Yall canceling idle for releasing ot5 songs but why would they use the ot6 versions on their concerts when Soojin ISN'T A PART OF THE GROUP ANYMORE? Revisiting The Arcana because I missed it,,,

That whole thing where Asra just...gives half his heart to us because he really couldn't let us go is *chef's kiss*. I wholeheartedly love him in general.

Writing anything yandere related for him would be so interesting and the game provides enough fuel for my neurons to think of things. Like...there's so much complexity to this.

Asra, I feel like, would be kind of paranoid in a way (in this context). The long trips are a half lie since he will still be watching over you while you're alone in the shop. This heavily stems from how the last time he left you, you kicked the bucket.

Plus, with the amnesia you have, Asra can literally tell you anything and you'd probably believe it. He can just straight up lie and tell himself that it's for your own good. You did have to relearn magic from him, so there are many possibilities that come with this.

Also, yeah, he still is very apprehensive in regards to Julian and definitely Lucio. It gets horrendously worse if Lucio is also a yandere that falls for you (I love Lucio too and that whole route with Asra just,,,if you know, you know,,,it sent me). Someone will get hurt.

Overall, Asra is kind of smothering, overprotective, and gently manipulative. You were a powerful magician before the plague, but everyone assumes you're his apprentice after being revived. As much as he dislikes seeing you as an apprentice (he hates when you call him Master, canonically), he sees this as a way to keep you close to him. Reliant on him. Safe with him. The world had taken you once before, but he will not allow it to take you again.

Basically just crank up his unhealthy traits. He's extremely self sacrificing when it comes to you. You are his top priority and possibly his reason to live.

Desc.: in which you’re visiting a christmas market with your girlfriend, and she has an unexpected surprise for you

a/n: not @ me writing smth christmassy in the last possible minute ndnxnxnxn anyway, merry christmas to everyone who celebrates!!^^

You feel a pull on your hand as your gaze lingers on the display of the vendor in front of you. You just can't tear yourself away from the silver necklace, thin and elegant, and attached to it a tiny charm decorated with a shiny gemstone in your favourite colour.

"Come on, Y/N," Jimin calls out to you, and when you look at her, you find a hint of amusement in her smile. "You really like that necklace, hm?"

"Yeah, but..." you nod, and you frown as you point at the price tag. It's not overpriced, but still too expensive for you, so you let out a sigh.

"I know," Jimin responds. "But, baby..." Your gaze returns to your girlfriend, her eyes filled with sympathy for your situation, and you watch her pink tinted lips as she speaks. "We've been standing here for 15 minutes... didn't we wanna go look for some snacks?"

"Right," you say, and you remember you've actually been quite hungry before the piece of jewelry caught your eye. "Let's go then." With one last glance at the necklace, you let yourself be pulled along by Jimin, following her through the crowds and towards one of the many food stalls that have set up shop on the christmas market. 

"There's so many yummy things, what do you want to get?" your girlfriend, who still hasn't let go of your hand, asks and you chuckle.

"You just want me to choose for you because you can't decide what to have," you mutter, and she gives you a childlike smile that tells you you were right.

"Well, I'd have a bit of everything, but I don't think I can eat that much..." she says, and you agree. The sheer amount of food offered not only at the place you're standing in front of right now, but also at the many other vendors is overwhelming, so you decide to take matters into your own hands.

"Then let's get one thing they recommend here and share, then we can still try more afterwards!"

So that's what you decide to do, sharing one meal, then another, and at the end of the third one you can both feel your stomachs about to burst as you laugh about that fact.

"We overdid it," Jimin says.

"We did," you agree with her, and at the same time you find yourself captivated by her beauty as she grins, nose scrunched up and sparkles in her eyes.

"So... dessert?" she then suggests in front of your empty paper plate, and you snort.

"Already?"

"It's fine," she retorts, laying one hand over her stomach. "Dessert goes to the heart."

"Right," you laugh.

"You know what?" Jimin's eyes light up. "Let's go look for dessert separately and meet here again in 10 minutes? And whoever has the best one wins!" 

"Ah... sure." You're not sure where her sudden idea came from, but it's not like you're not up for a little challenge. Plus, it does sound fun, so you agree.

"Okay! Ready.... set... go!" And off she runs, leaving you to watch her back as it disappears in the crowd, smiling at her playfulness - until you realize the used plate is still in front of you, and you huff because of the disadvantage she's left you with. Begrudgingly, you grab the plate and look for a trash can to dispose of it, before you too try to find yourselves some delicious dessert. 

It takes you a few minutes to find something that looks like it'll help you win your little challenge, and even though the queue in front of the shop isn't exactly short, you decide to hope it'll be your turn in time. And a long queue must mean what they sell here can't be bad, at least.

With a little less then two minutes left, you receive a message from Jimin, telling you to hurry. A victorious smile spreads on your face as it's your turn to order only moments later, and with your chosen snack in hand, you dash back to your meeting point. Judging by her message you expect her to already be waiting for you there, so naturally you're surprised when you arrive and don't find her anywhere. Pulling out your phone, you text her back,

"Looks like I won, hehe."

Just as the ten minutes are over, you can make out her face in the crowd, fast approaching you with empty hands.

"Sorry, time was up and the queue was too long..." she explains, panting.

"It's okay," you say, hoping she wouldn't be too upset about not being able to bring anything with her. "I have enough for the both of us." You hold out the snack you bought for the two of you to share. "Oh," you then exclaim as your girlfriend helps herself to a bite. "But that also means I won!"

"It does I guess," she agrees with a smile, and you merrily share your dessert.

"Actually I'm kinda glad we only had one portion to share," you say after having the last bite. "Now I really can't eat any more." You laugh as you begin walking over to the nearest trash can to throw away the paper plate it came on.

"Right," Jimin agrees. Then she calls out to you. "Y/N... do you wanna do me a favour?"

"What is it?" She pulls you away from the crowd a bit, before continuing,

"Close your eyes for me." You raise your eyebrows in surprise, but you do as told anyway. "Oh, and take off your scarf for a sec? I know it's cold but... it's not for long." Confused, you do as told, and then you feel her hands grazing the back of your neck, along with a cool sensation at the sides of your throat where your jacket doesn't cover the skin.

"You can open your eyes," Jimin speaks softly, now standing right behind you. You look down on yourself, finding the necklace from earlier has been placed around your neck, the gemstone glowing prettily in front of your chest.

"Jimin..." you gasp as you turn on your heels to face your girlfriend, and you see her smiling at you, adoration plastered all over her face. "But... you didn't have to...!"

"I know," she responds, cupping your face in her hands, warm palms meeting your cold cheeks. "You liked it so much, so I thought..."

"So that's why you didn't bring a snack with you!" you exclaim, making her chuckle.

"Yes." And then suddenly, tears begin welling up in your eyes. "Baby..." Jimin whispers. "What's wrong?" You shake your head as you see the concerned expression on her face, not wanting to worry her.

"It's just... this is so sweet of you and... I'm just really thankful!" She doesn't seem to know what to say as she looks at you intently, so you show her a smile, and you grab her face in your hands as well, pulling her in to kiss her on the lips. 

"Then I'm glad..." she whispers as you part, smiling at you. "So... you like it? The necklace."

"Of course, baby!" you reply. "I love it! And I love you." You throw your arms around her, squeezing her tightly in a warm embrace. "Thank you so much."

AU but nothing changed. Except the fact Mhin can transform into like an actual raven , specifically an albino raven and they look around while they are in their form. They do have their limits for how long they can stay in their raven form. :3

Now imagine they visit MC​ by their window and just listens to everything MC have to say like of course, you don't just casually see an albino raven, specifically landing in your place. Babbling how interesting to see Mhin by their window and there's a good chance they would not like to get pet until they know MC a bit more.

I think everyone ( Main casts, Elyon & Sen ) knows that Mhin is the raven but everyone keeps their mouth shut from saying anything because it's funny as shit to watch this go down.

If someone ever tried to make tv show out of The Arcana I think the best solution would be playing with time line paradox thingy. Like Spiderverse or Everything Everywhere At Once style . Just my opinion because I can't choose it in the poll.

Ok I've been thinking about this a lot so thank you for giving me an excuse to speak on it lol.

Before we start, I have only read through Nadia, Asra, Julian, and half of Muriel's routes, but I still think that's enough to make a timeline.

I agree: Although there is still the same throughline in each of the routes, they all work as their own universe. For example, in Muriel's route, Lucio makes deals with the courtiers, gaining a physical (albeit goat-shaped) body that way. In Asra's route, you successfully take back your body from Lucio and the courtiers eat what remains of his spirit. In Nadia's ending, both you and Lucio regain your bodies, but Lucio is banished from the lands.

I guess one of the first questions we should ask ourselves, as theoretical showrunners, is what ending do we want to give Lucio? Is he alive? dead? Does he end the show still swimming in the in-between, with no way of returning to the physical world?

Secondly, we need to establish what kind of story we want to tell. In the prologue, we are told by Nadia that Julian killed Lucio, and she needs our help to track him down and bring him to justice. Because of this, it makes the most sense to me if we bring a large focus to Julian; through his route, we learn about the Red Plague, the MC's death and resurrection, and all of the atrocities committed by Valdemar. This is also where his plan to be hung to talk to the Hanged Man gets explained the most. However, if we only follow Julian, we never learn of Asra's past with their missing parents, or his childhood growing up orphaned with Muriel. We won't learn of Nadia's rocky relationship with her parents, or much of anyone else's backstory, for that matter.

Therefore, I propose to you this mish-mash:

The A plot mostly follows Julian and Asra's routes. That first night, you talk to Asra through the fountain and confide in them about the investigation. The next day, you talk to Portia at her cottage, and she admits that Julian is her brother. You tell her you'll keep her secret, and Portia is happy. As you leave her cottage, you see a red stream and follow it, where you find Julian. He tells you the stream is no longer contagious, and he wistfully tells you there's no need for a plague doctor without a plague. You hear Malak scream, and as you try to run away you slip and fall into the stream, being bitten by an eel. Julian pulls you to safety, and once you're away from the guards he tends to your wounds. He shows you his mark, claiming it's a curse from Asra. You go back to the palace, where Asra is meeting with Nadia for the first time. He hugs you and asks if they can take you out for the day. You agree and they take you to their personal oasis and talk about the realms of the Arcana.

As the A plot unfolds, I think the B plot should be roughly Nadia's route, with Portia taking the place of the MC. Portia admits to knowing how to read and write after Nadia's sister shows up at Vlastomil's mansion.

Finally, the C plot should be Muriel and Morga hunting Lucio's ghost together. Here we learn about Muriel's past and his ties to Morga. They reconcile after one last fight against Lucio.

Everyone reconvenes in time for the hearing. During Muriel's route, Nadia tells you that they found Valdemar's secret lab. This should be where Julian regains his memories of his past, and where you, Asra, and Julian go to the Lazaret to learn once and for all about your death. Asra and Julian fight once more, Asra telling Julian he should have done more to protect you from the Plague. Julian runs away, turning himself in to Nadia. You talk to him behind bars, and he reveals his plan to talk to the Hanged Man. I also think that Valerius should accuse Nadia of conspiring with Julian here.

Nadia and Julian both take a stand. Julian gets pronounced guilty, with Nadia successfully proving her innocence and embarrassing Valerius. After the hanging, you, Portia, and Asra go to stay with Julian's body while Nadia gets the palace ready for the masquerade. Julian jolts alive, telling you of his meeting with the Hanged Man, and of Lucio's return with the plague.

Eventually, the Devil tracks you down and steals your body. You and Asra meet in the realms of the Arcana as Muriel and Nadia try to find out where the ritual took place. Asra finds his parent's prison, and you free Aisha and Salim as well as their familiars. As you let them leave, you are approached by the different courtiers. You unbind them from the Devil. Lucio shows up and begs to be unbound. You do so, regaining your body. You go back to the physical world where Nadia has imprisoned Lucio. You go to the Devil's feast where Faust and Asra secretly put your blood in the wine. Everyone drinks, but the merging of worlds does not happen. The Devil goes back to his domain where you follow with all your friends, binding him once and for all.

At the end, Nadia and Portia get together (obviously), maybe Asra and Julian reconcile, or the MC gets with one of them depending on the specifics of the story lol. Morga takes Lucio away, presumably to punish him on her own terms, or maybe to reconcile. Muriel, no longer bound by his chains, is happy :) maybe he and Asra kiss idk

Ok this was really long and I am fully aware it's a jumbled mess, but it's really hard to put something cohesive together when each of the different routes have such good storylines. At the end of the day, I really like the end of Julian's route where everyone comes together to help you bind the Devil. I think it's quite cinematic, albeit cliche. I also like the part of Nadia's story where you unbind the courtiers one by one (the little Volta creature has my whole heart). And of course, we can't forget about Asra saving their parents. I'm not too sure about an ending where Lucio is unbound-- I think the way Asra's route deals with Lucio is really cool. At the end of the day, I think the easiest way to do this is to figure out what you want from Lucio and work backwards from there.

'cus, dont get me wrong, portia is an absolute gem in other routes... but that' s the thing.

in other routes.

i haven't currently met anyone who likes portia's route as their best, or even top 3. personally, the route isn't ALL bad, its cute, quirky and it's not too out of character.

however, it feels less like a romance and more like a platonic. sure, they get together in the end -- but it doesn't really feel all too established, aka i feel like the route is rushed.

i feel the same for muriels and a little for lucio's as well, though i think that (COUGH COUGH dorian COUGHGHG) did portia the most dirty, which is a shame, cus i definitely would've loved her if they established a bit more of her personality, and less on tasya.

cus while the plot is important, we haven't really seen anything like it in other routes (where the M3 where the same), and this caused alot more building to be on plot than a romance option

... which could've been EASILY fixed if her route was as long as the M3 (asra, for example)
