Cats are cute. This is fact. Anybody who says otherwise hasn't read any academic journals on the matter.

I like how some people get to post amazing stories about their cats and all the cool neat things they do.

And I'm always like "wow that's so cool! I found my cat outside and he claimed himself a spot in our family and he likes to lick plastic!"

And I love it.

moodboard of meeee (my most prevalent theriotype anyway). Its so hard to find pictures of brown long haired cats fr. The closest type of cat I can find to fit how I look is a brown balinese cat, which is basically a long hair siamese.

I have started considering if the brown cat aspect of myself may be like a past life thing? Random like images of cold snowy/foggy pine forests come into my head, especially when its raining and I know its in reference to the brown cat. I feel like I wouldn't have those images come to mind without having experienced it, and I don't live in an area like that at all. I have been in places like that though and it felt really familiar and cozy almost.

I've been going through my old work and it's SUCH a trip. I love seeing my writing style change and evolve and remembering what kind of stuff I was reading at the time. Like yeah, obviously my older writing makes me cringe, but its also *better* than I remember because my brain assumed it would be hot garbage.

If you're not already in the habit of doing so, I'd totally recommend you go through your old works and observe how you've grown. It's a real motivation booster, and I feel more confident in my present writing.
