Magical Girl sketch

Got fun new pattern brush for the app I use, I use Concepts on iPad. It's vector, infinite canvas drawing app that has some cool textured brushes and stuff.

Trying to get back to digital art after a brief hiatus. Did a month of daily drawing challenges to try and get me out of the funk I fell in and had rediscovered hatching in the process. I forgot how much fun this was.

After tried Concepts (the app) for awhile, I've got to say I am totally disappointed with its output. It seems like everything is output aliased. I kept wondering if it's my setting, or the brush, but I can't find any options for anti-aliasing. Contacted support and they just ignored me after exchanged email couple of times. There are a few features that I could take advantage of, but can't use it if it comes out like this. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BARBATOS!!! (I swear, I almost posted it yesterday because of the art error in the game) Happy birthday to Diavolo's loyal butler Barbatos! I hope there are many new types of tea leaves and herbs with the presents. AND PLEASE! NO RATS!!! I really love Barbatos' personality, being kind, gentle, loyal and dutifull, but also serious and rigid when he needs to be. Since Barbatos' powers are linked with time (and I think space), and my friend really likes the concept, I came up with this image in my head with a bunch of clocks and mini portals. But due to the deadline and my personal life, I had to improvise a bit too much. I’d also love to tell you more about these two cuties; Zey and Mellow.

* Zey is half latinx and half black, they’re 17, identifies as non binary (but lesbian) and uses they/them pronouns. They love all things sweet, snuggly and pink (therefor she got the Strawberry dress by @lirika.matoshi ) But more than anything, they love Mellow, their girlfriend.🍓

* Mellow is white and 18. She identifies as a lesbian cis girl with she/her pronouns. She’s usually pretty quiet and broody but Zey makes her soft, she’s madly in love with them. 🧚🏻‍♂️

They’re having the best time in the park! 🌱🌸🐿

Fun trivia: Zey actually convinced and helped Mellow to go vegan.
