I have just completed a side quest and brought the wonders of cheese to Hateno Village. Also, it looks like Swiss cheese, which seems an odd ingredient to use for pizza. Maybe it’s more common in Japan, but then again, I’ve heard people stay away from cheese there on account of the cheese there not being all that good.
200g pasta
300g cavolo Nero with the stalks removed
1 garlic clove
100ml olive oil
50g parmesan
Squeeze of lemon juice
Chilli salt, optional
1. Boil a saucepan of salt water and quickly blanch the cavolo Nero and garlic for 5 mins
2. Once done place the cavolo Nero, a little cooking water, garlic and parmesan into a blender and blend to a smooth paste, then add your olive oil and adjust the seasoning
3. Cook your pasta to the instructions then toss in with the sauce, a little more pasta water and check the seasoning again, top with some chilli salt and some more parmesan.

My god, I could technically cosplay as Peppino Pizza Tower Spaghetti man for a con if I wanted to. His costume would be incredibly doable for since his clothing is stuff you can find in general retail. I just have to draw a mustache and look stressed out all the time, and I can do the latter easily.
