Red makeup is not for the faint of heart. It is a bold choice, especially, when worn in such a theatrical way. Now most of us wouldn't wear this as an everyday look unless your an artistic soul. That's why I'm offering some product recommendations if you are interested in trying to recreate the look.
The easy part is that it is just one color you have to use, which is red, so you don't have to worry about clashing colors or anything of that nature. The fun part about this look is the messier the application the better. It is all about coloring outside of the lines.

ok mlp g5 tumblr, what the heck is mistys 'thing' ??
relating back to what i posted weeks ago about flurry/opaline, im trying to kinda have my own take on g5 while still keeping the stuff i like in it (i dont hate or even dislike g5, i do genuinely like it, but i also just wanna make my own version for myself)
and im trying to figure out like, the meanings of the mane 6s cutie marks and their 'thing' or 'talent', yknow? like how izzy is a DIYer and pipps musical. i figured out the rest of them but not misty
like... did she get her mark from being herself? from being free? thats not necessarily a 'thing'...
like even going back to g4 it was really clear what everyone elses cutie mark and thing was when we were told anything about them, or saw them appear. and they were always something describable lol. something that said something important about who they were as ponies, something that was a big part of their lives and personalities
but like... being yourself doesnt really say anything specific about you? idk
Also, re: my posts about Nazi chic, this isn't to throw stones at Asia. I'm American, I'm in a glass house. It's not just Asia either, or just Nazi chic— Western danmei fans, for example, gleefully romanticize and parrot Han prejudices.
We are all but ignorant babies, slamming into complex socio-political histories and dynamics of oppression for which we have limited context and no immediate personal connection. But perhaps that's unfair to ignorant babies because I've never met any babies who were as incurious and as unwilling to chase answers to their questions as people who aren't babies.
We can't know everything, and we may not know what to do with what we do know. But we should at least be curious enough to recognize when we don't know something and bold enough to try and figure it out.
