“I realize I just wanted to stay home, have a quiet night in.”
“Oh, you intend to be quiet?”
You furrowed your brows at her question, “Yeah, why would I be loud?” You asked innocently, not aware of the redhead's innuendo, your back was facing her as you started to remove the heels you have been wearing.
“Well, if I am going to fuck someone’s girlfriend, I might want to hear her scream my name.”
You stirred from your sleep in the middle of the night, woken by the gentle sound of Natasha's snore. As you looked up at her, her auburn locks lay scattered, half-veiling her face in peaceful slumber. You gently pulled the strands aside, you admired the way her features were soft and unguarded in sleep as if she didn't drive you into the brink of ecstasy a while ago.
You watched, entranced, as the steady rise and fall of her chest painted a tranquil rhythm, like the gentle lapping of waves against the shore.
Her eyelashes fluttered softly, like fragile butterfly wings beating in the night.
Soft breaths escaped her lips and with each exhale, her warmth wrapped around you like a cozy blanket, enveloping you in comfort and security.
Your fingers traced the marks that marred her otherwise smooth skin. There were long, deep scratches on her back as you clawed to her dear life when she rammed into you, bringing you both to the peak of your own highs.
Unable to resist the urge, you leaned forward and placed a gentle kiss on her lips.
“I love you, Natasha.”
Natasha was behind the wheel of her convertible and you were riding shotgun. You both planned to get away before the graduation, a secret escape for just the two of you.
Yes, it was a secret escape, just like your clandestine affair. For the past year, you had been meeting secretly, your passionate trysts hidden away from the prying eyes around your campus.
How could one imagine that the epitome of perfection in the eyes of many, from students, professors, and school staff had chosen a band guitarist to share your deepest desires and secrets with?
The fact that you, the student body president of the College of Liberal Arts, the volleyball captain ball, the campus' debate team leader, and the devoted girlfriend of the campus’ student council Steve Rogers has been in an entangled affair with Natasha Romanoff, the school's band guitarist, was kept strictly under wraps.
Only a select few were aware of the tangled web you both were weaving behind the scenes. A few that only you, Natasha and her sister Yelena know about the affair that you’ve been keeping closely a guarded secret.
With your hands held high up in the air, you relished the feeling of the wind whipping through the open top of Natasha's convertible. The rush of air against your skin felt incredibly free and exhilarating.
As you stood there in the open wind, blissfully unaware, Natasha watched you intently, cherishing the unguarded moment between the two of you. Taking in every detail as she glanced at you the way your hair tousled in the breeze, the sparkle in your eyes as you smiled and the way your pink sundress fluttered in the wind. It was in these small moments, when she could watch you in your carefree state, where she could openly watch you and admire your carefree happiness without the need for secrecy or hiding.
Unlike when you were on campus Natasha could only watch you from a distance. Whether it was her playing with the band during a night blast events your campus would trimonthly organize, searching for your familiar face in the crowd, or her sitting in the audience far enough for her not to be seen by you, watching you shine in a debate competition you joined.
Just for once, it's only the two of you, completely unburdened by your secret affair.
“How did your send off go by the way?” Natasha asked, as she put her hands on your lower back.
“As usual, every player, even the new recruits had to spike a ball into me!” you rolled your eyes in the air. You glance at the redhead who is staring admiringly at you, you smile at her, biting your lip when she slowly dragged her hand all the way down to the curve of your ass.
“Two hands on the wheel, Romanoff.”
Natasha chuckled, tearing her right hand away from you, you slumped on the passenger seat as she did so, “And coach just told me that Bishop will be the next captain ball.”
“She's in the same position as you, right?” Natasha asked, now putting a hand over your thighs, unable to resist the temptation to touch you.
“During her residency coach had to train her as an opposite because we had filled the quota for each position. She was originally middle.”
Natasha hummed at your response. Her fingers can't help but stray, tracing patterns on your thighs. Her hands begin to move of their own accord, sneaking higher and higher up your thighs with every pass.
Her touch sends shivers down your spine, your breath hitching in your throat as her fingers make contact with your sensitive skin. You can't help but let out a soft moan, involuntarily arching towards her touch.
“Natasha,” you warned softly.
Her gaze flickers to yours innocently but she doesn't stop, her fingers continuing to trace patterns on your thighs, leaving a trail of heat in their wake, “What’s wrong?” She watches you carefully, her hands pausing in their ministrations as she waits for your response.
“Stop the car,” you demanded and she didn't hesitate. Her eyes flicker to the rear-view mirror, spotting an empty side street just ahead. She swings the car in that direction, pulling over and turning off the engine in record time.
She barely has time to register your movement before you're on her. Your legs straddling her, your body pressed close against hers as you take control of the situation. Her eyes widen in surprise, but then she grins, her hands coming up to grip your hips and pull you closer.
She trails kisses down your neck, softly nipping and sucking at the sensitive skin, careful not to make any marks even though she has been dying to mark you—to make you really hers.
Without warning, she thrusted her fingers deep inside you.
“Oh, Nat!” You cried in pleasure as she drove you higher and higher. Her fingers move faster, her thumb applying more pressure to your clit. She can feel you trembling, your breath coming in ragged gasps.
“I can't believe you didn't wear any panties baby,” she chuckled, “what if someone saw my pussy while you stood there in your seat huh?”
“I-I, I—”
“Close baby?” She smirked on your neck, she added another finger curling in your tight walls that made you gasp and buck harder towards her digits.
“Nat, I’m gon’, I’m gonna…” you trailed off, finally hitting the peak of your orgasm. You chased your own breath when Natasha pulled you into a deep kiss and you let her dominate you again as she pushed her tongue onto yours.
She smirked at you as she pulled away, “You always loved quickies, baby.” She teased, licking her digits that were coated with your arousal.
You hummed, placing your forehead on hers, “Because that's what only we can afford.” You said in a small voice, your breath fanning over her mouth.
“Not now though, we have all the time in the world.” Natasha replied as she stroked your cheek, the pain was evident in her voice as she spoke. You both never really had time alone inside the campus without prying eyes or suspicions of others. The only time you have is this, when you two would plan a night out every month or when Natasha would occasionally do late-night visits where she would sneak into your dorm and the two of you would spend the night making love to each other.
“That’s the thing, Nat. We’re on our way back to the world, the real world,” you kissed her neck all the way up to her jaw and to her lips. You eyed her and kissed her nose before moving away from her lap back to the passenger seat.
The drive to the campus’ dorm complex was quick just like the quickie you had half an hour ago. Natasha pulled the car to a quiet secluded area and got out of her car. “I’ll pick you up tomorrow?” Natasha asked as she opened the passenger door, you stepped out with your training bag that you brought with you.
“Steve will pick me up tomorrow,” you said as you looked at her, you placed a kiss on her cheek, “But I for sure will see you tomorrow, alright?”
You and Natasha had agreed upon certain rules during the course of your…affair and one of those rules was that you would never mention your boyfriend's name when she was present. In this moment, however, you inadvertently forgot about this rule and his name slipped from your lips without a second thought.
Natasha just concealed her jealousy and aching heart but when you softly leaned on her, your head comfortably resting on her shoulder it was quick to soothe her. She then asked, “You don't want me to accompany you upstairs?”
“I might not let you go if I let you come with me.” You confessed but the redhead knew this too. Your eyes, however, betrayed your hidden desires, silently pleading with her to disregard any resistance and come to the dorm with you.
“Baby, don't give me those eyes,” Natasha softly whined.
You chuckled and painfully tore yourself away from your secret lover, “Good night, Nat.”
It is Tony's tradition to host a party before the school year comes to a close and has become a much-anticipated event in your campus. But this year the party held a somber undertone as it marks the end of the journey for your entire batch. Tomorrow is your graduation day and everyone will finally embark on different paths. So this night will hold a memory for all of you as you hold a bittersweet celebration bidding farewell to school days and the journey you had together.
Your boyfriend, Steve, just picked you up at your dorm and as soon as you arrived at Tony's place, your eyes scanned the room, searching for a glimpse of your secret lover. Despite Steve's firm grip on your hand, your attention was elsewhere, the need of seeing your secret lover making your heart skip a beat. You tried to remain composed, pretending to engage in conversation with Steve.
“I finished my graduation speech, love,” he told you, his voice cutting through the loud party music. Your mind was preoccupied with searching for your secret lover and you only half-listened to his words, caught up in your own thoughts.
“What? Sorry baby,” you apologized, your attention finally shifting to him.
“I said,” he held both of your hands and pulled you closer to him, eager to pull you away from whatever is distracting you, “I just finished my graduation speech,” he whispered to your ear.
You smiled, reaching up to pinch Steve's cheek proudly, “My council president.” Eyes shining with pride and happiness for him—genuinely.
Steve is a quintessential all-rounder; a true gentleman who excelled academically and was a beacon for the students as he is the student council president.
He is a good boyfriend too. He was consistent in picking you up from your classes, walking you back to your dorm. You couldn't help but notice that he possessed a mildly possessive nature, because he seemed to want to keep you shielded, no, away from the outside world because your life just revolves around the campus, gym, organization faculty, and dorm and your boyfriend made sure of that.
Whenever you attended training, tune ups or participated in debates, Steve is always there, observing and sometimes engaging in your activities. He had a subtle ego, where he'd train you, play as your opponent during debates and literally break you, pushing you through your limits because he told you that he wants you to do good, do better—he wants you to win.
He doesn't want losers and he always wins and you knew that the day he won your “yes” when he asked you on a date—he always gets what he wants—he always wins and everytime you let him.
“Stop giving Y/N those blue gooey eyes, Rogers,” Tony's joke broke the moment between you and Steve as he offered drinks. “Lovebirds, drinks?” You cringe at his words, it doesn't feel right to you.
Steve accepted a cup for himself but when you were about to get one for yourself he swiftly interjected, shielding your hand away from the tray declining the offer on your behalf. You gave Tony a strained smile, “I’m good, Tony, thanks.”
How did you even bother to get one when he never lets you drink alcohol or engage in any activities he deemed unsuitable for himself when you were out together? You often felt trapped and restricted, as if you could never truly enjoy yourself when you’re with him. He constantly kept a watchful eye on you, ensuring your compliance to his rules—making you feel constantly monitored and controlled like right now you’re basically trapped and isolated in the corner, his towering body shielding you away from the crowd in the party.
Sure, he is a good boyfriend.
“Stop, fucking in the corner blondie!” You heard his friend Sam shout at the distance and Steve just gave him a finger but still facing you.
Steve is never the one who fucks around, he always maintained decency and in fact—he is a celibate and no one knew actually—just you. It was an agreement to the both of you when your relationship began which you completely agreed and respected but what he didn't know was that you were secretly breaking that agreement by satisfying your desires every night with your secret lover.
And your secret lover, concealed by the presence of others at the party, watched despite Steve's imposing frame blocking her view. She watched as you laughed at his words and planted a kiss on his cheek every now and then. She watched Steve as he wrapped your hands around his neck, you looked happy—too happy she thought, considering she knew the truth about your secret. And the secret in question? Is her.
She clenched her jaw as you placed a final, chaste kiss on Steve's cheek, she almost lost it when your boyfriend tried to attempt to kiss your mouth but you gently stopped him by placing a finger on his lips, keeping him at bay and chuckling slightly as you finally walked away from him and from the crowd of the party.
You managed to convince Steve that you could make it back to your dorm alone, insisting that you'd see each tomorrow at graduation rites. Steve begrudgingly agreed, though you could tell he really wanted to walk you back as he usually did.
As you walked back to your dorm complex in the chill of the night, the absence of your secret lover weighed heavily on you. You didn't see a glimpse of the redhead tonight, she was nowhere to be seen at the party, leaving you to wonder where she disappeared to.
You took a deep breath before opening the door of your dorm only to be greeted by none other than your secret lover who you have been looking for the whole night.
“Out early in the party huh?”
You bit your lip pretending to not be shocked by her presence, you forgot that she had duplicated your dorm key, “I realize I just wanted to stay home, have a quiet night in.”
“Oh, you intend to be quiet?”
You furrowed your brows at her question, “Yeah, why would I be loud?” You asked innocently, not aware of the redhead's innuendo, your back was facing her as you started to remove the heels you have been wearing.
“Well, if I am going to fuck someone’s girlfriend, I might want to hear her scream my name.” She stepped forward and grabbed your hips, you sucked in a little breath as she inhaled in your neck. “So tell me, will you be loud for me? Y/N? Will you…scream my name?” She husked, her breath warm against your skin.
You turned to her, green orbs dilated as you looked straight at her eyes.
“Don’t I?” You whispered in a very dangerous tone as you ran your thumb against her lips, “always,” you caressed her cheek and traced your fingers along her tense jawline, “scream your name?”
A growl ripped out through her, she immediately grabbed your hips and turned your back on her front. Her lips found your neck and she sucked and bit gently, leaving a faint mark. With a swift movement, you yelped a little as Natasha pulled your left leg up, causing your skimpy dress to roll up even further. Her hand instinctively went up to the back of your thigh, gripping it tightly.
You didn't notice that you were both facing your vanity mirror. Natasha's eyes darkened while yours widened as you looked at your reflection through the mirror. Natasha's right hand sneaks through your panties, finding its way to your core. She begins to rub gentle circles, causing you to gasp and lean back against her.
“Fuck!”
Natasha's left hand grips your thigh with the same precision and strength as when she holds her electric guitar during their gigs. Meanwhile, her right hand continues to strum your core like how she played a wild solo on her guitar.
She was the artist and you were the art.
“Oh yes, yes ah!”
Your moans fill the air, her fingers moving with a skilled rhythm that could make any musician jealous. To her, your moans and the sloppy sound of your pussy are like music to her ears, a symphony of pleasure that she herself is producing. Your moans crescendo, becoming louder and more frequent as she pushes her fingers in and out of you while her thumb continues to strum your clit. Your moans are like a song she is composing right this moment and the only lyrics is her name.
“Natasha!” You moaned out in pleasure.
Her breath hitches as she continues to pleasure you. She leans in close to your ear again, her voice a low purr. “Open your eyes and look in the mirror.”
You hazily opened your eyes, the first thing you saw was her smokey eyes filled with lust, desire, and pleasure. You then dragged your gaze down to her digits disappearing inside your cunt—the sight only brought you closer to the edge.
“C-cum—please let me cum,” you whined, a tear falling down your cheek. You can feel her lips curling into a predatory smile on your neck as she hears your plea. She doesn't respond with words, instead choosing to increase the tempo of her fingers.
“Only if you open those pretty eyes of yours and look at the mirror, detka.”
You squeezed your eyes shut before managing to open them again, looking straight at her through the mirror.
“Come and scream my name.”
“Oh f—fu—Natasha!”
You finally fall over, throwing your head back on her shoulder, a triumphant cry escaping your lips as she feels your body tremble against her. As the waves of pleasure subside, Natasha removes her fingers and you watch her in the mirror as she brings them to her lips, sucking them clean with a satisfied purr. She immediately catches your trembling body, still recovering from your orgasm, she then carries you into a bridal style and gently places you to the bed.
“I love you, Y/N.”
You hummed pulling her by her leather jacket, “Please stay, Natty.”
Natasha watches as your eyes flutter closed, she carefully extracts herself from your embrace, but you cling to her, your grip tightening on her jacket. Natasha pauses, her heart heavy in her chest as she looks down at your sleeping form. She knows she had planned to talk to you tonight, to finally come clean about her feelings, but now that the moment is here, she can't just bring herself to wake you up.
She takes a deep breath, her fingers gently brushing a strand of hair out of your face. She remembers the first time she saw you, how easy it was to slip into her role as a recluse and simply observe. You were the most popular student on campus, an achiever, the captain ball, always surrounded by a group of admirers. It made it all too easy to keep her feelings under wraps. That's why she couldn't believe the moment her sister told her that you wanted to meet her and it ended up with you in her car, begging her to let you come.
It wasn't long before things took a turn. You would find yourself asking her to come to your dorm after your classes were over, even if Natasha’s class isn't, she would immediately have an early out just to go to you only for the two of you to spend the night relentlessly fucking each other until neither of you could move anymore.
One time her sister brought her to your game. And she saw you struggling to keep up with the rest of your team—having a bad day to play. She watched you go to Steve and how he threw you your towel and handed you your tumbler being the supportive boyfriend that everyone thinks he is when he is acting like an entitled self-proclaimed coach just watching you, not even cheering or hyping you up.
And before she knew it, when you walked towards where she sat during the game completely shocked at her presence, she leaned enough for everyone not to notice—she offered to fuck you as a reward if ever you win the game. Only if she knew that you have a game, she would bring everything she thinks you might need, she’ll bring you a jug of water, different colors of kinesiology tape, hell, she would buy you new shoes. But right now motivation is all she can offer because it's too high of a risk if she did all these things.
It was the first time she had seen you play because it was one of your rules, for her not to show up whenever you're in a competition, games, tune ups or in an event organized by you or your organization. You had explained to her that you preferred to keep things hidden, no, low-key, to avoid attracting unwanted attention that could arise from others noticing the two of you. She agreed, not even thinking a bit of it because she wanted you safe as you hold a lot of titles in you. She doesn't want to ruin your image though it breaks her heart not being able to watch you win and be successful in each game or competition.
Would that still be important if after you win it was her you would spend the night with where she’ll see you in all your glory as she makes you feel like a champion once more?
At first, keeping your affair a secret had been easy. It was a necessary precaution, one that she understood and respected. But as time went on, Natasha found herself yearning for more.
Sometimes she wishes she would be the one you’re running to after you won a game. She wanted to be able to cheer you on from the sidelines as you won game after game, competition after competition, events after events. She wanted to be there every time you win and every moment of loss—she’ll be there no matter what.
But that will happen anymore, Natasha could already feel the weight of the unknown future bearing down on her. This was it, the moment she had both been looking forward to and dreading. You two are graduating tomorrow, new chapters, new beginnings and things aren't still settled for the both of you, you never opened up, you never told her where you stood in this…clandestine affair.
And that made her want you more. She yearned to be by your side, proudly and openly. She craved for the day when she didn't have to hide her feelings for you or keep her presence a secret. She hoped for the day when she could stand beside you, not as a shadow, not a secret but as a partner—your lover.
Is that too much to ask for?
The sun was beating down on the graduates and their families, sweat glistening on their foreheads as they chatted and laughed, snapping pictures and the students—graduates hugged each other tightly, tears streaming down their faces as they said their goodbyes.
Natasha's eyes frantically searched for you. Her heart pounded in her chest as she clutched her trencher, every second feeling like an eternity as she scanned the sea of faces—and there you were standing with Steve and she assumed his family—deep in conversation and laughter.
In the midst of the chaotic crowd around you, both of your gazes met and everything else faded away—it felt like the whole world stopped and it’s just the two of you.
You snapped back to reality as Steve pulled you into a warm embrace and kissed the side of your head, his family looking on with teasing grins. But you couldn't help but feel a twinge of cringe because you knew Natasha was watching all this happen.
“Love, I’ll just go see my friends and Mom.” You said, pulling back from Steve’s suffocating embrace. You gave him a small convincing smile as you tried to get yourself away from the situation.
When he nodded you immediately excused yourself to his family and ran towards the direction where you last saw the redhead. Before you could even go away there was a hand who stopped you from walking-running, you gasped as warm and strong arms pulled you into embrace—not a suffocating one.
“Hey beautiful.”
“Nat.” You sighed, leaning closer to her. Her scent envelopes your senses.
You were suddenly jolted back into reality, and swiftly disentangled yourself from Natasha's embrace. You could see the pain flickering in Natasha's eyes as you retreated hastily. You despised yourself for causing her this, yet you couldn't explain your actions just yet. It wasn't that you didn't care for her—quite the opposite, but the fear of exposure and being not accepted prevented you from being out with her freely.
How you wished you could tell her that.
“Y/N, I need to talk to you.”
“Nat, I need to find mom, we…” you trailed off, unsure on how to tell her, “we’re gonna have lunch with Steve’s family.”
Nat's eyes searched your face, sensing the turmoil within you. She seemed to want to say something but held back, her silent gaze speaking volumes. You didn't miss the flash of disappointment in her eyes and the sorrow etched on her face. You were all too familiar with this. So, you swiftly reassured her, placing a gentle hand against her cheek, silently begging her to focus on you.
“Nat, don't forget our week-long plans,” you reminded her softly, your thumb tenderly caressing her cheek. “I’ll be all yours, just you and me.”
Natasha despised how effortlessly you could coax her, and yet, she surrendered willingly as she always did—her love for you overriding all the resistance. Every time you whispered sweet reassurances and gave a comforting touch, she melted, her resolve crumbling effortlessly.
She could never say no to you.
Just as you were about to lean in to steal a kiss from Natasha, a sharp call of your name pierced through the air.
“Y/N.”
You turned around to see your mother watching the two of you, “Mama…”
How you wished she didn't see you lean in for Natasha and to alleviate the awkwardness, you introduce them both to each other.
Nervously, you began, your voice quivering slightly, “Mom, this is Nat…” you trailed off, unsure on how to introduce your lover because you cannot just introduce her as your lover yet since your mom knew about Steve and ‘friend’ just didn't seem adequate to describe what you shared with Natasha, not if you both know what each other tasted like. The thing between you and Natasha was too complex, too dangerous, too intense to be boxed into a single label.
You looked towards Natasha, offering a strained smile, silently begging her to make a good impression. Your mother was known for being judgmental at times, and the last thing you wanted was for her to disapprove of the person dearest to you.
Natasha took the initiative, greeting your mom, “Nice to meet you, Mrs. Y/L/N,” and she extended a hand. However, your mom's gaze remained fixed, her eyes honed in on the intertwined fingers of your hands with redhead. The subtle gesture didn't escape your mom's keen eyes.
Sensing your mom's penetrating stare, you quickly withdrew your hand from Natasha, creating a bit of distance between the two of you. Your mother seemed lost in thought for a moment before snapping back to reality and reaching out to shake Natasha's hand.
“Congratulations.” She greeted with her unreadable expression and the redhead gave her a warm smile and thanked her.
“Steve and his family are waiting for us.”
You nod, acknowledging your mom's reminder before she started walking away. You turned towards Natasha and you found her looking down, she then handed you a box and whispered, “You should go.”
Despite the aching in your chest, you managed a feeble smile, holding the box she had handed you. It is a necklace with a guitar pendant similar with the electric guitar she's using during her gigs, “It's beautiful.”
No reply came out from the redhead and her silence is making you hard to leave, you longed to remain here—to embrace her. Your heart clenched in your chest as you attempted to suppress the tears threatening to spill, “I'll see you, Nat. Okay?”
Natasha stood there, her eyes fixated on you as you walked away. A soft whisper escaped her lips, lost in the air, wishing that these words are enough to make you stay.
“I love you.”
Two months had crept by since your graduation day and the affair with Natasha remained a secretive yet constant part of your life. The thrill and passion you shared with her continued to burn brightly, with neither of you daring to mention the status of the affair. The question of what it meant would remain locked away, hidden beneath layers of secrecy.
Not until you kept another secret from your secret lover herself.
“So when are you going to tell me about it?” Natasha's voice was cold as she cut through the silence, her anger barely contained.
You froze under her intense gaze, your body shaking as you fought back tears.
“I...I'm sorry,” you whispered.
Shaking her head, Natasha continued, her eyes flickering with hurt and anger. “Engaged? And you didn’t tell me?”
Your tears finally cascaded down your face as you relived the memories of four days ago, when Steve had proposed to you. How could you say no? He decided to propose to you in front of his parents and your mother. And the sickening weight of expectations and the pressure of you saying yes to him had overwhelmed you causing you to yield without hesitation.
Natasha had learned about the proposal from Steve himself and he had even made a joke about her reuniting with the campus band and playing at your wedding.
It was no secret because you were planning to tell her, of course you are, you were just looking for the right time but when she showed up at your apartment minutes ago, her intoxication evident in her glassy eyes and the strong smell of alcohol that hung heavy got to her, you knew—but you didn't know that it came from your fiance himself.
Natasha's voice cracked in anger and despair, “I did everything you wanted! I followed your rules, your demands. I stayed away when you asked, I played along to keep our…fuck!” She suddenly broke off, a bitter laugh escaping her lips as she wiped the tears trickling down her cheeks. “Relationship isn't even the right word. We're not even a couple, right?”
“Stupid,” she chuckled, “stupid! stupid, stupid!” Natasha unleashed a punch to each word, slamming into the wall next to her. You flinched and fought the urge to soothe her but she turned to you, tears streaming down her face.
“I played along to…” she choked back a sob, “to keep you!” She spat, pointing a finger on you.
Maybe it was too much to ask for.
Her words hit you like a knife to the heart, causing you to physically flinch. Your tears welled up and fell uncontrollably, your whole body quivering with sobs as you struggled to hold yourself together.
“Sorry.”
Your heart was heavy with guilt for causing Natasha so much pain. The single word didn't seem enough to fix the hurt you had done, but it was all you could manage in this moment.
“I just wan…” she breathed, “I just want you to be mine.”
“I am yours, Natasha.” You managed to immediately say between sobs, placing your palm over your chest emphasizing each word.
“Are you?” Her brows knit together, “with that ring on your finger?”
Natasha approached you and with every inch she advanced, you slowly retreated, your body moving back in response to her encroaching presence. Natasha finally stood close, her body towering over you. You could feel the heat of her breath on your skin, infused with the strong scent of alcohol. Her chest rose and fell with each heavy breath she took.
“Y/N you were never mine to begin with and I had to live up with that.”
You were looking away from her, arms wrapped tightly around yourself in a protective manner. Natasha's fingers gently guided your chin, tilting your head up to meet her eyes. Her touch was electrifying as she slid her fingers down to your arm, causing a shiver to run down your spine.
“I chose to live up with that.”
Her movements were slow and deliberate as she took your engagement ring off your finger and examined it before letting it bounce to the carpet of your bedroom.
“Engaged, hm?” Natasha smirked, the pads of her thumb wiping the tears running down your cheek, “did you let Steve finally fuck you after you said yes to him?”
You breath hitched at the question but you immediately shook your head sideways, her hands slipped at the back of your neck and hissed.
“I am the only one who can make you say yes over and over again.”
“Natasha, y-you’re drunk,” you stuttered, you would never deny the redhead but you feel uncertain and scared around her right now.
She heard you but she didn't care, she then pulled you into a bruising kiss. Her lips were cold and demanding, silencing any further protests. She held the back of your neck tightly, “Shut up.”
She walked you backwards as she kissed you, the kisses becoming sloppy with each step. You felt the edge of the bed against the back of your knees and as she kissed you deeply, you slowly sank down onto the mattress.
“Lie down.”
“Nat, please…we can talk late—” you were cut short when she shoved her forefinger in your mouth. She watched as you squeezed your eyes shut, finally giving up, your lips sucking gently around her finger.
You chased her finger when she removed it out your mouth then your gaze went down as she moved to remove her belt. Her movements were deliberate as she undid the buckle and pulled it from the loops of her pants, causing them to fall open with her boxers.
Natasha's hand wrapped around a fistful of your hair, harshly tugging your head forward and forcing you to kneel in front of her. Your hands instinctively held her the back of her legs for support, her length inches on your faces as if you knew what to do, your hands slowly reached out to touch her. You wrapped your fingers around her shaft, feeling its thickness and hardness, your thumb rubbing the tip with the pre-cum that covered it.
“Open your mouth,” she plainly said, a command rather than a request. Your lips parted slowly and without a second she pushed forward, easing herself into your mouth. Natasha's expression hardened as she gripped your hair, her hips bucking forward aggressively. She thrust into your mouth without remorse, tears welled in your eyes, but she remained unmoved, solely focused on her own pleasure.
She fucked your mouth ruthlessly, her thighs trembling with the force of her movements. Your nose was pressed against her pelvis, your eyes watering from the rough treatment. The only sound was the sloppy wet noises of her thrusting and your muffled cries.
Natasha was one to fight her moans and grunts back, but she was unable to hold them as she unleashed a thick, hot load directly into your mouth. The force of her orgasm sent ropes of cum shooting down your throat, making you choke and gag on the sheer volume.
In a sudden move, Natasha yanked you up by your hair, her cock slipping out of your mouth with an audible pop. She took a step back, leaving you panting and disoriented, your mouth agape, tears falling down your cheek, spit on the side of your lips and her cum inside you mouth. She reached down and yanked your hair again, forcing you to look up at her. She spat into your open mouth, watching as the saliva mingled with her cum.
“Swallow.”
She squeezed your chin, applying pressure until your throat opened up. You looked straight into her eyes, you felt the lump of cum and spit lodge in your mouth, and then you swallowed the liquid sliding down your throat.
Natasha released her hold on your chin and hair, her voice taking on a dismissive tone. “Bed,” she ordered, turning away from you to clean herself up. You scrambled to your feet, quickly making your way to the bed, the sheets cool against your heated skin.
Natasha hovered on top of you, you tried looking into her bloodshot eyes but you couldn't see anything. You couldn't see her. Her eyes didn't sparkle the way it did when you two were making love…is this even making love?
You wanted to make it up to her, you wanted her to use you for what you did to her. For hurting her, it is all that you could do as of now—it’s all that you could offer. But you wanted her to talk to you through it like she always had, but right now she doesn't seem to care about what you need.
Natasha locked her knees on yours, her thighs squeezing tight to keep you pinned in place. She surged forward, burying her face in the crook of your neck. You could smell the alcohol on her breath as she trailed kisses down your body. She then nipped at your skin, her teeth sinking in hard enough to leave bruises. Right now, she didn't care. In fact, she wanted you to be marked, marked by her and not by your stupid fiance.
“N-Nat…Steve might com—” before you could even finish your sentence, Natasha slapped you hard across the face, the sting making your eyes water.
“Don't fucking say his name when you're underneath me,” she snarled and as if losing her patience she harshly pulled you by your thighs towards her. Without giving you a chance to protest, Natasha thrust into your core with a ferocity you hadn't expected. You could feel yourself stretching around her, each movement of her hips sending shockwaves of pleasure coursing through your body.
Natasha folded your thighs towards your chest, the sound of flesh slapping against flesh filling the room. You eyed her, tears ready to fall down as she fucked you with reckless abandon. She was like a different person, all rough edges and sharp angles, her usually composed, sweet, and caring nature replaced by a harsh, uncaring desire. Her usually gentle features were twisted into a snarl, her eyes cold and hard, lacking the warmth and spark that usually dwelled within them.
You couldn't help but wince as she thrust into you again and again, the pain dulling the pleasure, yet you let her continue. Your hands gripped the sheets tightly as you bit back a moan, your mouth agape in a silent scream as she took what she wanted.
You
You tried to claw her back, but she was too quick for you. She wiggled and before you knew it, she had gripped both of your hands on her own, pinning them above your head. She didn't want you to touch her and the realization stung.
She then suckled your tits hard, biting and pulling on them until you cried out in pain and pleasure. The rough treatment and seeing you in pain seemed to turn her on more, and she then continued to abuse your sensitive breasts.
“Say you're mine,” at least just this moment.
“Natasha, I’m yours, I’m yours.” You moaned reassuringly—guinely and you wanted her to see it, to feel it. “I—I'm yours, I'm you...yours,” you breathe, having a hard time to utter a word as she rammed into you.
Natasha's eyes become glossy again, she shook her head sideways as if she's trying to remove what you just said in her head that is now finally ingrained, she asked you to say it, of course you would say it back, but it sounded real and she hated it.
“You're not,” she slurred, “but I am going to make you.”
Natasha’s grunts grew louder, more primal as she neared her peak. Her face contorted, eyes screwed shut, and her movements became jerky, uncoordinated. She touched your lower abdomen to feel her cock bulging in and out. She was close, so close, and you could do nothing but lie helpless beneath her, tears leaving a trail on your cheeks as she held you down and used your body.
She finally let out a guttural growl, her body spasming as she emptied herself inside of you.
At least in this way she could make you really hers.
You jolted awake from the dream as the sound of your baby's cry made you alarmed. It's an instinct that you developed since you had your baby, whatever sound she made you'll be quick to get or coo her, doesn't matter if you're in the shower, cooking or asleep.
You slowly sat in the bed, wiping the sweat that glistened on your neck. You breathed in and out to calm yourself. It was a dream, just a dream, you're not new to it, it's same dream you always dream. It did happen but it never failed to visit—haunt you even in your sleep.
It was a dream but what you're living right now is a nightmare.
You looked over at Steve's body, deep in slumber beside you, the sight of him only causing a lump to form in your throat. The tears began to well up in your eyes, and you quickly looked away, unable to bear the ache and guilt any longer.
You quietly moved away from the bed, the sound of your baby's cries growing louder with every step you took. Your heart swelled as you reached the crib, carefully picking up your child and cradling her in your arms. You gently shushed your baby, cooing softly as you fixed the red hair that had become mussed during her sleep, her little face scrunched up as she wailed.
“Shh, mommy's here.” You whispered as you blinked rapidly, trying to clear your vision to fight back your own tears.
As if she was actually listening to you, her cries became silent as her small chubby hand reached up, her fingers wrapping around the delicate chain of your necklace. She tugged gently and your heart skipped a beat as she pulled the guitar dangle free, holding it in her tiny grasp.
You gently rocked your baby, cooing soft lullaby as you tried to soothe her back to sleep. But as you looked down at her, her green orbs shimmering with unshed tears was looking innocently straight at you. Your heart shattered at the sight and the tears you'd been holding back began to fall, softly dripping onto your baby's soft skin.
“I love you, little one.”

Title: Are you Avoiding me?
Ship: Female!Reader x Natasha Romanoff x Wanda Maximoff
Word Count: 2935
Warnings: pet names, sexual situations implied, broken glass, and horrible spelling (I don't proofread).
Summary: It's becoming harder and harder for reader to avoid both Natasha Romanoff and Wanda Maximoff. Things only get worse when they're cornered in their lab.
[A/n: This is just a little drabble, that's been sitting in my drafts for months, nothing with too much sustinance! I've been distracting myself lately with Wenclair content instead of writing]
Main Masterlist | Read my stuff on AO3 | Leave Requests
There were thousands of mugs with Shield’s logo on the side that floated around the compound, changing hands between agents and the high-ranking Avengers. It’s why you felt less bad about dropping the one in your grasp to the floor. It shattered into dozens of pieces, and the rest of the pale coffee you were drinking seeped out of the wreckage.
“Ow! Why? Why?” Clint’s voice had turned to a growl by the end of his sentence. He had righted himself and gripped his own mug to his chest, leveling you with a glare that was much too vicious this early in the morning.
The words were trapped in your throat and you dropped down behind the kitchen island, pressing yourself close enough to the wood to become apart of the grain. If you could just hide long enough for them to wander away, then all would be well.
The archer glanced down at you, and then back to the hallway that passed the communal kitchen. Natasha Romanoff had her brow furrowed, lifting a sculped eyebrow at him. She had just come back from her morning run, a fine sheen of sweat coating her muscles. He gave her a shrug and that was enough encouragement to send her on her way.
You let out a long sigh at the sound of her footsteps retreating. “Don’t look at me like that, Barton.”
“I can look at you anyway I want to, you’re the one that would rather be on the ground than talk to Natasha.”
It wasn’t just talking to Natasha. It was looking at her too; breathing the same air as her, meeting her fern-colored eyes across the room and ceasing to have a tangible thought pattern. You were an Avenger, for fucks sake, an ex-KGB spy shouldn’t make you fumble the way that you did.
“It’s not that hard, y/n. She’s harmless, really.”
That was easy for him to say. You huffed quietly and picked up the broken pieces of mug before depositing them into the trashcan. Coffee would make you too jittery anyway. So, if you really thought about it, your nerves had done you a favor.
“She’s terrifying.” You said, reaching for an empty glass. You filled it up with tap water and tentatively took a sip. It went down clunky and cold. “And gorgeous.”
“A combination that renders you absolutely useless.”
“I wouldn’t say that.”
Clint lifted both of his eyebrows at you, not saying a word. He didn’t have to. And you didn’t need all of this judgement from him in the first place. He had been so scared of Natasha that he couldn’t bring her in, in the first place. He would tell it differently, but you didn’t stick around to find out.
There were other things that you had to do; like a mountain of paperwork and a few modifications to the Vibranium arm that had found its way onto your desk. A cold shower wouldn’t do you any harm either. And if your fingers were to wander? No one would know.
You flashed him the middle finger, abandoning all thoughts of nourishment for the day. Tony kept his labs stocked with bottled water and granola bars after some nagging from Pepper. That would hold you over until lunch and if you started to drift, there were plenty of electrical sources that would give you a low-grade jolt.
Most of the time, you kept your head down, earbuds in even if they weren’t playing music. It was easier not to get caught up in the fanfare of the Avengers. Most of them were human, and they made human mistakes even if they weren’t.
You answered your superiors and fixed any problems that arose with tech and machinery, sometimes even costuming. Those things were simple, cut and dry. Your feelings for Natasha Romanoff and Wanda Maximoff weren’t even slightly that.
There was admiration from afar, and Clint would even say a numbness that clouded your brain completely. That celebrity that all other agents produced around any of the spandex wearing heroes often evaded you.
But each time Wanda stepped through the doors of your lab to get a personal watch fixed, or once, a VHS player that had the scent of smoke and burning plastic. She’d jutted out her lower lip when a copy of ‘I Love Lucy’ was burnt to a crisp.
Despite your meager salary, you had found one at the thrift and set it outside her door without a word. Not a romantic gesture, Clint. You should have seen her face. It was something you’d do as a friend, a co-worker.
Your shoulder collided with something strong, yet soft. There was a small grunt released from the back of your throat. You got a mouthful of the scent of rain and vanilla tobacco. But strong hands were suddenly gripping your forearms, keeping you steady.
Your eyes widened and met with curious hazel ones. You thought you gave Natasha enough time to get back to her room. But here she was, in that tight tank top, sweat drenching the collar. She looked beautiful, the lights overhead hitting her.
Agent Romanoff reached up and pulled one of your earbuds out, letting it hang loose against your chest. “Doctor y/l/n, are you avoiding me?”
“Avoiding?” You laughed with a little too much force, compensating for the lost air by snorting and instantly regretting it. A light blush fell over your cheeks. She didn’t look mad, in fact, she looked quite amused. “No, no. I’m not avoiding.”
“So, what would you call ducking down behind the counter in the kitchen?”
“How did you…”
“I’m a superspy and you’re not exactly subtle.”
Yeah. You’d forgotten about that. She didn’t’ allude to the fact, simply continuing on her way and leaving you to your horrible conversation with Clint. But then she had waited in front of your lab, her own clearance not allowing her past the sliding doors without you in it.
She lilted her head to the side “Don’t worry about it, it’s actually rather adorable.”
The heat against your cheeks started to spread down your neck and to your collarbone. If she noticed, and of course she noticed, she didn’t’ say anything. But she released her hold, and you fought back a whimper of disappointment.
“What can I do for you, Agent Romanoff?”
“Us, actually.” She responded, eyes darting towards the locked doors. “I’d rather talk somewhere a bit more private, if that’s alright.”
“Yeah, yeah, absolutely that’s alight. If this is about the Widow Bites that I redesigned then I can most definitely tweak them. We don’t want you to get a jolt every time you use them. Not that I’m saying you’re not skilled enough to avoid that,”
You kept talking as you swiped your card and it with a beep, walking into the instant familiarity of your lab. There was a coolness there for tactical purposes, but it washed over your heated skin and hopefully took some of the soft color away.
You started to flit around the lab, flicking on all the lights and the different purifiers. There was an experiment that Fitz was working on that needed a rotating heat source and that was turned on as well.
“If we remove the outer panel and with a little tweaking, we can make them non-lethal, heavy with stopping power. They can break up under the sub-cutaneous tissue-“
Again, you ran into Natasha. Her body was so warm and solid, stable compared to the way you buzzed about. The door had slid shut behind you, its frosted glass exterior shielding you from the rest of the world.
This time you didn’t’ rush to apologize, instead you pushed your glasses up to the center of your nose and stared at her in a comfortable silence. “This wasn’t about your widow bites. You said us.”
She nodded at you, suddenly seeming quite shy herself. You’d never seen her avert her gaze before and something about the reaction worried you. Your stomach was doing somersaults, flipping back and forth between pure panic and excitement. This was the longest you two had spent in one another’s space without you bolting from the room.
“For the past six months I’ve been involved in a sexual relationship with Wanda Maximoff.”
“Uh,”
It was the only word that you could muster. Thoughts that flushed your cheeks all over again ran through your mind; bare breasts pressed against each other, lips hungrily clashing, hands raking up perfectly toned muscles. Your eyes were hazy with lust, but you blinked it away just as fast as it had settled. Natasha ghosted a smirk regardless.
“It was purely sexual, we both needed to blow off some steam. I’m sure you know how that is.”
On nights when you needed to ‘blow off steam’, you went into the empty training room and ran for six miles before taking a stark cold shower to loosen your muscles. When you ran, you forgot about the dip of Natasha’s collarbone and the dexterity of Wanda’s fingers.
Now that you thought about it, there were signs that the two of them had something and why shouldn’t they? Subtle touches that led to more. The tenderness in Natasha’s eyes betrayed more. If she hadn’t noticed yet, you weren’t going to be the one to tell her.
“It was fun for a while, a supply closet here, the gym floor there. But going on month seven it’s almost losing its… spark.”
“I’m sorry?” You were cautious with your words, and she giggled, the Black Widow herself was giggling at you.
“I’m not so good at this.”
“You’re good at everything.”
She smiled “Wanda insisted that I come and talk to you first because you’re skittish. Moreso around her than me. She was upset when I told her you let me stay the afternoon in here last week, just watching you work.”
Each move you made that day was languid. There was a nervousness to you that seemed to vanish when you could open up the back of a monitor and stare at the innerworkings. You were recruited right out of MIT, and though you had been offered more than one job, you jumped at the idea of working in the Stark tower, living here.
She worked her hand through her hair and sighed “see, not so good at this.”
“What exactly is this?”
Natasha furrowed her brow and a small crease formed between her eyebrows in response. You wanted to reach up and smooth it away with the subtle touch of your thumb. That part wasn’t complicated, not like people usually were.
So, you did just that, you touched the pad of your finger to her soft, warm skin and pressed until the tension started to leave her body. Natasha’s fingers wrapped around your wrist and moved your hand until you cupped her cheek. She sighed into the embrace; eyes closed for more than a single moment.
“I want you, y/n.” She mumbled against the palm of your hand, turning it to the side and delivering a single kiss to the pulse point on your wrist. You were sure that she could feel the quickness in which it thrummed. “So does Wanda.”
You were dizzy, suddenly glad for her hold on you. Months, close to a year, you had spent ducking behind counters and taking the long way back to your dorm. They were both stunning to an intimidating degree, to the point where it devastated you.
“Say something, please” Natasha whispered, voice breaking “I know this is a lot and you can absolutely decline. We can forget this conversation ever happened and you can go back to breaking coffee mugs.”
“No! I mean, no. I don’t want to go back to breaking coffee mugs. I think Clint is running a tab, and Mr. Stark isn’t exactly generous with our salaries.”
A grin spread across Natasha’s face. It was like being wrapped in a warm towel after a long day in the rain. You’d do anything to make her smile. You were in down bad, not that you’d admit it to Bird Boy.
She tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. “Can I kiss you?”
You nodded, not trusting your ability to vocalize anything right now. Her lips were on yours, soft and tender. She kissed you slowly, with purpose. The two of you savored the moment, a sigh of extasy escaping you, your arms winding around her shoulders, hers pressing against your spine.
Natasha broke the embrace, staring hazily at you. That cocky smile had turned into a wonderstruck and borderline goofy one. Have you broken the superspy? She’d certainly made you waver. You were effectively rendered silent.
“Oh, sweet girl, how easy it is to fluster you.” Natasha pulled her bottom lip between her teeth. “But I fear that a certain witch is lurking just close enough for you to open the door.”
It slid open on its own with a dejected beep. You glanced down at the pocket of your lab coat, badge still attached. A small pout made its way to your lips but softened when Wanda stalked into the mostly empty lab, you felt your defenses lower.
The remnants of red twirled around her fingers- and god, you didn’t mean to stare, but they held a power to them. With Natasha slotted against your body, the primal scent of her, you couldn’t stop your mind from wandering. Oh, how good they’d feel on your tongue.
A pink blush crept up her collarbone and at the tips of her ears. Wanda raised a perfectly sculpted brow at you. There was no doubt in your mind that your thoughts were loud enough for her to hear them. And somehow, you didn’t mind one bit. You’d never imagine being this bold with either of them, but the kiss with Natasha had left you heady, greedy for more.
“Have you been able to do that the whole time?” You panted out, watching the door slide shut once more.
“Well, yes. But I respect your privacy… to an extent. You have quite the dirty mind, don’t you?”
“I… you… no!”
You pulled away from Natasha, crossing your arms over your chest. If you weren’t careful, your glasses would fog up just by being in the same vicinity as them both. Sure, there had been a few times where you’d let your mind wander; images of Wanda shoving you against the wall, pinning your arms above your head.
Natasha taking you over the lab table that you made sure was meticulous in every single way each night before you left. The thought of them taking control was alluring, tantalizing. You thought all the time, too much about every move you made. You didn’t want to admit that you’d welcome not thinking at all, even if it was only for a few moments.
“You’re a terrible liar.” Wanda soothed.
“That’s why Stark keeps me in the basement.”
She’d gotten impossibly close. You could smell the lavender shampoo that often accompanied her. They were both taller than you, though, not by much. Your breath still hitched in your throat at her proximity. Wanda tucked a piece of hair behind your ear, lilting her head to the side in a way that made your knees feel unstable.
“Is this okay?”
You nodded, and a smile moved across her lips. “You need to use your words, sweetheart.”
“Oh, don’t be mean, Wanda.” Natasha wrapped her arms around your midsection, resting her chin against your shoulder. You felt the incredible warmth she provided, nearly sighing into it. “This is a lot to take in. Baby steps.”
You couldn’t tell which of the two held more control over the situation, but didn’t much care when you felt Wanda’s breath hot against your lips. She closed the distance and you kissed until it stung, until your lungs were begging for air. A desperate noise that you had never made before escaped you when she broke the embrace.
All the while, the calloused pads of Natasha’s fingers were running softly over the expanse of skin between your waistband and shirt. Her touch was so delicate and impossibly warm compared to the coolness of the lab.
Natasha hugged you closer, and you allowed her to. Everything about both women surrounding you screamed control. The darkness that settled over Wanda’s stare made a wetness pool between your thighs. You squeezed them together in an attempt of subtly.
It was like fooling a seer. They could read your body like an open book and you clenched your eyes shut but could still feel the grin that stretched across Natasha’s face in the crook of your neck. It would be so easy to give up control to them.
“Does anyone else have the key to your lab?” Wanda purred, her hand splayed on your chest in a startling grounding motion. Your eyes snapped open, hazy with lust.
You were breathless, stunned. “Just you.”
Wanda’s head tilted, her tongue darting out against her bottom lip. Chills pushed down your spine, Natasha’s hold tightening around your center. You were sure that you’d catch flame right there and wake up from this dream. But neither of them vanished when you blinked.
“Good. What’s your safe word, darling?”
Natasha’s grin was nothing short of wolfish. She squeezed both of your hips possessively, hauling you with a spy’s quickness onto the nearest counter. You nudged a white mug with a SHIELD logo on the front. It fell to the floor, shattered into a million different pieces.
None of that seemed to matter.

Pale Blue Midnights
Pairing: MCU!Loki x Fem!Reader
Plot:
I, too, did a pollen story! That’s it. That’s the plot! 😆Except that it’s not exactly pollen but something else but ultimately strange flowers are at play. Well, simply put, it’s sm.u.t with a plot.
Warnings: Sm.u.tttttttttttt
Read time: ~32 mins
Enjoy half an hour of pure se.xua.l pleasure with the god of mischief!! 😉😏🫠 MINORS: Don’t you dare peek!! 🤨
Tumblr media
“Careful now!” She warned Loki in a low but stern voice. “The last time Banner went on an expedition like this, he accidentally smelled a flower and…”
“And what?” Loki would never admit but he was half scared of even hearing the consequences.
“Well, … let’s just say that Nat and he didn’t get out of the room for three days straight!” She concluded with a chuckle.
Loki’s brows almost touched his hairline at the realisation. A part of him - the wild spirited part - immediately conjured up a forbidden image of himself tangled in sheets with his current mission partner. An image that had often haunted him in the darkness of the nights when his heart was restless or when his body yearned for her. This mischievous side now secretly wished to find an aphrodisiac that would put them in a similar situation.
But the logical side of him was scared to death. He knew that it would not be wise to be trapped in such a situation, not with the woman who trusted him with her life, the woman who addressed him as her BFF - a sweet but woefully distasteful Midgardian vocable, as he liked to put it.
A joke about Romanoff and Banner danced on the tip of his tongue but he dared not utter it lest it should come back and bite him in his royal arse.
Both of them were wearing safety suits, masks, safety goggles and gloves. So, there was almost zero chance of any contact with any toxic organism or pollen. But with ‘Mischief’ being his middle name, who knew what he might land up in!
He decided to divert the topic. “Why are we doing this again?”
“For the same reason we humans have been exploring Mars,” his mission partner answered without looking at him. “And because it’s better than running around and knocking people out or killing them,” she added with a smile. “Sometimes I get so tired of it!”
“Well,” Loki replied with a shrug, “that is the real fun!”
“Hmm,” the woman was deeply engaged in investigating a pale-looking, small blue flower that bloomed in bunches on a small plant.
“Found something interesting?” Loki waddled through the tall grass and weeds to where his partner was.
“Yeah, look at these…” Her attention was still robbed by the flowers. “I think I have seen them somewhere. They look very familiar. But…”
“They look harmless,” Loki extended a hand to examine a flower. The bottom of the pedicle was covered in what looked like tiny hairs that stuck to his glove. He tried to pull the flower off of him with his other hand but they just stuck to the other glove. No matter how hard he jerked his hand, the flower just would not come off.
Giving up with a sigh, he started to remove a glove.
“Don’t!” His teammate warned him once again.
“I am a god! These frail Midgardian things do not affect me.”
Before she could protest, he had already pinched the pedicle. What followed was a hiss, accompanied by a small jump, and a set of bleeding thumb and forefinger. What had appeared to be harmless hair on the stem, turned out to be a wrap of fine thorns.
“Damn!” Loki threw the flower to the ground.
“Damn you, you idiot!” His partner cursed him. “One day you’re going to get yourself killed because of your overconfidence!”
The said god shot her a deathly glare but it went totally ignored as she was busy squeezing the blood out of his wound.
“Do you feel anything pricking inside?” She asked. Concern veiled her face and wrapped itself around her throat.
It was her softness, her caring nature that always knocked the wind out of him. And it did so again. Loki whispered a soft ‘No’ as his eyes fixated on her countenance and her actions.
“Are you sure? Don’t hide your discomfort behind your ego.” A panicked (Y/N) pulled her mask down, and raised his fingers to her lips to gently suck the blood from the cuts one by one.
A shudder trembled down Loki’s body. Thankfully, she was too busy worrying about him to notice his wide eyes, dilated pupils and flushed face.
With a sudden jerk, Loki pulled his hand away from her. “I’m fine,” he huffed.
“Well, there is nothing to be disgusted about. The saliva kills any germs that might be lingering on your cut.” Though she narrowed her eyes in mock anger she certainly sounded hurt.
“I never said it was disgusting!” He protested.
“But your action said so!”
“I pulled away because-” How could Loki explain that he had to pull his hand away because her actions were doing unspeakable things to him!
With a frown, she silently waited for an explanation.
“Because I did not want you to accidentally swallow any poison or anything,” he concluded in a tone that was much softer than where he had left.
This time, it was her turn to feel butterflies in her stomach. Pushing all rosy thoughts down because c’mon!, the charming god of mischief could never like her back, she pulled her mask up along with her professional demeanour.
“Let’s finish this before you get yourself into more trouble,” she mumbled, and continued down the trail that they had taken before the blue flowers so temptingly distracted them.
—-
Loki woke up in the middle of the night to find himself covered in sweat, with his heart beating thunderously. At first he feared that it might be the effects of the flower that had pierced its thorns in him not many hours ago. But as the fog of sleep gradually evaporated, the reason became embarrassingly clear to him.
It was not any fever or infection that woke him up. The indecent scene that had popped up in his mind during the expedition, regarding his teammate, had morphed itself into a vivid dream, and had engulfed all his senses.
They were in the midst of a meadow. And while he knew that they should have been busy examining flowers, they were far, far from it. Pale blue flowers surrounded them, as if witnessing and spurring them on. And them?
Well, Loki was lying on the moist grass, the soft sun caressing the pale, sweat-glistened skin of his naked back. His mouth was busy sucking the slender neck of his teammate who was writhing beneath him in a stark state of nature, while his hands pinned her arms down to the ground.
Her bare legs had wrapped themselves around his own as he kept on rubbing himself against her plush wet folds, trying to find his release and hers. Their moans echoed in the trees encircling the meadow. The sky watched as he flipped them over. The wind tickled their aroused skins as she sat atop him like a queen perched atop her throne, and looked into his eyes like a huntress staring down at her prey. Loki’s throat went dry when she brought his hands up to her breasts. And when she started moving her hips - oh, the way she moved, like a dancer with a murderous intent - the grunt that left the sorcerer’s throat told the entire world of his pleasures…
These kinds of dreams about her weren't new to him, true, but this one was so detailed and realistic that he still could not wrap his head around what he saw. He had no idea his mind had the capability of conjuring up such a thing.
After helping himself to some water and breathing deeply to calm his nerves, the sorcerer laid down to try and get some sleep. But glimpses from his recent virtual activity kept flashing before him until he could fall asleep again, and then taunted him a little more after that, too.
—-
The next morning, after the entire team had almost finished their breakfast, (Y/N) pulled Wanda to a corner.
Hesitation was etched on her face as she fidgeted with the edges of her phone and looked around nervously.
After a little nudge of encouragement from the redhead, she finally asked but with a shaky voice, "Have you…have you ever had…uhm…dirt- uhm… indecent dreams about your…your coworker?"
Wanda's eyes widened at the question and a slender hand flew to her mouth to cover the prominent O and the giggle that was about to follow.
"Why, who did you dream about?"
Before the other person could answer, another woman slid into the conversation.
"Loki," Natasha confidently threw her answer to the duo.
"Shhh! Shh!" A panicked (Y/N) tried to keep things down.
Wanda's eyes became wider, if that was even possible. "And how do you know?"
"She has been fumbling and stammering around him since this morning. At first I thought it was her usual crush thing but heightened. But then I heard this question, and everything just…clicked!" She snapped her fingers and winked.
“I don’t have a crush on him!” (Y/N) protested in a hushed voice.
“You do!”
“You do!”
Both her friends opposed simultaneously.
Defeated, she hid her face in her hands, and mumbled almost incoherently, “Am I that obvious?”
“Well,” Natasha began, “your state of heart is as clear as a dazzling day to everyone in the compound.”
(Y/N) groaned.
“But not to Loki,” the spy added.
This made the former peek through her fingers.
“Yeah,” Wanda chimed in, “he’s a bit thick in the matters of the heart.”
“So, you’re saying he doesn’t know yet?” (Y/N) sat up straight.
Seeing her spirits, Romanoff rolled her eyes while a little red glow sizzled on Wanda’s fingertips. “Well, I can change that,” she lifted her hand and swirled her fingers.
“Or maybe,” Natasha joined, “I can go up to him and tell him everything to his face.”
“No!”
“Then tell him yourself.”
“No!”
“Coward!”
“M not!”
“Whatever! Just tell us about this “indecent” dream you saw, and we'll try not to pester you,” Nat tried a bargain.
"And that's why I did not want to tell you!" (Y/N) whisper-shouted.
“All the details, please!” Wanda’s face broke into a wide grin.
It took her more than just words to shake her friends off. They were having more fun watching her drown in sheer embarrassment than they were interested in listening to her story. In the end, however, she succeeded in keeping her secret to herself.
Grinning to herself, she was walking back to her room when she almost collided with someone. She did not need to look up to see who the tall person was. His scent engulfed her. As soon as it hit her nostrils, the air around her seemed to change into a feverish smoke.
“Sorry!” A sheepish smile was all that she could afford.
“It is alright. I was not looking either,” the (in)famous SilverTongue stammered through his words.
One look at her brought back all the scenes from his latest dream in technicolour, and he had to cough the awkwardness down his throat. It was only after his discomfort subsided that he noticed the red cheeks and ears of the other person.
“Are you feeling unwell?” His eyebrows knit together.
“What?”
“You look…flushed!...Do you have a fever?” Loki placed the back of his hand to her forehead.
Only the heavens knew the strength it took her to suppress the moan that threatened to escape her! Closing her eyes, she bit her lips to forbid any sound from escaping her.
Little did she know that this struggle of hers was making things difficult for the person in front of her. Loki removed his hand quicker than he had planned.
“You should… you should get yourself checked,” he advised. “Who knows what bug you might have caught yesterday.”
“I’m fine, really,” she cleared her throat. “Just… could not sleep well. I think I shall take a nap. Should be feeling fine by evening!”
Loki hummed in agreement.
“Are you well?” She asked after some hesitation.
“Yes! Why do you ask?”
“Well, you look… how do I put it? It’s as if some thought has been consuming you. You’re not your usual confident, mischievous self today. You okay?”
The trickster was surprised at how well she could read him. Almost choking with joy, he nodded, “I am fine. There is something going on in my head, yes. But it is nothing to worry about.”
“Good. Well then, I shall go get some rest.”
With a smile, they went their separate ways, each grinning like an idiot and praying that the other person does not know about it.
—-
Y/N was sitting by the window, reading a book when the knock on her door startled her. Keeping the book on the nearest table, she almost jogged towards the door to open it. On the other side stood her favourite teammate - the raven-haired god from outer space.
“Wanda told me everything,” he declared in a deep baritone. “Romanoff told me about the dreams you are having. Tell me,” he took two steps inside, making a stunned Y/N walk backwards, “do you dream about me often? Hmm? This innocent face of yours… these naive-looking eyes of yours… Oh! And all the dirty thoughts they carry! Tell me, pet, do you often fantasise filthy things about me?”
He had already won the game when he started speaking in that rich voice. And when he called her “pet”, she could not help but clench her muscles  and rub her thighs together.
Loki did not fail to notice that. When she did not respond but simply stared at him open-mouthed, he slowly nudged her chin to close her mouth, only to tantalisingly swipe his thumb across her bottom lip.
“Do you?” This time, his question was breathed upon her mouth.
“No!” She managed to croak.
Loki narrowed his eyes towards her, as though disbelieving her. It worked, for the truth spurted out of her in the form of a whimper.
“Yes.”
“Yes?* He asked again like a big cat playing its last game with its prey.
“Yes!” She breathed.
“Oh my poor little darling!” Loki purred. “You should have told me sooner. I would have loved to end your misery!”
With these words, he bent down to suck the side of her neck and mark her. When he released the bruised skin, his lips followed the trail of her jawline until they reached her chin. Taking it gently between his teeth for a while, he licked a long stripe from the hollow of her neck up to her panting lips.
“Do you touch yourself when you think of me?” His hot breath on her earlobes seemed to take the life out of her.
She did not want to reveal her secrets before him and yet her hazy mind kept betraying her.
“Yes!” She confessed.
“Mmh! Had thought so!” He growled. “Show me!”
“I-I… no… No, I can't!” Her face went beet red.
“Well then… I shall find out for myself. Do you touch yourself here?”
His long fingers found their way beneath the hem of her shorts to her inner thighs. There, they brushed the skin very lightly, stoking the fire within her core.
“Or is it here?” His fingers trailed upwards.
“Here?” His slender, sinful fingers skimmed the surface of her bare mound while carefully avoiding the very spot that had her squirming.
“Loki!!” Her whimper was met with a triumphant smirk.
“What? I am only trying to find out where you touch yourself. Am I not on the right path?”
“Please!!” Damn! She was begging, against all the protests of her now-moderately sane mind.
“‘Please’ what, pet?” His lips were brushing the shell of her ear. “Tell me what you want from me. I am a benevolent god. I shall not deny you of your pleas. Not when you squirm and beg like that!”
Her tongue tried to hold itself but her body was on fire. It was only by giving in that she could find release from this torment.
She screwed her eyes shut. “Please touch me, Loki!”
“Well, I am touching you.” Loki continued his sweet, smooth torture. “Is there anywhere specific that you want me to touch, darling?”
Damn this god of being an asshole!!!
This time she looked up in his eyes, and spoke with a lewd confidence, “Touch my cunt, Loki. Make me cum.”
The growl that escaped him was enough to take her to the peak. As nimble fingers entered her, the god’s eye became hooded and his mouth parted, releasing a sigh that landed on her mouth, only to be chased by his hungry lips on them.
They buried their moans in the other's mouth. When Loki pushed her against the nearest wall, she tried to pull him closer. But Loki freed himself out of her hold. Worried, she opened her eyes to find the god slowly kneeling before her. Staring deep into her eyes, he pulled her shorts down with him. And when his knees landed on the floor, so did her shorts.
Sitting face-to-face with her dripping folds, he gently stroked his fingers along the length of her left thigh, all the way down to her calf. Slowly, he picked the leg up, and put it on his shoulder. Licking his lips in the most sultry way she could have imagined, he buried his face between her legs.
The delightful scream that forced itself out her throat was probably heard by all inmates of the compound. But that did not stop Loki from exploring every corner of his delicious treasure.
A loud knock on her door made her spring out of the moment.
“Maybe they did hear my scream,” she thought “Shit! But wait…what…the fuck?”
Loki was nowhere around. She was lying on the bed, her side-pillow tucked in tight between her legs.
So, was that all…another dream?
The knock on the door had now transformed into banging.
“Are you alright in there?” It was Steve’s voice. “Why did you scream?”
So, I had actually screamed while dreaming?? Shit! Fucking shit!!
“(Y/N), I’m going to come inside.” Steve was absolutely worried!
No no no!! He cannot see me in this mess! I shan’t be able to face anyone again!
“I’m fine, Steve!” She shouted back. “I…uh…I thought I saw a spider, and I screamed. It was only a small bug.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes! Absolutely fine! Just got a silly little scare.” She forced a laugh.
“Fine then. I’m gonna…go” Steve sighed in relief although his words sounded hesitant.
“Yup! See you later!”
When she was sure she heard the captain walk away, she let out a long breath.
“Fuck! What the hell is happening? Why do I-”
Realisation hit her like a brick. It had all begun after their return from the plant-hunt.
“Those blue flowers…d-did they really affect me? … Did they affect Loki? He was the one who was actually pricked!” The scenes from that fateful day kept unfolding in her mind. “Damn! Is that why he has been behaving awkwardly? ... But wait, if this flower is indeed an aphrodisiac, why am I having troubles only around Loki? Is it because I like him or…is it because we were both affected by the same flower? Fuck! I must find out.”
—-
At dinner, (Y/N) observed Loki closely. Well, she had always “observed” him rather closely but this time it was more like analysing a target. She realised that he was fine with the rest of the team - even with the other women - but when around her, he fidgeted a lot. Even his glances towards her were hesitant. And yes! He did avoid physical contact - even the slightest possible brush of their little fingers.
There was definitely something going on.
“Sam,” her sudden approach startled the soldier who was busy looking for dessert in the fridge. “Hold my hand.”
“What?”
“Hold my hand!”
“But why?” He looked at her as if she had grown two heads.
“Just … I need to test a theory.”
A smirk surfaced on his mouth. “I knew you’d warm up to me one day.”
But the glare that he received for an answer made him quickly take his words back. “Just kidding! You know that well, don’t you!”
Sam curled his fingers gently around her extended arm.
“What now?” He asked curiously.
Eyebrows knit together, her eyes darted across the tiled floor, trying hard to gauge her body’s reaction. Nothing; she felt nothing.
Pursing her lips, she hummed. “Well, thank you, Sam!” With a pat on his upper arm, she walked off, leaving the man a handful of questions in his mind.
So, her theory was correct: it was only Loki who was affecting her. And apparently, it was only her affecting the god. She had been training with others; she felt nothing. Loki had been training with everyone else with ease. But when they were paired together, the air that they breathed seemed to turn into an erotic enchantment. The discomfort was evident on both their faces. So much that neither could focus during the session, thus resulting in a quick end to their sparring.
Once everyone had started retiring for the day, she decided to put her plan into action. She had wanted to stay behind or follow Loki down whichever corridor or floor he took; whatever it took to find him alone and confront him.
It had almost worked. Almost. But with Steve in the middle of a serious conversation with her, all she could do was watch out of the corner of her eye as the trickster walked out of the sitting area. Now, had it been anybody else, she could have excused herself without a second thought; she would have amended for it later. But this man - the captain - held an entirely different zone of respect in her heart. Never in her life could she interrupt him.
Luckily for her, the conversation ended soon enough - just in time for her to jog down the corridor where Loki resided but only to catch a glimpse of him as he disappeared into his room.
Damn!
But she had enough! She must know!
Cursing under her breath, she marched determinedly up to his doorstep.
But that was it.
That was where her confidence melted into a puddle. This was not any man that she had to talk to. This wasn’t Bruce or Tony with whom she could discuss the most embarrassing subject and yet turn everything into logic and science. No! This was the biggest crush of her life, staggering on the verge of becoming - perhaps - the love of her life! And she was going to ask him if he has been having filthy dreams about her just as she has been having about him! Could it be any more complicated!!
Fiddling with her fingers, she stood for a while in front of the closed door, replaying the plan over and over again in her head.
Okay. This is it. I’m going to do it. I’m going to ask him, and I’m going to solve this mystery once and for-
The door swung open before she could even tap on it! Loki stood at the other end with his brows scrunched up.
Her first instinct was to run. But she stood her ground. Afterall, she had some self-respect, right?
“You have been standing there for quite some time now,” Loki stated but it sounded more like a question.
“Well, I… I was…just passing by.” That weird, sheepish smile appeared on her face again.
Loki sighed. “First, they call me the God of Lies for a reason. And second, your feet are eclipsing the light from the corridor thus making them clearly visible under the door.”
Hanging her head low, she let out a long sigh. “You got me!”
If only she had seen the smile that broke out on Loki’s divine countenance. Or maybe it was good that she had not, for it might have increased her desires even more. They had already started weaving themselves in every cell of her body as soon as her eyes had landed on the god.
“Now, will you tell me what is going on or should I read your mind?” Loki urged.
She was surprised by his confidence! He sounded nothing like the person who had returned with her from the expedition.
Has the affects of the flower worn off of him?
“Loki, I need your help!” She tried to hold his hand in desperation, only to find her own pass through thin air with a green glimmer.
Her plan was to check Loki’s pulse in the guise of holding his hand for help. Had his heart rate been abnormally high, she would have asserted her doubts, and would have straightforwardly asked him if he had been having weird dreams.
What she never expected was to be met with an illusion. The Loki at the door now frowned in worry as she looked up at him in confusion.
Why would Loki create an illusion for talking to me? Why- Wait…
As she walked right through the facade, she saw it all evaporating, eventually revealing the real Loki who was standing near his writing desk. Distress was clearly written on his face. He looked so helpless that all plans and plots vanished from her mind. Her answer was right in front of her. She did not need to play games now.
“You should not be here.” There was an earnest plea in his eyes. “Please, leave!”
The sight of Loki leaning against his writing desk - fingers clenched on the wood so hard that it looked like the desk was going to split in two, face partially covered by hair that was dishevelled from running his hands through it, partially unbuttoned shirt, half-opened mouth and glazed eyes - made her visibly shudder from the electricity coursing through her veins. But that did not keep his desperate words - words which were more like a warning - from reaching her senses. It turned her on and yet worried her.
“Loki, you do not look good. You-you look like you’re in…pain!”
“I told you…” the god’s voice was more strained than before, “you…should not…be here!”
She took two careful steps forward. To avoid anybody else from accidentally walking in, she had softly closed the door behind her. They needed to sort this out between themselves first.
“Loki,” she called soothingly, “if this is about the flower, … you can tell me. … If it helps to know, I…I was…I am…affected by it, too!
The Asgardian’s eyes widened. He swiftly advanced towards her - well, almost did - but quickly retreated back to his safe circle.
“So, you must be-”
“In pain?” She did not let Loki finish his sentence. “Yes! Very much!”
“And,” he continued, “have you done anything to…get rid of it? Or-or soothe it?”
She shook her head slightly. “No.”
A nod, slight for most people to notice, accompanied a whisper of a breath released by Loki.
“And … you are dreaming of…?”
For a short while his question floated between them, searching for an answer. She looked deep into his eyes. Pleadingly. Hoping that he would understand what her tongue was too ashamed to confess.
He probably did. He looked like he did. But he needed assurance, for it seemed too far-fetched for even him to believe that his fantasies could come true in such a miraculous way! He could not be so lucky, could he?
When Loki did not say anything, she decided to say it aloud, all shame be stripped aside.
“You!” She declared. “It is you that I dream of, Loki!”
It took him all his godly strength to hold himself back. But he knew that his resistance was thinning out. The enhanced effects of the flower, her presence in the closed space, and now her confession - everything was making things all the more difficult for him.
“I’m burning for you, Loki!”
And indeed she was! All the things that were triggering the powerful god were affecting this human as well.
Loki inhaled deeply, only to be engulfed in her scent even more.
“I am sorry!” Her lips trembled. Her eyes betrayed her resilience with the first wave of tears. “I know this is all very embarrassing for you. I … I swear, Loki, I never wanted it to be this way! I-”
“I never wanted it to be this way either,” Loki’s words crushed her. Of course, he would never want anything to do with her, not even what could have been a shadow of a romance!
“I had wanted this to be very special,” he continued. “I had wanted to do it right. To court you first, to woo you, to steal a kiss or two from you, and then … and then make you mine.”
His voice was strained, just like before. But his eyes were feral now.
Damn, they scorched her! Loki’s words were killing her!! But her lust-driven-yet-dejected mind could not wrap itself around them. None of it made sense. Why would Loki want to court her, kiss her … “make her his” … ? Unless …
Oh!
The realisation left her shocked and elated at the same time. But she needed enough proof to believe it.
“Are you- What are you saying? Why would you- Loki, I think this is not you but the effect of the flower speaking.”
The god laughed. “‘Effect of the flower’? Darling, I have been having all kinds of thoughts about you for years now! Thoughts that would warm your chest with love. Thoughts that would make you blush crimson! … That wretched flower has only heightened it all And made it unbearable!!”
It was all too much to take in. Her state of disarray - limp shoulders, wide eyes and a half-open mouth - told Loki that she had not yet grasped the entirety of the situation.
“Oh darling,” he spoke with hope in his eyes and joy on his lips, “you do not yet know what the flower was, do you?”
She shook her head in a daze.
“It is called ‘Midnight’s Bane’. Or ‘Boon’, as some like to call it. I found out about it in one of our old books from Asgard.” He took a few slow, deliberate steps towards her as he spoke. “It has some … medicinal uses. But it is famous as a catalyst for … midnight’s activities, if you know what I mean.” The smirk that he wore would have made even an unaffected person’s knees go weak. “It does not make two people fall in love, no! The flower simply increases what one already feels for someone. … And if you are dreaming about me, if you want me just the way I want you, then it can mean only one thing.” Loki placed a gentle hand on her cheek. Her eyes fluttered in response. “That you love me … just the way I love you.”
She did not need further convincing. In one swift motion her lips were on his. Her arms had wound themselves around his neck, pulling him as close as possible.
The dam finally broke.
Loki held her face with both hands, greedily devouring every moan and whimper. In the miniscule break that they took to breathe again, they drank in the sight before them, further intoxicating themselves. (Y/N)’s finger’s began making quick work of the remaining closed buttons on Loki’s shirt. But he was impatient. Removing her hold on them, he pulled the cloth over his head.
If it was humanly possible to be more aroused, (Y/N) certainly had hit the next level. Placing a quick but deep kiss on her open mouth, Loki tugged at the hem of her blouse. The lifting of her arms over her head was permission enough for Loki to pull it up and discard it on the floor.
How and when the rest of the clothes got scattered around the room remained a haze. All they remembered later was that it was somewhere between heated kisses and lots of shameless touching.
Loki picked her up by the hips, and sat her on the writing desk. She probably landed on an old open hardbound. Neither cared.
While his mouth worked on her neck and shoulders, eliciting hisses and moans from her, his large hands travelled down her body, taking note of every curve and plateau, until he reached her thighs. There, they rested for a brief moment, kneading the satiny skin beneath his palms, before venturing towards the soft flesh on the inner side. Very slowly, he parted her legs open, and stepped inside. Her immediate reaction was to wrap them around his slender waist. With her bare heels pressing on his bare butts, she nudged him forward until his arousal was pressed against hers.
Both of them groaned loudly. With hooded eyes they looked at each other, trying to seek the obvious consent that had been there right from the beginning. When her hand wrapped around his length to line him up with herself, he almost swooned.
“This is going to hurt,” he warned her.
“I know, and I don’t care. Just take me, Loki! Please! Make me yours.”
He could have come right then simply from her words. With one hand on her back, and the other holding himself, he entered her slowly, passing carefully through the tight wetness.
Loki was aroused like never before, ready to devour the woman sitting brazenly naked in front of him - the love of his life -  and yet, a part of him could never forget to take care of her, to worry about her.
When he had buried himself fully within her, they both rested their heads on the other’s shoulder for a brief moment. It was an outworldly feeling - it seemed like the perfect end to all those years of pining, like the perfect beginning to their story of being together. It felt like the perfect cure to all the burning desire that they had been enduring for the past few days. Most importantly, it felt right. It had never and would have never felt so perfect with anybody else.
(Y/N) patted his backside lightly. As if afraid that he’d hurt her, Loki started moving slowly, carefully. The pace was sensual, romantic but excruciating as well! The drug running in their veins demanded more. Their bodies demanded more.
“Loki, please!”
She did not know what she was asking for but he understood. Steadily but quickly, he accelerated, earning himself sultry moans and breathy chants of his name as rewards. She felt like her body would have given away had Loki’s strong arms not been holding her.
“Oh (Y/N)!”
Hymns of each other’s names and repeated confessions of love brought them closer to release. When his movements started getting sloppy, he reached between  them and placed his thumb on her bundle of nerves. When she cried out and her back arched,he whispered with hot breaths in her ear, “Come with me, love. Please.”
It might have been his ministrations down south on her body or it may have been the way he rasped the word “please”. Some magic worked, and she came crashing down on him, flooding him, drowning him in her ecstasy. That was the final tug on the restraint that Loki had put on himself. He came inside her with a loud moan of her name, surrendering himself to his lust completely.
Thanks to the desk, Loki found some support for his limp body. As they rested on one another and kissed each other feebly, having experienced the most epic orgasms of their lives yet, she eventually came to realise what she had been sitting on. She tried to look but with Loki still buried inside her, it was impossible.
“I think I’m sitting on a book,” she admitted sheepishly.
“Oh?”
The moment he pulled out of her, she whined at the sudden emptiness inside.
Loki laughed. “Do not make the mistake of thinking that I am done with you, love! Give me a few minutes, and I shall fill you up again.”
The filthy look in his eyes, the promise in his voice, and his tender dominance made her walls flutter that very instant. Loki grabbed her butts and lifted her off the desk, while she wrapped her limbs securely around him.
As he carried her to the bed, his eyes landed on the tattered and soaked pages of the book that she had been sitting on. Pausing in his tracks, he tilted his head and smirked.
“What is it?” She asked curiously.
Following his eyes, she found the poor book - an open testament to their raunchy activities - and clicked her tongue.
“Can you fix it?” She looked back at him.
Stealing one look at her, as though accepting her simple challenge, he held her securely with one arm, and extended the other towards the book, reverting its fate with a subtle move of his open fingers. Once the pages were crisp and readable again, (Y/N) understood the cause of his amusement.
Staring back at them from the pages was a hand-drawn picture of the same flower that caused all these “fateful” events. Her eyes swept through the descriptions about the flower.
“Pale Blue Midnight’s Bane”, the title read. In smaller words, it added, “ Also known as Midnight’s Boon”.
Loki chuckled. “We gave the flower what it wanted. Literally.”
It made her laugh. “Well, at least it put an end to years of misery! We should be thanking it.”
“In a way that it likes?” Mischief was sparkling in Loki’s green eyes.
“Exactly my thoughts!” She resonated.
Loki was not gentle this time as he threw her on the bed and hungrily watched her curves jiggle. She was surprised to find that she rather enjoyed being manhandled by the trickster. He hovered over her like a hunter over his prey, and started his assault on her chest.
“Loki?”
“Mmh?” His mouth was full and his tongue busy.
“Shouldn’t we inform Banner about our discovery?”
“Later,” he exhaled right before shutting her up for the moment with a long and deep kiss that made both their heads spin.

Natasha Romanoff x Female Reader
You find out about Natasha’s secret Instagram while she’s away on a mission
Note: Inspired by the romanoffthereal account Scarlett is definitely running lol. Enjoy this one!
Natasha Masterlist 1, Natasha Masterlist 2, Natasha Masterlist 3, Main Masterlist
When you walk into the living room, you hear your oldest kids giggling. You smile at the sound, but your curiosity is piqued when you notice their attention is on a phone.
“What’s up?” You ask them. Ali drops her phone into her lap and they all turn to you. You raise a brow.
“Hi Mom,” she says. Her voice is sincere but her eyes don’t quite meet yours.
“Do I even want to know?” You ask, assuming it was something the kids wouldn’t want to spend time explaining why it’s funny.
The boys stand up as if on cue and excuse themselves with a little side hug to you. They’re getting older, but still remain sweet.
“Just ask Mama,” Ali says before running off too.
You shake your head in confusion. Why would Natasha know what they’re laughing at? She’s not even in town. A mission she didn’t want to go on pulled her away for a couple of weeks.
The rest of the day is spent trying to wrangle all of the kids. You don’t find anymore sneaky laughter sessions. Settling in for the night, you lie down and get on your phone.
That’s when you see your friend sent you a post on Instagram. It’s been a while since you opened the app, finding yourself way too busy with kids and with Nat not wanting too much of the family information online.
You open the message to see a picture of a Black Widow toy along with other Avengers. Before you even read the caption of the post, you read the message from your friend.
Is this your wife?
You furrow your brow in confusion. Clicking on the photo, you see the post is written in first person from an account named romanoffthereal.
Surely not, you type in response.
You examine the photo further and wonder if it really could be her. But surely she would’ve told you she made a secret Instagram. Right?
You try to sleep, but the cold spot in the bed next to you doesn’t help. You miss Natasha. Glancing at the clock, you decide maybe she’s getting up across the world.
Your contact photo of Nat always makes you smile. A silly selfie she took one day on your phone when you left it on the table. You click on it and wait for your wife’s voice to ring through.
Unfortunately she never picks up. You sigh and put your phone back on the nightstand. Sleep never comes around and soon it’s 5am.
You get up and start on breakfast for the kids. It’s a never ending process, but you wouldn’t trade it for anything. The life you and Natasha have made is absolutely perfect.
As if she knows you’re thinking of her, Natasha finally calls you back.
“Hey,” you answer.
“Hi sweetheart,” she replies. “You okay?”
“Yeah. Why?”
“You sound upset. Plus, you called me in the middle of the night,” Natasha explains.
“You knew I was upset by me saying one word?”
“I’m a spy, baby,” she jokes. “And we’ve been married forever now. I have good news though.”
“Yeah? What’s that?”
“One second,” she says.
You wait for her to reply over the phone, but instead you’re met with the front door opening. Natasha walks in with a grin on her face.
Whatever fruit you were cutting is abandoned. You run over to her and hug her tight.
“It’s okay,” Nat says. “I’m back.”
“I missed you.”
“I missed you more,” Nat replies.
You kiss her lips and hold her tight once again. Soon, the kids wake up and everyone is so happy to see Nat.
By dinner time, she’s soaked up all of the love she can take. Nat escapes to some solitude to decompress from the mission.
You take her a plate of food to your bedroom. She’s sitting on the bed on her phone.
“So, I have a question,” you say. She narrows her eyes. “And I expect you’ll have an answer.”
“Okay,” she says, but comes out more like a question.
“Do you have an Instagram you didn’t tell me about?”
Natasha smirks. She’s been caught.
“Which one of those kids ratted on me?” She asks.
“Wait, it’s true?!”
“It was for fun,” Nat shrugs. “For the kids to laugh at. So who told you? Was it Jack? He never could lie to you.”
“It was not the kids actually,” you say. “Although, I did see them all laughing at their phone’s yesterday and Ali said to ask you why.”
Natasha chuckles and smiles softly at the fact that she made the kids laugh. She prides herself on being humorous, even in a nerdy way.
“My friend sent me the post though,” you say. Nat doesn’t smile at that.
“Shit, I thought I made it private.”
“No, baby. You know for a super spy, you’re really bad at using media,” you tease her.
“I’ll remember you said that,” Nat says, feigning seriousness.
You laugh and lean into her. Nat wraps you in a hug so tight you can barely breathe.
“I’ll delete it,” Nat says after a minute.
“The kids like it. Just have them help you make it private,” you suggest.
“Deal.” A minute later she adds, “I love you.”
“I love you more,” you reply.
“Mhm,” she hums.
You pull away from her just enough to look in her eye. She kisses you deeply. Her want for you is evident in her touch.
“The kids occupied?” She asks.
“I turned on a movie,” you say.
“Perfect.”
The two of you don’t waste a second getting reacquainted with each other. Life with her is perfect with her silly Instagram and all.

Y/n’s pov
Another night full of loud noises and bright lights. This party had no significance. No birthday, no win, no nothing. But Tony Stark will always find something.
Even if it is nothing. He will use it.
So like I was saying, I’m sitting here at this party just wanting to go back to my room. But unfortunately I need to be here for publicity purposes.
I make it through most of the party with minimal effort. Not many people have the urge to talk to me aside from the occasional drunk person. But Bruce comes up to me and sits down with his drink.
Like me, bruce doesn’t really do big interactions and stuff.
Natasha on the other hand, is one of our most popular avengers and the most sought after. So she must deal with people all night. I don’t mind though. She has her fun. And I watch.
Bruce cuts into my thinking with a sigh and I look over at him and say
“Penny for your thoughts?”
He looks at me and shakes his head a bit.
I nod knowing sometimes people just don’t want to talk. But I still leave the offer open.
“Well, if you need to talk I’m here till Natasha gets drunk. Which, knowing her, won’t be for a while.”
He sighs again after a while and turns to me and says
“I like this girl”
I immediately perk up and say
“Ooh! What’s her name? Do I know her?”
He blushes and nods and says
“Who she is is not the problem I’m having”
And I nod my head and say
“Right… so… what is the problem?”
He thinks for a bit and says
“How do I know that she will want me even after she sees the other guy.”
I sigh and take a minute to think about it. That’s a tough one and I don’t want to say the wrong thing. After a second I decide to try a different approach.
“Why don’t you think she will like you?”
He gets a bit awkward and says
“Well, you’ve seen the other guy. You know how he is. How could anybody love a monster like me?”
I frown and say
“I don’t think you’re a monster”
He scoffs and brushes my comment aside and I tilt my head and I say
“Do you think I’m a monster?”
He looks at me and says
“No! No you’re not a monster!”
I nod my head and figure out where I’m going to go with it.
“Do you think Natasha, or Wanda, or the rest of the team are monsters?”
He shakes his head and once again says
“No! I’d never think that about you guys”
I give him a look and then say
“So what makes you think we would think of you any different? Or better yet, she”
He thinks and says
“Well- the other guy, he’s dangerous and scary. And he hurts people”
I nod my head for him to continue
“And I can’t control him.”
I nod my head and sigh. I think for a second while biting my cheek and I say
“Well. Like I was saying. We have all been dangerous and scary before. But that’s not what makes us us right?”
He nods his head and I continue
“And as for your worries about losing control, have you ever thought about the fact that you desensitize him?”
I reference hulk and he shakes his head
I nod mine and say
“Well, I think that maybe you are having a hard time controlling him because you’re constantly fighting with him, and you never really have given him the chance to be anything other than angry.”
He nods his head and says
“Yeah.”
I put my hand on his knee for reassurance and I say
“Bruce, if you take time to learn more about him and if you work with him instead of working against him, then maybe he’d be more willing to work with you as well. Maybe the switch between you and him would come easier even.”
He looks at me and says
“Well how would I do that?”
“Maybe give him a safe space. It sounds weird, but when I am feeling trapped and like I can’t breathe, I freak out and lash out on everyone. Maybe he does the same. Maybe if you give him a space where he doesn’t feel any pressure, then he might be able to work with you better”
He nods his head understanding and says
“Thank you y/n, you always have the best advice”
We hug each other and I say
“Now go get Dr. Cho.”
I smirk when he blushes and I say
“I knew you had a little crush the whole time. Sorry. I couldn’t help but let you have your moment though”
He laughs it off and gets up to go talk with her.
What I didn’t see happening during our conversation is Natasha.
I turn around to see her starring daggers into my soul. I walk over to her with a confused look and say
“Hey baby!”
She has a really tight grip on her drink so I softly take it from her and hand it to a random person who gladly takes it.
She grabs my hand and pulls me to an empty hallway and as she’s pulling me her grip on my wrist hurts and I say
“Ow! Baby you’re hurting me”
She grips tighter as if she doesn’t even hear me. Or maybe she does and just doesn’t care.
She only lets go when we’re in the hallway and I say
“What’s wrong?”
I rub my wrist which now has a growing red mark on it and she says
“What’s going on with you and Bruce?!”
I look at her confused and she says
“Huh? Are you just gonna sit there acting dumb or are you gonna answer me?!”
Her voice is laced with venom. And I say
“Baby I don’t know what you’re talking about”
She huffs and says
“You and Banner! You think I wouldn’t see how you were both giving each other googly eyes and how you put your hand on his knee?! And that hug! God that hug was so touchy!!”
I furrow my eyebrows and say
“Baby nothing is going on between us! He was asking for help about a crush. And I also talked to him about hulk”
She scoffs and says
“You’re lying to me. You’re such a fucking cheater!”
she goes to walk away but I say
“Wait! You don’t get to call me that and just walk away! I didn’t do anything baby”
I try to think on my toes since if I don’t act fast she’s leaving. So I do what my heart says to do.
I pull her into me for a kiss and she melts into it. Once I pull away I know she is calmed down a bit and I brush some stray hairs from her face and say
“Baby, I would never ever in a million years cheat on you. I’m sorry it looked like that but I can assure you I only have eyes for you. And he likes Cho anyways”
She sighs and mumbles
“You’re right. I don’t know what came over me. I’m sorry”
I nod my head and say
“We’ve still got a few hours before the party is over. We better get back out there before we get in trouble”
She nods her head and leaves promptly. I take a minute and let out a breath. She didn’t even say I love you to me. No kiss. No nothing. Just left.
I look down and my now slightly raw wrist. I sigh and roll my eyes knowing that I have to cover this up before going back so I run to my room and use my makeup skills to cover it up and for good measure I put on a few bracelets. Then I head back down to the stupid party.
I sit in a corner hiding from everyone even more than before. And I think about Natasha. I immediately get lost in my thoughts.
Did it really look like I was cheating? Maybe it did. Maybe I was cheating. I mean. That hand on his knee was weird I guess. I thought I was comforting him though. Oh my god. I was cheating on Natasha! She had every right to be mad at me. God I’m such a bad girlfriend. She should have broken up with me!
“Y/n?”
I snap back into reality when Wanda waves her hand in my face.
She looks worried. I furrow my eyebrows when I feel hot liquid running down my cheeks.
I reach up to touch it and realize I’m crying. I softly look back up at Wanda and then before she can say anything I bolt.
I run to my old room. I don’t stay here anymore since I’ve moved into Natasha’s room.
But there’s still some essential things in there in case someone needs a place to stay.
That someone is apparently me now.
I can’t go back to Natasha. I can’t face her. I’m a fucking cheater. She hates me. That’s why she didn’t say she loves me when she left.
She must not have known how to break up with me. So she just walked away and that’s how she broke up with me.
I snap back out of my thoughts once again and I get in my pajamas and in my bed. It’s not comfortable at all.
I’m only comfy when Natasha is with me. When her warm touch combats my cold one.
Guess Im never gonna be comfortable again. She is leaving me.
A soft knock comes from my door about an hour later. I check the time and see that the party is probably over by now.
I don’t answer but they come in anyways.
“Y/n?”
I look over and see Wanda and she immediately comes over to me and envelopes me in a hug.
“What’s wrong sestra?”
I shrug my shoulders and she says
“Don’t shut me out. Please. It’ll only make whatever is happening worse. Please talk to me”
I sigh knowing she’s right and I try to find the right words but I can’t so I just blurt out
“I cheated on Natasha!”
Her eyes widen in shock but she quickly recovers the best she can and tries to assess the situation before making assumptions.
“Okay. Um. What happened? With who?”
I look down and say
“With Bruce”
She furrows her eyebrows and says
“I thought you were only interested in girls?”
I nod my head and tears are falling but I don’t let them affect me
“I am! I’m only interested in Natasha!”
She is confused and she says
“Okay then how did you cheat on her?”
“Well. During the party Bruce came to me about his crush on Dr. Cho, and I ended up talking with him about her and the hulk. I tried to be comforting for him and I put my hand on his knee. Then we hugged and I went to Natasha and she pulled me out and yelled at me and got all sideways. Then when I tried to clear it up she agreed with it and dropped it but when she left back to the party she didn’t kiss me or say I love you to me or anything! So she just didn’t know how to break up with me for cheating on her!”
Wanda listens to my rant but before I can go any further she stops me and says
“Y/n you did not cheat on Natasha. Sure she might be a bit salty but you didn’t do anything wrong okay?”
I sniffle and nod my head and say
“But she still doesn’t want me”
Wanda shakes her head and says
“No. That’s not true. She loves you. You just need to talk to her about it okay? I’m sure she is missing you right now”
Right as Wanda says that, we hear another knock from the door. And in comes Natasha.
“Y/n? Are you in here?”
She says softly and then sees us together and says
“Oh. Hey.. Are you alright?”
I sniff and nod my head still thinking she is mad at me and Wanda gets up to leave. I try to make her stay but she whispers softly that I need to talk to nat about it.
Wanda goes to nat and says
“Listen and talk okay?”
Nat nods her head and immediately after Wanda steps out she rushes to me and says
“What’s wrong baby?”
I sniffle again. Damn snot. Then I whimper out.
“Are you mad at me?”
She furrows her eyebrows and says
“Why would I be mad at you baby?”
I shrugged my shoulders shutting down a bit but Natasha knows this all too well.
“Baby don’t shut me out. Tell me please”
I sigh once again and say
“You were so mad when you said I cheated on you.”
She shakes her head a bit and says
“No. I was not thinking straight. I let jealousy overtake my reasoning and I blew up at you. It was wrong of me.”
I look up at her and say
“So you’re not leaving me?”
She laughs a bit and says
“You didn’t think you could get rid of me that easily did you?”
I giggle a bit from her laughter and I shrug my shoulders saying
“I dunno.”
She pulls me into a tight hug and whispers in my ear
“Baby. I am not breaking up with you. Not now not ever.”
I sigh at her reassurance and nod my head. Then I yawn and she says
“You wanna head back to our room?”
I nod my head and say
“Can we cuddle?”
She frowns at me and immediately gets tense and says
“No”
She starts walking away and I look at her in surprise and bow my head low and say
“Oh. Okay”
I trail behind her and she turns around and starts laughing and says
“Baby I was kidding. Of course we can cuddle”
I look at her and immediately get excited again. She holds her arms open for me and says
“Come here detka”
I run into her arms and hug her. Then she ends up picking me up and carrying me to our room.
She carries me to our room and since I’m already in my pajamas, she just plops me on the bed and gives me a kiss.
Then she trails her kisses down to my neck and I say
“Baby not tonight I’m tired”
She doesn’t listen and keeps kissing me. I go to say something and she suddenly blows a raspberry into my neck and makes me laugh and I say
“Stop! Stop! That tickles!!”
She giggles and pulls away and says
“Sorry. I had to”
I smile and hold my arms out for her to cuddle with me but she pulls away and I pout.
She smiles and says
“I have to get changed first baby. This dress is uncomfortable”
I nod my head and curl up in our sheets.
She comes back and snuggles up behind me. She decides to reassure me once again and says
“I’ll never leave you. Not in a million years.”
I smile and say
“I love you”
She kisses my shoulder and says
“I love you more”
I smirk and combat
“I love you most”
She giggles at our little battle and says
“I love you mostest”
I smirk and say
“I loved you first”
And she scoffs and shoved my shoulder a bit saying
“You can’t use that! It’s not fair!”
I smile at her and say
“Life’s not fair. Suck it up buttercup”
She smiles and kisses my lips and says
“Sleep detka. We have a long day ahead of us tomorrow”
I smile and close my eyes softly.
“I love you”
I hear Natasha mumble into my neck and I squeeze the hand that’s wrapped around my waist a bit to say it back without words.
I love you too.

(wife) Natasha Romanoff x reader
word count: 1.8 k
- Snow Day -
summary - snow days with your wife and kids
a/n - ahhhhhh i love snow and natasha.
-------------------------------------------------------
The moment Natasha jumps on top of you at 7am is the moment you decide to divorce her.
Not seriously, but you did threaten to as she shook your body and practically screamed, “It’s snowing detka!” You opened one eye and sure enough, there was ice frost covering the outside of your bedroom windows and you could see snow covering the trees.
“That’s nice honey. Now go back to bed.” She shakes her head, jumping off the bed and yelling as loud as she can- which is pretty fucking loud if you didn’t know-, “Kids! It’s snowing!”
Just like Natasha, your kids love the snow more than anything. Probably more than they love you. It's a few seconds before the cheering begins, and then your oldest sons come running into your room and jump onto the bed. “Wake up! Wake up!” Lev, the oldest, practically screams in your face, and then Andy- short for Anthony-, the middle child, lays his whole body weight on top of you. He’s fourteen years old, only two years younger than his older brother and eight years older than their little sister, but after years of working out with Natasha, he’s very strong and putting his whole body weight on top of you means basically cutting off your ability to breathe.
The sound of little footsteps entering the room makes you all stop, and Lena, your six year old daughter and youngest child, enters the room with her stuffed monkey in hand and crawls into the bed next to you. She loves the snow, but she also loves sleep just like you.
“Come here принцесса.” Lev mutters, grabbing his little sister from the bed and holding her in his arms. Her big brothers are her protectors, and if you and Natasha aren’t there to treat her like a princess, her brothers are.
“You wanna build a snowman little spider?” Andy asks, tickling her stomach as a method of waking her up. She giggles, a tired grin taking over her face as she looks out the window. “Snow day?” “Snow day Lena.” She nods, suddenly much more awake as she climbs out of his arms and back onto the bed. You think she's coming back to cuddle with you, but you should know by the devilish grin on her face- one very similar to your wifes- that is not true. She stands up on the bed, then lets her small body free fall onto yours. Was naming her after your sister in law (the one that totally did this shit to you a few months ago) a good idea? Probably not.
-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-
And that's how you ended up gathering up all the scarfs in the house, which only turned out to be 4. Luckily, one of them was really long so you and Natasha can share it once you get outside. While the kids are in their rooms putting on thousands of layers, Natasha is in a tank top and leggings like she's about to go out on a run in the summertime. “Natalia. Where is your sweater? Sorry I meant, where are your sweaters? Plural because it’s fudging freezing outside.”
She shrugs, continuing to make six cups of hot chocolate despite it being 7 in the morning. You chuckle. “The kids only need one cup each Nat.” She nods, looking down at the cups with a nervous smile. “I know…..three of these are for me.”
You grab a few sweaters for her, forcing her to put them on and then standing in front of her holding in a laugh at the now balloon shaped form of your wife. “You look um….you look amazing honey.” She can't see you considering the beanie going down to her nose and scarf up to about the same place but she can hear you searching through your pockets for your phone. “I know what you’re doing! Do I look stupid to you detka?”
“Yes….and this is going on the Avengers Christmas card.” You snap the photo, running away from her when she begins waddling towards you.
You go stand out on the porch with her, waiting for your kids to come out and join you in the cold. Why they love the freezing temperatures will always be a mystery to you. When they come out, each kid is handed one cup of hot chocolate that they pull down their scarves to chug. They boy’s aren't too big as they’ve grown a lot over the years since you bought the pieces of fabric, but the new one you bought for Lena when winter season started is practically covering her whole head and Natasha has to pull it down in order to see the little girl's bright smile.
You take your seat at one of the rocking chairs you and your wife bought for your wrap around porch, piling several blankets over your lap and watching with a smile as the kids- that's including Natasha- run out into the chilly forest. When Lev was two years old and you had first adopted the few month old baby Andy, Natasha retired from her job as an Avenger and bought you and your kids a large piece of property and a big house. The land is filled with trees that kids spend evenings placing hide and seek in, and in the summer they go horseback riding with their mom. Natasha takes care of all the animals that live around the property and in the barn, and you spend days doing whatever you wish whether it's helping her or staying inside the house relaxing with the kids.
A snowball flies past your head, and you look up to glare at your wife. “Hey! Why are you looking at me? Look at them!” The redhead points to the kids, who stare at her bewilderment. “You know what? Fuck this.” You mutter, removing the blankets from your lap and running out into the snow. You form a snowball, hiding with your kids behind a stack of hay that Natasha left out the other day. Your wife was an Avenger, a spy, and a shield agent. That's all true. But you live with her. It’s not too hard to pick up on her habits.
You can hear her crunchy footprints coming up behind the hay, but the kids have already formed even more snowballs so you hold up three fingers, slowly putting each on down until you have zero left. They all jump up, practically yelling war cries as they hit their mother with snowball after snowball. You take this chance to run into the forest nearby, hiding behind a tree with several snowballs in hand.
Once they run out of snowballs and the laughter dies down a bit, you sneak out from behind the tree and begin throwing the snow at the back of your wife. The children laugh, but she turns to you with a devil-like grin and you instantly know you’re in deep shit. “Okay Nat….Nat….our kids are watching. They can't see me go like this.” You dramatically tell her, only bringing more giggles out of your kids.
“Get her mom!” Lev cheers, and your eyes widen as you look at him in mock offense.
“Whose side are you on kid?” You ask. He shrugs, holding up another snowball and throwing it at Natasha's head.
“Neither. Every man for themselves!” He sprints into the forest, Andy close behind him and Lena standing out in the open with no snowballs in hand.
Natasha grins at her, opening her arms for a hug. “Come here and give me a hug, little spider.” The six year old narrows her eyes at the Russian woman before sprinting after her brothers, but Natasha is already forming four snowballs when the little girl gets to the edge of the tree line.
You watch with a grimace as your wife throws each snowball at the back of the little girl, and the force of the snow makes Lena fall face first into a pile of coldness. You smack Natasha’s arm. “Natalia! She’s six years old!”
The redhead just laughs, turning her back to the forest as she grins at you. “She's my daughter. She can handle a couple snowballs to the face.” While she was defending letting her child get hypothermia, Lev and Andy were sneaking up behind her, each with a large pile of snow in their arms.
“Um….Nat-” You start with a giggle, but it's too late and the boys are lifting up the piles to drop them on top of her head. It breaks over her head, falling down in front and behind her like snow and leaving it all over her head and shoulders. “That was for Lena!” Andy yells and then they take back off to the forest, Natasha not far behind.
A few hours later, you watch as Natasha and the kids come back out of the forest, and then plop down in the snow with erratic breathing. You get up from your seat on the porch, walking onto the cold field and then laying down in it right next to your wife.
It's silent for a few minutes, but then the sound of shuffling begins. You look to your side to see Natasha moving her arms and legs, forming an angel looking shape in the snow. You all spread out a little before copying her movements. So that's what you guys do for like three minutes, before standing up and admiring your guy’s work. There are five different sized angels in the snow, the perfect replicas of you and your family.
“Mama. I’m cold.” With a small smile, Nat grabs her by her under arms and hoists her up on her shoulders.
“I think that calls for more hot cocoa.” “Tasha-” You go to tell her that they’ve already had too much sugar and that Lena is practically shaking due to a sugar high, but she’s making her way into the house with the boys trailing behind her before you can say anything. You chuckle to yourself, following after them.
She’s already grabbing the packets of cocoa powder once you get inside, and the boys settle themselves on the couch as you snatch them from her. She groans, sending you her best pout. You've been married to her for a very long time though and rarely fall for that anymore. “No. They can have something else.” The redhead widens her eyes, trying to put on a puppy dog's face that has you laughing harder than you ever had.
“Fine.” You’re not going to tell her that the only reason you said yes is because Lena was doing the face too. The little girls were much cuter. They cheer, beginning to heat up some milk to put in the hot drink as you go sit down on the couch with your boys.
Natasha and Lena join you guys, the older of the two sitting behind you on the couch so you can lay your back on her chest, and the boys let their little sister choose a movie which is why you end up watching How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Your wife isn’t focused on the movie though. She’s admiring you, how you chuckle at the funny parts as your eyes sparkle with joy.
Snow days are her favorite thing, but it’ll never compare to you.

Priceless
Natasha Romanoff x Reader
Tumblr media
You and the infamous Black Widow were together before she joined the Avengers and you’d be together long after.
She was your best friend and partner. Now you count yourself blessed to call her your wife. She loves holding her superiority over your head, joking that she’s the one that wears the pants in this relationship. She does.
You and Natasha loved each other so fiercely, you tied the knot in the middle of an undercover op. Literally the two of you fought some goons, went into a church close by, got married, and then went right back to fighting bad guys.
The one thing you and Natasha always wanted was the one thing you seemed to never be able to have. Natasha was so amazing with Clint’s kids. And she wanted one so badly.
Well your miracle came not long after. You and Natasha were investigating a leaf in regards to the Red Room. You found a nursery instead. Each of the babies there has the names of different Black Widows attached to their cribs.
Natasha looked around in shock. The Red Room had cloned each and every black widow.
One crib and name caught your eye. In the crib lay a little one month old baby girl, with little tufts of red hair, already beginning to sprout on her little head. The identification tag on the crib read - Natasha Romanoff.
“Natasha,” you whispered, “honey?”
Natasha walked up cautiously to the crib as the two of you just gazed at the infant clone laying alone, asleep in that crib.
Natasha’s heart just went out to that little baby. She turned and locked eyes with you. You both knew exactly what to do.
Natasha reached in and gently picked up that little baby, tenderly cradling her neck and back. The little girl cooed and woke up, batting her green eyes which matched Natasha’s perfectly.
Natasha was practically in tears and so were you. “Hi baby,” Natasha smiled, “I-I’m your momma”
“And we’re never letting you go,” you whispered to the baby. “What do you want to name her?”
“Natalie” Natasha smiles at you. It was perfect. The perfect name for a priceless baby girl.
The two of you made sure that every baby found a good home, a place far away from the Red Room. But little Natalie, she was already there: in the arms of you and Natasha.

"Shall we play a game Romanoff?" Natasha rolled her eyes but turned to face the arrogant man anyways. The party had long since lost the appeal that the early hours carry, so she was just bored enough to humor him. "Depends. What do you propose we arrange Stark?"
The redhead saw his gaze float over to you, who was sat alone on a couch nursing a glass of wine, bored and completely unaware of the eyes around the room observing you. His focus then moved on to the witch a few paces behind with her heart eyes set on your beautiful face.
Natasha smirked at the notion. "Oh, I'm in."
——
Tony beamed, slammed the rest of his scotch, then clapped to get the entire room's attention. Everyone grumbled knowingly. "Now, now, don't get too excited," he taunted, "Everyone meet in the middle, it's time to play a game."
"What game?" Maria asked as she plopped onto a couch, a smile graced her face as Nat settled atop of her lap as it was her rightful spot. Her question was answered in a hush against her lips, she hummed in amusement, and leaned back into the couch with her lover.
"Well Hill, I decided the sexual tension in the room wasn't settling on its own," he teased, catching Wanda's glare with a returned smirk. "So, I've had Friday create an algorithm for a few random rounds of seven minutes in heaven. All of us with partners were spared."
Friday immediately followed him up with a textbook definition of the party game, many of the men in the room shifted at the raunchy end of her description. Then she called out: "The first participant will be, Y/N Y/L/N."
Wanda saw Bucky's eyes light up when your name was called and she clenched her fists. Tony and Natasha shared a humored glance, then as if Friday was in on the joke she stalled before deciding your fate: "Wanda Maximoff."
The witch sent Bucky a triumphant smile, then confidently made her way over to you. With each click of her heels on the ground your heart would skip, and when her hand was palm up before your face it had practically stopped. It took a second, but you softly accepted the gesture, and let her pull you up off the couch.
Wanda guided you away, the sounds of wolf whistles ignored as she took you off to the neighboring room, and guided you into the supply closet full of miscellaneous objects.
For an entire minute you just sat on a shelf and stared at your fiddling fingers. Wanda kept her eyes on you, trailing over your shy form while you were none the wiser. Until you finally had the courage to spare her a glance, catching on to her darkened gaze. You could feel your heart beating in your core at the implications. Wanda bit her lip, and decided to move in for the kill.
"Can I touch you?" Wanda watched you toy with the idea, then in a bold move you got up and straddled her lap. “Do whatever you want.”
Wanda’s eyes lit up, neither of you expected such a response, but being confined in a small space made you acutely aware of the tension. It was unbearable, especially when you could now piece together every other time you’d not seen the clear adoration. Your eyes fell to the way Wanda’s tongue darted out, preparing her lips for what was to come. Lids encased your shiny orbs, and your mind went fuzzy as you melted into the embrace of her plump lips with yours.
Wanda’s hands gripped your waist, holding you up as she moved her left leg between yours, there was nothing to hold her back from claiming and destroying you now, you were hers. You groaned in anticipated shock as your puffy folds dripping with arousal, thinly covered in white lace, brushed against the gruff feel of her favored corduroys.
The witch watched with her mouth agape, labored breaths following the opening as she was privileged enough to see your eyes cross and to feel your body shiver, with your pulse now drumming erratically beneath her fingers as she suddenly wrapped them around your throat, and pulled you in for a rough kiss.
Your bodies buzzed in sync, you were well on your way to climaxing, and the thought of your slick being so abundant that it would seep through the thick material encasing her leg made her pace brutal as she sought to prolong the high she had already become addicted to.
Wanda couldn’t think of anything else besides you as she swirled her tongue around your mouth and blocked the moans from leaving. Nothing else mattered. Not even your friends just around the corner. Or the anger she felt for Natasha and Tony manufacturing this first that she dreamed will be many’s afterwards.
You too dreamed of that as you screamed into the crook of her neck as you felt the unending heat between your legs from the friction of the contradictory fabrics brushing against your greatest sensitivity. Wanda was moaning too, and you just pictured her powers likely being used to stimulate her because she just couldn’t help it but to get off at the same time with you.
Nothing else mattered to you either. No one else. Wanda was all you had the room to know.
That knowledge of their existence had honestly slipped your mind after the kiss. Wanda had initially caught all of your whorish moans with her lips. But then she pulled away to kiss down the expanse of your throat, feeling the vibrations of the glorious sounds you were releasing as she nipped at the veiled muscle. Her core throbbed at the way you reacted to her thigh rubbing against you—she imagined just how much louder you’d be riding her strap, her heart felt purposeful; it’s oddly romantic.
"Tell me how it feels. It doesn't hurt does it?" You shook your head with a sideways grin that she felt against her skin as you’d just burrowed into her neck, your mind too far gone to process much of a coherent response at the moment. “Fuck Y/N, you’re just so beautiful, I am on the verge of falling apart, let mommy see you detka, please.”
You felt your walls shudder, physically and metaphorically as you pulled away with a shy glance up before your once trembling lower lip was caught between your grinding teeth. The pace had slowed significantly, your glossed eyes found her nervous pair. You offered her a confused smile, and she chuckled softly.
Wanda smiled, and began to pepper your collar with firm kisses, sucking and nipping at the skin every once in awhile to keep you on the edge as she’d only briefly tease your breasts.
"You're more than just a fling, my love." Wanda quelled your obvious fears with absolution, her hand briefly brought yours up to her lips, where she gently kissed your knuckles before she dropped it over her heart. “This only beats for you my dear, I adore you.”
Your body took that as permission to finally let go, and you slammed your lips into hers, teeth knocking as you silently screamed her praises. Her lips tore from yours a second later as her eyes desperately sought to see you losing it.
She wasn’t disappointed as she watched your chest rise and fall in stuttered ways. You were cursing softly as she kept rubbing you against her to prolong the ecstasy for you both. She could now feel your sticky warmth, and her heart beamed with unbreakable pride.
“Fuck, that was so hot Y/N,” she couldn’t hide the excitement, and you mirrored it. Wanda wanted to say so much more, but she heard the purposeful sounds of an assassin’s footsteps.
“Let's continue this in my room..." You nodded without hesitation and she pressed a soft kiss to your cheek just before the calvary arrived.
Natasha swung the doors open with a smug smirk at the sight of your disheveled forms. Wanda's hair was no longer pristine, but instead it laid over her shoulders in a messy set of waves, and your shirt was no longer tucked into your skirt, the collar was stained with red
“Once you two get settled, consider giving Maria and I a ring,” the redhead winked, then walked away with a red tint to her skin that caused the both of you to giggle affectionately.
“I’m not a fan of sharing,” you admitted with a pout on your face. Wanda’s gaze softened and she pressed her lips to the crease between your brows. “Me either detka,” she said as her lips pressed against yours in a slow, steady kiss.
“What the hell is taking you girls so long?” Bucky asked just before shrieking, the man with military traumas was mortified into flushing bright red and vacating the room.
Wanda chuckled hot breath against the curve of your ear, her hands gripped your hips possessively as she whispered: “I’m glad he understands his place now; you’re mine.”
You whimpered, and your legs clamped around her thigh. Wanda kissed your cheek, then swirled her hand until you were sat in her bed. Hovering her lap in nothing, your needy hole that dripped the evidence onto her milky thighs just out of reach of the thick strap she wore.
“Ride me like a good girl who’s desperate for…”
“Her mommy,” you cut her off with glee. The woman gasped, her ego inflated and within an instant she had flipped positions. “On second thought, I think mommy will just fuck you into the mattress until your begging me to stop!”
You screamed in pure joy as her strap filled you in one thrust. Then the world faded to static as her hips bumped into yours, likely to bruise with the sheer force she was putting into her thrusts. With her you’d finally found nirvana.

“Natasha, oh my god!”
You clutched the headboard as Natasha rutted into you, grunting and panting above you like a hungry animal devouring its prey. She had her eyes closed and was moaning every time your cunt clenched on her meaty length, making it even more difficult for her not to come so soon. She flutters her eyes open as she kisses your lips hard and sloppily, spitting into your mouth as if she wanted you to be in her forever.
"Jesus Christ," she sighs, rolling her hips each time her cockhead brushes against your cervix. “You’re so tight for me, fuck! Oh god–”
“Quiet, Henry might hear us–”
"He's probably asleep," the older woman above you mutters as she feels your inner walls squeezing her cock once more, causing her to roll her eyes in the back of her head. "You're squeezing me too tightly, baby girl."
You smirk at her, clawing her ass as you let her go deeper inside of you.
“You don’t like that, Daddy?”
“Who said I didn't like it?” she growls, licking a stripe from her neck as she continues to cling to you, grabbing your hips. “You like this, don’t you? Do you like it when Daddy fucks you like this?”
You whimpered out loud, turning your gaze to the door, apprehensive that your child would burst into your room if he saw your girlfriend fucking you into oblivion.
“Baby, look at me,” she says softly, her hand gripping your jaw as she kisses your lips. “That’s it, you’re doing so good angel…” she pulls out of your pussy, leaving only her cockhead inside your walls as she wraps her hand around her meat and slowly pumps herself, looking down at you hungrily.
“D-Daddy,” you whimpered, attempting to roll her hips so that her entire length could slip into you. “Please fuck me... Fuck me good. I want you to go deep inside of me and fill me up.”
“Yeah?” she asks, her other hand squeezing your right breast and tweaking your nipple as you whine quietly. “You like this, baby? Hm? Gonna ruin your fucking pussy for everyone else, okay? Stay quiet and be pretty for me, little girl.”
Natasha pushed her penis all the way inside of you again, the bed creaking as she pounded into you hard, her mouth on your chest, open-mouth kisses on the middle of your cleavage. She moves her hands all over your back, thrusting her cock in and out until you feel yourself losing control and falling into euphoria.
“I need you so much,” she begs, peppering her lips all over your collarbone. “Y-You make me want to bust my nut into you, make you my breeding bitch. Tell me, you want to be bred like a little whore, huh? Come on.”
Natasha's hips snap back into you, pulling out before pumping herself back in. She looks down, watching her cock slip inside of you so easily that she might mistake you for no longer being tight. But you've always been so tight on her, so desperate for her penis, that she can go hard whenever she sees you. The older redhead returns her gaze to you and smirks, unconcerned that the neighbors might hear them banging each other's heads together.
"Good girl," she grunted, closing your mouth as she lifted your other leg, her cock effortlessly slipping inside of you. She draws back, seeing your juices coat her long limbs. "Do you like my big cock, sweetheart?" "You like Daddy's big cock?"
“Mhm!” you bit your bottom lip as her hips rolled back into you, causing the bed to groan once again. “Nat, Henry might-”
“Just be quiet, baby. H-he won't hear anything,” she mumbles as she gives you a gentle kiss. “You're making Daddy feel so good, God. I feel you all over my dick, fuck…”
Natasha's tip was mercilessly slamming into your sensitive spot, and your whines and moans could be heard throughout the room - you couldn't help yourself, she was too excellent at this. She was too adept at making you feel as if you were in oblivion or paradise. Her growls get louder as both of your wet skins slap together, filling up the room to the point that you could assume someone could hear you from outside.
“You're such an obedient little slut,” she moaned above you, her tongue brushing over your nipple. “Do you enjoy being fucked by me? Do you enjoy being my naughty little girl?”
“Uh-huh,” you moaned in return, nodding vigorously. “Please, go hard, please-”
“Telling me what to do right now, hm?” she groans into your neck, jackhammering her hips into you. She spreads your legs widely with her knees, allowing herself to fuck you without a care in the world.
“Feels good?” she asks while panting, her breasts bouncing each time she ruts into you. You couldn't resist sucking one of her nipples, causing her to hiss. “Oh fuck–shit, oh god… that feels so good–”
“Are you close?” you asked, whining as you felt her cock hump into you and her arms tighten around you. “Daddy, cum in me–”
“I'm here, baby… oh fuck,” she moans aloud, sucking on your neck to the point of bruising. She continues to pound into you until she stops her hips, balls deep inside of you. “I'm going to cum, I'm going... Oh, shit!”
She stills her hips and releases massive amounts of sperm into you, her ass twitching as she releases her thick, white milk into you, her mouth all over your chest. You ran your fingers through her short brunette hair, gripping it tightly as you went around her length. She yanked out quickly, splattering more thick cum all over your pussy lips - she smiled.
"D-Did you like that?" she asks, her gaze fixed on your pussy clench. She couldn't help but grab her tip and spread the cum all over your folds, repeatedly slapping the head on your clit. This gesture made you flutter your eyes closed. “Fuck, baby. I just gave you a creampie.”
“Yeah…” you sighed, your eyes closed, as you felt Natasha's cum oozing out of your hole, causing her to chuckle deeply. “Happy now?”
“That I came in you? Yes,” she said as she stood up in her loose gray boxers, an obvious tent in her undergarment. “What is it?” asks the older woman, turning her head over her shoulder.
“I feel like Henry heard us.”
She snickered and crept back under the covers, clutching you close. “I doubt it. He’s dead asleep, baby.”
“Yeah, I guess–”
A loud bang is heard against the bedroom door. “Mommy? Can you please help me make waffles? I know Mama is still asleep, so please come and help me.”
You laughed softly as you rolled out of bed, teasing Natasha with your bare ass. “I want to bite your ass,” she said quietly.
“You could do that later, my love.” you brushed your hair away from your sweaty face while wearing shorts.
Natasha was allowing herself some free time by staying at your apartment for a short time while she was away from the compound. You had to inform the older woman you had a son when you first met her. You assumed she would resist you because she did not want to be engaged with a single parent. But the moment she heard you say those words, she treated Henry as if he were her own. It was as if you had a new family with her, and you felt entirely whole again.
She stood up when she heard your mother calling from the other side of the room. She kisses your left cheek while brushing her hair off her brow and wearing sweatpants.
"Can I also cum in your ass?" she asked with a whine. “Please, baby girl? Please? Come on, it’ll fit.”
You give your girlfriend a wink as you leave the room, the sperm in your cunt still leaking from its hole. Oh well, you thought. I’ll fix that later.

In the land of Avengard, your house stood tall as one of the Greats. House Romanoff was revered and feared in equal measure. Their lineage, storied and ancient, bore the weight of triumphs and tragedy. A true testament to the unwavering strength and indomitable spirit. Yet, as the sun was setting over an age of male dominance, your House found itself at a crossroads, the legacy hinging on the shoulders of three formidable sisters.
Natasha, your eldest sister, was the beacon of resilience and cunning. Her beauty was only matched by her lethal intellect, and it was those qualities that sealed her fate. She was to be betrothed to Prince Steven Rogers, the future King of Avengard. Promising stability and power, the union would create an alliance that would see House Romanoff’s influence grow stronger within the kingdom.
“Do you ever feel the weight of it all, Natasha?” you asked, as you stood on the balcony overlooking the sprawling lands of Belova.
Her red hair flowed in the evening breeze, and she turned to you with a knowing smile. “Every day, sister. Yet, it’s a burden we were born to bear and, we will bear it with pride and strength.”
“Do you trust him?” you ventured, your voice barely a whisper as your mind wandered.
“Prince Steven? With my life,” your sister replied without hesitation. “He understands duty as we do. We will forge a new, brighter path for this kingdom.”
Yelena, the middle child, possessed an independence as fierce as her heart of unyielding fire. She would remain in Belova, the seat of House Romanoff. In time becoming the First Lady and head of the house. Her presence in Belova ensured that the Romanoff name would endure and thrive. Her leadership was destined to carve a new chapter in their history.
“I still think staying here is a curse,” Yelena muttered as she sharpened the blade of her sword. “While you two get to roam the kingdoms, I’m stuck managing this place.”
Natasha laughed softly. “Someone has to keep the home fires burning. And, who better than you, Yelena? You have the strength to keep Belova safe and prosperous.”
“And you,” Yelena playfully pointed her blade at you, “you get to be married off to House Barnes. I hear their heir is quite the enigma.”
And then, there was you. The youngest of the sisters, known for your gentle heart and compassion that touched all who know you. Your path led you to the loyal House Barnes, The most steadfast supporters of the crown. Your marriage to their only male heir, James Barnes, was not merely a union of families but a binding of fates. He was to be the future hand of the king, however he was as enigmatic as he was loyal. His past is shrouded in mystery and his future is entwined with the throne.
“I wonder what James is like,” you mused aloud one night.
Nashasa chuckled. “From what I’ve heard, he’s as loyal as they come. However, sister, he’s been through much. You’ll have to be patient with him.”
You nodded understandly. “I want to make sure he feels respected, and comfortable with me around.”
Natasha placed a reassuring hand over yours. “You have a compassionate nature, a kind heart, dear sister. James will appreciate that.”
The day grew shorted and the night's longer as the lands of Avengard trembled with whispered changes. Alliances form in the halls of power, determining the fate of the realm. The Romanoff sisters stood poised in this intricate dance of power and destiny. Their legacies were forever changed by the crown and the blood-soaked soil of their home.
“Do you remember the stories Mother used to tell us?” Yelena asked. “About the ancient queens of Avengard?”
“How could I forget?” Natasha said, her eyes distant as she looked toward the horizon. “She always believed we were destined for greatness.”
“Greatness or tragedy,” Yelena added, her voice softening. “The line between the two is often thin.”
“Then we’ll have to make sure we land on the right side,” Natasha replied firmly. “For the honor of our House.”
Determination burnt in your heart as you looked out upon the sprawled lands of Belova. The journey ahead was fraught with danger, but you were ready. The destiny of House Romanoff depended upon it. Guided by the love for your family and the commitment to your noble house, you were prepared to face whatever awaited.

Author's Note: What grief does to me in the middle of the night: Write my first one-shot which contains soft sex that I will never experience, lol. I am in a great deal of pain right now and it is really true when they say that grief will just suddenly hit you out of nowhere, doesn't matter where you are or when and you just have to find a way to deal with that.

“We're… Avengers…” you muttered, the words almost caught in the back of your throat as she went up to you and pushed her lips onto yours. “Natasha.”
You calling her in her first name made her stop from trailing kisses down your neck.
“We should stop.” You said looking straight at her.
“We should stop.” She repeated the words that came out your mouth.
“Oh god,” Natasha groaned as she buried her face on the pillow. “What a night.” She was muffled.
It had been a harrowing and strenuous mission, from start to finish. The tasks at hand consisted of rescuing, extracting, and engaging in undercover missions which needed a lot of pretending. However, the good news was that it was finally complete. Now, the only remaining task was to return to the compound and file your report. Nevertheless, considering the lateness of the hour and your collective state of exhaustion, that could wait until tomorrow.
You looked over at Natasha, who was still sprawled out on the bed. “I agree,” you murmured tiredly, your voice tinged with weariness. You carefully lowered yourself down beside her on the bed, taking care not to accidentally bump into her. Normally, after a mission, you would make a beeline straight back to the compound, as it was the safest place to be. But this stop was necessary to avoid the suspicion of boarding a flight right then and there.
Natasha rolled to her back from being buried in the pillow, she stretched her arm out, slithering it under your neck.
You rolled over, keeping your head cushioned on her arm and shoulder and tucking yourself into her side as well. You inhaled as her head tilted, hovering closer to you. “We said we wouldn't.”
“Mhm,” Natasha hummed, even as she pressed her lips to your forehead.
“And we did,” you said as you leaned into her more. Your arm moved and her fingers toyed with a few strands of your hair.
“We did,” she repeated as she rolled over too, nuzzling your face until her lips could find yours.
As your lips met in a passionate kiss, you could feel yourself giving in to the desire, “This is wrong,” the words slipped out of your mouth. Despite your hesitation, your hands clutched tightly onto Natasha's shirt, pulling her closer to you. You arch your back, pressing yourself against her as you deepen the kiss.
“Is it?” she inhaled against your cheek before moving her lips to your neck. She rolled even further, until she could lie over you. She flicked open a button of your dress. “How?”
“Because,” you gasped as Natasha unfastened two more buttons, her finger tracing the edge of your lacy bra. You could feel the smooth touch of her finger against your skin, sending a wave of pleasure through your body.
“Because?” she prompted, enjoying taking her time and suffocating her face in your cleavage.
As Natasha's teeth grazed along your sensitive breasts, you could feel your mind going blank, your thoughts scattering to the winds. You tried to maintain your composure, your voice coming out a little more breathless than you would have liked.
You said you couldn't be physical anymore because of the job, being one of the Avengers and also her being an Avenger. It could complicate your partnership, interfere with your effectiveness during the mission, something upon which your lives depended—the whole world depended on.
Just for once, you hope that the world will just give an ounce of consideration. You have been out saving it might as well give you what you want. And what you want is the redhead who is now pulling away from you.
Fuck the world.
You surged forward kissing Natasha, she was stunned but gave in. She began working her way up your body, her hands slowly slipping beneath your dress. “If you want me to stop again, you can tell me.”
The phrase hurt you, you made her feel that you're not sure of what you’re doing, of what you wanted. But the offer made sense though—it would make sense. It would be better for the mission and for all future missions if you both stopped again. It would probably be better for your work partnership too. Right? Certainly the other Avengers would feel better about not having to suspect that your feelings were more than professional.
But the thing is you know what you want and you don't want her to stop, not now—not ever.
Fuck being an Avenger.
You loved her in every mission, every undercovers that you had to act like partners, when you had to make out just to distract the targets. You loved everything about her, and you always had.
It was only recently that you had added her body to the list of things you loved most about her.
Natasha moaned as you pulled her into another kiss, firmer than before. She wrapped her arms around you to truly hold you, her hands sliding over you.
You gasped as she pulled your dress all the way up. Her slender fingers immediately slip into your underwear. Natasha never wasted time when there was a mission at hand. Your hands balling into fists, her shirt rustling under your touch.
“Chill,” she rumbled into your ear, her voice low and husky. She stroked and circled her fingers, coaxing your pleasure out of you. “Just relax, lyubov. I got you.”
You inhaled sharply and let it out. Your whole body started trembling as she circled a particular spot, her thumb pushing against your clit. You stared up at the ceiling, clinging to her as if you were at sea drowning.
“Natty!”
She pulled up, keeping her hand still inside you as you writhed against her. She was so far from done, but she considered this a necessary step. She leaned to kiss your cheek.
“Mhm, yeah that's my girl.”
You tilted your head at the side, whimpering again as you felt her pull her fingers out of you. You didn't give in to pleasure often. You didn't consider yourself as someone who needed it often, either. But the things this redhead could make you feel...
“You good?” She asked, your voices soft, your breathing mixing together in the silent room.
You nodded, your chest heaving. Natasha laid over you again, having gotten her belt undone and her pants out of the way just enough. You didn't have the luxury of ripping all your clothes off and starting making tender love. You couldn't afford to fuck like wild animals rutting against each other too.
What you could afford is a quick relief of tension in a whole world against the two of you. Unfair because you have been doing nothing but saving it.
But again, fuck the world.
Natasha kissed you as she pushed inside of you. You groaned; her fingers were already thicker than you were used to and she was much, much thicker than that. She peppered your face with kisses.
“How does it feel?” she asked.
You clawed at her back as you adjusted to her being fully inside of you—as if your life depended on it. This was actually the first time you were being connected in a very intimate way.
“Good…strange.”
“You're okay, just breathe,” she whispered reassuringly.
You did so, slowing your breathing until your tense muscles could relax. You turned your head, seeking her lips again. She gave them and you demanded her tongue as well—you really wanted more—you wanted all of her.
Natasha moved gently, never one to risk hurting you in any way. She nuzzled your cheek, both of you breathing for your lives.
The feeling of Natasha's hips meeting yours was intoxicating, you gripped the muscles in her back as she pulled herself in and out of you. You tried not to sink into the feeling of it and keep your mind alert. But the sensation of her inside you was unlike anything you had ever experienced. The heat and the fullness had you dizzy. Her musky scent, mingling with the perfume of your intimacy.
“Y/N,” the redhead slurred, sounding more strained as she moved faster. She nipped your neck as she left a trailing mark against your skin feeling around for your pulse until she could pay it proper attention.
“Nat,” you gasped in response, your voice peak and stringy. Your whole body trembled as you felt her swell even further. “Natty!”
She pressed her lips to your cheek again, and you could feel her smiling against your skin. “Sorry, you sound really adorable right now.”
You felt yourself clench around her reflexively. You blushed.
This made Natasha more eager, she picked up her speed even more. Her arms dragged over the bed sheets, curling around you protectively—possessively hoarding what was hers. Her breathing came faster and rougher, her leverage angle changed.
You reached her mouth again, hungrily this time. Your legs slithered around her and your hips rose to meet her halfway. You were much closer than you anticipated, and probably closer than she thought you were.
“Natty, yes, yes, yes ‘m so close.”
What few words you did have to offer seemed enough for her.
“Anytime now, detka."
You bit into the inside of your lip as she continued to push you closer. You were an Avenger, one of the world’s mightiest heroes and there was little you couldn't endure. But you would definitely give everything up to come right here and now.
Natasha let you dig your nails into her skin as you came around her, your whole body shaking as you gripped her. She groaned into your hair, splayed over the sheets as she followed, spilling her cum into your walls. She smashed your lips together again before reeling herself in, making your kisses more gentle again. She held your cheeks, looking for signs you would never speak aloud.
“You okay?”
You opened your eyes, blinking up at the ceiling again before Natasha moved into your line of sight. You were still seeing stars and Natasha was your sun as everything revolves around her—only her.
She kissed you again, your lips moving languidly. She still held you like you were fragile, and she was still lying over you like you were all hers.
You were, in ways you couldn't afford. But you clung to her, even as she pulled out of you, even as she laid down beside you just to pull you closer once she was comfortable. You sighed as you settled against her chest. You were far too exhausted to move, and you had no desire to as Natasha pressed her lips to the top of your head and exhaled deeply. You rose and fell with the rhythm of her chest, as if bobbing along at sea on a raft of her.
“I've got you, Y/N,” Natasha mumbled before dozing off into sleep, her fingers intertwined with yours and her arm wrapped around your shoulders. You chuckled on how this tough, intimidating, strong Avenger could be rough in missions and would go soft in bed and immediately fall asleep.
You nuzzled into her chest, just this once, to indulge your silly, love stricken brain. Natasha had you in ways she didn't even know about—ways you could never really tell her. But just for tonight, you could add your body to that list.
Just for tonight you can forget the world behind.

Title: The Oversight [Part 5/7]
Ship: Female!Reader x Natasha Romanoff
Wordcount: 7589
Warnings: Blood, guns, general violence, empty threats, angst, and horrible grammar.
[A/n: Listen, I straight up just finished watching 'The Iron Claw' and if you value your ability to hold it together, I suggest not seeing it. But also... go see it because it's phenomenal. Oh, and Happy Holidays!, like with most things, I regret my direction on this.]

Softly, you denied the small wooden bowl that was passed person to person, filled with numbers scribbled haplessly on strips of paper. There was a pit of guilt in your stomach for not bringing a white elephant gift- but as the honorary plus one of Darcy Lewis you succumbed to your fate. She’d drawn a middle grade number and sidled up next to you with her third vodka tonic.
You took a swallow of your own cranberry flavored drink, something that masked the sharp taste of alcohol. You were feeling fuzzy, but in the light way that would assure you’d get through the rest of party and the competitive game of gift swapping.
“Thanks for doing this,” Darcy said to you, nudging your shoulder “it was a little too fancy for my liking.”
She had stressed that she needed your presence to get through all the small talk about science. Darcy was an expert engineer but she could only go so far when it came to awkward co-workers murmuring amongst the twinkling Christmas lights and pre-paid meals. She got along well with most, but you could sense her anxiety well.
“Of course, you know I’d never turn down smoked salmon.”
Truthfully, it sounded a lot better than what your own work was planning. It took some quiet background checks and calling babysitting references, but you eventually conceded to a teenage girl that was certified in CPR and didn’t charge interest.
Your own holiday celebration at the Diner had been lackluster and consisted of much more alcohol. This was quiet and subdued, and a welcome break from the usual chaos that surrounded your life. You were more than happy to watch people tear paper from candles and blankets and ornaments.
“How much money do you want to put on Jimmy bringing some sort of magic kit?”
You hadn’t noticed the girl that hugged the side of the bar, waving down the bartender wordlessly. She was drinking something sweet and garnished with orange. She had a beautiful smile and the clearest eyes you had ever seen. Darcy smiled at her with familiarity and it eased you.
“I don’t bet on things I’m going to lose.” Darcy said with finality. “Y/n, this is Monica Rambeau.”
“It’s nice to meet you,”
Her grip was firm, and you squeezed her hand back with the same amount of pressure. Her smile widened at that before the bartender returned with a fresh drink garnished with another twirled orange peel. The two of you separated.
“So, Monica, what do you do?”
Something in science, the answer was obvious if she was at this holiday party. But she humored you all the same, turning her back to the counter and leaning close to you. There was pride in her answer, and it bloomed in her chest.
“I’m a mechanical engineer, specializing in astrophysics and astrobiology.”
“Don’t’ sell yourself short.” Darcy interjected with a watery laugh “She’s the head of our S.W.O.R.D division.”
Darcy had spoken about this before and the name rang familiar. Her company was looking at alternative fuel sources that could supply space exploration. All the while, they focused on vertical growing and bettering the community. From what you understood, this was a big deal. She was a big deal.
“Wow, that’s very impressive Ms. Rambeau”
Your voice was filled with genuine awe, but your conversation was cut short when the number sixteen was called out. Monica sheepishly pulled herself away from the bar and held her strip of paper up before approaching the table filled with wrapped gifts. She went for a medium-sized one adorned in reindeer.
“Oh wow!” She forced a smile, voice sweet like honey “A magic kit!”
The air in your room was stale and fought you as you pulled it into your lungs. You’d, at some point, kicked off your comforter and were splayed out on your sheets in nothing but a pair of boxer shorts and an oversized shirt. Sweat hat soaked through both and the fabric clung to your skin.
On a blind instinct you grabbed at the gun under your nightstand, fastened by nothing more than duct tape. You could feel your heart in your throat and struggled to swallow it down again. You weren’t sure when this became second nature for you, something within the last two months of accompanying Natasha to the gun range for hours a time.
All the same, you held the tip of the weapon to the ground and rounded the corner of your bedroom into the dark hallway. You were unsettled from the dream you’d just had. The memory. Your subconscious had finally connected the woman who stood at Carol’s side. Her familiarity.
Monica Rambeau.
It was true, there was a stark coldness to her when you’d met at a Christmas party just the year before. It was only in passing and there were moments, like at the fair, when Darcy would mention her co-worker.
This changed things. Anxiety spiked haplessly, even as you diligently searched and cleared each room the way you had been taught. Keep your gun down, keep your eyes on the darkest corners of the room, ready to fire your weapon at any point. Especially if it was aimed at Natasha.
There was the slight movement of a shadow to your left and you quickly raised the gun, aiming it directly at the disturbance. Veronica stood on a chair in the kitchen, struggling to fill a glass with warm water, the only temperature that the faucet would allow.
You let out a quiet, mortified sigh before tucking the weapon into the waistband of your shorts. Your daughter blinked with wide eyes and that same guilty feeling flooded you at once, overtaking the anxiety.
“Baby,” You breathed, closing the distance between you and flicking on the overhead lights. You both flinched at their harshness but eventually blinked the shock away. “What are you doing up?”
You didn’t expect an answer, nor did you get one. Instead, you scooped her up under her arms and set her gently on the linoleum. There was water in the fridge, but she always had issues pouring it from the large jug. Ronnie was stubborn and shot you a frown at your intrusion.
“Don’t give me that look, kid.”
Her expression eased and you dumped the water down the drain before refilling the glass with something colder and more refreshing. Ronnie gulped it down eagerly, soaking the collar of her shirt with the liquid. She let out an appeased noise and wiped the rest of the water away from her mouth. She stood on her tip-toes and placed the glass in the sink.
“Couldn’t sleep, huh? Me either.”
You tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. She blinked tiredly at you, your heart melting at the sight. It was easy to remember the words Natasha had trusted you with on the Ferris Wheel. Veronica would talk when she wanted to, but you had become quite good at reading her expressions and movements. Within the last month, you had stopped the long drives and the specialists. It eased you both.
“How about a sleepover?”
The exhaustion turned into joy and then combined within her look. You couldn’t help but chuckle as you scooped her up. She was getting too big for this, but you didn’t much care. You’d gotten stronger in the last few months and even if you hadn’t, you’d do the same.
With a show of dramatics you tossed her onto the bed and replaced the duvet that you’d flung off. Carefully, as Ronnie’s stare averted, you placed the gun in the drawer next to your bed. The last thing you did was prop the window open, letting out the flat air and letting in the sound of the city.
Ronnie was pulled flush against your chest in a matter of moments, though you had suddenly lost all exhaustion. You listened to the sirens, to the calls of people just ending their nights. If you listened hard enough, you could hear the horns of the boats that settled into the harbor.
“I love you so much.” You whispered into the small of her neck, “One day I’m going to get us out of here.”
Veronica didn’t respond, but the squeeze her little hand gave yours was all the reassurance that you needed.
Clint swallowed down steaming black coffee without blowing on it to cool it down. The nutty scent filled the cab of the car and warmed your nerves. He drank like your daughter did, but with the purpose of waking himself up before the sun. You never did get back to sleep and were wired enough to refuse the cup he offered you this morning.
He’d knocked on your door as the orange sun moved over the horizon. You were to accompany him to the docks to check on business. This somehow seemed less intimidating than the dinner you’d attended with Natasha.
“It’ll be easy. We have a chokehold on the harbor, we just have to check with a few of the vendors to collect their dock rent and call it a day. Everything else is done under the table. People aren’t too happy because at the end of the day, we’re the ones that take money from them. But it’s a necessary evil.”
You nodded and watched as the city went by. It was peaceful, quiet. There had been a single foster home that you stayed in that had a view of the entire skyline. You were too far away to see the bustling people and the everyday chaos that accompanied it.
There were, of course, moments of calm when you would work the early morning shift at the diner. But that would always shatter by the time you made the two minute walk from your apartment to the back door that was choked with the scent of garbage and cheap cigarettes.
“We have some invitations to hand out too. In the glovebox.”
You furrowed your brow and popped it open. His weapon (or his second, or third) sat upon a stack of manilla cards with elegant writing on them that had to be done by hand. You inspected them but didn’t’ dare separate the paper.
“What are these for?”
“Nat throws a party for her benefactors every single year. It’s real fancy, a suit and tie thing. Her renters are invited too and if they have the balls to show up, they always have a good time. She makes sure of it.”
“We’re expected to attend?”
He nodded, “It’s a requirement, really. As Natasha’s right hand. You go where she goes and once your probationary period is over, you’ll be on her like glue. Though, I don’t think that’ll be much of a problem.”
You frowned at his statement, his insinuation. Sure, you had gotten close to Natasha, had even grown to like her. She had a way of getting under your skin until it felt like she lived in it. Otherwise, you would have cut your losses long ago and let her slit your throat the first moment she met you.
There was a feeling of devotion that you felt the need to uphold. She had spared your life, after all. You’d spent the last two and a half months with her guiding you, teaching you how to obey her every word. Without fault, you would. Clint knew it, Kate and Yelena knew it. You knew it.
Instead of admitting it, you frowned and slumped further in your seat, struggling to ignore Clint’s own shit-eating expression. By the time he pulled to a stop, it had started to drizzle enough for him to flick his wipers on. The sound of them scraping against the window filled the silence.
You took careful attention to stay quiet and observe. Your gun was strapped carefully to your side and the invitations rested in your side pocket. You didn’t dare get them wet and let the ink run in a soupy mess. It had been years since you’d been out here and part of you was unsteady on the aged and slick wood.
“Sam is a cool guy. His family has hold on a good portion of the harbor. He likes to joke, so don’t pay him any mind.” Clint jabbed you with his elbow. “And loosen up a little bit, would you?”
You glowered at him and rubbed the stiff spot on your ribs but felt your shoulders lower a bit. There was a lot of weight behind this, that had been made clear to you the second you were inducted into this system.
Instead of heading directly down the long stretches of worn dock, Clint took a turn just before the asphalt ended. A small structure that looked less weathered than the rest of your surroundings rested at the lots end. The windows were thick enough to withstand the watery winds.
Clint stilled his large hand shooting out across your chest. It took you a few seconds to clock the shattered glass on the front door. Small smears of crimson pocked the shards that remained. Much like the evening before, you drew your gun on instinct, and Clint did the same.
He didn’t take care to hide your presence. Instead, he took the brunt of his large boot and cracked through the doorframe with the force of one kick. Wood splintered, raining down on linoleum and a desk that was easily from the 70’s.
You could smell the blood before you saw it, nearly sliding on the flooring. You caught yourself before that happened, heart pounding in your ears. “Fuck!”
“Jesus Christ,” Clint mirrored your sentiments.
Whoever had been here was long gone, but they’d left quite the mess. They’d torn through the filing cabinets, leaving legal papers and folders scattered against the desk and the expanse of cabin space.
You tracked the source of the pooling blood with little difficulty. A man- one that you had rightly never seen before- was laying on his back, facing the ceiling. From edge to edge of his throat was a long cut leaking an ugly red color. His stare was frosty, soaked into his sweatshirt.
It was like a car crash, something that you struggled to avert your eyes from until Clint physically grasped your chin and turned your attention to him. “Hey, you alright?”
“Yeah, yes. Good.” You answered cooly, swallowing whatever dryness was in your throat. “Who would do something like this?”
“Carol… one of her lackeys. This is an eye for an eye thing.”
Even if it was an act of revenge, this was extensive. It sent a clear message even if you didn’t’ exactly know all the specifics of the feud. Of course, you’d seen Yelena at work and even that was mild compared to the brutality of this.
The thought of Monica, if it even had been her, completing a task as unfeeling as this filled your veins with ice. You felt your nails dig into your palms, soft and stinging. There was a surge of anger, and sadness that mixed into resolution. Natasha was right to despise the Danver’s family. Any family that treated the world with this much cruelty.
Natasha was in the gym on the second floor. Large windows overlooked the backyard, and a prolonged view of the harbor. There were blue mats adorning the floor, and a few wracks meant for weightlifting.
You had never seen this part of the house before. Usually the weather permitted sparring outside, but the late summer rain had made that impossible. Sheets of water obscured your usual view, though, it wasn’t exactly trained on the windows.
Natasha had her back facing you, her breathing timed evenly with each punch she threw at an 80-pound bag filled with sand. She wore tight-fitting shorts and a sports bra that left little to the imagination. Not that you had imagined her in that situation before.
Her muscles tightened and relaxed with each movement. They were scarred in a deep orchid pink, long ago healed. At one point, she was lashed. You recognized the damage done by a leather belt and shivered at the memory of it.
Natasha was fit, she was coated in a layer of sweat that dripped across her strength. You had to be clear minded for this and the state of her wasn’t making it easy on you. Her knuckles were wrapped, and she would grunt with each thrust of her fist. For just a moment, you wished you were under her mercy instead of the punching bag.
That broke when she panted against the bag, stopping its swinging with a firm grasp on either side. “Are you just going to stand there and watch?”
Natasha had focused her green eyes on you through the reflection of the window. Of course, you hadn’t intended to gawk as long as you had. But you were leaning against the doorframe of the gym, practically drooling. You had forgotten yourself and you wouldn’t’ put it past Natasha to notice.
She turned to you, a wolfish smile on her face. “Take your jacket off. Holster too.”
You struggled to ignore the haughty expression on her face when you did exactly what she said without question, almost too eagerly, depositing them on the edge of the mat. You pushed your shoes off too, knowing not to track mud on any of Natasha’s carpets.
Her eyebrow lifted at the action. She’d moved closer during your actions, and you’d nearly run into her before noticing. Her presence was intoxicating. All-consuming.
“You’re here to tell me something,” She proclaimed “you’ve got that adorable look on your face. It’s good to know someone in this house still fears me.”
She was joking and it tugged at your heart to send that mood down to the ground before lighting it on fire. You’d expected her to be in poorer spirits after Clint had called her and let her know what had happened at the harbor. Instead, she responded in her same calculated coolness that she regarded you with now.
There was nothing about her demeanor that eased you, and suddenly, it felt like you were being scolded for a decision you had made. Even more so when she grasped your chin and forced you to look at her.
“That woman with Carol from the other night. I know her. Briefly.”
“Briefly?”
“As in, I met her at a Christmas party a few years back and… left with her.”
Natasha’s grip tightened against your chin, her thumb digging into your jaw. There was too much alcohol flowing that night and after making stinted conversation about how to disconnect two metal rings smoothly, the two of you went back to her apartment.
Before the sun came up, you left. There was shame in it, and the walk back to your own apartment punctuated with Darcy’s scolding was enough to make you forget the encounter altogether. It was one night- a fun night, but singular all the same.
Natasha let out a small noise of disapproval that sunk straight to your core. “Is that so?”
“Yes ma’am.”
“Does she remember you?”
“It… didn’t seem like it.”
Her eyes narrowed, nose a short distance from your own. You could feel the hotness of her breath against your throat. How you had disappointed her. That much was clear from the lack of tenderness in her grasp. She eventually released you, trailing her fingers down the expanse of your neck.
She played with the small charm of your necklace, nothing more than a dainty gold chain with the tiniest whisper of a diamond in the center. Your skin prickled at the sensation, breath audibly catching as she worked her fingers over the length of chain.
“Well, I suppose this could be a problem. Especially with Carols violent behavior lately.”
Natasha sighed dramatically, and within an instant her nimble hand had tightened around your throat. She walked you the three steps backwards to the nearest wall. The small of your back landed with a heady thud and you used the last of your available breath to grunt out in protest.
Of course, you had seen her angry before, but it was never directed at you. Not like this. She wasn’t squeezing tight enough to injure you, not really. But the shock of the movement had made you think she would end you all the same.
“You should have come to me right away, pet.” Her grasp tightened; words growled. “And here I thought you were such a good, obedient, girl.”
Her words filled you with an immense shame for letting her down. Over the past few months, it had become impossible to be anything but perfect for Natasha Romanoff. The fact that you hadn’t connected the dots sooner was disillusioning.
The grip against your throat loosened ever so slightly as she leaned closer, her lips nearly ghosting your own. You could barely taste her, a strangled whimper escaping you. She pressed her body close. It was warm and overwhelming.
“I expect you to handle this on your own if it becomes a problem, darling.”
Before you could close the distance, Natasha pulled away from you entirely. It left you panting against the wall, wanting for something more. She knew exactly what she was doing. You craved her more than anything, and she had brought you so close to something you both wanted before denying it altogether.
Natasha sauntered, actually sauntered, across the gym and grabbed a towel from a nearby bench. She regarded you with flushed cheeks, her eyebrow raised as if nothing had just happened and you supposed that nothing did.
“Clint has told you about the party?” It took a few seconds before you found your voice, after her gentle urgings “Use your words, sweetheart.”
“Yes ma’am. He did.”
She reached for a water bottle, exchanging it’s spot on the bench for the towel. She takes three hungry swallows, and you watched the way her throat moved in response to the water. Each of her movements seemed deliberate, nearly calculated to get a reaction out of you.
“Perfect. Don’t worry that pretty little head of yours about what to wear. I’ll lay a dress out in your room.”
“My room?” Your words were squeaked.
There was a short hum in response as she gulped down another helping of water before setting it down entirely. That anger had ebbed away from her almost entirely. The fire that had been within her eyes excited you, and despite yourself, so did her demands.
“You’re so skittish. Come here. We need to work on your lead hook.”
Natasha didn’t offer to wrap your knuckles, nor did you ask. Instead, you leaned into the bag, letting the course material cut into your knuckles with a welcoming sting.
There was great thought put into any Romanoff party that was thrown. Lights were wrapped around the banister, and caterers walked through the teems of people with unwavering silver trays of finger food that cost more than your old salary for a number of months.
Back storm doors were opened to the pool, lit up and buzzing with an equal amount of people. Natasha had hired a piano player who haplessly pressed down on keys and drew a small crowd with each song that would crescendo into the dining room.
The overlapping theme was a dark forest green that reminded you much of the paint color slathered on Natasha’s bedroom walls. Something you hadn’t seen in months, but remembered so fondly. It was clear that she wanted to present a united force, something strong and unwavering in their power.
Clint was dawned with a finely pressed suit and a deep green tie that matched the shade of Kate’s dress to the very hue. She wore something silk and modest, reaching down to her heeled feet but leaving her muscular arms entirely bare.
Yelena stunned in a dress of her own, a crushed sage velvet that had a dipping neckline and sleeves that met at her wrist. By the confidence of her stride, you had no trouble believing she had chosen the outfit with the thought of how many weapons she could conceal. Her devilish smile only confirmed your thoughts.
As of you, Natasha had picked out something a little more revealing. Much like the maroon number she wore to dinner the other night, the dress she chose for you hugged every inch of your body. Its fern color complimented your complexion, bringing out the redness of your cheeks.
A slit moved from the base of your dress to the middle of your thigh. A halter neckline clung to your breasts, nearly pushing them up and out. It had been years, high school prom, since you’d worn something even close to this. You felt your shoulders flush red when you descended the stairs and struggled to blend in.
Natasha was sidled up by the mantel in deep conversation with someone who was a stranger to you. Most of the people here were. Though, their hands gave way to their high-ranking positions in the city. Few had callouses or oil stains.
She was in a three-piece suit that was color matched to your own outfit down to the shade. There were gold accents on her jewelry and the neckline of her waistcoat dipped down the tanned expanse of her skin.
Kate let out a low whistle in response to your entrance as she offered you a hand at the base of the stairs. You’d almost missed the last one due to your shameless gawking at the woman of the party. “Quite the looker, y/n. Natasha chose this?”
“Naturally,”
She chuckled softly, a small sound “Nothing if not calculating. Do you know how to socialize at one of these things?”
“Mm, as the caterer, yes.”
This seemed to amuse her more than you’d like. Katherine Elizabeth Bishop was a name that you had reluctantly googled early on in your employment. She had grown up wealthy and well acquainted with gatherings such as these. Of course, that was before her mother wound up incarcerated for white-collar crimes. The skills seemed to benefit her here, however.
Kate did everything with practiced fluidity that you envied. She plucked two champagne glasses from a nearby tray. “Only one of these, nurse it like your life depends on it. That way they won’t keep trying to shove alcohol into your hands. This is work, after all.”
You followed her lead and took a small sip of the bubbling, sour liquid. It was more expensive than anything you had ever had before and far-from-palatable. It wouldn’t be had to keep the drinking at bay.
“The man that Yelena is schmoozing over there is Billy Russo. Jigsaw. He’s in charge of the lower quarter. The Romanoff’s and the Russo’s have a cordial relationship and Yelena is much more feared than him.”
“Why do they call him jigsaw?” You whispered.
“He tends to chop people into pieces until they’re impossible to put back together. And that’s if you find all the missing parts. He has a very nice summer home up in the Poconos, so don’t get on his bad side.”
Suddenly the drink in your hand didn’t look too bad, but you held it right where it was. Clint was laughing by the window, obviously pushing his charm on a woman that you had never clocked before. She was running her fingers up his tie, tightening it before letting her hands drop.
“Barton is with Ophelia Sarkissian, the Viper. She is known for her cunning leadership. She’s got a huge organization in Hell’s Kitchen. Something called Hydra. I wouldn’t worry too much about it though because Natasha is keeping a tight eye on it.”
“Mm, cut one head off, two more grow back.”
“What?”
“Greek mythology. Hydra is a big water snake that has nine heads. Each time one was cut off two more would grow back in its place. It was practically unkillable until Hercules came through the marshes with his nephew. Hercules would slice each head off while Iolaus cauterized the wounds so the heads couldn’t grow back.”
Kate blinked at you with shock in her eyes. You simply gave her a shrug in return. People constantly underestimated you and your intelligence. Besides, when you were a child, you had a morbid fascination with Greek mythology as a whole.
She stared beyond your shoulder, lilting her head to the side.
“I didn’t realize that Natasha’s new plaything was so knowledgeable.”
Ice ran thorough your veins. Your eyes darted to the window where Clint and Mrs. Sarkissian had once been. It was vacant now, and an expertly painted hand drummed past your arm. They were sharp and sent chills down your spine as she rounded you, sidling up next to Kate.
“Trust fund kid, leave us.”
Kate drew in a sharp breath, straightening her shoulders. She nearly opened her mouth to stay something but thought better of it before shooting you a look of apology and vanishing into the crowd in the dining room.
Ophelia was intoxicating in her presence. She towered over you and wore snakeskin heels to widen the distance. She wore a tight-fitted black dress that had cuts on either side, exposing her toned stomach to the world. What she wanted with you wasn’t clear, but her hand toyed coyly with the neckline of your own dress, adjusting it.
“Word travels fast in this city. I just couldn’t wait to see it myself. Hearing that Natasha Romanoff of all people expelled her Winter soldier for a… Summer Sentient. All seasons are temporary, I suppose.”
“Expelled?”
The word had slipped from your tongue, and you quickly thought better of it when she settled her splayed hand against your shoulder, giving it a light squeeze. It was cold, unfeeling. Unlike the fire that Natasha had instilled in you earlier.
There was a demonic smile that spread across her face, both of her eyebrows lifting as she let out an exaggerated grasp. It was clear that this woman, this leader, couldn’t keep her hands to herself in any manner, including the internal affairs that she dangled in front of you like a prize.
“Oh, did Natty not tell you? She had Bucky under her thumb for years, nearly a decade. A few months back, he was just gone. There’s a lot of gossip in these streets and not much of it is plausible, but I’d put money on this one.”
Again, her fingers danced over your collarbone. “Miss Romanoff is not known for her mercy, but after beating the Winter Soldier within an inch of his life, she let him go. He ran like any sensible man would, of course. But he left a trail of blood behind him. I’m quite sure he’s somewhere out west struggling to move in an upper body brace.”
She laughed cruelly at the look on your face. There was no use in masking it. You knew that Bucky had been absent, but through your own turmoil you had forgotten all about it. Your stomach twisted in unease. What if Natasha grew tired of you? It was inevitable, really. You’ only prolonged your fate by bending to her whim.
“Ophelia,” Natasha’s voice drew your attention first, and then the heat of her touch on the small of your back. “Have you tried the lamb?”
The woman faltered, gritting her teeth “I was about to.”
“Oh, you must.” Yelena seemed to materialize out of nowhere, looping her arm around Madame Hydra herself. She pulled with intent. “I haven’t seen you since Moscow. We need to catch up!”
“I was never in Moscow.”
“That’s a shame. I can paint you a brilliant picture.”
Their voices faded away into the rest of the party. It was then that you noticed Clint by the door, his stance stiffened. Kate glowered next to him, not following her own rule and downing the rest of her drink before plucking another off the passing tray.
You stepped out of Natasha’s grasp, not wanting to be anywhere near her at the moment. Her perfume was intoxicating. Its floral scent made you dizzy and took away your ability to think straight. It was part of the reason you had been lulled this far into complicity. It scared you that you were willing to do anything for her.
“y/n,” she urged.
“I don’t want to hear it.”
Natasha’s stare hardened. She gripped the back of your neck in a movement that would otherwise be familiar, sweet, even. However, the way she led you down the hallway made your stomach drop in a feeling of doom. “Not here, Malen'kiy krolik.”
Natasha’s office was strictly off limits, but you found yourself in the warmth of it in a matter of moments. There was no wall that wasn’t adorned with floor to ceiling bookshelves, and a large cherrywood desk was at its head. It was kept neat like the rest of the house.
There was a PHD on the wall, and an associates under that. Each bore Natasha’s name. She closed the doors behind her. Without regarding you, she went to a shelf in the back of the room, pouring herself a glass of bourbon, much like the one she was drinking when you stirred in her bed.
She swallowed it back, before pouring another. This time she sipped it. Your own back was against the far wall, heart pounding mercilessly through you. Yelling at Natasha had a lot more weight behind it than you anticipated.
“You’re going to do the same to me.” You eventually whispered.
Her body stiffened, muscles tightening and then releasing before she turned to you, her eyes reddened. “What?”
“I’ve been entirely blind to my purpose here. I’ve never… I’ve never understood why you chose me. Why not go for someone who knows what they were doing? Who knew how to protect you and care for you? You had that with Bucky.”
Her eyes hardened. “Don’t you ever mention that name in this house.”
“It’s the truth, Natasha! You could have let me die, just like that, and you didn’t. Instead, you took me in and trained me, and for what? Just to throw me into the harbor with cement blocks chained to my ankles.”
“That is an entirely outdated practice and frankly, it’s insulting.” Her words were soul deep, but they barely broke your skin. “I would never do that.”
“A bullet through the head, then?”
“No.”
You were gaining traction enough to pull yourself from the wall and take heady steps towards her. If you didn’t do it now, you would never. Part of you was certain that you’d never see the outside of this room again. That she’d snap and do exactly what you were imploring her to.
“He served you for years and within a singular night you nearly kill him.” Your breath shook, you were so close to her now. “What is stopping you from doing the exact same to me?”
“No, no” She reached up and grasped both sides of your face. There were tears against your cheeks, something you hadn’t realized dripped from your chin. “Malyshka, no don’t cry.”
Everything had come to a head; the months of non-stop training, the pressure of keeping this side of your life away from your daughter, away from Darcy. A true friend that you had been lying to. And now, knowing that it could be all for nothing. It was easy to dispose of someone like you.
There was no reason to show weakness in front of the woman who was training you not to feel anything at all. Above everything, you found yourself ashamed. She still held your face within her grasp.
“He hurt you.” Her jaw clenched and unclenched, there was a fuzzy vulnerability in her green stare. “I can show mercy, y/n. But I’ve learned, not when it comes to you. Even before all of… this, there was something that I saw within you. Something that made what I did to Bucky all the more worth it.”
You breathed in a watery sniffing sound that was replaced by nothing but a whimper. Natasha softened even more, letting her shoulders fall. She tucked a strand of hair behind your ear.
“He was pulling back for months, and you were the final straw. I had never seen someone so resilient, someone who didn’t beg for their life but recounted it. In a moment of weakness, I let you go. I thought that training you, that making you mine, would absolve my sins but it’s only deepened them. My feelings for you have only deepened.”
Her forehead was pressed against yours, her ministrations, and God help you, her apologies were startling. Her lips were so close to yours; you could nearly taste the liquor on her breath “Natasha,”
Suddenly, she was all you could feel. Her hand was against you back, pulling you into her body to fit directly on hers. There was such a strong guiding power to her. Your shock was muffled by her mouth on yours, your whine swallowed in moments.
You melted into her, kissing back with enough fever to leave you both breathless. There were stars dancing in your vision, you lungs burning eventually pulling you both apart. She panted twice before pecking your lips once more, you nearly chased after her.
“Fuck,” she growled “you… are absolutely delicious.”
Your cheeks suddenly heated up and you hid your face in the small of her neck, letting out a small groan in embarrassment. You felt Natasha’s laugh rumble through her.
“No need to be timid, pet. There will be plenty of time for that later.” She raked her nails up your back, “Right now, I have a snake to behead.”

So when you were walking on your way to work you saw a young boy run out into the middle of the road, chasing after a ball and the car coming right for him wasn’t stopping, you acted. “Tommy,” You heard a woman yell. You ran to the boy, picking him up in your arms and changing your molecular makeup. The car passed through you and him You brought him back to the sidewalk and as soon as you set him down he became solid.
“Are you okay?” You asked. His eyes grew wide as he stared at you.
“Tommy,” you moved out of the way as a woman with auburn hair pulled him into a hug. “What did I say about not leaving the sidewalk?” You assumed the woman was his mother.
“Sorry Mom,” he said. “I dropped the toy Uncle Tony got me.” A redhead and another young boy joined the duo. You recognized the redhead right away. Natasha Romanoff. The Black Widow.
“Are you okay, kid?” She asked Tommy. He nodded and hugged the redhead. You looked at the other woman and you were staring into the green eyes of Wanda Maximoff.
“Thank you,” she said to you. “I don’t think we could ever repay you.” You blushed at the compliment, scratching the back of your head.
“Don’t worry about it,” you said. “I was at the right place at the right time.” You knelt in front of the two boys. “Now don’t go playing in the road anymore, okay?” You ruffled their hair. “I won’t be there to save you.” Tommy smiled.
“Thank you,” he said. You smiled, straightening up.
“Wait,” Natasha said, stopping you before you walked away. “At least tell us your name.” You introduced yourself.
“Bye,” you waved, continuing on your way to work.
*
“You're famous!” Your co-worker, Emilia, said as soon as you walked into the back room. You clocked in and put on your apron. You worked at a 24hr diner. It paid decently and the hours were flexible so you could still go to school.
“What are you talking about?” You asked. She rushed over to you, her phone open to Twitter. Someone took a video of you saving Tommy and put it on social media. Needless to say, the video blew up. You groaned, placing your face in your hands.
“You should read some of these comments,” Emilia said, scrolling through her phone. “I could break a lot of people’s hearts and tell them your 16.”
“Gross,” you mumbled, walking into the kitchen. You heard Emilia close behind as you made yourself a coffee.
“How does it feel saving the kid of the Black Widow and Scarlet Witch?” You didn’t answer. “Were they hot?”
“You know I wasn’t looking,” you said, blowing on the cup before taking a much-needed sip. “I was a little focused on not making sure their son didn’t get killed.” You rolled your eyes.
“I bet they have a Mommy and Daddy kink,” you scrunch your nose.
“You are just as bad as half the people online,” you said. “Come on, we have work to do.” You tried to focus on your duties at the diner; cleaning tables, taking orders, and helping in the kitchen when needed, instead of what happened today. But the universe had other plans. Someone online found where you worked and shared it with the entire world. The diner was packed which was a blessing and a curse. The day flew by and you were leaving with a lot of tips in your pocket. However, you were exhausted since everyone that stepped through the diner wanted to meet and talk to you. They asked you questions about your powers, if you received something for saving him, were your parents proud, did they offer you a spot on the Avenger team. By the end of the day, you collapsed onto your bed thankfully you had the day off tomorrow.
*
It wasn’t as busy when you came in but you immediately saw the Romanoff-Maximoff family with 2 Avengers you didn’t recognize. You smiled as you walked up to the table. “Staying out of trouble?” You asked the boys. They gasped, turning around in their chairs.
“I don’t know you worked here,” Tommy said, standing up to hug you. You were surprised by that. But you gave him a quick hug back.
“That’s probably because I didn’t tell you,” you tapped his nose which caused him to scrunch it. Natasha introduced you to her sister, Yelena, and her girlfriend, Kate.
“You're the one that saved my nephew,” Yelena said. Her deep Russian accent surprised you. You nodded. “That’s pretty cool.”
“Thank you?” You didn’t mean for it to sound like a question. Wanda chuckled. “Anyways, can I get you guys started with drinks?” You didn’t mean to hover around their table and it wasn’t 100% your fault. Tommy and his brother, Billy, liked to talk your ear off no matter how many times Wanda told them you had other tables to attend to. But you waved her off, saying it was fine. Besides, their colorful imagination was making your shift fly by.
Until the bell went off signaling another customer entered the diner. You looked up out of instinct and almost dropped Kate’s pancakes. It was Jason, your on-again-off-again boyfriend, and housemate. He held the door open for an older couple as his eyes looked for you. It wasn’t hard to find you but you didn’t like the way his eyes screamed that he was upset with you. When he came in he liked you to only have him as your only table. He was best friends with the owner so he could get away with anything. Natasha said your name and you were surprised to see real concern in her green eyes. “Are you okay?” She asked.
“Yeah,” you put on your best customer service smile but she didn’t seem convinced. “Does everything look good?” A chorus of ‘yes’ and ‘looks good’ echoed from the table. “Perfect! I’ll leave you to it. Let me know if you need anything. Enjoy!” You brought back the empty tray to the kitchen before making your way to Jason’s usual spot, trying to calm your raising heartbeat.
*
It didn’t take a Black Widow spy or an Avenger to notice the change in your demeanor. Natasha watched as you walked over to a man, who had to be twice your age. You were blocking his face but Natasha didn’t like the way he was talking to you. She couldn’t hear the conversation but your shoulders were hunched over, drawing more into yourself. ‘Don’t cause a scene,’ Wanda said, placing a hand on her leg. ‘I don’t like it either.’ Natasha began to eat. The food was always good here but now it tasted bitter.
‘What do we do?’ The Black Widow asked. It took a minute for Wanda to reply as you came back to ask how the food was and if they needed anything. Yelena asked for more hot sauce. You were smiling, laughing at a joke Tommy said but it wasn’t as light. Natasha stole a glance at the man and he was staring at you as if he owned you like you were a possession. It made Natasha’s blood boil. He caught her eyes and quickly looked away.
‘We’ll leave her our number,’ Wanda said. ‘If she needs help she can call us.’ Natasha didn’t like it. She wanted to do more but what else could they do when they had no idea what was going on?
*
“Here you go,” Natasha passed you the check. “Food and service were amazing as always,” you felt your cheeks heat up at the compliment.
“Feel free to relax here there is no need to rush out but it was nice seeing you all again,” you said your goodbyes, not leaving the table without getting a hug from the twins. You went to finish cashing them out and you stopped in your tracks. Not because of the very large tip they left you but there was a note.
‘We are a phone call away if you need anything and I mean anything. -Natasha. Her phone number was at the end. You put that copy in your pocket and continued as you normally would, ignoring Jason’s eyes burning a hole in your back.
*
“You disgust me,” Jason said, throwing you against the wall. You whimpered as you hit your head. Stars formed across your vision. “After everything I’ve done for you, this is how you repay me.”
“Baby,” you pleaded with him. “It wasn’t like that.” He twisted his hand in your hair, pulling you close.
“Flirting with a married woman twice your age,” he pulled your hair. Another whimper left your lips. “You are a slut.” He threw you against the wooden table. It broke underneath your weight and the force he threw you. “You think you're a big-time hero, now. That you're better than all of us.” You shook your head, tears falling down your cheeks. He kicked you in the stomach so hard you were pushed against the couch.
“Jason, stop, please,” you pleaded with him grabbing onto his leg.
“You don’t get to tell me to stop,” he yelled. “You are mine. I own you.”
*
You woke up in the apartment alone and with your pants off. Everything ached and there was a light pounding in your skull. Jason was no doubt at a bar. You needed to get out of here. Finding your pants was easy but a sharp cramp in your stomach made you crumble to the ground. Finding some strength, you redressed yourself, found your phone, and walked out of the apartment. You weren’t sure where you were walking to. Your feet moved as your mind was in a haze. There was no place you could go. You were an only child whose parents died during the Blip. The friends you did have moved out of the city or were your co-workers from the dinner but you didn’t want them to see you like this. You sat down on a nearby bench. The pain was becoming all-consuming. You needed help. You unlocked your phone and stared at the recent contact added - Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow, an Avenger. Did you want to drag them into this mess? Another shooting pain passed through your stomach as you listened to the phone ring. Maybe she wouldn’t answer and you would have to find a place to sleep tonight. “Hello? Who is this?” She answered on the third ring.
“N-Natasha,” you stuttered out.
“Y/n? Is that you?” You nodded, knowing well she couldn’t see you. “What’s wrong?”
“I need help,” you cried. “I-I d-don’t have anyone else to call. I’m sorry. I-” Your lungs began to hurt, you couldn’t get enough air.
“Hey, sh dorogoy,” Natasha whispered. “Where are you? Wanda and I will come to get you.” You heard rustling on her side of the phone.
“I don’t know,” you told her. “I left my apartment and just walked.” A sharp pain ran through you and gasped. “Everything hurts, Nat,” you cried.
“We will be right there, okay? Just stay right there and use your powers to keep yourself safe.” She told you. “I’m going to stay on the phone with you.”
“Okay,” your voice was slurred. “I’m sleepy.” You found yourself laying down on the bench.
“I know you are but you have to stay awake for me. Can you do that?” She asked. “Talk to me. Tell me about yourself.” You hummed.
“I’m an only child. My parents are dead and I have a tattoo on my spine. I-”
*
Natasha was listening as she paced her kitchen waiting for FRIDAY to trace the call. She heard three sets of footsteps coming down the stairs, one set much quicker than the other two. “Anything?” Wanda asked. The Black Widow shook her head.
“FRIDAY is still looking for her,” she heard Yelena yawn behind Wanda.
“Why did you wake us up?” Her sister asked.
“You can go back to bed but we need to watch the boys if they wake up,” Wanda explained.
“Is this about the girl who saved Tommy?” Kate asked, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. Natasha nodded.
“I found her,” the AI said. “The location has been sent to your car’s GPS. She is 30 minutes.”
“Sweetheart,” Natasha said to you. “We will be there in 30 minutes.” You hummed.
“Nat,” Yelena said. The redhead looked back at her sister. “Keep us updated.” She nodded and followed her wife to the car. Wanda was already in the driver's seat. It was Natasha’s idea to get their place, close enough to the new Avenger tower but in a nice neighborhood for the twins to grow up in. The only thing Wanda wanted was a big kitchen, the rest was up to the Black Widow. Buying a house cemented the fact this was real to Natasha. She was married, raising two brilliant boys, and retired from active missions. Wanda grabbed her hand, squeezing it. She squeezed it back. She hoped they made it to you in time.
*
Natasha saw your still body laying on the bench and she was out of the car before Wanda could put the car in park. She hung up and ran over to you, kneeling next to you. “Hey sweetie,” she whispered. Wanda moved next to her. Your eyes fluttered open. A smile on your face.
“You came,” you whispered. Natasha’s heart shattered.
“Yeah, we did,” Wanda smiled. “Let’s get you someplace safe.” You nodded, sitting up and Natasha watched you try to hide the wince. “Can you stand?” You nodded again but when you stood up you collapsed, a pained cry leaving your lips. Natasha caught you in her arms.
“I got you,” your head fell on her shoulder, whimpering as you squeezed your eyes closed. Natasha didn’t miss the red flash in Wanda’s eyes. She only imagined what was going on inside your head.
“I’m sorry,” you mumbled. “So sorry.”
“You do not need to apologize,” the Black Widow said. “I’m going to lift you, okay?” She felt you nod against her skin. She was surprised at how light you were in her arms.
“Nat,” Wanda whispered as they walked back to the car. The witch opened the backseat and the redhead gently lay you down. She closed the door. “She’s bleeding.” Natasha looked at her hands and they were tainted red with your blood.
“We’ll bring her to the tower,” Natasha ran to the other side of the car and got in next to you. She shifted so your head could rest in her lap.
“FRIDAY,” Wanda said to the AI. “Inform Cho we are headed to the tower with a civilian that needs immediate medical attention.” You whimpered.
“You're going to be okay,” the Black Widow whispered. You shook your head.
“I’m sorry,” Natasha watched your eyes flutter close, frowning. You kept muttering apologies as you succumbed to the darkness.
*
It took a lot for Natasha to let go of you to hand over to Helen and the medical team. She quickly went to the hallway bathroom to wash the blood off. The water turned a light pink. It was part of her job to be surrounded by blood but the sight of your blood on her hands caused her body to heat up with anger. She left the bathroom and found her wife sitting in the empty chairs in the hallway. “The boys are still asleep,” she said as the redhead sat down. “Yelena said she’ll get them ready for school so we can stay.” Natasha nodded, resting her head on the wall. She felt Wanda move her fingers through hers. “It had to be the man from the diner, right?”
“Maybe,” she whispered. They knew nothing about you. The internet seemed to be in love with you for saving Tommy but they didn’t know who you were or what you were a part of.
“I’ll kill him,” Wanda threatened. Natasha saw the tips of her fingers glow red.
“Easy little witch,” She mumbled, kissing the side of her head. “Let’s find out what happened first.” The glow died down. It felt like an eternity before Helen walked out of your room and towards the couple. “Is she okay?” Natasha asked, standing up.
“She will be,” Helen said. “She has 2 broken ribs, a possible concussion, and wood splinters that we had to remove from her arm. She was raped too we did a test,” she sighed, resting her hand on her chin. “Do you know how old she is?” The couple looked at each other shaking their heads. You were a few years older than the twins but not at Kate’s age. That meant you were between 14-18.
“Helen, what’s going on?” The doctor bit her lip.
“She was pregnant,” Natasha’s blood ran cold. “Whatever happened to her caused her to miscarriage.”
“How-how far along was she?” Wanda asked.
“I’m guessing 2 months,” Helen answered. “She’s asleep now. You can go see her and let me know if she needs anything.” They said their thank yous to the doctor and ventured into your room. It was quiet besides the gentle beeping of the heart monitor you were attached to. Natasha didn’t like how still you were beside the gentle rise and fall of your chest. They sat on either side of the bed.
“She’s just a kid, Tash,” Wanda said, brushing some hair out of your face. You didn’t move.
“I know, baby,” Natasha remembered you telling her that your parents were dead. Did you have anyone else? “We’ll be here for her.”
*
You woke up slowly. The bright lights overhead caused you to groan. “Sweetheart,” you turned your head towards Natasha’s voice. There was a smile on her face, almost motherly. “Hi, how are you feeling?”
“Water,” you whispered. Your throat felt raw and uncomfortable. Natasha brought a cup of water to your lips. You drank all of the water finding relief. “Thank you,” she put the cup down.
“Of course,” you sat up, wincing as you moved but you couldn’t look at Natasha.
“I don’t want to talk about it,” you saw her nod her head out of the corner of your eye.
“That’s fine,” she said. “But there are some things we need to talk about regarding your health. We can wait for Wanda if you want,” you nodded.“Hey,” you felt her fingers on your arm. “We are here for you, okay? And whatever happened is not your fault.”
“Okay,” you whispered but you didn’t believe her. It wasn’t long before Wanda returned with a doctor behind her. She introduced herself as Helen and she went over the list of your injuries; broken ribs, a mild concussion, and wood splinters in your arms.
“Now, I have to tell you something that may be hard to hear,” you didn’t like her tone. “You were pregnant for about 2 months but due to the nature of your injuries you had a miscarriage.” You felt the color drain from your face. Pregnant. You were pregnant. You moved your hand over your stomach. Your periods were always irregular so nothing seemed wrong. You weren’t sure what was happening around you. The world around you turned to white noise. You were pregnant, probably with Jason’s child but you made him angry.
“Sweetheart,” you snapped to look at Wanda. She looked worried. “You're safe here. Do you know who the father was?” She asked. You hesitated but nodded. You weren’t 100% sure if it was Jason’s.
“Was he the one that did this to you?” Natasha hesitantly asked.
“It was my fault,” you defended him. “He loves me. He didn’t mean to hurt me.” Wanda whispered your name but you couldn’t look at her. Tears were blurring your vision.
“This isn’t love.”
“Yes it is,” you said. “He loves me and it was my fault -”
“Sweetheart,” Natasha touched your arm but you flinched from her. Her face fell.
“I think I want to be alone,” you told them. The couple glanced at each other, having a silent conversation. “Please.”
“Okay, we know this is a lot,” Wanda said, standing up. “We’ll come back later.” You didn’t acknowledge them as they left your room. You felt cold, so immensely cold, as your fingers danced around your stomach and each injury he gave you. Oh, how you wished your mom and dad were here. You missed your mom’s hugs and the scent that always seemed to calm you down or your dad’s corny jokes that brought a smile to your face. You angrily whipped the tears that fell. The worst part of them being gone, you didn’t get a chance to say goodbye.
*
To your surprise, Wanda and Natasha kept their promise and visited when they could. Their visits ended up being one-sided conversations - mostly them trying to get information on what happened. They asked for your age, Jason’s name and age, and if he worked at the diner. But you remained quiet. Too ashamed to tell them the truth about him. They weren’t deterred by your stand-offish behavior, it somehow made them more determined to make you feel comfortable around them. Rather it was Wanda, Natasha, or both of them, they brought you something. A blanket to keep you warm, books and magazines for you to read, and Tommy’s old DS to keep you entertained. They even contacted your school to explain your situation and collect your missing schoolwork.
It was odd, you had to admit, having people care about you. It didn’t make sense. What did you do to deserve their kindness? You were nobody compared to them. So why were they being so nice?
On a sunny afternoon, the couple snuck in a milkshake and french fries for you to snack on. You were sipping on the chocolate milkshake while Wanda was reading and Natasha looked over a mission report. “I’m 16,” you said to them, breaking the silence. “Technically speaking I was a part of the population that was blipped so I don’t know how that affects my age,” you put your drink down. “During those 5 years, my parents died; my mom from cancer and my dad from suicide. Jason gave me a place to live and food and loved me when I was alone.”
“How old were you when you met Jason?” Natasha asked.
“15,” your voice was barely above a whisper. “He was 25.” You began to play with the loose threads of the blanket they brought you.
“Is this the first time he’s hit you?” Your instinct was to lie like you did with Emilia and everyone else at the diner but it seemed like it was a bad idea to lie to two Avengers.
“No,” you whispered. “But this was the worst. He was mad at me and kept saying it was my fault.”
“What did he say that you did?” You felt your face burn as you remembered why he was upset. “You don’t have to tell us,” Natasha added quickly.
“He was..” Protective. Jealous. “Territorial,” you said. “He didn’t like me talking or flirting with other people. That was a lot of our fights and I stayed because I have nowhere else to go,” you sighed. “I bet you think I’m so stupid.”
“No,” Wanda took your hand in hers. “You are not stupid. He took advantage of you,” you whipped away the tears that fell with your free hand. “You are not alone. We are here.”
“And we aren’t going anywhere.”
*
When Helen cleared you Natasha and Wanda offered you a room with them. It took a lot of convincing but you moved in with them. Jason all but disappeared. He wasn’t there when you got the few possessions from the apartment and you overheard Natasha and Wanda in the kitchen one night that they still couldn’t find him. As you lived in the Romanoff-Maximoff household you all forgot about him. You forgot what this type of love felt like not having it since you were taken from your family. Wanda made sure all of your homework was done by the time dinner was ready. Natasha seemed to have food on her and she would pass you snacks. She even got you to join her on some of your runs.
It had been 4 months since you moved in with them. “Do you want us to see if Yelena or Kate can come over?” Wanda asked. The twins were playing video games in the living room and you were making a small snack for you and the boys. The couple had to go to the tower for a quick meeting. Although they were retired from active meetings they still help to provide insight. They didn’t like leaving you at home.
“We’ll be fine,” Tommy said.
“Besides Y/n is here,” Billy added. You rolled your eyes as Natasha walked over to you, stealing a grape from the plate. You glared at her.
“Are you sure you’ll be fine?” She asked you. You nodded.
“Yes, you said it will be a quick meeting,” you put the extra fruit back in the fridge. “And when you get back you can bitch about how the meeting should have been an email.” Natasha gasped.
“Language,” you smiled, bringing the fruit plate into the living room.
“We know the rules. Don’t worry about us,” you sat on the couch, your feet tucked underneath you, and opened the book you were currently reading.
“Text us if anything happens,” Wanda kissed the twins’ forehead and you were surprised as she kissed yours.
“Bye Mom,” the boys said. You smiled as they left the house. As the door closed Tommy let out a heavy sigh.
“They worry so much.” He said.
“They just care about you,” you defended, not looking up from your book.
“They care about you too,” Billy said. You glanced at the boy and he was looking at you with a smile. You smiled back and went back to reading.
*
You weren’t sure how long it was but Natasha and Wanda were still not home when the doorbell rang. You looked at the twins but they were engrossed with their video game. “Hey, are your moms expecting someone?” Billy shrugged.
“No clue,” the doorbell rang again. You sighed, closing your book. As you stood up a voice behind the door caused you to freeze.
“I know you're in there, little shadow. Come out to play.”
“Billy, Tommy, go upstairs and call your moms.” Jason started to giggle at the door handle.
“We can help,” Tommy said. They were training powers but they were still unpredictable.
“Go!” You ordered as the front door burst open. Tommy grabbed Billy’s hand and used his super speed to bring them both upstairs. Jason stood there, a pistol in his hand and he looked like he hadn’t bathed or slept in months. You just had to keep him away from the twins and wait till Wanda and Natasha got here.
“Hello beautiful,” he stalked over to you. “You got me in a lot of trouble.”
“Trouble?” You questioned, taking a few steps back with your hands in the air. You wanted to keep some distance from him. “Who are you in trouble with?” He laughed, pointing the gun at you.
“My employers,” his smile still seemed to send a chill down your spine. “Did you think I could ever willingly love you?” He asked. “You were a job, an assignment.” Your heart began to pound against your ribs. Could he hear it? You were backing up into the dining room.
“Who wants me?” You found yourself asking.
“It doesn’t matter,” he said. “You’ll be dead and I’ll crave up those little brats for good measure,” you let out a shaky breath and lowered your hands.
“You aren’t getting to them,” you said. “You’ll have to get through me first.”
*
Natasha was pouring a cup of coffee for her and Wanda. They were taking a short break before finishing up. She felt arms wrap around her waist and the warmth of her wife pressed against her back. “I wanna go home.” She whined. Natasha chuckled, turning around to see Wanda’s noise pinched. She kissed it.
“We are almost done, baby,” she handed Wanda her coffee. “I’m thinking of pizza and movie night?” Her phone rang. She pulled it out of her pocket and saw it was Billy. Showing Wanda the caller ID before putting the call on speaker. “Hi, bud.”
“Mom,” he was whispering and his voice was shaky.
“Sweetheart, what’s wrong?” Wanda asked.
“The bad man is here,” he whispered. They weren’t sure what he was talking about. “The bad man that hurt Y/n.” The couple dropped their coffee on the floor and sprinted towards their car. “Please hurry.” A gunshot went off and both of the boys let out a quick squeak.
“Boys, I need you to stay right there,” Natasha said.
“But what if she’s hurt? We can help.”
“Stay hidden. We are on our way.”
*
Natasha felt her heart beating against her ribs as she saw their door broken down. They called out your name but you didn’t respond. The Black Widow had her gun out as she searched the bottom floor. They made it to their dining room and found a man laying on top of you. Natasha ran over, kicking the man off of you and his body slumped to the side with a bullet wound in his stomach. Your eyes were wide, hands shaking as you held the gun in your hand. “Hey sweetheart,” Natasha put her gun away. “Can I have that?” You nodded, handing her the gun. Natasha removed the magazine from the gun and put it on the ground next to her. Wanda knelt next to you and helped you sit up. Your eyes kept glancing at this still form but Wanda brought you into her arms, sliding you from the body. You were shaking in her arms. Natasha walked over to him and checked for a pulse but she shook her head when she found none. Wanda held you tighter.
“Billy and Tommy,” you whispered. “Are they okay?” Wanda.
“Do you want to go find them?” You nodded. Natasha sent a quick text to Sam and met her wife upstairs. You were waiting for her to emerge from their bedroom and didn’t take long for Wanda to bring out a new shirt for you. Yours had blood on it. You changed quickly, leaving the bloody shirt on the floor, and continued to the guest room. “Billy, Tommy, it’s safe.” The twins didn’t need to be told twice before they ran out of the closet and straight into you. The force knocked you to the ground.
“You can’t do that,” Tommy said, hitting your chest. “Why do you always have to be the hero?” He cried. “We could have helped.” He kept hitting you but his hits got softer while he cried against you.
“Hey,” Natasha said, kneeling and placing a gentle hand on his back. “I know you are feeling a lot but we need to stop hitting her.” You overcame your shock and hugged the twins tight.
“I didn’t want you to get hurt.” You said.
“But you're our sister,” Billy said. “We can’t lose you.” You looked at Natasha and Wanda at the term Billy called you. The couple smiled at you. They tried to convey all the emotions they were
“I’m right here,” you said. “I’m not going anywhere, I promise.”
*
Wanda walked out of the bathroom with a smile on her face. Her bed was full of Natasha, the twins, and you. The boys were fast asleep, cuddling against you. There was just enough space next to Natasha for her to squeeze in. “We are going to need a bigger bed if this continues to be a thing,” Wanda climbed into bed. Natasha was running her fingers through your hair. “How are you doing, sweetheart?” You shrugged.
“I know he was bad and he would have hurt me or worse the twins but I didn’t want to kill him.” You whispered. Natasha sighed.
“I’m sorry you had to be put in that position,” Natasha said. You nodded, closing your eyes as you enjoyed the feeling of her hand. Wanda gently nudged her wife’s shoulder, nodding her head. “About what Billy said.” Your eyes shut open.
“Like you said there were a lot of emotions,” you shrugged again. Wanda tried to keep her powers at bay but she could feel loneliness washing over you.
“Well, Natasha and I want to make what Billy said official.”
“I’m sorry. What?” You questioned.
“We want to adopt you,” your jaw dropped and Wanda giggled, using her pointer finger to close your mouth.
“Are you serious?” You asked. The couple nodded. Tears swelled in your eyes and without hesitation you jumped up and brought them into a hug.
“Ah,” Billy gasped.
“Is there an Earthquake?” Tommy asked, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. “Hey, what’s wrong?” You ended the hug and whipping the tears out of your eyes.
“Nothing,” you said. “Just happy.”
“Alright,” Wanda said. “We need to readjust so I don’t fall off the bed.” It was you in the middle with Tommy and Billy on either side and Natasha and Wanda still on the edge of the bed.
“Thank you,” you whispered, eyes closed as the exhaustion of the day caught up to you.
“No need to thank us,” Natasha whispered.
“We are a family,” Wanda said. “We’ll keep you safe.”

Tumblr media
The two of you went back to your stuff and said quick goodbyes to everyone. Of course everyone wanted to persuade you to stay, but you were able to talk yourself out of it, claiming that you didn’t feel well, and that Nat would take you home.
But she wouldn’t take you home. Yet.
The two of you got into Nat’s care before driving off. The sun stood high as the two of you speeded down the highway.
You thought that Nat was gonna take you home and then maybe take you again on the bed. But when you noticed that she missed the exit that actually led to the tower, you frowned.
“Where are we going Nat?”, you questioned her, unsure about what to think of this.
“Patience love, you’ll see.”, she told you while putting her unoccupied hand on your thigh and giving it a squeeze. At the new pet name, you could feel a blush creeping up your neck to your cheeks and the short skirt you wore allowed Nat to directly touch your skin.
You decided to not question it anymore and just wait and see where you would end up.
After a few minutes, it turned out that Nat brought you to a… deserted parking lot? Very romantic. It didn’t seem scary, because on one side it was still light out and on the other you had Nat, who would never let anything happen to you.
Nat parked in the middle of the concrete area, locked the doors, and stopped the engine. She took the key out of the ignition, throwing it lazily into the centre console.
With every passing moment you could feel your arousal building, the anticipation of what’s to come pure torture.
Nat’s car was quite spacious now that you took a look at your surroundings. You could comfortably stretch out your legs and the seat could almost fit you two times.
The redhead leaned forward to your seat and with a skilful motion leaned back your seat, so you were almost laying down now. The sudden change in position mad a giggle escape your lips. It quieted down though, once Nat climbed on top of you, now covering your body with hers.
She sent you a little smile before leaning down and connecting her lips with yours after what felt like ages, though your little shower innuendo had not even been an hour ago. She didn’t waste any time and slipped her tongue into your mouth, exploring like it was the first time.
Her mouth slowly started to wander over your cheek, to your neck and then your cleavage. In this moment you were glad that you chose to wear a little crop top, which made you tits look amazing.
“Can I take it off?”, Nat asked while tugging at the edge of your shirt, but you were already nodding frantically before she even managed to finish her question. She helped you out of it, leaving you with no bra and only your skirt on.
The redhead leaned back a bit, admiring your now exposed body with a new kind of hunger in her eyes. Even though she had just seen it, she still couldn’t believe that you were real. After snapping out of her thoughts she attached her lips to your breast, taking her time with her caresses and giving both breasts even attention, before sucking one of your nipples into her mouth. She repeated her earlier actions almost identically, but that did not mean that you enjoyed it any less.
Her mouth always felt amazing on you, and you feared that every second her mouth or hands were not touching you, you’re going to miss that feeling. For now, though, you would just enjoy the moment and the sight of her on top of you.
Once she felt like she had worshipped your breasts enough she started to litter your stomach with wet open-mouthed kiss, making you shudder.
She hooked her fingers into your skirt and pulled down your skirt, removing your panties with them. Afterwards she slid down into the footwell, now kneeling between you spread legs. In her new position she continued her way down your body, leaving out your pussy, teasing you and starting to kiss along your thighs.
You started squirming underneath her intense attention, but Nat was quick to grab your thighs and spread you legs a little further.
Slowly, she was now nearing your pussy again and you could already feel her heavy breaths against your heat.
“I’ll eat you out now, sweetheart. That all right with you?”, she asked you and you were able to breathe out a weak ‘yes please’ and that was all it took for Nat.
She connected her tongue with your wet pussy and licked a stripe up your slit, making you moan and writhe underneath her. Tightening her grip on your thighs and holding you down she started to explore you, this time with her mouth and tongue rather than her fingers.
The redhead got lost in the taste of you, teasing you by circling your hole with her tongue before moving on again. It didn’t take long for her to have some mercy on you though, as she wanted to hear what other noises would come out of you.
She started to circle your clit, making you throw your head back. One of your hands found it’s way into her hair while loud moans were leaving your lips. Nat was working you so well, her tongue moving from your hole to your clit and then back again. She was driving you insane in the best ways possible.
You could slowly start to feel that coil in your stomach tighten and voiced so much, but the redhead just started to eat you out more vigorously. The noises the two of you made could have been straight out of a porn movie, the moans and whines escaping your lips, the obscene sounds of Nat’s tongue lapping at your folds.
She took one hand off your thigh and started to circle your entrance with one of her fingers while she was circling your clit only with the tip of her tongue. The new sensation drove you mad, and you were so so close.
When she then slipped one of her fingers into your tight hole you were done for. You tightened your grip on her hair and came with a shout of her name. Nat slowed down but still worked you through your orgasm, her finger massaging your inner walls while her tongue was moving over your swollen lips.
Once you released her hair and got your breathing under control again the redhead pulled away from you. You could see your slick covering here lips and chin. Not being able to control yourself you leaned forward and connected your lips with hers, tasting your own arousal on her tongue.
With one hand on her hip, you guided her back onto the seat, so she was practically lying on top of you. Your other hand started to grope her body before you pulled away from her lips.
“Now, let me return your favour!”, you told her sheepishly and she could only smile before you connected your lips again.

Y/n’s pov
Nat is driving a car that I don’t even know the name of because we snagged it from Tony with me in the passenger seat and Wanda in the back middle seat.
We’re just driving back from our trip to the zoo when I suddenly get the overwhelming urge to pee.
I have some problems with self awareness so sometimes my body doesn’t tell me what it needs until it needs it desperately.
So I shift in my seat and say
“Nat is there any way you can get us back faster?”
She chuckles and says
“Why? You got a hot date waiting for you at home?”
I shake my head and say
“No”
Wanda leans forward and says
“Are you alright?”
I sigh knowing they’re my best friends and say
“I really have to pee”
Wanda snickers and nat says
“Oh! Think about sex”
It was so random and out of pocket that my face goes pale and I say
“W-what?”
She laughs at me stuttering and she says
“Sorry! I saw this thing on TikTok that said if you think about sex it makes you not have to pee”
I glare at her and say
“That’s so fake!”
Wanda shrugs her shoulders and says
“There is literally no bathroom for another 30 minutes. At this point if I were you I would try anything.”
I groan and roll my eyes. Then I go silent.
If this works. I swear to God.
I close my eyes and Wanda snickers but nat shushes her. So then the only sound is the radio playing and I sigh and picture having sex.
The only person I’ve ever been able to picture having sex with is of course, Natasha. So it just happens. I think about her every time I touch myself so naturally she is the first one in my mind.
Then my urge to go to the bathroom fades away.
My eyes open and I say
“What the fuck”
Nat smirks and says
“See it works!”
Wanda leans forward and says
“So… who were you thinking about?”
My face heats up and I say
“Uh- myself.”
Wanda sarcastically says
“Really? You were thinking about yourself?”
I nod my head and say
“Mhmm”
Nat shoves my shoulder and says
“There’s no way you think about yourself when you’re masturbating. Right?”
I nod my head and say
“Yeah. I mean. I think I’m very attractive”
My voice is hesitant and Nat and Wanda, being my best friends, know I’m lying. Nat stays with her eyes on the road but she smirks and says
“Wanda… read her mind.”
My eyes go wide and I shake my head
“No Wanda don’t read my mind!”
But it was too late. Her eyes are already red and she went into my brain to see that I was thinking about Natasha burying her strap deep inside of me.
She lets out a gasp and chokes on her own spit and after she is able to calm down Nat says
“Well… who is it?”
I look back at Wanda with hurt in my eyes and I quickly say
“It was my celebrity crush okay?”
She smiles and says
“I knew it wasn’t just you. So who is your celebrity crush?”
I sigh and try to make someone up
“Her name is- Scarlett Johansson”
Nat hums and says
“Huh. Never heard of her.”
I nod my head still curating a lie
“Yeah well she’s a small artist. Not a real famous person.”
Nat smiles and says
“Hey you know we’re pretty famous. I bet you could meet her and get to know her!”
I shake my head and say
“No no. She has someone else. And it’s just a silly crush. I just think she’s pretty.”
Nat keeps pressing and I say
“Just leave it Nat.”
She nods her head and looks back in the rear view mirror.
“Wands? You alright? You’re kinda quiet back there”
She nods her head and says
“My social battery just ran out suddenly. You know how it gets”
Nat smiles and nods.
“We’re about ten minutes to the compound. Everyone okay?”
We nod our heads and all settle into silence.
I look out the window trying not to cry when suddenly I feel Wanda’s presence in my mind.
She starts speaking to me in my head
“I’m so sorry y/n/n”
I roll my eyes and stay quiet. I can’t even turn around because I know nat is on the other side of me and I’ll start crying.
I speak to Wanda in my head
“Why would you do that?”
“I-I don’t know. I just thought it was gonna be funny. I didn’t realize it was Nat.”
“Yeah well how could you have known huh? Just. Please. Don’t tell her. It’s already embarrassing as it is.”
“I’m sorry.”
“It’s fine. Just don’t talk about it.”
She leaves my mind and I get lost in my thoughts.
I mean. How embarrassing is it to have one of your best friends know exactly what you thought about the other.
And it was a vivid picture too. She must be disgusted with me. Imagine what Natasha would think. She would think I’m a monster.
Wanda invades my brain again and I say inside my mind
“What Wanda?”
“Your thoughts are really loud. I just wanted to see if we could talk when we get back? I feel horrible y/n/n”
I roll my eyes and say in my head.
“Fine. Meet me in my room. In five minutes”
We pull up to the compound and I walk off. I mumble a quick thanks to Natasha for her driving us to the zoo and I run to my room.
She obviously thinks it’s because I have to pee and yeah I do still have to pee but that’s not why I’m rushing away from her.
I slam the door, quickly pee, and then step out into my room to find Wanda waiting for me.
She steps up to me and says
“I’m so sorry y/n I didn’t know! I- I wouldn’t have done it if-”
I cut her off quickly
“If what Wanda? If you knew that I was thinking about our best friend?! I don’t care. It’s fine. You saw what you saw and I’m sorry you had to see it but it’s just what it is”
“Yeah but-”
I cut her off yet again
“But what Wanda? But what? Because I don’t think there is any coming back from this. Yes I have a crush on Natasha Romanoff. There. I said it. And now you’re going to tell her and she’s going to never talk to me again and I’m just going to lose both of you because you think I’m disgusting!”
I finish my rant and Wanda tilts her head, smiles softly, and says
“Have you never said that out loud?”
I look at her with confusion
“Huh?”
She steps close to me and grabs my hand and says
“Have you never said that you have a crush on her out loud?”
I scoff and throw my arms up and say
“Well of course I haven’t- ever.. said it.. out loud.”
Thinking about it now I realize that I’ve been needing to get it off my chest really badly.
She smiles softly and says
“Y/n I want you to know that I’m not mad or anything. And I won’t be telling Nat unless you want me to”
I suddenly become emotional and I say
“You won’t?”
She shakes her head and chuckles a bit
“No babes. Of course I won’t. Look. I know you feel embarrassed and I won’t ever be able to unsee what I saw-”
I feel heat rise into my cheeks and I look down
“But one thing I do know is that you are one of my best friends. And I won’t ever judge you for who you love. Honestly. I kinda ship it”
She says with a sly smile and I look up and say
“You do?”
She nods and says.
“So. Since we’re besties. And you aren’t ready to tell Nat can I ask questions?”
I sit down and nod my head. But before she says anything Clint opens the door and says
“Hey did you girls have fun at the zoo?”
We nod our heads and he says
“Okay Nat was just wondering since y’all left so fast. She was worried she said something wrong.”
I blush knowing that she was worried about the sex comment thing and I shake my head and say
“Nope we’re all good”
Thankfully. Nat and Clint are like best best friends and me and Wanda are like best best friends. But Nat Wanda and I are all besties too. But we can talk separately.
He leaves and the door is open but we don’t worry since we’re at the end of the hall so nobody comes over here.
We continue our conversation
“So… can I ask questions as your best friend?”
I smile and nod.
“Sure.”
“How long have you had a crush on her?”
I sigh and think
“I don’t know. A long time. Well let me think. I’ve been an avenger for about a year now. And I met Natasha two years ago when she was training the shield agents. So probably three years”
“Three years? I don’t think your math is mathing babes”
I smile and say
“Just because I met her two years ago doesn’t mean I didn’t know who she was. I have had a crush long before she even knew who I was.”
She smiles and says
“Wow. So you have had to watch her little Bruce phase too”
I look down and say
“Yeah. Um I definitely fell into work a lot over that period. It hurt but honestly I don’t think she likes me back anyways so I just need to get over myself”
Wanda smiles and says
“I don’t know. Neither of you have ever been very easy for me to listen to. I mean in the sense that usually people’s thoughts are so loud that I accidentally listen and find things out. You two have never been like that so I don’t hear your thoughts unless I try to. And I don’t try to usually”
I smile and nod my head and say
“Wanda. You don’t have to make me feel better just because you don’t know that she likes me back or not.”
She smiles and I say
“Next question”
She laughs and says
“Do you ever think about asking her?”
“Asking her what?”
“Asking her out. Like on a date?”
I smile and say
“I mean yeah. I do. But I don’t think I ever will.”
“You should!”
“Well what if she doesn’t like me back?”
“ but what if she does?”
I sigh and say
“I can’t argue with that logic. But I don’t want to ruin our friendship”
“How about this! If she says yes then you say yippee you got the girl and if she says no then you say it was a prank! You’re always pranking everyone so she’ll believe it!”
I smile and shove her shoulder
“Wanda you’re a genius!”
Nobody’s pov
Little did y/n and Wanda know that Natasha had heard about y/n’s little crush. But she came after she could hear it was about her. So she storms off and decides to just leave it.
Maybe she shouldn’t have let Clint get her hopes up about y/n liking her.
I walk into my room and say
“Clint you idiot!”
He throws his hands up and says
“What did I do?”
She rolls her eyes and says
“You almost had me confess my love to you/n when she doesn’t even like me! She likes another girl”
He furrows his eyebrows and says
“What are you talking about? Did you tell her?”
Nat shakes her head and says
“I was about to go into her room when I heard her talking to Wanda and she was talking about how this girl she likes doesn’t even like her back”
Clint says
“How do you know she’s not talking about you?”
Nat huffs and plops down on her bed next to Clint and says
“Because! I’ve made it so embarrassingly obvious there’s no way she could think I’m not infatuated with her”
Clint sighs and says
“Nat…”
She looks at him
“What?”
“I hate to be rude and all but have you met y/n?”
Nat raises her eyebrows to signal him to continue
“She’s like the most oblivious person in the world. I swear. One time there was this guy who was like all over her at the bar and she had no idea he wanted in her pants until after we told her!”
Nat furrows her eyebrows and says
“I guess you’re right. That was a funny night. She really thought he couldn’t remember where his house was so she was actually going to take him home!”
They laugh at the memory and Clint says
“Listen. I get it if you don’t want to tell her, but you can’t just wait around. What if you miss your chance?”
Natasha sighs and says
“I dunno Clint. I might wait a bit longer maybe.”
He sighs and says
“I will support whatever decision you make. No matter what okay?”
She smiles and nods.
Then they jolt when someone bangs on the door and nat spits out with a fiery tone
“Who is it?!”
The door peeks open and y/n pops her head in
Y/n’s pov
Nat sounds super annoyed so I tread lightly.
“Hey um I was just wanted to talk to you but if you aren’t in the mood that’s okay”
Nat’s stern and hard face immediately softens and she says
“Oh no! Come in! Clint was just leaving right?”
He furrows his brows and then says
“Oh! Right I was just leaving. Gotta go do… work and stuff you know how it is!”
I smile at him and say
“Yeah I get it!”
Once he leaves and closes the door I rub the back of my neck awkwardly and rock on my feet which causes nat to get a suspicious look on her face.
“Why are you anxious y/n?”
My eyes widen and I say
“Anxious? Why would I be anxious? I’m not anxious?”
I am definitely anxious
Nat sees right through me and she gives me a look as if she’s saying ‘you’re such a bad liar’
I sigh and my shoulders deflate
“Okay so I’m anxious what’s wrong with that?”
She pats the spot next to her and I go over but I sit slightly further than I normally would from her and she says
“Well. I don’t like seeing you anxious. I know it hurts to feel that way. I don’t want you to feel that way because you’re my- friend”
Hearing her say ‘friend’ sends me for a loop
Maybe she doesn’t like me. Well then I can just do exactly what Wanda said to do and tell her it’s a prank.
“So nat… I have to tell you something”
She raises and eyebrow and I say
“It’s nothing bad! Just- ugh it’s a little embarrassing”
Heat rises to my cheeks and Nat sends me that smile that never fails to make my heart pound.
Her smile turns into a smirk when she says
“Out of all of the embarrassing things I’ve seen you do this is probably not going to top it”
We laugh and then I mumble
“I dunno”
She smiles and says
“Whatever you need to say I’m here for you”
I sigh
Here goes nothing
“I- uh…”
Nobody’s pov
The panic starts setting in for y/n and suddenly she feels like she can’t breathe.
Her chest grows tighter, her eyes dart around the room, and she can’t focus on anything.
But then Natasha notices this and grabs her hand. She tilts her head and leans in to catch y/n’s eyesight and softly says
“Hey… I’m right here. It’s okay. Whatever it is I am right here”
This seems to calm y/n and she finally takes a breath and says
“I like you”
These words spark a sense of hope within Natasha but she decides to play it safe
“I like you too y/n you’re such an amazing person”
Y/n shakes her head and says
“No Natasha… I like you”
Nat smiles a bit but is still nervous she is going to get rejected so she plays safe again
“You like me?”
Y/n nods her head and suddenly jumps into action
“Fuck it!”
She presses her lips onto Natasha’s and it startles nat. Then she melts into the kiss.
They pull away and Nat smiles but y/n says
“I’m sorry! I should have asked and you probably don’t even like me!”
Nat grabs y/n’s shoulders to snap her out of it and says
“Y/n!”
“Yes?”
“I like you too”
A dopey smile washes over y/n’s face and she says
“Really? Well that’s a relief because I really did not want to have to play it off as a prank!”
Nat smiles and says
“Wait… you didn’t know I liked you?”
Y/n raises an eyebrow in confusion. Like a puppy tilting its head and says
“Huh?”
Nat bursts out laughing and says
“Oh y/n I’ve been dropping hints for like ever! I thought you just didn’t like me back”
Y/n’s face goes a little pale when she realizes how stupid she’s been. Then her face turns pink and she covers her eyes and face with her hands to hide from the embarrassment.
Nat smiles and pulls her hands from her face
“Don’t hide from me pretty girl”
This makes y/n gay panic and freeze and say
“Ah—“
Then nat smiles and kisses you/n on the lips to snap them out of it.
Nat smiles and says
“You’re cute”
Then all of a sudden her cocky demeanor fades and she says
“Um.. does this mean that…”
Y/n smirks and says
“That we’re dating?”
Nat nods her head shyly and says
“Yeah. That”
Y/n hums and says
“If you want to be but if you don’t I understand I could just go off and find another girl”
“No! I want to be dating very much”
Y/n smiles at her and sighs with a roll of her eyes and says
“I guess that means we’re girlfriends since you’re SO adamant about it”
Nat shoves her shoulder a bit and says
“Shit head”
This makes Y/n widen her eyes and say
“That’s not a very good start to being my girlfriend now is it?”
She straddles y/n’s lap and gets real close to her face making heat rush to y/n’s cheeks and nat says
“Just kiss me you big sexy idiot”
Y/n smiles and says
“I think I can work that into my schedule”
They start kissing and Wanda and Clint are standing in the doorway talking to themselves Wanda says
“I’m glad they’re not being stupid anymore”
“Oh there’s a lot more stupid to come”
Wanda turns to Clint and says
“Let’s go before we see things we won’t ever unsee”
He nods his head and they scurry of after closing the door for them. Wanda is the last to speak as they enter the elevator to go to their respective rooms with their respective partners.
“Friday, turn on noise cancellation in Y/n and Natasha’s room please”
“With pleasure Mrs. Wanda”
