QUICK TW: i mention gore briefly, and i talk abt murder, and other bodily gross stuff. also, spoilers for both episodes (so far) of Generation Loss. You’ve been warned.

In the first episode (Spirit of the Cabin), the fridge spells out “BEHIND YOU” in magnets.

Theory 1: What if that was Charlie trying to get Ranboo to look behind him at the set. To see the directors, the mall (assuming this set takes place there [yes it does]), and to see that he can leave. To help him.

Because I think that all the major characters (Slime, Sneeg, and The Puzzler, AKA Jerma) we’re contestants before Ranboo, and want to help him get out (Maybe even H was a contestant? [At first I thought “no”, but he had to go through some sort of process before the Founder assigned him his task, right?])

Example One (Charlie): Charlie is supposed to play a villain role, but he makes Ranboo do simple tasks, although he did make fun of him (but the first episode was supposed to be very comedic, it was Gen 1 remember? It’s going to get way darker). And, in Episode 2 (The Mastermind of the Warehouse), he helped out Ranboo again with the whole towel thing.

(On a similar note, I have a theory that Charlie died in Episode 2, a second before Slimetowel made himself known. So when Charlie died, because he was literally gutted, his ghost, The Slime Spirit, another character he plays, acted to help Ranboo. That explains how he can play to characters at once. He didn’t. He died. Because they never go back to the Carousel Room, they stay in the Candy Room, and that room leads to the Fashion Room, which leads to the Toy Room, and we all know where that leads.) (Also, that means Ranboo has been carrying around a bloody towel this whole time.) [i still believe this both of these tbh]

Example Two (Sneeg): Sneeg helps Ranboo during the Hole in the Wall “bit”, and he’s a general ally the whole time. Sticking with Ranboo, and being the first ally of the show, with Episode One.

Example Three (The Puzzler, AKA Jerma): While at first, he seems like he’s trying to kill Ranboo, he isn’t. He worried when he thinks he killed Ranboo (In the first room, when Ranboo passes out from the volts [ha no he DIES]) and he is a generally comedic villain (And I know, that’s the point of the show, to desensitize horror to the point of it being funny, but he never hurts Ranboo), and lastly, just a personal theory. Right before they (The Rats) bring Charlie in from the surgery room, The Puzzler says, “Does anyone hear screaming?” But there was no screaming, Charlie had been making jokes last time we saw him. So, The Puzzler can see (or hear) through the filter, and maybe he was trying to hint to Ranboo that something wasn’t right. [i forgot abt this one! i still think it’s right]

Looks like you've definitely read the main comics that feature Mr. Knight and can skip the first three bullet points below, but here's a compilation of appearances I scraped together where at least some variation of that all-white three piece suit is present, i.e. in some of these, he might have the mask and/or suit jacket off, but it's still pretty clearly the Mr. Knight suit. (A/N:sorry if I am late with this since October has been a working month here with exams and stuff so I made this mk au series)

The sky was filled with darkness at night the neighborhood of edenia was quiet with a few lights on.

A person was in the kitchen they turned the gas stove on and put a pan with a packet of popcorn on the stove they made their way to the living room and turned on the television "let's see what's on tonight." The person said to themselves. They had black hair in twin braids in the back with pale skin and black eyes they wore an orange hoodie with black shorts and white socks.

Their thoughts got interrupted as the landline rang and they sighed and went to the phone they picked it up and said "hello?"

"Hello is Sabrina there?" A man's gentle voice asked on the phone "who is this?" They asked "i am charlie I am from your moms friend group" Charlie asked.

"I am kakkō her son I'll tell her you called Charlie" Kakkō said on the phone putting a strand of their black hair behind their ear "wait don't hang up your Sabrina's son right your mom talks about you in the group" Charlie said on the phone "you are in my mom's friend group?- hold that thought, my mom is in a group?" Kakkō asked "yes we are in a wine group together" Charlie said to kakkō "a wine group huh.." Kakkō said to themselves as they took out their smart phone and texted their friend.

"Yes you know your mom talks about you a lot kakkō she says your the son she never had" Charlie said on the phone kakkō had a tense look on their face they stayed silent "I am non-binary actually but thank you for the compliment" Kakkō said on the phone.

"Oh my I apologize I didn't-" "It's okay my mom was a homophobic bitch to accept me anyway" Kakkō said they moved to the popcorn as it was done getting ready "but your mom always talked about your interest in movies at the group" Charlie said kakkō raised their eye brow in surprise as they turned off the stove "really?" Kakkō asked "yes she said you love horror movies, tell me kakkō what is your favorite scary movie?" Charlie asked kakkō.

"Friday the thirteenth part-4 it's one of my favorites" Kakkō said on the phone "really well, have you ever heard of stab?" Charlie asked "I watched it when I was a kid so I only remember some parts" Kakkō said "do you remember what the movie is about?" Charlie asked "no" Kakkō said on the phone.

"It's starts with a person all alone in the house when they get a call from the killer that makes them play a little game." Charlie said kakkō put the popcorn in the bowl when suddenly the man took a deep breath "would you like to play a little game, kakkō?" Charlie's voice turned rough and cold sending shivers down their spine kakkō hung up the house phone and texted raiden.

Kakkō: raiden you have to come over now I am scared! This person is playing a prank on me from the stab movie saying their a killer!!

Raiden:...

Kakkō: raiden? Raiden!?

Raiden: this isn't Raiden..

The house phone rang as kakkō stared at the house phone and back at their own.

Kakkō: Raiden this isn't funny

Raiden: pick up the phone you fucking slut!! Or do I have to stab your boyfriends guts to make you!!

Kakkō picked up the house phone with panic on their face "this isn't funny Raiden" Kakkō said on the phone "I told you this isn't Raiden" The killers voice rang through the phone kakkō was in shock suddenly their phone beeped and they opened it to see a video.

Kakkō played the video to see the window door opened as Raiden was in his room studying. Raiden had tan skin and black eyes with black hair in a small ponytail he was currently studying hard as his eyes had eye bags under his eyes.

"Poor Raiden, studying his ass off for an exam that he won't be able to pass" The killer said kakkō scoffed "he's the smartest in the class of course Raiden will pass unless-" "He won't be able to pass because he won't be able to make it in time" The killer interrupted kakkō's eye's widen as realisation hit him "do not kill him please, I'll play your little game just please don't hurt my boyfriend!" Kakkō begged on the phone tears coming out of their eyes "alright movie trivia, best out of three you answer all three right he lives, one wrong he dies" The killer said on the phone.

"Let me give you a warm up question. Who is the main character that was introduced in the first main franchise?" The killer asked on the phone "um, it was li mei!" Kakkō said on the phone "correct now, who is the writer of the stab franchise?" The killer asked kakkō thought for a moment before they answered "I know this one, it is sindel khan you ass hole!!" Kakkō said on the phone "correct, now who killed the ghost face in Stab-3?" The killer asked kakkō got out their phone and quickly typed in the search bar they smiled and answered "it was Jerrod he shot the ghost face shao khan in the fucking head!!" Kakkō answered.

"Great now last question-" "Wait didn't I answer three questions already!" Kakkō said on the phone with a confused look on their face "the first question was a warm up round besides anyone who has watched the stab movies would have gotta it right" The killer said on the phone "shit" Kakkō mumbled "now last question who is the original ghost face in the stab movies?" The killer asked kakkō who thought for a moment before having a smile on their face "wait I know this one it's hades! , li mei's best friend and boyfriend, I got you ass hole!! I got it right!" Kakkō said happily on the phone "I am sorry kakkō but that's just not correct" The killer said on the phone kakkō smile disappeared as confusion was written all over their face "but-" "It was hades and his best friend shinnok that were ghost faces in the original film, looks like poor Raiden isn't going to see the sun rise tomorrow and it will be your fault" The killer said.

kakkō hung up the phone and grabbed his wooden baseball bat "I have to go save Raiden" Kakkō mumbled they went to the front door and opened it to see a tall person wearing a black cloak with a ghost face mask on them the person waved with a knife in their hand kakkō quickly slammed the door shut in panic.

The house phone rang again kakkō made their way to phone their palms shaking but they still had their baseball bat with them "hello?" Kakkō said picking up the phone "hello kakkō" The killer voice said on the phone "you didn't hurt Raiden right.." Kakkō said "your boyfriend wouldn't be much of a concern after I take care of you" The killer said "well the door is locked ass hole" Kakkō said "it wouldn't have been a lot easier for me to get you if I haven't already snuck into your house" The killer said on the phone.

Kakkō swiftly turned around seeing Ghost face who stood behind them taking his knife out from his sleeve kakkō swung their bat trying to hit him in his torso but ghost face stabbed them in their good shoulder making kakkō drop their bat.

Kakkō groaned holding their shoulder in pain as they turned around and tried to run but Ghost face grabbed Kakkō's twin braids pulling them hard kakkō screamed in pain and ghost face slammed kakkō on the floor ghost face took their knife and stabbed kakkō on the torso as they tried to crawl suddenly police sirens were heard from outside "you think I wouldn't call the police, I am not an idiot" Kakkō said.

Ghost face then stabbed kakkō on their leg multiple times going up to his torso as kakkō groaned in pain screaming for help ghost face then turned kakkō on his back and the last thing kakkō saw before blacking out was ghost face raising his knife to slash their neck.

The legacy of the Enclave’s Duraframe Eyebot experiments, Charlie was commissioned and constructed by the Brotherhood of Steel (Capital Wasteland Chapter) alongside 25 other units supplied to the Prydwen for their mission in The Commonwealth. All were named for the NATO alphabet from the Old World.

During a patrol in the Lexington area, Charlie was swarmed by feral ghouls and nearly ripped plate from plate, rendering him unable to return to base at the Boston Airport. He was eventually recovered by Valerie Chisholm and brought back to her workshop for repairs. As a newly inducted member of the Brotherhood at the time, Valerie attempted to return him, but Charlie refused to leave her side. Over time, and with Charlie’s permission, Valerie began adding some touch ups of her own: cleaning and polishing his plates, repainting his grill, improving firepower, adjusting thrusters, and tying a little bow around his gun. From then onward, Charlie remained a loyal and near constant companion of hers, seen traveling with her even years after the end of the Institute War.

Of course, Charlie’s journey technically began in 2277, when the Enclave’s struggle against the Brotherhood of Steel halted eyebot production in favour of the Hellfire Power Armour project. Eyebot Duraframe Subject E was sent west to Navarro, but never arrived at its destination, as ED-E was shot down by raiders and left for scrap in the Mojave Wasteland. It was only by chance that a courier happened upon it, and brought it to his shop to attempt repairs. It laid there until 2281, when another courier, a woman named Jess Barker, happened upon it and was able to finish the repairs and enabled ED-E’s companion protocols.

After weeks of traveling together, ED-E began malfunctioning, spewing classified data, enough to gain the attention of the Brotherhood of Steel’s Mojave Chapter, who persuaded Jess to bring ED-E in for thorough examination, offering to repair the malfunction and upgrading ED-E’s armour plating in exchange. As a result, in the mid-2280s, when Arthur Maxson began efforts to reestablish contact with the Outcasts and the other lost chapters of the Brotherhood Of Steel, the Mojave Chapter sent the Duraframe Eyebot schematics data to the Capital Wasteland along with their other research.

Thus, Charlie and the other Brotherhood Duraframe Eyebots were born built.
