Meet Sir Squick the 3rd. They're a hybrid species I made, and arted myself. Squick is a hybrid of otter/stag/cat.

Canonically, these hybrids can:

- speak up to 3 languages, mostly primordial, draconic and common tongue

- swim upto 60ft in one move

- use their tails to help steer while swimming

- can fly telekinetically (after they reach the age of maturity- 3-5 years)

- fur pattern/markings change depending on weather and locale. As well as change colour seasonally (summer/winter coats only)

- come in a variety of colours depending on locale. (Think desert/aquatic/mountainous etc)

If you would like to use my otter/stag/cat hybrid in a game, feel free to make your own. 😊

I recently bought an art book on Caspar David Friedrich, whose emotional work stuck with me since I first saw it in a museum years ago. Over the course of a few weeks, I read about his life and at the same time did studies/interpretations of many pieces. It was a really enjoyable and fulfilling project; here's a good lot of them together :)

I was happy to see many people enjoyed Friedrich's work+my interpretations while posting them individually. It took way too long, but I FINALLY set up a print shop for some of these + some other pieces for those who expressed interest. Thank you so much!

i think there’s divinity in gross and ugly things. i think the radical love and acceptance of what is weird and nasty is angelic and i think there is something holy about indulging in the neglected/looked down on/outcast/unacceptable parts of this world. you should let yourself be weird

Worth remembering that for the entire rest of the episode, while Colins saying things like “no secret is worth this” hes covered in viscera from the explosion. He’s the only one to come out of the fight with the (literal) blood of queen Pamela on his hands- despite deli and raphaniel being the ones to kill her. So when Deli asks what he means when Colin says he doesn’t trust their group being in the cave, Colin is STILL drenched in blood when he says “I think you know what I mean”
