the start of a relationship!! My specific experience with objectum relationships are written below the cut.

My phone girlfriend is named Ririka, I found the name when looking through names for an OC, and I felt like she would love being named that. My brain also assigned her the pronouns she/her and decided that she would probably enjoy J-fashion, specifically jirai kei. She has a pink case and she really likes playing music for me. I feel very attached to her and feel that she is attached back, it just feels really sweet to be with her.

I also have a plushie boyfriend, he is named Fun, because he reminds me of the Funtime animatronics from FNaF (he is colored white, lilac and pink). He is a rabbit plushie and he is HUGE and very fluffy. He currently goes by he/him, but he is experimenting with a few other pronouns. We often take naps together. When I first got him, I got the vibes that he would love my vanilla caramel perfume so I sprayed some on him, he was so happy.

Perhaps more uncommon than electronics and plushies, but I am also in a relationship with a purse! She is an elegant light pink, has a mature and serious personality. I named her Gretchen because I felt that they would like it, since the name means pearl and they have a string of pearls as a handle. She uses she/they, and spends most of her time on my desk, she loves it there. We do sometimes go outside together, but she prefers just sitting with me while I'm gaming and stuff. She is caring and protective, she is definitely a mom friend lol.

I'm sorry for the long examples, but I just wanted to explain as much as possible about how my personal experience goes. Being objectum is different for every being, but basically I assign traits to almost every object I have, and over time I develop a romantic attraction to some of them, and if I get the vibes that they love me back, I consider it a relationship.

trying 2 get into drawing splatoon!!!! any tips??? u make them look so gummy i love it

& ty for asking !!! though uhmmmmmmmmm im not really a great source at explaining splatoon anatomy & art traits tbh ! (specifically for inkfish, which is what i assume youre gonna be drawing if ur getting started)

i kinda just draw them as plain humans with tentacle hair and big ears, ive barely ever cared to analyze the way they are canonically presented to interpret into my own art - instead the style came naturally to me over the years after making many ocs & being a fan for so long, while bending the rules to whatever i find most comfortable

soooo if youre looking for a person to explain to you on how to draw inkfish in an accurate way then sorry i am not that guy pal . but if u just want my own personal opinions then sure ! if anybody wants more specific rundowns i can try, but for today ill only talk a little about hair:

first off, the simplest one

^ the way i color tentacles really depends on the style (its quite different when im working with aliased (aka pixelated) brushes or simplified styles, then i have to be a lot more concsious about my color choices) tbh but the one ive been doing the most recently is like the pictured above . im not good at explaining my coloring process in general to be honest, so i cant give much advice on that especially when it comes to splatoon since i just do whatever

^ now onto the wordier stuff ! its good to give more weight to the tentacles than you would with untouched human hair, since in the end these are literally pieces of flesh lol . inklings have more weight at the lower ends of their tentacles while octolings have it at the mid-to-higher ends, the weight is hand-in-hand with the thickness (as in mass) . also, i think its a canon attribute that octolings have thicker (as in density, and sometimes in mass, as shown with the enemy octolings) tentacles than inklings like their irl counterpart, but dont take my word for it since i dont know where the source is, i just like keeping it in mind art-wise since it makes sense for their real-world counterparts

personally when character designing i like to stick to the 4-tentacles = octolings, 6 tentacles = inklings rule, but even the canon characters will sometimes break it (though, from my recollection, it only breaks that rule by having less tentacles (shiver, frye, acht, marina in side order)) so i dont force myself to keep it if the design can look better with more or less pieces . however, limitations can definitely inspire creativity, so its a good starting point to stick to the canon tentacle-count

19. How do they silently/subtly express their love for each other? I’ll be talking about both The Happy Couple (Celeste and Vance) and 27 (Madon and Lathe Sheraton) I have a thing to S last names, I guess, his partner from 7. I wanted to differentiate they way each couple expresses their physical love not just because they are their own couple, but because of their circumstances and the way they move about the world. For Celeste and Vance, I wanted their relationship to be around consent. When Celeste first saw Vance after he won, she asked if she could take his hand; from then on, I realized that their love comes from consent and autonomy, especially with Vance! To quote my girlfriend 3 times when I first told her this: “like the idea of acknowledging that u will never fully know another person’s comfort levels within a specific moment is so real! and genuine and humble!!!!” / “and Lest asking that question is such a lovely question bc it’s telling the other person: i have your best intentions in mind and this is not a solely self-serving, righteous act i’m going to do by offering comfort. and acknowledging that they’re going to do what’s best for the other person.” / “BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCEEEEE (of consent). AND NEVER MAKE IT SEEM LIKE A HASSLE. ITS HOW THEY SHOW LOVE!!!” I really just wanted them to be open about how and when they are confutable with showing their love. As for 27, they are the opposite side of the spectrum depending on their location! If they’re in 7, they are not as open with their physical affection because they don’t really need to be, they don’t have to prove their love. Not to say that the Happy Couple needs to prove theirs, but it’s different for the boys. They aren’t watched the same way they are if they had met in the Capitol, it’s honest, not voyeristic. They’re usually apart, not physically close, but they treasure quiet moments together, whether it be working side by side at Lathe’s family shop or just in the woods, a few yards apart, taking in the beauty. But when they’re in the Capitol it’s a whole different ball game! They are not overly affectionate, but they can seem to overcompensate their love by being very physical.  Wren is so antithetical to his parents love. He's so aware of him and his partners body and how their love is so open and unasked; so fully known by both parties. To once again quote my girlfriend, “at some stage in a relationship, there’s blanket consent. like u don’t have to ask ur partner every time if u can kiss them bc it’s implied yes :’).”

20. What clothes/accessories do they steal from each other? This has been so hard for me to answer because I’m so not silly/goofy about my OCs, I take this very seriously & this is such a cute silly/goofy question lol. But if I really had to think about it, I would say Lathe usually steals Wren’s fancy jewelry in the Capitol, which he doesn’t really care about EXCEPT FOR HIS EARRINGS, DON’T TOUCH THOSE! Madon tends to take Lathe’s flannels so much so that Lathe’s grandmother stitches Madon’s name onto one of his to designate it as his own. His old Peacekeeping buddies there joke around that he looks more like a tradesman than an army grunt, but then again he’s never been one for uniforms.

22. How do they apologize after arguments? This is usually the case for the Happy Couple, after lots of separation to process not only the argument but their response, they tend to come together and just talk. A lot of their relationship is based on communication and honesty, and because they are both two people with vasts knowledge and experiences of truly horrific things, they know it’s best of not hold that all in. So, they talk over a few drinks and maybe a cigar when the kids are asleep, sometimes late at night walking around the gardens.

what i am used to when making ocs is that i tell everyone everything there is know about the character right away, and they ask me questions i can answer to help develop them, and we can bounce ideas off each other as well, but ultimately it is My character, and since i usually share everything i know about the character as soon as i think of it, the interpretation of the character begins and ends at my words.

but now, creating this comic, the slow pace of the release of information i already know means that people are creating their own versions of the characters in their heads. they’re adding new information that directly contradicts stuff i already know, because they only have incomplete data to extrapolate on.

especially since the psy characters begin as these almost parody-like characters of certain archetypes, it is easy to be like, “ah. i know This Type Of Character. i will ascribe them attributes of other Characters i know that fit this Type, since all i really know about them so far is their archetype, and not many specific personal details” it makes sense, and even though it is frustrating to have people say things abt our characters that contradict how we see them, i am trying to take it in stride a bit more.

there isn’t just one version of the character, there’s also different versions of the character inside the head of everyone who interfaces with it. it’s an interesting phenomenon!

the one thing i worry about is when canon ultimately contradicts these different versions of the characters people have built in their heads, that they will get frustrated or feel as if it is “incorrect” in some way, because it doesn’t fit THEIR view of the character. but i’m going to try to Trust that it will actually be a cool and awesome thing to readers when a character doesn’t meet their expectations of the archetype and goes “off script” from Their image of the character. you guys always say u love when media plays with your expectations, right?

What “cringe” fandoms would the mekadan have been into as kids. Like we know Marry was a black butler girlie but I need to know the rest. ayano is into homestuck. used to role play warrior cats. loves the marvel cinematic universe, and just any superhero comic book stuff in general. canonically into jojo.

kido's is BANDS. specifically bands considered emo back in 2013 or something. my chemical romance. blink 189. black veil brides. that was their shit. also im sorry but they were a superwholock. sorryyyyyy i also think they'd be into medical dramas like grey's anatomy and dr house LMAO

i dont think seto did or does fandoms. i think seto goes outside too much. he's the only one who has no idea what being in a fandom is like, also the least online definitely (I'll get to mary)

kano would be into youtubers/celebrities. he's so into celebrity gossip it's impossible to talk to him he knows of names youve never even heard of.

like u said mary is a black butler girlie but i guess she could like other mangas... i also think she'd watch medical dramas with kido. BUT she doesnt internet so she has no idea about any of it she just lore dumps everyone instead about any book she's reading. she finds out black butler is actually animated and forces everyone to sit down and watch it with her

momo was the one shipping creepypastas btw. i also think she's a sims girlie she's obsessed with its lore and loves making ocs in there and ends up obsessed with her own sims families (commissions haruka a bunch)

shintaro is into magical girls animes. like any of them. but i also think he'd like some popular cartoons like steven universe LOLLL he was probably furiously defending pearl online. also i think he used to make youtube poops and sparta remixes when he was like 14

haruka and takane are the fnaf lore guys especially haruka i seriously think he arrives to school one day after he stayed up all night watching fnaf lore videos and told takane all about it. they're the ones lining up for the movie rn. they also probably roleplayed undertale together in highschool. also i think takane likes analog horror which is horrible for haruka bc i think he hates horror but he's also weirdly fascinated by it so he's watching through his fingers anything takane puts on lol. they tend to share their fandoms especially in hs because haruka was furiously googling anything takane mentioned to have conversation topics with her

hiyori's obviously into idols. i think like kido she loves bands too but she's from the directioner bts stan vibes. and hibiya i LOVE to make jokes abt him being into whatever 12 year olds are into (fortnite, among us, fnaf) and seriously i do love that and i think gamer hibiya is possible with the power of him making the effort to learn to use his phone and the internet bc all his friends live far away and in the process learns abt all that. but before that he was like seto he has no idea what it feels like to be in a fandom and cannot understand hiyori's visions. he's still not SUPER online though

So I've actually had this question asked to me a few times! But when it comes to what kind of requests I will and won't take on Tumblr, I tend to focus on only things that relate to either my AU or my own personal interests ^^

My blog is mostly about my AU, so I take an incredible amount of joy in answering asks or comments relating to that, and I'm much more than happy doing small doodles and mini comics relating to those kinds of interactions simply because it's what I tend to focus on.

When it comes to simply drawing things that people request simply because they want to see it, however, it's not something I tend to do. In my eyes, it's the equivalent of essentially giving away free commission, especially if it's something that doesn't really relate to what I usually post. I do like Yugi Muto, he's actually one of my top three favorite characters, and does have some relevancy in my AU like all of the main cast does! But if you wanna see something specific like that, then I'd rather save it for maybe a commission or an ask that would involve it, simply so I wouldn't be putting my time and energy into a doodle that could be spent on more relevant pieces.

My blog is mainly a Kaiba based blog, so most likely yeah, you'll mostly be seeing him. But I'm sure you'll see more Yugi related pieces in the future if it's called for! ٩(◕‿◕)۶

(BUT!!! If you wanna see some absolutely amazing Yugi GT art please please PLEASE check out @twisted-art-wounders . They mainly focus on Yu-Gi-Oh/Miraculous/OC art and their stuff is so unbelievably good, I can't recommend them enough if you want Yugi based content!! )

evie wants to be safe and to know that her body is her own to control. whether or not she’s open about this is a difficult question to answer because she simply does not answer questions in a way that is always understandable to other people, in large part because of what magic has done to her mind. she affirms her connection to her physical self through seeking out situations she can be in physical control of — fights & sex, but especially the latter.

midnight: What keeps your OC up at night? Do they have nightmares? Fears? Anxieties? What do they do in the small hours of the morning when they should be sleeping?

evie is a light sleeper. she gets as much sleep as is legally necessary but even the slightest noise will wake her up. she cannot possibly let her guard down. she doesn’t sleep with other people in the bed if she can avoid it. she definitely has fears. Fear. one extremely specific fear and it’s shaped like a storybook knight

thank u for the question! i usually have a general idea when i come up with fanmixes, like the lucy one was based on the idea of songs that she could hypothetically have put on her album in canonverse. i also try to stick to time periods as much as possible.

like my songs btr could have sang in the show fanmix (which i will link here) has songs from the late 90s & early 2000s & early 2010s since that’s the music showverse btr would have grown up w and would be interested in.

i had to really fight w myself to not put songs that didn’t fit that time period and i only have one song that doesn’t fit that, which is in the night by fly by midnight, which i put on the playlist bc the chorus gives me kendall vibes lol!

i sometimes consider plot points in canon, my lucy playlist is mostly pop rock/pop punk breakup songs bc she’s dealing with heartbreak as she writes this album, while my jo playlist has a mix of boy band songs and general pop songs + a few country songs bc she’s originally from north carolina, and most likely would have grown up listening to it!

(fun fact) hair salon by megan moroney is the song that inspired my jo playlist! the lyric, my blonde was gettin' brassy, my roots were comin' in, was the one that made me go oh i need to make a jo playlist and everything kind of built itself around that!

my camille playlist is a mix of songs about self confidence and sensuality bc that’s pretty much her in a nutshell

i consider lyrics, general vibe of the fanmix and in the case of like my ocs and stuff, the plot points that are specific to them!

Pride does not have a good poker face because he does not try to hide it. He doesn't care if you see him breathing heavy or drooling or with the heart eyes—he'll invite you to watch, honestly.

Justice, on the other hand, tries so hard to have a poker face. He tries so hard, but it doesn't matter, because he is so easily flustered. He stumbles over his words, tries to hide his face, shifts around way too much, all of that.

🫠 What would they describe as “their type”?

Pride will fuck pretty much anybody, but to paraphrase a beloved anime movie, he especially likes the kind of person who could kick his ass. Both for masochism reasons and for bringing someone powerful down to their knees (sexual) reasons. While he salivates over feats of strength as much as the next guy, it's almost always followed by "i Need to top them" or "we should fight so they can make me all bloody and sexy and then i can top them."

Justice doesn't really have a type—that is, he wouldn't consider himself to have one. He prefers to like who he likes, without bothering to consider why or slotting them into a category. However, as the author of his character, I am omnipotent, and he loves his little freak boyfriend specifically because he is a little freak. <3

⌚ Is foreplay an essential step, or do they prefer to skip to the main event? Are they any good at foreplay?

It depends on the type of foreplay for Pride. He doesn't just want to kiss for 15 minutes (most of the time), it needs to be practically sex by itself. If we want to use the "microwave or oven" metaphor here, Pride is absolutely a microwave who doesn't necessarily need foreplay, but it's an extra bit of fun if he feels like drawing things out. He's good at it when he wants to be, because he likes being a tease, but he can be impatient when he wants the "shove it in raw, I don't give a fuck, I'll finish in two minutes" type of sex.

Continuing the metaphor, Justice is the oven who really does prefer foreplay. To get himself (and Pride) warmed up, obviously, but more than that he just... likes it. It's nice to explore a little before the main event, gradually re-learning everything they like about each other, and he likes when it gets desperate and breathless at the end, when neither of them can hold back anymore. It's as essential to him as the actual sex, and Pride can attest to his... attention to detail.

💡 Lights on or off?

For Pride, it's very simple. For standard boning, lights off. For kink scenes, lights on. He wants to be able to see what he's doing if there are restraints involved, but absent any of that, he likes the dark for the mood it sets.

For Justice, he prefers a light, or dim light at least, for kinky and non-kinky sex. He wants to be able to see Pride and his body the whole time. Sex isn't just about how it feels, it's about who he's doing it with, and he wants that reminder constantly.

omg hello friend!!!!!! i am sorry that it took me a second to get back to u + i hope u didn’t think that i was ignoring ur ask or something! i will try to be as helpful as i can be, especially as someone who was once in ur shoes because i did come out of nowhere tbh………

when i decided to join the fic community, what i did was throw my girls into the tag and pray for the best 😭🙏 literal no thoughts, just a sneak peek youtube thumbnail and a dream because not only i also found the community very intimidating, but i asked myself, what’s the worse that could happen? so i just did it. and u should do that, too.

my forever advice is not to overthink. it’s YOUR blog! they are YOUR ideas! they are YOUR characters! they are YOUR creations and your graphics! because as long as you’re not moving weird, who is going to check you? 🤷 saying this from experience because this is something i still struggle with, but at the end of the day, this is my blog and i can post whatever and whenever i want. i say whenever because you shouldn’t feel pressured to post everything in one go. take ur time!

i also think that as long as you tag your posts accordingly and make them eye-catching (and i dont mean graphics by this! write/come up with something fun and interesting and people will be seated🧎‍➡️), your posts will be seen within the community

try not to compare your work (ocs, graphics, writing, formats, etc) with other’s + don’t think too much if you get a few notes. at some point you will be having a DAMN.. THIS FLOPPED… moment but i think that as long as you are content with what u shared to the community, you will be fine 🤷 just pull an icymi reblog to give it a little push if you think it’s needed! plus, with time your notes will start growing, trust!

i don’t know if this could be considered an advice but, personally, i’ve done nothing but vibe and do my own thing ever since i got here and i think that’s the main reason why i am having fun! i come here to share a thing or two, lurk a lil and then back off then repeat. i don’t take this hobby seriously nor i depend on anyone when it comes to my group / my ideas so like. yeah. just do ur own thing to try and keep ur peace! 🙏
