Education in Africa could help save us all.

Today, 40% of all Africans are under 15. Another 100 million children will be born here by 2050. With (good) education, young Africans can fuel a colossal powerhouse.

An important part of that power could be the skills, drive and determination to help tackle climate and environmental damage. It is time we all spent more time and money working out how to get good quality education into the parts of the world that have high birth rates and marginalized populations. The sticking plaster approach that has been used to date just isn't cutting it. Classrooms without teachers is not good education, poorly trained and absent teachers in not good education, schools without facilities is not good education. And yet this is exactly the type of education that international donors have been funding and calling 'education' for decades. It simply isn't good enough, and will not solve the problems that urgently need to be solved.

I think we need a villainess reverse isekai. Villainess isekai or usually about the MC being stuck in a setting inspired by shojou manga and having to avoid or fix the problems caused by the OG villainess being mean all the time. The thing is though, while shojou villaini tend to give themself problems via being a scheming bitch, theres a lot more shojo heroines whose problems could be fixed by the protagonist giving themselves a little agency. I think it'd be incredibly fun to watch an evil baroness end up in the body of a shojo protagonist and start fixing all her problems by having agency.
