I'm sure I'm confusing people with posting on here and ddsverse now. I still only have depressing things to post. I'm just trying share content related to that which I used to do before this year in my personal hell ... I'm also just not caring anymore. I'm homeless, alone and miserable. And today some guy on a big fat tire ebike rammed right into me on my bike and bent up my front tire. I don't know if ai can straighten it. I don't have the tool for the spokes to find out. Ironically it does let me ride with a noticeable wobble. Fortunately most of the time when I do ride right now it's dark out. I'm in bad shape mentally. I'm sick of being out in public all the time. Keeping up appearances is even more stressful. It's only a tad easier when I can be in a room for a day or two. I'm still very lonely there, and I'm always sadder by the minute existing like this. I'm not saving any money that way tho. I don't get paid much and I don't know how I can seek other work unless I take a day off, losing pay. Title: A Sovereign's Scorn

Author: Luke W. Logan

Genre: Fantasy, litrpg, Queer, Drama

A male dragon, transforming himself to a human woman (for reasons that are quite comedic, in a good way), hiding, gaining strength, and falling in love with another woman...

Not going to lie, I was truly hesitant on trying this series. I'm all for queer and transgendered love, but STRONGLY prefer reading books where the main character is heterosexual and usually male (just being honest). Still this book was so entertaining I instantly bought book 2.

The characters are really the selling point of this series. The MC trying (and failing) to act like a woman is exacerbated with the fact that he doesn't know how to act like a human, which causes a lot of humorous moments and problems. At the same time there is the love-interest's journey in growing out of her weakness and ignorance. The villains, while not unique or complex, display levels of cruelty that are designed for you to hate.

While the drama between the characters lays at the forefront of the book, the undertones regarding the upcoming cataclysmic event is going to be what decides if this series stays great. The history of the world, magic, and haunting future are well written so far.

Only negative that I can say so far about the series, is the unfairness that is targeted at one of the characters that, arguably, did all the wrong things for all the right reasons. Hopefully it's rectified in book 2.

Overall, this series is a hidden gem. Worth gambling on and experiencing something truly different and entertaining.

Today we continue talking about Dragons that are part of Chinese Mythology. If you look at today's world, they are still very important. You can see them in almost all representations of Chinese art and sculpture and one of the years of the Chinese horoscope is precisely the year of the Dragon.In fact, when that year arrives, China becomes, more than ever, the World Capital of Dragons. Today I present to you Shenlong

Shenlong is a Dragon belonging to Chinese and Japanese Mythology, considered as spiritual that controls rain, clouds and wind, which is why the citizens always tried to please him so as not to alter his temperament. But at the same time he was adored because on these atmospheric phenomena agriculture and cultivated fields depended, and therefore the economy of the Chinese people. If Shenlong was offended or in a bad mood, the population could risk suffering terrible storms or severe floods, or even the opposite with major droughts that would destroy crops in the region.

This giant that was flying in the sky and due to its constantly changing blue color (although it is sometimes seen in golden colors) was difficult to see clearly. This legendary Chinese dragon is divided into nine parts: lobster eyes, deer horns, ox muzzle, dog snout, catfish whiskers, lion's mane, snake tail, fish scales, and eagle claws.

According to mythology dragons are associated with number nine, so we have 9 types and formed by 9 attributes. Dragons represent the domain of natural elements, they are therefore wrapped in a halo of magic, which brings prosperity and abundance, which is why even today they maintain the custom of celebrating festivals in their honor, to attract their blessings.
