anyways I don't actually think a sinner's form is necessarily affected by their death even if alastor's is. remember angel dust and his family are spiders even though angel died from overdosing, I actually like subscribing to vox dying from being poisoned cause of the red lines that appear at his mouth when he feels strong emotion (thank you anon in the past who suggested that)

Shadow's ears are a different shape than Sonic's. They're less "kitten-like" and bend slightly downwards instead of upwards like Sonic's.

Additionally, and I fully acknowledge that I might be completely imagining this, Shadow's cheeks look very slightly higher(?) making his face appear sharper in comparison to Sonic.

I can definitely see what you’re saying, especially with the face looking sharper compared to Sonic. They’ve done a great job transitioning the game design to the SCU design.
