It just hit me how fucking STUPID it is that I'm allergic to soda. Like. What the fuck, immune system?? You decided that attacking my skin was too boring? That you didn't want to get upset at me consuming just eggs anymore??? You needed to add something else??? This is bullshit. I want a refund.

Do you have any moisturization tips? :0
Oh DO I!
Listen, skin has two jobs: keeping you in, and everything else out. Skin has to do a lot of complicated stuff to make that happen. Skin is chock full of glands and pores and whatnot. There's dermis (deeper layer) and epidermis (shallower layer), and 99% of what we're doing from the outside is about the epidermis.
Epidermis grows in as layers--there's a bottom layer that has cells that will just keep dividing forever, and then the cells that divide off that layer will start getting pushed up towards the surface of your skin. As they get pushed up, the cells get flatter and more keratinized and eventually dead.
Tumblr media
That "stratum basal" is where you have your forever-dividing cells. So when you start something like Accutane, you can't transform the skin layers above it--you can only start affecting the skin as it marches upward towards its death and flaking off, so you have to give it months to take full effect. And we NEED to have some dead skin. It protects us.
Skin cells have proteins that hold them to each other. The goal is to form a watertight barrier. We need to keep water in because we are basically bags of water. Different protein issues (largely genetic) can cause different skin diseases.
Our skin also has glands that make protective oils (forming a powerful anti-bacterial barrier and trapping moisture inside) and sweat (because we DO want to be able to get rid of water, but only when WE want to).
So here's the thing about commercial moisturizers: none of them can put moisture back in your skin. That's just not a thing. The very best thing they can do is keep further water from leaving your skin. This is especially important if you have eczema, where you stand a good chance (about 50%) of lacking ceramides, which are critical to forming the natural skin barrier. As water evaporates off the skin, it takes more water with it. We don't understand the other half of eczema. Psoriasis involves dysfunction of the keratinization process, which is why those plaques form.
So the best moisturizers are those that create a moisture barrier without evaporating more water off. Any moisturizer where alcohol is a significant ingredient is worthless. Vaseline, or straight white petrolatum, is the best moisturizer. It feels greasy because it is. Its job is to form a watertight barrier, and greasy chemical are a lot better at that than thinner, waterlike chemicals. Moisturizers with silicones, like Aveeno (dimethicone is the active ingredient--I know, the bottle says oatmeal, it's a liar), will provide a fairly robust barrier without as greasy of a feeling. Lanolin, from sheep's wool, is also a great ingredient for forming a barrier, which is why I like Neutrogena Norwegian Formulation. Natural oils like jojoba (the best of the bunch) can be moisturizing, but just FYI, they're a tiny fraction as effective as white petrolatum. Like, less than 10%. I'm too lazy to get up and find my Cosmeceuticals textbook to remind myself exactly how much. So if you want "all natural," resign yourself to worse.
BUT!!!! Your skin is not all the same! You have scalp skin, face skin, neck skin, trunk skin, arm skin, leg skin, skin around your genitals, skin of the palms, and skin of soles of the feet. And all of those can act different. So I can't say "apply Vaseline everywhere" because that might be too much skin barrier for your face--what if your face has oil glands that work perfectly well? What if we need a lighter, less occlusive moisturizer? That's where my personal hell was for the last ten years as I struggled to find a facial moisturizer I like! What if you have oil glands that are overproductive? You may need a totally different moisturizer than I need! No good way to figure it out except trial and error while paying close attention to ingredient lists.
Sunblock is also a good thing to have but as someone who doesn't wear it because a) I don't go outside and b) it always breaks me out, I feel hypocritical talking extensively about it. I wear "dad hats" (at least a 2" brim all the way around) and long sleeves while gardening. You should definitely still wear sunscreen, though. Do as I say, not as I do.

Saw your post asking about insulin resistance without high blood sugar, and yeah I have experience with that exact thing. Everyone in my family has some sort of awful blood sugar issues, but despite having something clearly wrong with me my glucose tests and a1c's were coming back thoroughly normal. I got lucky with a decent doctor and she ordered an insulin test (usually more accurate with fasting I believe, but the result was rather high anyways) and she noted that it was high and told me to try out a diabetes diet to see if it helped.
I'm on a strict low-glycemic index diet now and it's really improved my health, mostly my mental health, but my skin has been upgraded from "abysmal" to a firm "mediocre."
Do I know what's wrong? No. Probably never will, but I'm feeling a lot better at least.
huh. thats useful info. im about to get a new doctor, i wonder if she'll be willing to entertain this sort of weirdness
edit: i just feel Bad and Sick if i eat a sufficient amount of sugar. systemic symptoms, skin gets worse, actual skin pathology like wounds not healing or eczema/psoriasis/fungus gets worse, migraines get triggered, pain flares, etc. not normal person "i ate too much sugar i feel temporarily sub-optimal" halloween candy coma, but i will get actually sick for a few days if i over-indulge. but i crave sugar constantly, which doesnt really mean anything, lots of people crave sugar because It Tastes Good so its not exactly diagnostic. sometimes the sugar cravings seem uncontrollable, like "i need to get out of bed where i am trying to sleep and eat something sweet or i cant think about aything else" kind of stuff. my parents do this same dance with carbohydrates and sugar, they feel awful, eat a cookie, feel awful, recover, say stuff like "oh i shouldnt eat the cookie", and it cycles. some of it is eating disorder crap, which is real hard to differentiate from other issues. some of it is being underweight/underfed from gastroparesis (which I have, pretty badly) which means certain circumstances of calorie shortages, bad digestion, whatever, can align perfectly to trigger I Am Starving I Need to Overeat Right Now Or I'll Die programming in the ape brain, and again, thats real hard to separate from blood sugar symptoms and eating disorder symptoms because they all get tied up together.
however, if i manage to grocery shop in the correct way to provide myself with ample available appropriate food, and i can eat ketogenic or nearly-ketogenic with focuses on dairy fat and just regular animal meat and fresh veg, with minimal or no grains, starches, and sugars, i feel like 60% better on all axes. my dad, too, eventually, after he got diagnosed, was instructed to stop eating most carbs etc and immediately lost all the extra weight he was uncomfortable with his whole life, and immediately got less chronically crappy-feeling. so there's something going on, i just dont know if its medical or genetic or what. some people just dont do well with a lot of grains and theres no particular medical reason.

archival file 1811904 (tag game)
Thank you so for the creative tag, @the-letterbox-archives! I guess that, this time, I won't exactly use a character from my WIPs, but rather a character I am working on, but for narrative game about vampires: Eugen Schulze.
Rules: the rule is to share 15 or less lines of dialogue from a character to showcase their personality!
*sarcastically* "I am not a vampire, I am a circus clown"
"Why on Earth do you have your dirty socks... on top of the kitchen table?!" *frenetically cleans the place*
"Wait, I have a cupon for that somewhere..." *searches on the overcoat's pockets*
"I am feeling a bit peckish, I need some blood" *orders Uber Eats*
"I can't help you right now, too busy" *keeps going on with the experiments*
"Intelligence seems to evade him every time"
"Fuck you, I am going underground"
"If someone needs me just... knock at my coffin or something, I don't know how those vampire things work"
"I am not racist: I equally hate everyone"
*with a deadpan face* Wunderbar.
"Your knowledge knows no boundaries, except maybe, the ones of creativity. Now, please, pass me the scalpel and take a deep breath"
"A fire burn? Oh no, I have psoriasis" *clearly lying*
"Ambros is dead. Get used to it"
"I am not sorry, Noah: I did what was necessary at the time"
"I just regret being so blind by hatred. Emotions are natural, yet unnecessary and confusing"
And here it is! All those lines were actually said (or paraphrased) by Eugen in my Vampire: the Requiem sessions so far. It has been very fun to play as him, because he is sarcastic and witty, yet professional and grounded.
Tagging: @paeliae-occasionally, @writelikethrollope, @yourpenpaldee, @drchenquill and anyone who wants to do it! I truly need more blogs to intereact with, especially regarding writing and/or art! As always, no pressure to do the tag, especially because I imagine you all have already been tagged.

Could I request the 141 taskforce x reader with skin problems like eczema or psoriasis. If not maybe a x reader thats self conscious about their vitiligo
Little Butterfly
A/N: Hi Bestie! Thank you for this! Both my mother and I have psoriasis (mine's more limited to my scalp). But I'll include vitiligo as well. I'll do my best! Side note, I started writing something, but I overcomplicated it, so here is this. I'm sorry if it sucks lol
Master List (tag list at the bottom)
Task Force 141 (Price, Simon, Johnny, Kyle) x GN! Reader with Psoriasis & Vitiligo
Warnings: skin conditions; self-conscious; a sprinkle of angst; a sprinkle of fluff; and a whole lotta love; PLATONIC; SFW)
General Description of Appearance: Vitiligo patches on their temples, kinda looks like little (butterfly) wings, the rest is mostly on their back. Plaque Psoriasis is spread throughout their body (covers about 10% of their body, localized on their scalp, chest, and hands).
Captain John Price
The only one who knows the extent of psoriasis and vitiligo, because he's El Capitán.
Nicknamed you "Butterfly"
You hated that.
Stopped calling you that when you made a face.
He's the first to know when you have a flare up so you can spend the day resting, taking a saltwater bath, etc.
Has heard the words, but doesn't know squat shit about psoriasis or vitiligo, but it scares the shit out of him when you're out in the sun.
Always makes sure you got sunscreen, makes sure he has a bottle of SPF 75 on him and makes sure the rest of the team has the same.
Took way too long putting sunscreen on your back because he was looking at your vitiligo.
"Captain are you done yet??"
"o-Oh yeah, I'm done, sorry."
Helps you put ointment on your scalp
Got scared as hell when he saw you shed dead skin.
Gets on to you for picking on your skin, but is very much intrigued by it.
Keeps the rest of the team at bay in case they ask about your whereabouts or get onto you with nicknames or even ask you about your psoriasis.
Reads more about it. Probably knows more about it more than you do at this point, like Johnny.
Lt. Simon "Ghost" Riley
Like Captain Price, doesn't know squat shit about vitiligo or psoriasis
No. He genuinely doesn't know what either of those words mean until you asked him if y'all could stop by one of the nurse's stations to pick up some meds and overheard you talking to the nurse about your psoriasis.
He watched as you showed the nurse your hands and the back of your ears, seeing little red patches on them. He made a mental note of it, but didn't ask, despite his curiosity.
Noticed that you'd not show up to certain (de)briefings, or trainings. Didn't think of it at first, then asked Price about it, who just said not to worry about it.
Keeps calling you "Birdy" - also stopped when you made a face. Gives death glares that shoot lasers when someone else nicknames you anything remotely related to a bird, insect, or other winged creature.
Got really worried when he caught you in the gym alone and he saw the rest of your vitiligo and more of your psoriasis.
"Y/N, are you ok? Go to the doctor now."
"W-What, why?"
He pointed at your skin, "Doctor. Now."
"Are you serious? It's my psoriasis, Simon..."
"Your w-what?"
"Psoriasis." His eyes widened when you showed him up close. Then turned around and showed him your back, "Vitiligo. The medicine I picked up the other day is for my psoriasis."
Still confused. You briefly explained what they were and a lightbulb went off in his head.
Again still confused, but was more alert of how you behaved regarding the two, especially your psoriasis.
Shoved his bottle of sunscreen in your face that he got from Price when he knows y'all are going to spend a lot of time outside.
Barely lets you go outside when y'all are in Las Almas without getting on to you.
Sgt. Johnny "Soap" MacTavish
Knows exactly what psoriasis is, has a cousin that has it, so he's very familiar with it. But doesn't ask any questions.
Gives you weird ass advice about how to deal with it because he doesn't think the medicines you take for your psoriasis will actually help.
Like Price, freaks out when you shed dead skin
Unlike Price and Simon, does not call you a nickname and is ready to fight if someone looks at you sideways
Guard Dog
Will put sunscreen on you without you asking
Laughs at you when you get mad at him
"Yer skin is your biggest organ, Lad/Lassie, need to protect it."
If and when he accompanies you to pick up your ointments, he'll argue with the nurse or doctor to make sure you get the right one or that it's too strong, to it's not wrong enough.
Like he's ready to fight the doctor about it.
When y'all are bored, you let him color in the little vitiligo patches on your back - think "Elmer the Patchwork Elephant" by David McKee
Sgt. Kyle "Gaz" Garrick
Also has no clue what either skin condition is, but is respectful and says nothing.
Caught you having a flare up and dragged you to the nurse, then felt bad when both you and the nurse scolded him,
Literally has no clue what to do - thus making you feel even more stressed out, which freaks him out even more
both of you are stressin
freaking out
Price has to come in and calm both of y'all down
Price put Kyle in a time out while he makes sure you're ok
Gets a booklet from Price to learn about psoriasis.
Apologizes, and asks a lot of questions and makes sure you're ok, especially when you have flare ups.
Still gets freaked out.
Does not want to help you with your ointment, but will watch when Johnny or Price helps you
Asks way too many questions
Thinks your vitiligo is cute - accidentally called you his little giraffe and Simon and Johnny nearly shot lasers out they eyes while Price covered your ears.
Kyle knows not to call you any nicknames. Doesn't even think it.
Like the others, will shot lasers out his eyes if anyone even thinks about calling you a nickname.
Literally thinks you're made of glass and sometimes forget you're a whole ass soldier.
Anyways.
Everybody:
Eventually
Against your will, but you just sigh and accept it
Your nickname will be "Butterfly"
Price will call you his/the team's "Little Butterfly" - we all know you're his Little Butterfly
Johnny and Kyle will call you "Fly" to mess with you
Simon will smack the back of their heads.
You are "Butterfly"

There's something weirdly erotic about conventionally attractive men who are exclusively attracted to people like me.
I always say I'm ugly, and compared to most beauty standards, I am. I've got stretch marks. My tits are fat, but because of that, they're far from perky. All of me is fat, in fact. I don't shave. My teeth are super wonky and pretty yellow due to fluorosis. I've got mild back acne and a skin rash that's probably psoriasis. My lips are pretty thin, my eyes are small, I bite my nails down to nubs.
Yet, I've met guys who didn't care about any of that. My combination of features is exactly what they're looking for. They look at me and see an Adonis. They love that I'm trans, and flamboyant, and kind of neurotic. They love that I'm different.
I am living proof that you don't have to be conventionally attractive to be desired. You just have to put yourself out there and find the right person

I wrote this fic ahead of the Season 5 premiere based on a pre-season clip of Laszlo seeing Guillermo's wings that was posted by FX. The first two lines are what was shown, and the rest I made up.
Enjoy some Guillermo appreciation through Laszlo's discerning eye.
“I really can’t see what’s going on back there, think it might be like a psoriasis flare-up or something?” “…Yeah, that’s exactly what it is.” Quite rudely, the grotesque little things choose that moment to flex and chirp, and Laszlo knows he’s caught out. “Come on,” Guillermo sighs. “You said you wouldn’t lie to me, remember?” He adopts a strident, if utterly inaccurate, British accent. “‘Science demands honesty from all parties, Gizmo.’” “All right, fine,” Laszlo says, letting the sides of the medical gown fall to frame the appendages. “You have a very stunted, puppet-like, creepy as fuck pair of minuscule wings protuberating from your trapezius muscles.” There’s silence for a minute, then Guillermo asks, with a frankly astonishing degree of excitement, “Do you think this means I can fly?” -- Guillermo's struggling with changes, and Laszlo helps him out - with liberal application of his scientific expertise.

Admin. Buddy. Bro. Mate. Chum. Amigo. Home slice... I think the "jumping to rotting teeth" and your dental history is a sign of like. Some kind of trauma. Or at least some issue. Not that that you should feel bad but that's not exactly the most rational train of thought. /not trying to be rude, just concerned.
Oh no 100% it's likely SOMETHING
I have a record of worrying too much about my health, but I have my reasons. 1 being like.. legit and the other due to childhood stuff
On one hand I do notice I get sicker and generally just be in a worst state of health compared to my family members and stuff. I talked about this before, but I have been diagnosed with psoriasis but that's about it in terms of like. What's actually confirmed. I know it can fuck up your immune system during flare ups and I can confirm that first hand. Sucks ass, I hate it, truly. Plus the skin stuff is PAINFUL. As a quick last minute add in, admin also struggles horribly with sleep. He has cycles where he csnt sleep until his body physically forces it via just passing out to not being able to stay awake at all no matter how much I sleep... and I know sleep can really wreck the body so I wouldn't be surprised if that's adding to it whether just making me feel stressed and on edge or actually physically doing something
Shrugs, I'm not a doctor
As for the other thing: its everyones favorite childhood ruining thing! Unrestricted internet access! Well, in this case it was unrestricted media/tv, because uhuh.. I got.. exposed to stuff. Those parasite shows, infestation shows... both were on animal planet actually iirc but dont quote me on that. I know the parasite show was called monsters inside me. Both of those shows ruined me, truly. Also got exposed to 1000 ways to die when I was way too young, that made things worse
But I'm doing my best to get better and just. Exist. Obviously being aware of stuff going screwy with your body is good but being hyper obsessed and cooking up worst case scenario stuff usually... isnt good..

I remember being 12 and wearing jackets regardless of how hot it was outside because I was embarrassed of my psoriasis on my elbows
I also remember showing someone and then immediately panicking and going “ew” and asking if it was contagious despite me having told them prior that it wasn’t
I wasn’t comfortable exposing my skin until college. I didn’t exactly ditch jackets altogether, but I did wear them less, I maintained my stress level, I used the lotions prescribed to me, and my psoriasis began to fade.
Aaaaand then Covid happened and my stress skyrocketed. My ankles have patches of psoriasis, my elbows are mostly clear. I believe I’m experiencing a flare up, which is surprising since I haven’t experienced much stress lately.

vent post about medical stuff, do feel free to skip over this one
so i have psoriasis. pretty considerable psoriasis; it's on A Lot of me. and that gets me down, because i know how some people can be about skin conditions, even when they're not contagious (not that it should matter, people deserve to be treated like people regardless, but. still. i know how people can be.)
but in the back of my mind, there's been a little. shadow, i guess. just a tiny little voice whispering 'psoriatic arthritis' now and again. which i tried not to think about a lot, because it's not a guarantee that everyone with psoriasis will get it.
but, uh. i had an agitated eye the other day and didn't really know why, wondered if it could be psoriasis-related because i have a patch really close to the area that felt agitated, so i looked it up.
turns out psoriatic arthritis can come with sporadic eye pains. and recurring conjunctivitis, which comes by now and then whenever it feels like it. stiffness, but i'm not sure if that's due to weight or inactivity or what, i am overweight for my height and very sedentary so who knows. changes in fingernails, though that can be attributed to the psoriasis itself.
apparently psoriatic arthritis can happen at any age, usually after someone's had psoriasis for years (which i have) but— apparently it's most likely to really hit around 30 to 40.
i just turned 26, and the conjunctivitis has been an on and off thing for like a year or two. so... i don't know. i'd need to speak to a doctor to know for certain; which i'm fucking dreading, because trying to get a hold of a doctor about anything is like pulling teeth, and my local practice is pretty fucking useless about this stuff. (they had me on a wild goose chase when i was like 18 because they misdiagnosed me with ringworm, and i was the one who had to do my own research and be like 'hey i think i have psoriasis,' and i was the one who had to straight up say 'hey i want a referral to a dermatologist to talk about treatment options' and chase that up because no doctor ever did it despite the fact it's the obvious fucking thing to do.)
so... it's a scary thought. if i'm already showing certain signs at 26, and have been for a few years, and it typically really kicks in around 30, then— yeah, i'm worried.
and i know there's ways to treat things and stop them from getting as bad as they could be and manage them. ...when you can actually get a hold of medical professionals, anyway.
but it's all so fucking much, and i'm tired and i'm upset and i'm worried. psoriasis is a fucking nightmare and it's so much worse than just a skin condition because it's literally a thing where you can't so much as accidentally scratch yourself without your body deciding to fuck itself up to overcompensate for the 'injury.' it makes me miserable because it's the kind of thing that people stare at; i could wear shorts in summer, sure, but only if i didn't mind people staring and grimacing and saying 'oh but isn't it sore? it looks sore.' (it's not, by the way. it's just itchy.)
and as if all the self-image shit from that isn't enough (bearing in mind it's on my face as well so it's not exactly easy to hide) now it looks like there's a very good chance it might fuck up my joints one day too.
...i don't have a poetic or satisfying way to end this post. i don't even have a point for making it. i've been fucked up since eight in the morning about this and no matter what i do i can't cheer up because that voice whispering 'psoriatic arthritis' is louder than ever and i hate my body and my body hates me, apparently.
that's all. if you made it through all this, thanks. ♡

What are the Different Types and Treatments of Arthritis?
Tumblr media
Leading a beautiful life doesn’t come without challenges. Our body goes through a lot of stress and grind in the process and there comes a stage when it needs more attention and care than ever before.
The Best Orthopedic Doctor in Bangalore at United Hospital explains that the wear and tear, our body is subjected to, leads to pain in the ankles and knees. Sometimes, it can get pretty hard to walk!
Are we welcoming Arthritis in this case?! Well, in the worst case, unfortunately, we may be. However, experts indicate that there is no need to panic. With rapid advancements in medical science, there is not just hope, but more confidence that we can defeat Arthritis.
It is all about being aware of what Arthritis exactly is and taking precautions at the right time that could be the best beginning to arrive at a successful solution.
Understanding Arthritis?
Experts at United Hospital, a dedicated Orthopedic Centre in Bangalore focusing on Arthritis care, explain that Arthritis is a medical condition involving swelling and tenderness of one or more joints. It may worsen with age and is a prevalent cause of discomfort among senior citizens
Types of Arthritis
Arthritis can affect individuals of any age, but the elderly are more vulnerable.
Some of the common forms of Arthritis are:
Osteoarthritis - It is a condition that affects joints in your Hands, Knees, Hips and Spine.

I fucking hate this country lmao. I have chronic psoriasis on my scalp, like fucking painful scarring, weeping type shit. And bc I'm not white, it's like these people don't get that i can't just "wash my hair" everyday, it is a legitimate process to clean locs. I shouldn't have to cut all my hair off to get equivalent treatment.
All i needed was fucking scalp solution; it cost me $300+ dollars for them to look at me for exactly ten minutes and then NOT give me what i asked for. And then my insurance barely covered any of it, and they want me to come back in a month 🤣 actually fuck this. Prescription medication in this country is a joke.

I'm going to scream into the void. Not looking for anything but a way to get this out and maybe let someone else feeling this way know they aren't alone.
So Rant:
I've not been in the holiday spirit this year and I've honestly been feeling MEH for awhile.
I'm doing my best with keeping up with my treatments and shit, except for my psoriasis stuff because I have to fucking start over with a new treatment. (So in the meantime, I'm scaly. Yay.)
Its cold in my area, which isn't normal. Very rarely do we get below 32°F. Rarely. We're currently at 10°. Yeah.
The cold is bad for numerous reasons. Right now the main ones in my mind are: my animals may not be warm enough because this is abnormal colds for us, and the small child can't go and play outside.
The child in question is also getting on my last nerve and I have thought of up and leaving a few times. I can't for several reasons, but I'm getting to my limit.
I just can't. The kid is loud and doesn't mind. No "parenting styles" seem to be working on the kid. The teacher at their school has been having issues with the kid discipline wise and kind wise. (Kid likes to throw things and hit others. Yes they do that at home too.)
But I'm not the child's parent and I'm not the one mainly responsible, so any attempt I make at correction is not taken well. And I'm seen as "touchy" and just "ill".
Maybe i am. I'm not a kid person, never want them. But fuck this kid is going to grow up to be a bully or something with how theyre acting. Even the teachers are seeing problems with the kid.
And yes, i get that the child needs patience because "theyre young" and a drug baby. But good lord these temper tantrums aren't normal. The shouting and throwing things and flying in to hit people. The arguing and trying to "throw hands" with adults and kids alike. And the refusal to sit down and even try to have conversations.
And it's worse now that they can't play outside and that there are people coming and going for the holidays. Infinitely worse.
Not even the threats of the Naughty List are working.
This kid is just...
I just cant.
Makes me want to go home but I can't do that because i am home and they're here. And its not my call.
But if it was... Im not sure what else can be done because this kid's only other hope is foster care or other grandma. And the other grandma, who is supposed to have custody anyway, isn't exactly someone who should be in charge of kids. Her own children are testaments to that.
(How did she get custody? Simple. She wasnt on drugs. Thats basically the only requirement.)
My grandparents and i shouldn't be dealing with this kid. My health issues and my grandparents' health and ages should be proof of that. But the kid's grandma, my cousin, left the kid with us. We've had the kid since they were 2 weeks old.
Why did it have to be us? Why couldn't they take responsibility? Why couldnt she help the kid?
And now it's just...
I hate it. And i hate that I feel so strongly because the kid is just a kid. They are innocent. I get it.
But I still hate the whole bit. I hate my nerves being constantly on edge. I hate being yelled at and i hate trying to literally block a kid from hitting me or biting me. I hate having shit thrown at me. I hate having to watch every moment the kid is around to make sure my cats are safe. I hate it.
