So um all the mlp infected au have been everywhere lately and they inspired me to make my own :D

*Note that these were descriptions on separate posts from my Instagram so if it flows weird, that’s why*

I’m calling this au My Little Beast and this is the beast virus. The beast virus is an alien virus that came down to Earth inside a space rock. Daring Do went to check it out and was bitten by a worm-like creature that was residing inside the rock. The worm creature promptly died and Daring Do was made into patient zero.

The virus spreads solely through the saliva of infected and, mysteriously, it ONLY infects ponies. The infection, after getting bitten, is a harsh and sudden transformation into a beast form that will vary depending on what species of pony the infected is. Infected acquire a ravenous appetite for meat and will kill anything that moves.

Infected ponies can no longer use their magic after being infected, hence the missing cutie marks (infected pegasi wings are big enough to fly without magic). Even though uninfected ponies can still use their magic after the outbreak, magic of any kind does not directly work on the infected. So survivors cannot use magic spells to fight infected.

I mentioned previously that the infection only infects ponies. This means animals, dragons, and any other non-pony creatures are practically immune if they are ever bitten. However, they are still at risk of getting mauled and eaten by infected ponies. Stabber venom will take effect on non-pony creatures.

You’re probably wondering why none of the infected forms I’ve drawn so far is wearing their typical clothing or accessories. Well, simple answer is they tear it off during transformation. Infected ponies hate the feeling of anything clinging on their bodies due to the rapid and drastic transformations occurring to their bodies.

I know Cadence typically gets infected in these infection aus, but I needed an alicorn sacrifice for the ref sheet (and Twilight is the one making these infected guides hint hint)😔

Shining Armor and Flurryheart do manage to escape infected Cadence but that’s a story for another post ;)

They absolutely hate fire! So long as it is not magical fire as anything magical in origin has no effect on infected ponies. If a survivor is looking for an easy distraction to get away from infected, it can be done two ways: always have a torch on hand or throw already dead corpses at infected. The infected ‘s blood thirst will have distracted by any kind of dead body, including the bodies of dead infected.

zombie apocalypse (no powers) au where mob is turned but ritsu isn't ready to give up on him, so he simply takes him with him to find a cure. there's a Lot here to summarize, but my favorite part of this au is how ritsu slowly but surely starts to resent most humans and suddenly he's the lunatic kid who's on the zombie side of the war. more info in the tags where i don't shut up ever

They Are Still In There Somewhere #which is what ritsu realizes. mob is still in there somewhere. he sees it in the way he acts #even if his brother can no longer hold a conversation he is still here. he still acts like mob‚ in these little moments of clarity #and then ritsu starts seeing this everywhere. he realizes that zombies r still people‚ just hurt ones. ones that most ppl have been killing #ritsu does not shoot zombies. he saves his bullets for people who cause more problems than they solve #and usually‚ that is the settlements that kill zombies left n right for simply existing #mob doesn't attack ritsu in this ever btw. reason being is that mob is still mob and he recognizes ritsu's face #zombies don't typically attack familiar faces. some of them r able to discern faces‚ others have lost that ability #oh yeah and ritsu slowly loses his mind in this au. he's like.not normal by the end. yay <3

#teen wolf #twedit #teen wolf edit #twgifs #theo raeken #mordred #arthurian legend #arthuriana #my gifs #mine #twarthur #i think this was one of the first ones we assigned #and it's sooo fitting cause theo is one of my favs and mordred is one of su's faves #we love betrayal in this house #also something i meant to mention on the mason one that su brought up but forgot and it fits here to so you're getting it #but the dichotomy between theo killing his own sister and getting her heart and that being what makes him viable to be a chimera #vs mason absorbing his twin in utero and that leading to him becoming the beast #like theo's was a conscious act of evil (even if he was 9 and under the influence of the doctors) but mason's was something that happened #before he was even born something he did unconsciously which would lead to him becoming the quote unquote perfect killer for the doctors #theo and mason's whole perfect evil vs truly good schtick is just soooooo delicious to me you don't get it #and the whole idea of like in order to create the beast the doctors couldn't use theo who was ready and willing to kill #but instead they had to corrupt and infect mason who is the best and most just person in the teen wolf universe #I LOVE the dread doctor arc and the entire of season 5 in case you didn't get that and i will stop here but know i could go on forever
