OH MY GOD THIS ANIMATION IS SO GOOD AHHHHHH I JUST HAD TO DO FANART FOR IT

I first saw that animation a year ago, during the fabled Summer of 2023 (it was a very important summer for me) and seeing it again caused all of those memories to come flooding back and ADOADFAJFOAJFIJWIEO i got so emotional i almost threw up BUT it was a good kind of emotional. thank you for making this animation, will def be listening to this song like constantly now I've already burned it to a disc

On the left is the Clockwork Oaken Bolter, a gnomish self-loading ballista bot! Medium size, so somewhere in the 4-8 ft (1.2-2.4 m) range, and can understand/follow orders. Ummm...while I'll mention being able to swap to harpoons or explosives shots, I'm not sure those will be the most useful for our purposes. However, like all the clockworks, they're often modded by thier owner. Voice boxes, waterproofing, enhancements to durability or speed, suction, self repairing, you name it! So you could find one with padded arrows or something if getting shot by a ballista is what gets you off.

On the right, Boggles! Tricky 3 ft (0.91 m) fey born out of feelings of loneliness. They're always emitting either sticky or slippery oil (thier choice) and can create personal use portals. Like, this doorway now leads to right behind you and I can reach in and out, Portal style portals. Needs a doorway or gap or something for one side, but not the other. Other than that, they're just mischivous little fey creatures that like playing pranks!
