I have a writing style I use sometimes that can be called 'very difficult to read' and 'extraordinarily dense' and 'so full of metaphors and similes that it feels like taking a brick to the face'

Kobo Amazon Storygraph
Short answer: No.
Longer answer: Well, still no, but I did actually enjoy it more than I expected to.
The story follows Oliver, a vampire aristocrat reluctantly engaged to a vampire prince, Alexander, who falls instead for the suave designer hired to make their suits. The prose is clunky and the situation faintly ludicrous, with worldbuilding that seemed to just have been thrown against the wall. Oliver's father is abusive, but written in a way so over the top that it just becomes ridiculous, and while Oliver's reaction to it would be entirely sympathetic in a real human, his lack of self-awareness became grating as the book went on.
Still, I did find myself wanting to read more. While haphazard, the worldbuilding contained a lot of juicy, trope-y bits that were fun, and I actually found myself invested - not so much in the main characters' development, but, surprisingly, Alexander's, in learning not to be quite such a twat.
There's apparently a planned sequel that will follow Alexander and, honestly, I will probably give it a read.
Final verdict: Vampires of Eden is readable, and worth picking up if you're particularly craving a trashy m/m, vampire situation that doesn't require you to think.

sorry if this is a silly question but have u posted any writing abt albert/cedric yet??? im super interested in….whatever they have going on LOL
Not a silly question at all! For all that I talk about them I haven't actually posted any writing yet haha. I have quite a lot of material prepared for them, both things written specifically for the blog and some older stuff I would have to edit, but the content is there! I just have to figure out in what form I want to post that in, where to start, which stories to share and things like that. So while for now there is none, Im getting ready to post some things soon! (Also I'm very happy that you're interested! ^^)

WTW CHARACTER WEEK day 03 ↳ representation ; blackbird
psd template by @dayslily
• blackbird — 23 | he/him | korean american | allegiance : kumiho gang | last seen : elysium (base of operations??) | skills : master martial artist , weapons master , tactician & strategist
【 CH. 02 — FAITH IS THE ANODYNE ; act 1, storm 】
Storm exhales softly and grips the railing with both hands to flip over the side, landing on the balls of her feet in front of the boy. The files the Round Table has on him are outdated, but his alias has remained the same: Blackbird. The man has his trademark shotgun strapped across his back, a leather bandolier of knives hanging over his broad shoulders, and floppy curtain bangs that graze just above the black metal mask concealing his lower face. Underneath the dim yellow glow of the streetlamps, he almost looks handsome. Not that Storm will admit it to him, not now, not ever.
【 CH. 07 — STEELBREAKER ; act 1, serafine 】
The tall, imposing intruder radiates menace. But what truly disturbs her is the way he is armed to the teeth. At least half a dozen gleaming metal throwing knives are strapped diagonally across his chest from a leather bandolier, and a pair of handguns sits at his hips dangerously, his fingers hovering just above the weapons as if so he can access them easily. A shotgun nestles atop his back, the grip of the rifle just visible above his shoulders. But the one thing Sera immediately recognises is the mask he wears. Blackbird.
gen tag!! (send an ask to be added/removed) @kazino @halcionic @cianawrites @janaisvu @ninazeniks @ambrosiadarling @perditism @serpentarii @seasteading @lasbrumas @sympathyhouse
