I do like to imagine Eris ending up with a partner who’s actually super Normal and Healthy. so basically the imagery of the sun and the moon is being used to portray a married couple going through turmoil due to the misguided and harmful actions of the moon/husband. and also the sun/wife gives you a glitched program in order to fix a broken and hurt robot. and also this program is installed via a strange technician's remote being inserted directly into a port on the robot that is only made accessible through forcefully disarming the machine through the player bringing out its docile "other half", meanwhile the other half tries desperately to kill you. and also once the remote is inserted and the program is installed the machine is suddenly docile and nice again, before it goes and lets itself completely shut down.

but this is about the mimic so don't think about this in relation to the dca at all

as for the understuck geno route; here's a loose plot path for it!

basically, the plan would be to have a split in how the route could theoretically go; a normal version of the route following close enough to undertale's canon events with the characters given, and a secret route for speedrunners because sollux deserves to have a proper battle at the chagrin of people trying to speedrun LOL

and then I remembered how Kalina was spotted talking to Porter and Jace at the end of Freshman Year.

• Lydia having Bakur, a servent of Ankarna, this rage god, in her gem, someone Kalina is connected to and theoretically made this curse to prevent from speaking about

• Ragh saw Kalina talking to JACE and PORTER

so obviously I'm thinking either Porter or Jace is involved (probably both) with Kalina/Ankarna and so here's more reasoning

PORTER

- heavy emphasis that rage is the only way to be a barbarian

- oath of ancestors paladin "a commitment to those who came before you to carry on their ideals and wishes into the future"

- trying to keep gorgug from artificing

- telling fig she can't be Cassandra's paladin but doesn't give anyone else as a suggestion (and as many people have said, Ankarna is such fig bait)

- more interested in Fig this year because of Ankarna's curse on the armor of pride???

and then

JACE

- sorcery teacher, lots of free time

- makes maizie principal because he is less capable than a literal teenager?

- gives Riz a stipend for "keeping auegfort running"?
