hello, I was wondering if you could a Vincent x reader were the reader normally doesn't sleep very good. Like they go a few days with getting very little sleep like, 2-3 hours. Then the next day after those few days they will sleep for hours on end. So pretty much a Vincent x reader with a bad sleeping schedule.
Thank you if do this! Have a good day and take care of yourself.
I'm back, yeah. Sorry for the long waiting, I just needed some time. But now I'm gonna write again
(;
Vincent Sinclair x reader with a bad sleeping schedule
Tumblr media
• Vincent is very upset about your sleep problems, so he will try to make it easier for you in every possible way. He knows by himself how much it drains the body, after all, he stays in the basement for a long time without eating or sleeping. But it's a different story with you. He doesn't want your body to feel the same way.
• The man will try to make your bedroom as cozy as possible so that you feel comfortable and safe. A night light with soft light, soft clean sheets and a comfortable pillow. He can also buy you a special night light with colored light or a starry sky effect to lull you to sleep.
• In the late afternoon, Vincent makes you warm tea or milk to make you more sleepy. A small snack wouldn't be bad either. What about chocolate chip cookies or sweet marshmallows?
• If necessary, he will spend much more time with you before returning to the basement when you fall asleep.
• Vincent will give you a warm candlelit bath and use scented oil. Lavender oil will become your real best friend. Vincent has very strong and skillful hands, trained over years of working with wax, so he can do a very good massage. This man will massage your back or neck to reduce tension.
• He may also try to play some quiet music for you on one of the players Lester brought. The sounds of rain or the sound of waves can help you fall asleep.
• If sleep still doesn't come, Vincent will stay in bed with you for as long as you need it. He will hug you while you lie on his chest; his soft heartbeat is like a lullaby under your cheek. The man will gently stroke your hair, and from his chest comes a slight murmur and purr. It may be difficult for him to speak, but he can still hum a lullaby for you. The soft vibration of his chest is soothing.
• Every time you fall asleep for a long time after a few days of poor sleep, Vincent will make sure that you have everything you need. He will put a comfortable pillow under your head and cover you with a blanket. If you fall asleep on the couch, he will certainly take you back to the bedroom. He will also leave a glass of water or a box of your favorite juice on the bedside table on your side, as well as some small snack.
• Vincent constantly checks that there are pills in your bedside table in case you wake up with a headache, and mints so that you can feel better.

Time of the month
Summary:the reader is on her period and Jude is looking after her
Tumblr media
I'm in pain, my stomach cramps are fucking killing me, and i can't move
"Hey babe what's wrong?"
"It's that time of the month"
" I'll go make you something to eat"
He walks out of the room and 15 minutes later he comes back with food on a tray
"Ok here you go love"
He puts the tray on my lap as I sit up, I look down at the plate and seeing a full English breakfast
Usually I would be enjoying or eating it but the sight of the food made me wanna throw up, I glance at the food one more time.
Next thing I know I'm shooting out of bed going to the bathroom, with Jude following me close behind holding my hair back
I throw up in the toilet until I feel a bit better, then I start crying and sobbing feeling stupid for what I just did
"Why are you crying love?"
"You just made me breakfast and when I saw it, i wanted to throw up, you put so much work and effort and the sight of your food makes me puke" I say in between sobs
"Oh babe it's alright , I know you're not feeling your best right now"
"Are you sure you're not offended?"
"Nope not one single bit , how bout I step out and get you everything you need and we can just chill, hows that sound?"
"Great"
"Ok let's get you back in bed first"
He helps me up and Carriers me to our bed, but before that he puts a bucket on the floor filled with a little bit of water"
"The bucket is for if you need to throw up and I'm not here"
"Ok, I love you"
"I love you more babe" he says and walks out the room
An hour later I hear the front door open and close
"Hey babe I got all of your favorites, here, I didn't know which candy to get so I got all of them"
"Jude can we just please cuddle, I really missed you"
"You know what I've noticed"
"What"
"Is that when you're on your period, you become very Clingy, like super clingy"
"Whatever, can you come to bed now"
"But what about the snacks, we need bowls and glasses"
"We can eat from the bag and drink from the bottles"
"Fine"
He takes his shoes off and slips into the sheets,I lay my head on his chest and he puts his arm around my shoulder
The next day I'm no longer puking and my stomach cramps have slighty reduced so I decided to take a walk around the house
"Jude, why are these towls not folded properly?"
"What towels"
"The ones in the bathroom"
"I did fold them though"
"Well not properly it seems, look let me show you, you do this, then this and then this, then you put it like this, do you see"
"Ok love I see"
"Ouch"
"What is it"
"Cramps"
"Ok c'mon let's get you up to bed"
"But I've been in bed the whole day ever since yesterday"
"C'mon I'll give you a massage, then afterwards you have to get something into your System, so you don't throw up again"
He Carries me to the room bridal style and gently lays me on the bed
He grabs the tissue oil and lifts my shit just enough to expose my back and he starts rubbing the tissue oil on my back
Just a few minutes after he massages me I feel myself falling asleep
But before I can drift off I hear him speak I think he thinks I'm asleep
"You're one crazy person y/n but I love you anyway, you have no idea how happy you make me,I'm so whipped i sometimes think , what if we break up, I'll be so heartbroken if that happens I know it will physicality hurt me, if you ever leave, I just hope you'll stay with me forever"
That's the last thing I hear before falling asleep
"Babe wake up"
"What?"
"You have to take your pain killers and get something into your System"
"I'm not hungry"
"I'll cuddle with you afterwards"
"Your bribery is not working by the way"
"C'mon love, please do it for me"
"No"
"Y/n"
"No"
"I'll cuddle with you"
"That's not enough"
"And we can do face masks and I'll even take part in your night routine"
"Ok I'll do it , but only because you're so instant"
"Sometimes I ask myself how I landed with you in my life"
"By Luck, you were blessed by the heavens above"
"Yeah no I don't think so"
I throw a pillow at him and he laughs
"Now come cuddle with me, you promised"
He gets into bed and hands me my food before turning his attention to the TV in front of us
"And Jude"
"Yeah love"
"Ofcourse I'll always be there with you forever, there's no way we're breaking up,and I love you too"
"You heard that"
"Yeah I did"
"How much of it"
"All of it"
"Well I meant every part of it"
"Even the part where you said I was crazy"
"Especially that part"
"You know what, I think we should breakup"
"Ok we were just playing around, you took it way too far"
I laugh at him but he doesn't seem to be laughing with me
That's when I realize he's upset
"Jude"
"Jude"
"Babe"
"Baby"
"My love"
"Love of my life"
"My better half"
As I say the words I see him trying to hide a smile
"Oh so you don't wanna talk to me"
"No"
"Baby, I'm sorry"
"I'll let it slide only this once cause you're on your period
"But you're the love of my life as well"
"I know"
I peck his lips and watch the TV

Note
It feels wrong to be here without your presence, the door closes behind me with a small groan as if to grieve its occupant. It’s dark inside, I don’t bother to turn the lights on, I remember how you always liked it dim. I step past the shoe rack and mat by the front door and walk past the couch. Stopping, I stare down and remember all the nights i’d fall asleep in your arms. The feel of your chest heaving softly beneath my head now still.
It isn’t as lively as before now that you’re gone. I notice all the crusty patches in the carpet, stains faint but scratchy against the soles of my shoes. I can see the door from here, the hallway short and taunting. Each step I take only seems smaller than the last, the hall stretching as I get closer to the door I’ve been avoiding.
My shoulders feel heavy as I turn the knob, going stiff as I open the door. You never liked cleaning your room, did you? It’d be nice of me to do it for you before they come collect your things. My chest feels heavy as I pick up small doodles, keychains and discarded clothing that’d never be worn again. Your bed was still a mess from the last time you had slept in it, comforter pulled back and sheets wrinkled. The mattress sank in slightly in one spot, I guess that’s where you slept. I tell myself to keep cleaning, but I feel the need to lie down. It wouldn’t matter now anyways. I kick my shoes off, hesitantly sitting atop the bed before lying down and staring at the ceiling. I don’t know why, but i’m trying my best not to change the shape of the fabric beneath me. The weight on my shoulders easing up as I exhale shakily breaths through my nose. My vision blurs, my eyes burn. My nose begins to sting.
Tears fall onto the dark sheets behind me as I look at the ceiling. I think about you for hours before I think about how much time i’ve spent thinking about someone who’s been reduced to a thought. I roll onto my side, closing my eyes shut. Your pillow smells like the hair oil you liked. It makes my stomach churn, why did you have to go?
The moment turns into hours, I can’t get up anymore. I feel my body growing heavy against the sheets. Is it my fault? That you felt your only escape was to remove yourself. I could’ve returned your call. I should have. I remember letting the phone ring that night, turning over and drifting back into sleep. I’m not sure if i’ll ever be able to sleep again.
I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to do anything.
-Mrs. Awesome Sauce. (Jayce)
I’ve been coming to terms with some grief I had, I dunno. I turned it into this. Interpret it how you’d like, it’s implied a suicide, the friend of the victim blaming themselfs.
this hits hard bro
I actually had tears in my eyes thinking about this it’s so sad
Like imagine just waking up one day and you realize wow I’m never gonna see that friend again
hurts
I hope you’re getting help with your grief and feeling better. Sorry it took me so long to see this though!
writing is always a great way to release stress

Hair Care How To
Taking care of your hair is a matter of both aesthetic and hygiene. It can be difficult to determine what can be best for your hair, especially because everyone's hair is different.
I wanted to make a post that goes through the different facets of hair care, from hair type and dryness to the different types of products, effective wash schedules, and brushing each type needs.
Hair Type
First, determine your hair type. Your hair type is not only how it falls, i.e., straight/wavy/curly, but also how oily or dry it is and how well it retains moisture. How you take care of your hair is highly dependent upon your hair type.
Hair care for virgin hair (untreated hair) is also different from hair care for dyed or chemically styled hair, so keep that in mind as you go forward.
Tumblr media
(Chart from Black Hair Information)
Oily, dry, or somewhere in between?
Most people fall somewhere in between.
Dry hair can be coarse, rough, or brittle/prone to breakage. You may have an itchy scalp.
Oily hair can look dull or limp, feel greasy, and be more difficult to style without products.
Both people with dry hair and oily hair can experience dandruff.
Hairstyle Camp goes more in depth about hair dryness and what kinds of products are better for each level of dryness.
Hair Care
Products and Wash Schedule
Once you've determined your hair type and needs, you can figure out what products to use and how often to use them. Different hair types need different shampoos, conditioners, moisturizers, and even brushes.
When you wash your hair, focus on the scalp. Don't scrub shampoo into the full length of your hair because that can cause breakage.
Temperature: Generally speaking, you'll want to wash your hair with lukewarm or cold water rather than hot water. Hot water lifts the hair follicle more and can cause moisture loss. In the case of colored hair, this can make your color fade faster. How much this matters depends on your individual hair porosity, which affects how much the follicle opens.
If you have dry hair you'll want to look for moisturizing products. You can also wash your hair less often (only people with very oily hair need to wash their hair everyday!) and leave your conditioner in your hair for longer before washing it out.
If you have oily hair, you'll want to look for shampoos targeted towards reducing that. You can also wash your hair more often to reduce oil buildup.
Length is less of a determinant of how often you should wash your hair, but shorter hair needs to be washed more often than longer hair because oil makes its way from the roots to the ends faster than it does in longer hair.
People with straighter hair often have to wash their hair more often (multiple times per week) because oil from the scalp can make its way down the strands far easier than it can in curly hair.
People with curly hair, however, can and should go longer between washes (every week to three weeks depending on individual dryness). Keep in mind, however, that oil may build up on the scalp and it might be necessary to occasionally shampoo only the scalp to avoid that.
There are products specifically designed for curly hair to help curls keep their shape. Many of them are also moisturizing products because curly hair types are often drier in general, but some, for example, gels and hairsprays, simply hold the curls in place.
How often you wash your hair is highly dependent upon your individual hair dryness and type and how well your hair retains moisture.
Don't be afraid to experiment to figure out what works!
Drying
After washing, you need to dry your hair. There are a few different options, for example, air drying, drying with a towel/cloth, or blow drying.
Air drying is simple, easy, and (usually) requires no extra steps. This is the least damaging for your hair, but also the most annoying for some because it takes the longest.
When using a towel or cloth, do not rub your hair to dry it! This causes breakage. Instead, gently wrap your hair in the towel or cloth (here's a video by Courtnee King about the classic "towel hat") to squeeze most of the moisture out, then let it air dry the rest of the way. For some people, towels are too drying, so t-shirts or other natural cloths are also good options to dry your hair with.
Blow drying is something you have to be more careful with. It's fast, but the heat from the blow dryer can damage your hair if you use it too close to the hair or don't take steps to protect your hair. If you plan to blow dry your hair often, look for heat protectants.
When blow drying your hair, start when your hair is damp or nearly dry and use a venting brush or, if you're styling it, a round brush. The nozzle of the blow dryer does not need to touch your hair for it to work - in fact, this can be far more damaging in the long run.
Brushing
Knowing how and when to brush your hair is an important part of hair care. The rules for brushing are a little different for hair types, but they have one thing in common: start from the ends and work your way up to the roots. If you start from the roots and brush down, you're more likely to tighten knots and cause breakage.
Brushes come in many different shapes and sizes. Here's a good video explaining each type and when to use them: The Best Detangling and Styling Tips for Your Hair Type + Brushes Explained from Manes by Mell. If videos aren't your thing, I there's also an article from StylEnrich about it.
Boar bristle brushes are a good all-around option if you're not too sure what to choose. They're pliable and gentle, so they won't catch knots and tug hair too harshly, and they come in many different shapes and sizes.
Be gentle and patient with your hair to avoid breakage. If you can't untangle a knot with the brush, go in with your fingers. There are sprays and serums that make it even easier to detangle knots if you find it difficult.
Avoid over-brushing! The main goal of brushing your hair is to detangle knots, and brushing too much can pull and stress your hair.
If you have straight hair or hair with light waves, brush your hair when it's dry, ideally right before a shower.
If you have curly hair, brushing your hair when it's dry is how you get frizz and tangles, so brush your hair when it's damp (not wet; wet hair catches on the brush more easily) and/or with plenty of conditioner/detanglers.
General Tips:
Regularly trimming split ends (at least every three months - yes, even if you're growing your hair out!) prevents those split ends from becoming a bigger problem by splitting further and causing breakage farther up in the strand.
When styling your hair, avoid keeping it in styles that pull at your scalp for extended periods, for example, high ponytails, cornrows, and tight buns.
If your hair gets messy or tangled in your sleep often, consider wearing a night cap to bed.
Cotton or polyester pillowcases can leech moisture from your hair and contribute to breakage. Silk or satin pillowcases are your friend, and you'll want to wash them weekly (hand wash or gentle cycle).
Try not to touch or mess with your hair too often. The oils from your hands can make your hair more oily.
If your color or chemically treat your hair, it can be drier and break more easily. Adjust your routine accordingly.
Summary:
Hair type affects every aspect of hair care. From what you wash it with and how often you wash it to drying, brushing, and styling your hair, you need to know your hair type to evaluate what is most effective.
I tried to be as comprehensive as possible while still generalizing for different types of hair, so please let me know if you want me to add or change anything!

Naturally Growing Your Hair: An Ayurvedic Guide
Hi Guys! This week ill be talking about some tools you can use to grow your hair naturally.
Tumblr media
First off, the Ayurveda emphasizes the use of natural remedies, the most popular being that of the various herbs, oils, and therapeutic practices passed down through the eons. By adhering to these principles, one can nourish their hair from within, and promote growth, strength, and vitality from within.
Some herbs you can use are: Amla, Bhringraj, and Bhrami
Amla is revered in the Ayurveda for its high vitamin C content along with its plethora of essential fatty acids. These factors play a crucial role in nourishing your hair follicles, strengthening the roots, and promoting a overall hair growth. Amla is most beneficial for the Pitta and Vata doshas
Bhringraj is renowned for its remarkable ability to stimulate hair regrowth. It is particularly effective in preventing hair loss, promoting hair thickness, and preventing premature greying. The herb is best known to pacify the Vata Dosha, which is known to cause hair issues when under stress.
And Bhrami excels at calming and rejuvenating your scalp. It improves your blood circulation and strengthens your hair follicles. Brahmi is also known to reduce mental stress on you, which is a common cause for hair fall. Although you may use Brahmi for any Dosha, it is best to use it for Pitta
Finally, here are some ways that you can utilize these herbs the best!
Scalp Massages
Regularly massaging your scalp with oils infused with these herbs can improve blood circulation, nourish the roots, and encourage healthy hair growth. This ancient technique not only nourishes the hair follicles but also enhances overall well being by fostering a sense of calm and tranquility.
Herbal Hair Masks
Create hair masks using a combination of these herbs in powder form, mixed with natural ingredients like yogurt, honey, or coconut oil. Apply these masks once a week to rejuvenate your scalp and stimulate growth.

Wavy Curls
Embrace Your Natural Beauty: A Comprehensive Guide to Wavy Curls
Introduction
Wavy curls are a beautiful and unique hair type that combines the best of both worlds: the volume of curls and the smoothness of straight hair. Embracing your natural wavy curls can enhance your overall appearance and boost your confidence. This article will delve into everything you need to know about wavy curls, including their characteristics, care tips, styling techniques, and product recommendations.
Understanding Wavy Curls
Wavy curls, often categorized as Type 2 hair, fall between straight and curly hair. They are characterized by their loose, S-shaped waves that can vary in texture and density. Wavy hair is versatile and can be easily styled in various ways, making it a popular choice for many.
Types of Wavy Curls
Loose Waves - This type features fine, thin waves that are easy to manage and style. They have a slight bend and a soft texture.
Defined Waves - These waves are more defined and have a medium texture. They tend to form a more prominent S-shape and may have some frizz.
Thick Waves - These are the most defined and thickest among the wavy hair types. They have a strong S-shape and can be prone to frizz and coarseness.
Caring for Wavy Curls
Gentle Cleansing: Use a sulfate-free shampoo to avoid stripping natural oils from your hair. This helps maintain moisture and reduces frizz.
Conditioning: Apply a hydrating conditioner to keep your waves soft and manageable. Focus on the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.
Detangling: Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to detangle your hair while it’s wet. Start from the ends and work your way up to minimize breakage.
Hydration: Keep your hair hydrated with leave-in conditioners or curl-enhancing creams. These products help define your waves and reduce frizz.
Avoid Heat: Minimize the use of heat styling tools. If necessary, use a heat protectant spray and opt for lower heat settings.
Styling Tips for Wavy Curls
Air Drying: Allow your hair to air dry naturally to maintain its natural wave pattern. Scrunch your hair gently with a microfiber towel to remove excess water.
Plopping: Use a t-shirt or microfiber towel to wrap your hair after washing. This technique helps enhance your waves and reduce frizz.
Diffusing: If you prefer using a blow dryer, attach a diffuser to enhance your waves without causing frizz. Use the lowest heat setting and scrunch your hair while drying.
Twisting and Braiding: Twist or braid your damp hair before bed to create defined waves.
Curl-Enhancing Products: Apply curl-enhancing mousses, gels, or creams to damp hair to define and hold your waves. Look for lightweight formulas that won’t weigh down your hair.
Product Recommendations for Wavy Curls are
Shampoo, Conditioner, Leave-In Conditioner, Curl Cream & Gel.
Conclusion
Embracing and caring for your wavy curls can enhance your natural beauty and give you a distinctive, stylish look. By understanding the characteristics of wavy hair and following proper care and styling techniques, you can achieve healthy, defined waves that turn heads. Remember, the key to beautiful wavy curls is maintaining moisture, reducing frizz, and using the right products. Celebrate your unique hair type and enjoy the versatility and charm of your wavy curls!

The large amount of vitamins/supplements/meds I take in a day lol:
This is my current cocktail of meds etc that I take every day. Maybe they’re superfluous, maybe they’re not, but through a lot of trial and error I’m pretty sure all of these are actually helping me feel quite a bit better. Feel free to ask me any questions about specifics, but please don’t be mean about any of these bc I’m just doing my best lol.
Wake Up:
Multivitamin for eye health
Multivitamin for women’s health
Hair and nail vitamin
Protein shake
Notes: all of these are chewable/gummies, which not only is easier when I first wake up, but also easier for the body to digest and so more effective. My hair falls out a ton so the hair vitamin really helps. And I always wake up hungry but feel sick if I eat, so I go for a pre-made shake every day. They’re expensive but they keep me feeling ok, give me a good amount of nutrients, and require zero energy to prepare.
Mid Morning:
B100
Cod liver oil with A and D vitamins
Odourless garlic
Coenzyme Q10
Notes: I’ve found the cod liver oil to be more effective than just regular vitamin D, maybe it’s because of the omegas or whatever. Also the garlic is lowkey one of the best things I take, it reduces inflammation in my sinuses and everywhere else, and is helpful for circulation which makes everything else better too.
Noon:
Welbutrin
Seasonique
Claritin
Notes: I’ve had depression and anxiety diagnosed for a long time so been on welbutrin for a while, but it’s a bonus that it’s supposed to help for fibro brain things too. Seasonique is crucial bc I’m pretty sure I have PMDD and my mental health absolutely tanks on my period, so only having one every three months is a lifesaver. And my respiratory system has been bad for a long time and I live in a city with not amazing air quality, so a daily antihistamine helps a lot and I’ve stopped pretending there’s a time of year I won’t need that.
Afternoon:
Iron
Probiotics
Notes: I’ve had low iron forever, and even though doctors have always told me it’s not low enough to qualify as anemia, I’ve had anemia-like symptoms my entire life, so. However, I didn’t really notice benefits of either iron or probiotics until I started taking them together, and now they’re huge. If I’m ever out and about and forget/wait to take these I immediately realize bc I start feeling faint lol.
Before Bed:
Magnesium bisglycinate
Cranberry
Turmeric collagen with univestin and bromelain
Melatonin
Notes: I’ve had bladder issues for a while which I didn’t even realize was a fibro thing; I’ve always had to pee a million times before bed etc. Cranberry fixes it. The turmeric collagen one is new but I’ve been shocked how much it actually helps with joint pain and mobility. The magnesium I’m not 100 on but my fatigue situation has gotten better so it can’t be hurting at least.
Is it annoying to take so many things throughout the day? Yes, but I just fill up my pill containers on Sunday and then it’s all ready for the rest of the week, so not the worst. Would it be better to get all these nutrients from food? Probably, duh, but we’re living life on hard mode already and I don’t need to make it even harder so pls don’t bring that up lol.
Of course, always look up interactions before you add anything new to your regimen, especially if anything you take is prescription. I’m always on the lookout for new things to try now though tbh, currently thinking about ginger maybe.

Ayurvedic Tips For Hair Growth and Remedies for Hair Fall
Tumblr media
1. Ayurvedic Hair Oils:
Hair oils form the backbone of Ayurvedic hair care. Massaging your scalp and hair with specially formulated oils is an age-old remedy to promote hair growth and reduce hair fall.
Bhringraj Oil: Often called the "king of herbs" for hair, Bhringraj promotes hair growth and reduces premature graying.
Amla Oil: A powerhouse of vitamin C, Amla or Indian gooseberry strengthens hair follicles, offering a natural sheen to your mane.
Neem Oil: With its antifungal properties, Neem keeps scalp infections and dandruff at bay.
Remember, while these oils can be used individually, the best herbal hair oil for hair growth is often a concoction of multiple potent herbs, providing a comprehensive solution to hair health.
2. Herbal Decoctions:
Ayurveda also recommends washing hair with herbal decoctions to ensure hair growth and reduction of hair fall.
Ritha: A natural cleanser, Ritha removes dirt and oil without stripping the hair of its natural oils.
Shikakai: Known as the 'fruit for hair,' Shikakai nourishes hair follicles and promotes hair growth.
3. Dietary Recommendations:
What you eat directly affects your hair health. Ayurveda suggests:
Consume a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetables, dairy products, and nuts.
Include herbs like Amla and Brahmi in your diet. These herbs are known to rejuvenate hair and enhance its growth.
4. Lifestyle Practices:
Ayurveda isn't just about external applications; it's about a holistic lifestyle.
Regular head massage: A daily or weekly massage with ayurvedic hair oil for hair growth can boost blood circulation, ensuring better nutrient supply to hair follicles.
