This time I will tell you about the time I spent in London, a place very dear to me. London is like a shy person, listening to The Beatles in the 90s... not much has changed since then. In London, you feel like you’re in a city that belongs to everyone—hundreds of people from different countries, tourists, pass by as if you don’t exist. It’s very hard to feel alone on the streets of London. With their specific, refined, and discreet accent, and their somber manners, Londoners don't mix with the crowd, having secluded spots where they spend their time. New, tall buildings blend with those that survived the Second World War, stopping you somewhere between then and now.

London is the city of my heart, a place where I learned many things. Yet the cold streets, the constant rain, and all the strangers around me made me feel like a simple star in an enormous galaxy. I don't define my journey there in any particular way. Tell me, what is London like for you? Until then, see you at 5 o'clock tea, London.

Tattooed people of tumblr I need your assistance!

Maybe artists/astronomy nerds could help too.

I’m thinking I’d like a tattoo, possibly behind my ear but could be somewhere else, to be something to do with astronomy but not something too easily confused with astrology. (No hate to people who believe in astrology, just that I don’t and I don’t want people to assume I do and it be awkward). The only ideas I can think of are a scientific formula which I worry would be too fine and blow out or like, a planet which would be hard to make sure was readable and might just be sorta generic. Could be something related to a specific achievement in terms of astronomy but I think I’d rather something wider. I also don’t want a quote by any specific scientist.

Any ideas/advice about other things I could get or for fine line tattoos?

Everybody has always told me that tattoos are bad and I shouldn't get them, but I've put a lot of thought into what I want to get lately, so here are some of them.

I want wings, beautiful, feathery wings, so I can soar and be free. I want birds, flying mid-air. I want jellyfish, delicate, dangerous, and free. I want waves, crashing over my body. I want the moon, hanging over me, always watching. I want the sun, beautiful and kind and warmth-giving. I want the solar system, beautiful and impossible to conquer. I want cultural designs from where I'm from, giving me a sense of my roots and identity. I want the word freedom, so I'll never lose it. I want a spinning wheel, reminding me that I can immortalize myself and others by weaving tales spun in gold, never forgotten. I want the stars, so they're never out of reach again.
