なすと長ネギの煮浸し　たんぽぽ卵焼き

にんじんバーニャカウダ

茄子の煮浸しには、卵焼き(卵1個)でつくったたんぽぽ🌼を添えてみた。

余りもの🍆で作ってみたけど、シミシミて美味！

豚しゃぶカレーは、にんにく多めで炒めてみたけど味や美味しさに繋がらず…。熟したトマトもまるごと入れてみた。トマトは温かいほうが栄養価高くなるみたいなので◎

新玉ねぎは溶けづらい？けどやっぱりちょっと水っぽい🤔
