It's okay to cry. You don't always need a life devastating reason to cry, nor do you need to do it in silence. Cry when you watch a sad movie or when you think of something sad. This is especially important to learn when you're the member of the family that's taught never to show emotions. Emotions are okay, not dirty or wrong, everybody has them and it's okay to show them. It's not good to bottle them up inside. Let them out.
