#my art #oc #original #woodkid #old creak #had a talk with my brother about the future & it was gut-wrenching. my mom is stable now but the future holds no promise #he asks me to really think abt who would take care of me when the worst came true. what my future would be?#and i didnt have the heart to say that i intend to not live any longer after my mom passes away #having passive suicidal ideation for years kinda uproots your everything. you dont think abt the future bc you don't exist in the future #at least thats what i thought #the idea of having to live (survive) doesnt excite me at all. it fills me with dread. i want to be uprooted. i want to be free from the dirt #and those feelings kinda inspired me to draw this i guess #woodkid isnt suicidal tho hes positive boy lol

#daydreaming #maladaptive daydreaming #maladapting daydreaming disorder #maladaptive behaviors #maladaptive coping #dissociation #immersive daydreaming #dimond speaks #yeah so adding this to my list here lol #my therapist helped me realize i dissociate a LOT and the primary way i do it is through vivid daydreams #they usually happen at work but they also pop up if i'm having a bad day or... anytime really.#i've also come to the realization that i have at least one of these a day which is not good fgsjh #my therapist says they're not inherently bad especially since they do have a positive effect on my emotions (if its a good daydream)#but it's gotten to the point that it's affecting the way i work #and they can last for a LONG time too #i haven't timed them but i do know they've been over 30 minutes at work before #this is either due to ADHD autism PTSD or a mixture of the three lmao #weeeee #anyway. this post isn't really intended to be a vent post #it's more like a 'this is my experience' type post #it just kinda comes across as somewhat vent-y #but that was because i wanted to try and immerse the reader into what its like to have these daydreams #like mine look NOTHING like this but making it more generic would help others understand it #the void is the general dissociation from reality #then you emerge in the dream #i can feel things as if i'm there- the sun the wind and sometimes even physical touch #and i'll stay there until something snaps me out #strangely i can get my work done while i'm doing this- i just wont have any memory of doing so. it's like being on autopilot #anyway. I hope this post was helpful to someone out there #if you also maladaptive daydream YOU ARE NOT ALONE! it's valid and you're not 'faking' anything. it's a genuine trauma response.

I am so mad about how desperately into pan I am. he was specifically made to fuck me up. they dangled him in front of me like 'hey would you like to see a sad clown trickster with emotional intimacy issues and a heart of, if not gold, then some mysterious alloy with qualities not at all unlike those of gold at the end of the day?' and I went 'boy would I!' and now I'm lost. p4 if it was awesome: the narrative actually exploring yosuke projecting his internalized homophobia on kanji in a serious manner, yosuke eventually apologizing to him after some introspection, and the two growing even closer cuz they both realize that they actually have a lot more in common than they originally thought

TWs: Referenced trafficking (I intended it to be like... hybrid trafficking but you can imagine it as whatever), Suicidal Whumpee

Beneath the cut is a short drabble I wrote surrounding a scenario in my head, but I barely know anything about the fandom I wanted to write it for, so I made it more ambiguous.

Whumpee barely has the energy to lift their head as someone enters their cell. “Are you here to kill me?” They rasp, a glimmer of hope in their chest. They can finally rest.

The person looks taken aback by their question. They pause for a moment before answering. “No, I’m here to rescue you. I’m with an organization that gets trafficked people back home.”

Their response is carefully crafted. Whumpee hates them for it. “...Why? Why me..?”

The person approaches them carefully, like they’re a cornered rat. “Why wouldn’t I help you?” They ask, kneeling in front of Whumpee. Their face is so kind.

“I don’t want to live,” Whumpee says softly. “You’d be doing me a favor by killing me.”

The person purses their lips. “Forgive me for being selfish, but I don’t want your blood on my hands.”

Whumpee lets their head drop back onto their arms. The person places a gentle hand on their back. “Can I pick you up?”

“...Yeah.”

#man ive never seen an eating disorder kill someone else besides a parent infecting a child but my nana is really trying #shes like 1000% orthotexic. will not eat anything not filled with vegetables or fat. and my grandpa is 87yo with a heart condition currentl #in the hospital for covid bc thry went to Christmas church and dont believe in being vaccinated and my dad is so frustrated #bc he knows his mom is not gonna give his dad hearty foods. he needs to eat like protein shakes and meat and ice cream. anything thats not #her cooking which sucks on top of being extremely healthy. except its not healthy bc they dont eat a balanced diet #so its my nanas eating disorder killing her husband and shes so fucking frustrating. im like 99% sure she has obsessive compulsive #personally disorder bc she fits to a T and has zero insight. she may have full on 0cd bc talking to my dad he has more obvious 0cd #compulsions than i do. he used to say phrases before going to bed and would take 2 steps across the floor to prevent bad things from #happening. so like im pretty sure my nana is where i get my perfectionism and 0cd. god. i wish i could express how fucked up she is #like my dad said at least he had a stable home to grow up in but like she has zero sympathy for other people. cannot look past herself. wil #not wear a mask bc she doesnt care enough abt other ppl. my dad was like: u would not have survived in that house. which is fair bc i am #barely keeping it together coming from a stable home with two sympathetic parents who i know love me #and like its sad that they're suffering the effects of buying into the fox news bullshit and its killing them #but also. genuinely. i think theyre not very good ppl. theyre the type of people who think they're better bc they're religious. white. and #thin. and theyre not better thsn anyone. their grandchildren cant stand them. well cant stand her at least. papa is just quite so its hard #to say what hes thinking. apparently he was confused last night and saying something about eating dinner on the golf course. which sounds #nicer thsn being in the hospital lol. ugh. he seems not long for this world tbh. may he pass peacefully to b with his 1st wife who died of #brain cancer at age like 20 or something. so it goes. bleh. how many funerals are intended for me in the next 5 years? hopefully none but #that seems improbable with the unspoken drain circling that seems to b going on in this family. old age and like almost 10 years of cancer #defying the stats but for how much longer?#i dunno. its just so weird to watch these things happen and not talk about it directly to the other ppl who see it #i worry that ill come off as too callose or inappropriate bc i have that tendency when something bad is happening but thats everyone else #excuse? idk i just feel like its better to talk abt things #unrelated #ed mention #i tell u this so i can say these things to someone and also bc if i were u. i would like to hear the drama #bc im nosey and i assume other r too ;-]

Started reading the comments on the now infamous reddit poll (as someone who was just watching the stuff go down lmao) and was honestly delighted by some of the commentary from people who admitted they didn't ship byler because...well.

"I understand why mlvn would leave a bad taste in your mouth after what they did to Will to accomplish it. Now all I think of when I see them is gay suffering"

figured i'd post the full creature list for my bravely default bestiary mod for dwarf fort since the mod is basically finished ignoring my indecisiveness under read more since it's like 50 miles long

greaps, the second full creature from 4HoL. put in simply because she's very cool and it felt weird to only have 1 4HoL monster.

a megabeast that specializes on using different forms of magic from her 3 different battles from 4hol.
