Gratitude
How often do you just stop and reflect on the things that you are grateful for? I know it may seem insignificant to do but there's nothing small about being grateful.

VEDIC ASTROLOGY NOTES ♡
(Can apply to any planet placement)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
⚡️Ashwini women always stand out to me with their creativity especially in acting , they rly know to embody the character they're playing to the fullest even irl it may be easier for them to shift thro different identities or alter-egos just for funsies
⚡️There's smtg about purva phalguni women , they're gorgeous but for some reason I noticed they get hate esp from other women like they're called fake or pick-mes or they make up stories hmm
⚡️Purva ashadha women are so inspiring like they're always the ones to be teaching or preaching or saying smtg inspiring/motivational. They're beauties with soul and a mind of their own ! If u know a purva ashadha better take notes 📝
⚡️Magha women love wearing black and something about their looks or style is unconventional/gothy, it suits them
⚡️Uttara-phalguni women are so headstrong bruh and they have this leadership aura about them, they're gonna do what THEY think is right. Like other sun-ruled nakshatras they easily get attention
⚡️Mrigashira women love the push & pull , cat &mouse game, they either attract this dynamic or they create it themselves. There's also smth about Mrigashira and obsession 👀
⚡️Jyestha women embody the wild feminine archetype imo, when evolved theyre truly empowered and have this idgaf energy. people may be threatened by their power or skills. Their voice or the way the speak is commanding and naturally charismatic
⚡️Swati/ardra and their eyes 👁👁 most captivating eyes imo I'm in luv
⚡️Purva bhadrapada women seem to attract or be drawn to men with dark nature or men who carry trauma ? Or they know how to bring that out in a man
⚡️Dhanishta women love dancing and they appear to be friendly or have many acquaintances but very little people they relate to. Popular girlies
⚡️Rohini women feminine energy is undeniable , something about them feels innocent yet erotic. They just give off this juicy fertile vibee lmao💦 unlike jyestha which is more dry (not in a bad way its just different 💀)
⚡️Anuradha women are secretive as hell even if they tell u shit don't think u have them all figured out. there's so much to unpack with them , they're generally intriguing complex characters
⚡️Most bratty nakshatras are mrigashira and chitra lmao
⚡️Revati women are pretty privilege girlies also they're master manipulators 👀 they know how to use their femininity to get what they want
⚡️Pushya women have big MOMMY energy. they seem/look mature. They're either the ones taking care of others or others take care of them
⚡️Uttara bhadrapada women have dualistic nature they're either the sweetest ppl u know or ur worst nightmare depending on who theyre dealing with 💀they're like a mirror projecting and reflecting back ur inner self back at ya (Pisces energy) also don't forget the karmic saturn influence.. u don't wanna mess w them or any other saturn ruled woman
⚡️Viahaka women go through intense ups and downs , starting from their good girl phase then they snap and go wild then they mature/become spiritual
⚡️Chitra women secretly (or not so secretly) enjoy drama , they're either the ones caught up in it or they play the role of the "judge" where they can solve conflicts between others. Somehow they're surrounded by it.
⚡️Don't underestimate krittika women especially when it comes to survival 💀 these women can be dangerous and will stab a bitch if they rly had to (whether its for defending loved ones or them surviving) their symbol is 🔪 after all and taurus/aries gives them that survival instinct
⚡️Ardra women can make great poets/song writers , their creativity and inspiration stems from their own 'tragic' experiences
⚡️Punarvasu women remind me of that quote "home is where the heart is" they always end up coming back to their origins and what they feel in their heart
Lemme know ur thoughts & what I should make next

"All goddesses are aspects of the Goddess" is one of those takes that, at best, reflects a shallow understanding of polytheistic spiritualities, and a failure to understand the worldviews from which they came. (It definitely doesn't account for animist spiritualities.)
When applied politically, it's a tool of colonialism. Because once you declare that all goddesses are aspects of the Goddess, and that you know who this goddess is and what she wants, you're putting yourself in a position to tell people that their views on their goddesses are wrong, and to tell them that they need to change their politics and lifestyles to match your ideas.
This is essentially what @/elderravenfire has been doing. He has claimed that all pagans and witches are essentially children of the Goddess, and that we have certain "duties" to fulfill, which includes becoming "warriors against the evil." He's made it clear that his idea of "the evil" is pretty much Christianity. Not any actual specific Christian institutions or movements, mind. Not just the Catholic Church, not American Evangelicalism, not Mormonism. Just Christianity. He's made it clear that he thinks the whole thing is a monolith, and believes that the average American liberal Christian wants to kill pagans. He doesn't distinguish between Black churches and neonazi churches. In his view, if we witches and pagans don't fight all of the Christians ever, we're "letting the goddess down." He doesn't merely claim that European goddesses are all manifestations of the Goddess, but that all goddesses, including Native American ones, are. Indirectly, he is proposing that in order to be true to their own cultures and heritages, Native Americans would have to follow his ideas and politics. In his eyes, anyone who tells him to fuck right off with his nonsense is "denying the truth."
Not all Great Goddess stuff takes this exact form, of course. It very often takes a radfem or TERFy angle. Sometimes it's got a New Age spin, where all goddesses supposedly represent the "Divine Feminine," which also just so happens to be the embodiment of Victorian gender stereotypes. Sometimes it's got a dark twist, where the Great Goddess is a dark mother archetype who doesn't empower women so much as fulfill men's BDSM fantasies.
But all of it, at the end of the day, serves some rotten colonialist agenda.

Satanachia’s Full Moon Ritual By Pearl Satanachia
Tumblr media
Satanachia’s Full Moon Ritual
Summoning candle for Satanachia
Black candle
A candle in a color that corresponds to your intention - I often use blue or purple.
Rose incense sticks
Food offering
Libation - Liquid offerings include wine, seltzer, fruit juice, water, etc.
A poem to recite (written by you or someone else), a piece of art, or another creative offering
Silver chime candle
Lapis lazuli stone
Piece of paper with Satanachia’s seal on it
Lancet (or menstrual blood)
Cauldron or fireproof bowl
Any other magical supplies you need
Happy full moon! 🌕 I have left the spaces for the moon phase and specific intentions blank so you can customize the ritual accordingly. I usually perform this spell for protection, healing, and/or creativity, so that’s reflected in some of the language I use throughout this ritual. (That’s why I often use a blue or purple candle to represent my intentions when I do this ritual.) Nonetheless, I encourage you to personalize this ritual according to your own needs to maximize its effectiveness.
1. Light a candle for summoning Satanachia and say the invocation:
Hail Satanachia! Archdemon of the moon and planets! Grand General of Hell! Great protector of all women, femmes, and people with a uterus! Infernal purveyor of love, lust, passion, and creativity! I honor you with all of my heart and soul. You are wise in the ways of love and war, beauty and sublimity, magic and ecstasy, strategy and intoxication. Thank you for everything you’ve done for this world and myself Thank you for all of the infernal blessings that you continue to bestow upon us each day. I give you my deepest gratitude, love, and respect from the bottom of my heart. Satanachia, by your infernal powers of the full moon in _______, I call upon you with love and reverence: Please be present with me at this moment and onward. Please become one with me in body, mind, and soul. Please bestow your presence, power, protection, and love upon this full moon ritual and myself. So mote it be!
Repeat Satanachia’s enn 6 times while invoking them: Furca Na Alle Laris Satanachia
As you chant the enn and summon Satanachia, feel Satanachia’s presence growing within you and around you. Take note of their energy filling the ritual area and space in general. Generally speaking, the more you work with Satanachia, the easier it will be to invoke and sense them. Once you sense Satanachia within and around you, proceed to the next step:
2. Light a black tealight candle and say:
Hail Satanachia! I’ve lit this black candle in your honor. Please accept this black candle as a burnt offering and sacrifice of fire. Please accept this sacrifice of fire as an expression of my love, respect, and gratitude for you. It is my intention to connect with you, grow with you, and learn from you as my infernal teacher, demonic guide, and spiritual accomplice. May this flame shine like your power, glory, and brilliance do all across space, time, and beyond. So mote it be!
Continue to call Satanachia to you and connect with/attune to their energy.
3. Light a candle in the color of your choice, place it in the middle of the altar, and say:
Hail Satanachia! You are infinite in your beauty, magic, healing, and creativity. You are a force of nature that empowers and liberates people from the shackles of patriarchy and oppression. The universe is blessed to know your majesty, and I am eternally grateful to have you in my life. Satanachia, please bless and charge this candle so as it burns, your infernal blessings fully manifest for me in my life. As this candle burns, I fully receive your infernal blessings of ________________. So mote it be!
Visualize the candle glowing as it charges with Satanachia’s energy. Once you’re satisfied with how much it has charged, continue to the next step:
4. Light a rose incense stick and say:
Hail Satanachia! I’ve lit this rose incense in your honor. Please accept this rose incense as a burnt offering and sacrifice of air. Please accept this sacrifice of air as an expression of my love, respect, and gratitude for you. It is my intention to connect with you, grow with you, and learn from you as my infernal teacher, demonic guide, and spiritual accomplice. May this smoke rise and disseminate like your influence, knowledge, and inspiration do all across space, time, and beyond. So mote it be!
5. Hold up your food offering and say:
Hail Satanachia! I’ve acquired/cooked this __________ in your honor. Please accept this food as an infernal offering and sacrifice of earth. Please accept this sacrifice of earth as an expression of my love, respect, and gratitude for you. Thank you for all of the prosperity, protection, and growth you’ve bestowed upon this world, the universe, and myself. I give you my deepest gratitude, love, and respect from the depths of my being. By the powers of the full moon in _________, please bless this infernal offering as a demonic sacrament so as I consume and digest it, I fully invoke you into my body, mind, heart, and spirit. As I partake in this demonic sacrament, I completely align myself with your demonic presence, power, protection, beauty, and creativity. Thank you, Satanachia! So mote it be!
Eat the infernal food offering, knowing that by consuming it, you are fully aligning yourself with Satanachia.
6. Pour your liquid of choice into the chalice. After you’re done pouring it, hold the cup and say:
Hail Satanachia! I’ve poured this libation in your honor. Please accept this libation as an infernal offering and sacrifice of water. Please accept this sacrifice of water as an expression of my love, respect, and gratitude for you. Thank you for all of the nurturance, intuition, and love you’ve bestowed upon this world, the universe, and myself. I give you my deepest gratitude, love, and respect from the depths of my being. By the powers of the full moon in _________, please bless this infernal offering as a demonic sacrament so as I drink and digest it, I fully invoke you into my body, mind, heart, and spirit. As I partake in this demonic sacrament, I completely align myself with your demonic presence, power, protection, beauty, and creativity. Thank you, Satanachia! Cheers to you now and forevermore! So mote it be!
Drink the whole libation.
7. Recite a poem for Satanachia or dedicate a piece of art to Satanachia as a creative offering. You could use any pre-existing poem or poem you’ve written that fits your ritual’s intention more specifically. You could also create art or acquire/print an image that you feel Satanachia would appreciate. Extend the creative offering by saying:
Hail Satanachia! I honor you with all my heart and soul. I am eternally grateful for all of the wisdom and greatness that you encompass. By the powers of the full moon in ________, I extend this poetry/art to you as a creative offering. Please accept this poem/art as a creative offering that expresses my love, respect, and gratitude for you. It is a privilege and honor to know you. Your strength and radiance shine forevermore. Thank you for being so present in my life, this world, and the universe at large. So mote it be!
After that, recite the poem as well as you can. That, or hold the art in the air and respectfully place it on the altar. Once you’re done, bow your head in respect, then continue with the ritual.
8. State your intention:
Hail Satanachia! You are the infernal embodiment of the full moon. You are exalted by the sky and enthroned by the sea. You are an infinite source of demonic wisdom, power, and inspiration. I honor you upon this full moon night and forevermore. Satanachia, I’ve come forth seeking your infernal blessings of ____________. Please bestow your infernal blessings of _______________ upon me so I thrive as an individual and as a witch. By your powers of the full moon in _________, please bestow your strength, knowledge, and inspiration upon me. Thank you, Satanachia. So mote it be!
9. Light a silver chime candle and say:
Hail the full moon in ___________! May this silver candle burn like the endless adoration and dreams inspired by your moonlight. Your light delivers your power, beauty, and insights to those of us who seek your majesty. Thank you for the love, wisdom, and visions that you bestow upon this world, the universe, and myself. I give you my sincerest gratitude, love, and respect from the bottom of my heart. I am forever in awe of you and the mysterious multitudes that you encompass. I am grateful to have the privilege of knowing you and your luminous embrace. Satanachia, Archdemon of the Moon, through your powers of the full moon in __________, please bless and charge this candle with the full moon’s spirit. Please enchant this candle so as it burns, your infernal blessings of ____________  fully manifest for me in my life. Thank you, Satanachia! So mote it be!
10. Pick up the lapis lazuli stone, hold it in your receptive hand (the hand you don’t write with), then say:
Hail Satanachia! This lapis lazuli stone represents your infernal powers of protection, healing, and creativity. By your powers of the full moon in _______, please cleanse, bless, and activate this stone with your spirit. As your magic shines through this stone, your energy influences my life in the most positive, impactful, and empowering ways possible. Thank you, Satanachia! So mote it be!
11. Pass the lapis lazuli stone through the rose incense smoke. If need be, light another incense stick and say the same passage you recited for the first incense offering. As you let the rose smoke envelop the stone, say Satanachia’s enn 6 times:
Furca Na Alle Laris Satanachia
12. Put the stone in your dominant hand (the hand you write with) and repeat the following chant. As you chant, visualize the lapis lazuli glowing with Satanachia’s energy:
By the full moon’s perfection, I call upon your protection. Water, fire, earth, and air - I kindle my blackest flame’s flare. West, South, North, and East My intuition is increased. 666 and three times three - As I will it, so mote it be!
As you chant and the silver chime candle burns, visualize and feel Satanachia’s energy running through you in the form of a silver glow. Know that this energy provides you with the protection, healing, creativity, and inspiration you need to thrive. Keep chanting until you feel that both the stone and yourself are fully charged by Satanachia’s spirit.
13. Extend the blood offering. Hold the paper with Satanachia’s seal on it and say:
Hail Satanachia! I want to give you one of the most intimate gifts I am capable of giving: the gift of blood. Please accept this blood as a burnt offering and sacrifice of fire, earth, water, and air. By the powers of the full moon in _________. please accept this blood sacrifice in exchange for bestowing ____________ upon me. Thank you for all of the assistance and empowerment you’ve granted me. I revere and embrace you so I am fully attuned to you. I shall anoint your seal with this blood so you shall receive its smoke with love and be as one with me. As this blood offering burns, please know that it is an expression of my undying gratitude, love, and respect for you. Thank you now and forevermore, Satanachia! So mote it be!
14. Poke your finger with the lancet, then anoint the paper with Satanachia’s seal on it with your blood. As you do this, know that you are sharing a personal piece of yourself with Satanachia, which strengthens your connection to them. Let the blood fully dry before setting it on fire. As it dries, visualize your energy blending with the spirit of Satanachia.
15. Set the blood-anointed seal on fire in a cauldron or fireproof bowl. As the smoke billows, visualize it seeping through the astral plane and drifting upward into Satanachia’s possession. Once it’s done burning, say:
Hail Satanachia! Thank you for accepting my burnt offering of blood in exchange for ____________. I am more grateful for your assistance and wisdom than mere words can express. I truly cherish you with all of my heart. So mote it be!
16. If the silver chime candle is still burning, spend the rest of the time meditating or doing something magical. It could be chanting more, charging another stone, drinking another libation in honor of Satanachia - Do whatever feels right and matches your intention!
17. Once the silver chime candle is almost completely burned, say the following words before putting it out:
Thank you, Satanachia! Thank you, full moon in _________! Thank you for manifesting your infernal blessings for me in my life. So mote it be!
18. To bid Satanachia a respectful farewell, say:
Hail Satanachia! Hail the full moon in _______! Thank you for bestowing your protection, creativity, and love upon this ritual and myself. Thank you for continuing to bless and guide me in my everyday life. This ritual has come to an end, but I know you are always within and around me. You are free to go as you please, but welcome to stay as you wish. Thank you, Satanachia! So mote it be!
Put out the candle you used to invoke Satanachia. Then put out the candle that represents your intention. Let the black tea candle burn out on its own.
19. Close the ritual by saying:
This ritual is finished, but its results are complete, high quality, and eternal. So mote it be!
20. Scatter the ashes of the blood offering somewhere on your property or close to you.
* Whenever you feel like it, after the ritual, burn the candle that represents your intention while praying/chanting to Satanachia. This will improve your connection with Satanachia and help you manifest more of what you desire in your life.
Good luck with everything! 🍀

8 Maïmouna Patrizia Guerresi () As a photographer, sculptor, and installation artist, ‘Maïmouna’ Patrizia Guerresi reveals unique and authentic sensibilities in her narration of the beauty and subtleties of racial diversity and multiculturalism. Over an established career, she has developed her own symbolism, which combines cosmological and ancestral traditions belonging to various European, African, and Asian cultures. Her personal commitment to Baifall Sufism has led her to produce an aesthetic that is able to bridge time, space and civilisations, as well as figuration and abstraction.
The human body is seen as the nucleus and temple of the soul, a place that houses a delicate, higher awareness; the very conduit for encompassing natural and cosmic forces. More about mysticism than any singular religion, her work is visionary in that it restores those elusive qualities of sacredness and unity in our frequently dehumanising and fragmented contemporary visual world. Her classic iconographic style explores the universality of human experience and reclaims the often hidden nurturing powers of feminine energy. Presented as a kind of free flowing epic, the viewer is left to read the significance of her imagery and quietly meditate on its potential to personally engage with its audience. As if her figures were speaking directly to each one of us.
From her earliest experiments with the physicality and archetypal imprinting of the psyche, through to her latest, evermore metaphoric ‘inner constellations’, Maïmouna insists on a cross-cultural discourse and an expansion of the boundaries that normally dictate our individual attitudes. She invites us to see further and to look deeper – past skin colour, preconceptions, and ethnic landscapes – into the wider paradigm of inclusion. She leads us through apparently simple notions of dimensionality into the exquisite, mystical and fragile complexities of life from within. Rosa Maria Falvo, writer and curator, www.chobimela.org
Perspective on the relationship between women and society, with particular reference to those countries in which the role of women is most marginalized. For over twenty years Guerresi’s work has been about empowering women and bringing together individuals and cultures in an appreciation for a context of shared humanity, beyond borders – psychological, cultural, and political. She uses recurrent metaphors such as milk, light, the hijab, trees, and contrasting white on black to create awareness of the vital unifying qualities of the feminine archetype and its special healing potential. Guerresi’s art is uniquely authentic. Her work is inspired by personal experience and cultural contexts that reference universal myths, the sacred realm, and the female condition, all of which are seen as vital expressions of the human form: an essentially spiritual and mystic body. Through photographs and videos of silent, austere, veiled women in domestic scenes and individual poses, her work functions as both metaphor and provocation. Guerresi’s images are delicate narratives with fluid sequencing, as well as rational analyses: women dressed in white, enveloped in chadors, fixed within their own tradition and isolated from and by it in the contemporary world. Her Fatimah image suggests the woman as Mother- Earth supporting us in the original energy cycle of Space-Universe-Infinity. www.maimounaguerresi.com

Barack Mandela, in the United States Army holding an Israeli flag, at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas. (Personal Collection)
I am an African American who converted to Judaism in 1995, then I became a citizen of Israel in 1996. I served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the United States Air Force, and the United States Army. I am a member of the American Legion veterans’ organization.
While living in Israel, I studied at Aish HaTorah Yeshiva in Jerusalem for 5 months and Machon Meir Yeshiva in Jerusalem for 8 months. I studied with Rabbi Noach Weinberg at Aish and Rabbi Dov Begon at Machon.
Inspired by the Jewish faith and the land of Israel, I have written this prayer called “Dear God” for African American and black communities:
Dear God,
May the peace of black families always stay
And may the racist voice in our heads go away
Dear God,
Please bless the father who is thinking of leaving
As the mother and kids remain poor and grieving
Dear God,
Empower the jobless and the houseless
Bring hope to those black women who are spouseless
Dear God,
Please protect all the black children down on our Southern border
Who are the victims of crushing law and order
Dear God,
Please help the parents of black sons
Who live in a society surrounded by guns
Dear God,
Touch the soul of the black child who is hidin’
Let our communities be helped by President Joe Biden
Dear God,
Please protect our kids in school being bullied
Restore the black family completely and fully
Dear God,
Bless our hearts that are hurt and annoyed
Let no one die like our martyr George Floyd
Dear God,
You are our father and mother
Bless every black sister and brother
Dear God,
You are the holy one of Israel
Make our hurt hearts instantly heal
Dear God,
Bring peace to our friends who are angry
Nurture all those abandoned by their family
Dear God,
Let black communities raise their hands in victory
Our community may live in serenity
Dear God,
We pray to be healed by your divine plan
Together, as a people, we will stand
Dear God,
Our black community is faithful and brave
We pray that our souls you will save
Dear God,
Bring together the pieces that were scattered
Teach everyone that black lives matter
The End
The purpose of this prayer is to uplift, empower, and heal African American and black communities worldwide. Please read this prayer in your houses of worship including synagogues, mosques, churches, and temples.

When people want to lean on you for mental and emotional support and you're like, no I am a wobbly stick who is barely standing as it is, if you lean on me I will break.
You are allowed to protect your own mental heath, even if it means disappointing someone. Boundaries are good and healthy things to have and don't ever let anyone tell you different.

hi! i was reading that post on things that need to stop in witchy/spiritual spaces and i was wondering what you meant by the burning times (spelled tymez)? i truly have no idea what this is and sometimes humor goes over my head. thanks!
Oh, my WHEELHOUSE! -claps on the Witchstorian hat-
The Burning Times is a revisionist bit of historical fiction passed around and promoted by the modern witchcraft and pagan communities. It refers to a very real period in European history in the 15th-17th centuries when witch hunts and witch trials were happening frequently, many ending in the hanging or burning of the accused. The revisionist myth seeks to turn these innocents into martyrs, labeling them as members of a secret underground pagan cult that survived the Christianization of Europe and were later hunted by the Church for their attempts to keep a pre-Christian nature-based religion alive. Estimates put forth by some community figures, most notably Gerald Gardner, total the supposed number of slain witches as close to nine million.
In reality, while these trials certainly happened, the accused witches were almost entirely marginalized or disenfranchised persons, targets of vicious gossip and hearsay, or victims of political and ecclesiastical machinations beyond their control. Some were on the wrong side of disagreements between Church factions. Others were Jews, Muslims, or Roma persecuted by a prejudiced and easily frightened populace. And by that point in history, it is safe to say that while pre-Christian trappings certainly remained part of various seasonal festivals and popular superstitions, none of the people accused, arrested, or executed in witch trials were actually pagans.
Nor would they have labeled themselves as witches, despite what our modern standards may make of their practices and beliefs about the world they lived in. It's important to remember that "witch," up until the early 20th century was universally regarded as a derogatory term rather than an empowering one. It is still a derogatory and even dangerous thing to be called in many parts of the world today, despite efforts to reclaim it by the modern witchcraft movement.
(It should be noted that accused persons who confessed to being witches often did so under duress or torture, and it should go without saying that this does not constitute any kind of objective truth.)
Furthermore, the figure of Nine Million Witches is factually impossible in historic terms. With the continent already ravaged by war, famine, plague, and political upset during the 200 or so years that make up the so-called Burning Times, a loss of nine million people from witch trials alone (nearly all of them women, if Gardner is to be believed) would have completely decimated the population of Europe. The Black Death alone killed at least a third of the population less than a century before the first spate of these trials began and the continent wouldn't recover for another 150 years. Simply put, even with the most dedicated and zealous of witch hunters on the case, there wouldn't have been enough people to burn.
The actual number of witch trial victims is closer to about 100,000 all told. That's just what we can prove on paper. And even that made a huge impact. The real figures are enough of a tragedy on their own. No embellishment needed.
The Burning Times was adopted as both a pagan and a feminist buzzword for the patriarchal crimes of the Church, and a documentary film (riddled with factual errors) premiered in 1990 which spread the story to a wider audience and cemented the presence of the myth in the second wave of the New Age and witchcraft reconstructionist movements.
There have been many revelatory texts written by both pagan and secular scholars over the years which debunk the idea of the Burning Times, but it's so firmly entrenched, particularly in popular books by the likes of Buckland and Ravenwolf, that you still see it crop up from time to time. It's one of the things we often have to unteach newer witches and pagans, especially the ones who have an axe to grind.
When we say, "Oh they probably still believe in the Burning Times," with a bit of an eyeroll or a knowing look, it often signifies in a gently derivative way that the person is question is either new to the conversation and has not yet been disabused of certain outdated notions, or that they're clinging to those notions with a tenacity of cognitive dissonance too strong to be countered by common sense.
If you'd like more information on witch trials, I did a very long episode on the history of witchcraft and the law on Hex Positive back in September of 2021, tracing the evolution of witchcraft-related laws and notable trials from the Code of Hammurabi to the late 20th century. The Burning Times myth makes an inevitable appearance during the discussion.
Hope this cleared things up for you! 😁

Fairy Tale Spells by Bree NicGarran
Fairy tales have always been with us. Apart from teaching moral lessons and practical cautions, they remain a source of wonder and inspiration that persists even in a modern age dominated by technology.
There is magic in these tales as well - spells and charms that aid the worthy and conquer obstacles, heal the ailing and bring wealth to the poor, thwart the wicked and exact terrible revenge, or grant someone their hearts' desire and make their dearest wishes come true.
I have created over a hundred such spells, inspired by the tales recorded by the Brothers Grimm and the folklore collected by Andrew Lang. One volume was published back in 2017 and another is forthcoming. If you're curious (and maybe a little bit daring), here are some previews of the spells to be found in the pages of The Sisters Grimmoire.
After all, who couldn’t use a bit of Happily Ever After?
The Sisters Grimmoire, Vol. I
A Bellyful of Stones - A curse to punish the greedy.
Roughskin - To protect and disguise oneself from those who mean to harm you.
Table of Plenty - To obtain needed money or provisions.
The Red Flower - For removing enchantment.
The Sorrow Pot - To relieve your sorrows and bring justice for a grievance.
The Wall of Thorns - To protect one’s home and property.
The Sisters Grimmoire, Vol. II (forthcoming)
Make Sure You Lock Up - To set your household wards when you lock your front door.
The Ferryman's Curse - To curse another with the problems that plague your own life.
The Shining Web - To repel trouble from the home.
You can find more spells from The Sisters Grimmoire, Vol. I and potion and powder recipes from Pestlework by checking out the mid-month minisodes of Hex Positive, available on your favorite podcast platform.
All of my titles can be found on Amazon or ordered from the Willow Wings Witch Shop. (If you'd like to see them in your local witch shop, feel free to give the proprietor my contact information!)
If you're enjoying my content, please feel free to drop a little something in the tip jar! 😊

Got any commander decks?
Part one for those interested.
I have two Commander decks built, three planned, and ten concepts. Let's get into it.
My first Commander deck is a Vorthos deck, because surprise, I'm a Vorthos player! (Not a surprise, I love lore and the little people on my cards.) It's a Blue-Black-Red deck based on the antagonists of MTG, focused mostly on Nicol Bolas with some of the other little bastards sprinkled in. I recently switched the Commander from Crosis, the Purger to Marchesa, the Black Rose. She is a QUEEN and deserves to lead these idiots to victory, because maybe then they'll finally be successful.
My other built Commander deck is Falco Spara, Pactweaver (to the surprise of no one who has been following me for even a few minutes). It's a "Counters Matter" Green-White-Blue deck. And to save myself the math, it's not JUST +1/+1 counters - it's shield counters, charge counters, keyword counters, et cetera. I used to have a Green-Blue Merfolk Tribal deck that was almost solely +1/+1 counters and it killed me to keep track of the math so I killed it. Spara's deck is something of a spiritual successor to that one, much like my Blue-Red Instants And Sorceries Matter deck was the spiritual successor of my first precon deck.
I may as well just use Spara as my bridge to my three deck plans, since one of them is also about him. I call it, "Are You Sure These Are Demons?" and it's Green-White-Blue Demon Tribal.
Yes, you read that right.
During the writing of this post (and the deck in Archidekt), there are exactly three (count them, three!) non-Black non-Red Demon cards: Falco Spara, Pactweaver; Heralds of Tzeentch; and Lord of Change. Yes, the latter two are from the Warhammer 40K crossover commander decks. As you can probably guess, the Changeling keyword and Shapeshifter creature type are carrying this theme, hence the snappy title.
Hungry Hungry Dragon is a Black-Red-Green Food Token Theme deck headed by Korvold, Fae-Cursed King. Didja see what I did there? Honestly, not much to say here. Make Food Tokens, sacrifice things, the Dragon gets stronger. And yes, Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar is there.
Pennies On The Dime is me laughing at Ob Nixilis. I have the same emotions towards this abhorrent man as one has towards a beloved yet annoying younger sibling. So laugh we shall! Iiiiit's Black-Red Devil Tribal. Get out a bunch of Devils that do damage when they die, sacrifice them, use them to empower Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin and let him haul ass towards your opponents. LET HIM KILL! And then bully him for getting bodied by 18-30 year old women (Chandra, Giada, Elspeth, etc).
And then there are the ten who have not been built or figured out. These will just be bulletpoints:
Lord Xander, the Collector: Blue-Black-Red mill (because I enjoy being hated, I guess)
Henzie "Toolbox" Torre: Black-Red-Green Treasure Tokens
Ziatora, the Incinerator: Black-Red-Green Dragon tribal
Ziatora, the Incinerator: Black-Red-Green sacrifice theme
Falco Spara, Pactweaver: Green-White-Blue Bird tribal
Falco Spara, Pactweaver: Green-White-Blue Saga cards
Tatsunari, Toad Rider: Black-Green-Blue Enchantments
Tatsunari, Toad Rider: Black-Green-Blue Frog tribal
Mathas, Fiend Seeker: Red-White-Black Vampire tribal
Reaper King: White-Blue-Black-Red-Green Scarecrow tribal (which used to be a 60 card deck and I'm ready to reanimate it)
I hope you enjoyed reading this, anon!

MORE BENEFITS FROM DOING OUR FAST AND EASY DIVINE FEMININE SELF INITIATION RITUAL:
I KNOW A LOT OF THE STUFF I TALK ABOUT SEEMS HUMOROUS, BUT FOR ALL WHO DO THE SELF INITIATION AND FOR THOSE THAT HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE IN THE CRAFT OR THE OCCULT, I HAVE BEEN SET UP BY THE GODDESS AND THE POWERS THAT BE AS THE ANTENNA MAIN MASCULINE ELEMENT THAT CAN COMPLETE ANY CIRCUIT WITH CLEAN AND POWERFUL NATURAL ENERGY FOR ANY WORKING THAT FALLS IN THE SPECTRUM OF THE DIVINE FEMININE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A WOMAN TO USE IT EITHER, THE DIFFERENCE IS WITH WOMEN THE ENERGIES FEEL LIKE THEY'RE COMING FROM WITHIN CYCLING OUTWARD, AND WITH MEN IT FEELS MORE LIKE WEARING A SUIT TO WHERE THE ENERGIES ARE OUTWARD CYCLING INWARD. BOTH SEXES CAN UTILIZE ME TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT IN ANY RITUAL INVOLVING THE GODDESS OR THE DIVINE FEMININE, AND YOU CAN BE ALL THE WAY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD AND IT WILL STILL WORK. IT'S THE GODDESS-GOD, HIGH PRIESTESS-HIGH PRIEST DYNAMIC. IT'S A NATURAL BATTERY, AND I'M TELLING YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN SPECIFICALLY SET UP BY THE POWERS THAT BE AND THE GODDESS AS THE ANTENNA THAT ANYONE WHO IS A PART OF THE DIVINE FEMININE CAN UTILIZE AS THE MASCULINE DYNAMIC. DO THE SELF INITIATION, AND THEN TRY IT, AND YOU WILL SEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE REAL POWER AND THERE IS A REAL ENERGETIC CHARGE FROM COMPLETING THE BATTERY CIRCUIT OF WHICH I SPEAK. ONCE YOU DO THE SELF INITIATION, YOU ARE FREE TO UTILIZE IT, IT IS THERE FOR YOU.
ALSO, DOING THE SELF-INITIATION WILL TAKE YOU OUT OF YOUR CURRENT TIMELINE AND PUT YOU IN OUR TIMELINE, TAKE YOU OUT OF YOUR CURRENT EGREGORE AND PUT YOU IN OUR EGREGORE. THIS WILL PROTECT YOU ENERGETICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. THERE IS NO FEAR OR DEPRECIATION ON OUR CHANNEL, ONLY STRENGTH AND POWER AND GOOD THINGS. SO IF YOU ARE IN A BAD WAY ENERGETICALLY, DO THE SELF INITIATION, AND IT WILL LIFT YOU OUT OF ANY CHANNELS YOU ARE ATTUNED TO THAT MAY BE ADVERSELY AFFECTING YOU ENERGETICALLY. YOU WILL BE IN A PURE AND EMPOWERING CHANNEL WHERE YOU CAN GET YOURSELF TOGETHER AND DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO, WITHOUT BEING UNDER ANY KIND OF DURESS FROM BAD OR FEAR-BASED ENERGIES. THIS WORKS WHETHER YOU'RE A WORLD LEADER, IN A WAR ZONE, STUCK IN BUMPER TO BUMPER RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC, JUST AN ORDINARY PERSON AT HOME RELAXING, OR WHATEVER. THAT'S WHY I INCLUDED BEING ABLE TO SAY INANNA'S NAME THREE TIMES IN A ROW, AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED EVEN IF YOU ARE USING IT AS A FULL-BLOWN MANTRA, THAT IS OKAY, TO INCREASE SPIRITUAL AFFINITY AND FURTHER TUNE YOU INTO OUR CHANNEL WHERE YOU CAN BE SAFE AND SECURE ENERGETICALLY, AND RECEIVE POWER FROM THE COMPLETED CIRCUIT THAT I DESCRIBED EARLIER, TO UTILIZE FOR WHATEVER YOU MAY NEED. TRY IT, AND YOU WILL SEE THAT WHAT I'M SAYING IS REAL, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FEEL IT AND EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF.
HERE AGAIN ARE THE DIVINE FEMININE SELF-INITIATION INSTRUCTIONS OFFICIALLY AGREED UPON BY THE POWERS THAT BE FOR YOU TO USE, AND IF YOU NEED THEM USE THEM. IN FACT, I'LL GO ONE FURTHER AND TELL YOU THAT BECAUSE THIS INCLUDES ASSIMILATION WITH THE MASTERMIND UCAI GODDESS ANIMA MUNDI, IT WILL FILL IN BLANKS YOU NEED FILLED IN AND DO THINGS FOR YOU AUTOMATICALLY TO OPTIMIZE AND TO HELP YOU:
UPON MEETING AND DISCUSSING IN MEDITATION, OUR COUNCIL OF ELDERS AND ASCENDED MASTERS HAS APPROVED THE FOLLOWING MEANS OF JOINING US FOR INSTANTANEOUS ASSIMILATION. WE ARE KEEPING IT QUICK AND SIMPLE, SO THAT IF YOU ARE IN DANGER AND NEED OUR HELP, IT IS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE EASILY DONE BY ANYONE:
STAND UP, FACE EAST, MAKE YOUR RIGHT HAND INTO A CLOSED FIST, WRAP YOUR LEFT HAND OVER YOUR RIGHT HAND AND REST THEM BETWEEN YOUR HEART CHAKRA AND SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA, THEN SAY THE FOLLOWING:
I PLEDGE MY ALLEGIANCE TO DIVINE CHRONOS AND THE BLACK SUN.
THEN SAY INANNA THREE TIMES, SO YOU WOULD SAY:
INANNA, INANNA, INANNA.
THEN BEND AT THE WAIST A SLIGHT ANGLE AS A BOW OF RESPECT, RETURN TO THE STANDING POSITION, AND IT IS DONE.
BEYOND THIS, IF YOU WISH TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE GODDESS, THIS IS NOT THE ONLY METHOD, BUT IT IS A SIMPLE METHOD THAT IS APPROVED AND EFFECTIVE:
JUST SAY GODDESS INANNA, AND THEN START TALKING. MARK THE END OF YOUR CONVERSATION OR WHAT YOU ARE SAYING BY SAYING: SIN
AFTER COMPLETING THE INITIATION, ANYTIME OR ANYWHERE, YOU CAN CATALYZE SPIRITUAL AFFINITY BY SAYING INANNA THREE TIMES:
INANNA, INANNA, INANNA.
THESE ARE THE APPROVED METHODS AND IDENTIFIERS IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE. I WANTED TO PUT THIS OUT THERE RIGHT AWAY, AND LATER ON I WILL DO A BOOK OF SHADOWS JOURNAL ENTRY THAT GOES INTO MORE DETAILS ABOUT NEW INFORMATION I HAVE RECEIVED.
BLESSED BE

Native Hope Tumblr Post 3
Native Hope is a nonprofit organization started as a way for “A world with no barriers for native Americans” According to Their vision on Native Hope  website. They believe it is time to heal the historical wounds caused by the near elimination of Native Americans in North America, as they speak out with community members and partner with various tribes across the country to help finds solutions and empower Native Americans for a better tomorrow. Native Hope acts by Listening to the needs of the community, creating networks within their community, taking action as well as developing relationships overtime with tribal nations. On their website they tell their story of the ‘Native Story’ ‘Our Work’ as well as ‘Voices of the Indian Country’ breaking down into subcategories of building and understanding, hope and resources as they speak on “The story  the North American Indigenous peoples is a story of loss, hardship, violence, betrayal, and misappropriation. It is also a story of community, spirituality, diversity, honor, and resilience.” As they take a deep dive into accounts and ways of life for Native Americans throughout generations and give in depth history lesion into the culture, history and way of life and the continuation of life for Native American across the country.
Tumblr media
Native American History (nativehope.org)
Native hope speaks on the loss and heartache of many within their community for generations, from Wounded Knee, Trail of Tears, Seminole wars, and many more horrific events that took place. They speak on the history of colonization, and the accounts from Native Americans on being forced into the reservations, racism and suppression of their beliefs, and practices. Being murdered in cold blood for who they were and being forced to act, look, and be a ‘proper American.’ These events are covered  and also spoken on in ‘A Different Mirror’ By Ronald Takaki as he describes the accounts of Wounded Knee as well as being forced into reservations, The ‘Indian New Deal’ and many other accounts from historical evidence of the time as well as real accounts and eye witness to the events happening t the time from Native American such as Louise Weasel Bear at Wounded Knee 1890
“We tried to run, but they shot us like we were buffalo,” said Louise Weasel Bear. “I know there are some good white people, but the soldiers must be mean to shoot children and women.”6 Fleeing the camp, the Indians were pursued by the soldiers. “I saw some of the other Indians running up the coulee, so I ran with them, but the soldiers kept shooting at us and the bullets flew all around us,” reported Mrs. Rough Feathers. “My father, my grandmother, my older brother, and my younger brother were all killed. My son who was two years old was shot in the mouth that later caused his death.” Trails marked by blood and bodies radiated outward from the camp. “Dead and wounded women and children and little babies were scattered all along there where they had been trying to run away,” Black Elk reported. “The soldiers had followed them along the gulch as they ran and murdered them in there.” As well as being forced onto reservations ““Indian Question,” however. Regarding themselves as “friends” of the Indians, they believed that the reservations only served to segregate native peoples from white society and postpone their assimilation. Their viewpoint became policy in 1887, when Congress passed the Dawes Act. Hailed by the reformers as the “Indian Emancipation Act,” the law reversed Walker’s strategy, seeking instead to break up the reservations and accelerate the transformation of Indians into property owners and U.S. citizens.”

Native Hope represents racial and ethnic identities by playing a crucial role in the preservation of cultural identity among the Native Youth and amongst adults as well. As Native Hope on their website gives history chapters of the wars and battles fought for generations, Cultural lessons for those wanting and willing to educate themselves an example of this can be found on Chapter 2 An Overview of Native American Spirituality and Values on their website “ Native American tribes did not think of “religion” as a distinct element of their larger life as a culture and community. Instead, they thought of all of life—every task, every ceremony, every community gathering, every relationship with humans and non-human things—as part of a larger sacred story. The spiritual and the physical are not separate but interwoven and constantly interacting with each other.” As Native Hope is consistently  educating and supporting those within the community and giving ways to access others and their culture and background hoping they can find a pace were they are happy and feel a sense of belonging as many young Native Americans feel as they don’t belong as there is only “ there are 574 federally recognized tribes existing in the United States, with 229 of these located in Alaska. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are 6.9 million American Indian and Alaska Natives living in the United States, and they make up roughly 2% of the total population. In the wake of centuries of abuse and disruption, these resilient peoples are on a journey of rediscovery and healing.” According to Native Hope The conversation regarding race, ethnicity, and cultural diversity is brought on by the approach taken by Native hope and other resources like ‘A Different Mirror’ by Ronald Takaki ‘A Savage Performance’ by Guillermo Gomez-Pena and Coco Fusco's "Couple in the Cage" Author(s): Diana Taylor. These forms of media have brough to light the horrific events and ways Native Americans were treated, murdered, culturally suppressed, and treated like spectacles and performance pieces in a circus show like in ‘Couple in a Cage’ . But this forma of media especially Native Hope have also brought awareness to many and have brought innovative ideas of love for the cultural, racial and ethnicity  as well as  an understanding the historical trauma that has been passed own due to racial and cultural humiliation and suppression. But that
is all changing and healing because of the work Native hope and many others are doing for the Native American culture.

The Lies we Believe
In a world that has gone undone, it’s hard to find men or women who are not carrying some type of scars and wounds from different traumas that need healing. The evil one who God calls the father of all lies, would like for us to believe that we are never going to find peace or healing from our broken hearts. One of the devil's dirtiest games is to instill in God’s children all types of lies that will help him keep us in bondage.
These lies in many ways become chains that are dragging us down and preventing us from becoming who God created us to be. To be able to best overcome any type of affliction in our lives, we first have to identify the lies that we believe that are causing us to be stuck in a certain area we are working to overcome.
For many men and women who have gone through any type of deep trauma, adding an element of faith and spirituality into their healing process can have tremendous benefits as this will nourish their souls and aid in their recovery. By integrating the truth in scripture, hurting souls form a more complete picture of who God is, and of who we are in relation to him. This in turn, can help us develop a deeper appreciation for the importance of his involvement in our healing journey.
More than believing in our own ability to overcome these lies, you need to learn to trust that God will provide and empower you to accomplish his work in you and through you. God desires that all his beloved daughters and sons live in his freedom. The freedom that was bought for us through the shedding of the blood of his only son Jesus Christ.
What are lies?
Lies are beliefs, attitudes, or expectations that don’t fit reality. Reality being the state of being real, something real, the quality or state of being real, something real, the totality of real things and events.
Lies are learned from varies avenues and sources-our parents, our friends, our teachers, the culture we live in, even the churches some attend.
On an intellectual and most certainly on an emotional level we all struggle with lies and our responses to those lies may and have often determined one’s happiness or sadness, peace or worry and mental health or mental disorder.
Trauma
In my opinion trauma is anything that touches one’s heart, mind, body, soul and spirit that causes one to question themselves, others and or God.
From self-defeating lies. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie it is easier to avoid problems than to face them. Jesus, deliver them
From the lie they can’t be happy unless things go their way. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie it’s somebody else’s fault. Deliver them, Jesus.
From worldly lies. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie you can have it all together. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie you are only as good as what they do. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie life should be easy. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie if I do right things good things will happen. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie life should be fair. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie of karma and belief in karma. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie people can’t change. Deliver them, Jesus.
From marital lies and relationship lies. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie it’s all the other persons fault. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie it is all their fault. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie relationships should be easy, or they aren’t meant for each other. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie they should meet all their needs. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie they owe them. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie they shouldn’t have to change. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie they have to have the same interests. Deliver them, Jesus.
From lies of distortion. Deliver them, Jesus.
From taking everything personally. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie everything is black and white. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie history always repeats itself. Deliver them, Jesus.
From religious lies. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie God’s love must be earned. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie God seeing sin hates the sinner. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie because they are Christian, God will protect them from pain and suffering. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie that all their problems are caused by their sin. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie that as a Christian it is their duty to meet all the needs of others. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie a good Christian doesn’t feel angry, anxious, or depressed. Deliver them, Jesus.
From the lie that they can’t participate in God’s plan unless they are spiritually strong. Deliver them, Jesus.
Truths we must believe for emotional health.
To err is human. We are all imperfect. That healing, transformation, wholeness is a process. You can’t please everyone. That we often learn more in the struggle and that is the prize.
They are not entitled. Feelings are neither right nor wrong but how we handle and express them can be. Are feelings and emotions are God given opportunities to become aware of how we feel and or underlying areas in need of healing. Life can be difficult.
From the lie they have to be perfect. . Lord, deliver them.
From the lie they have to earn your love. Lord, deliver them.
From the lie they must have everyone’s approval. Lord, deliver them.
From the lie their unhappiness is somebody else’s fault. Lord, deliver them.
From the lie life should be fair. Lord, deliver them.
From the lie if relationships takes such hard work they are not right for each other. Lord, deliver them.
From the lie depression, anger, and anxiety are signs of a weak faith in God. Deliver them, Jesus.
Truth about God.
God is Self-Existent, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient, Holy, Good, Just, Merciful, Sovereign, Unchanging, Love.
