Unironically though. It always kinda bugged me that Arceus is just, a Pokemon, y'know? Like it's cool, it looks like a legendary, but I mean that's it. It just looks like a legendary Pokemon.
Like, it's funny that you can pretty much just fistfight Pokegod, but I just feel like the god of the Pokemon world that created the universe should be a bit more separated from your average Pokemon, you get me? I choose to believe Arceus as seen in the games, especially Legends Arceus isn't true Arceus, just a part of it
I still feel as though I'm missing something when i see the connection of Luka staring at Ivan and Till staring at Luka but nobody is actually looking at each other.
I know the reason for this homophobic stare was probably Ivan regaining his composure/giving himself a check "damn I really did that"/realizing that still trying to reach out to Till one last time was fruitless after slipping up during the song but. What if he was staring back at Luka? what if he knew what was coming all along.

Teruko and Yosano should've faced off. I think Yosano should've been posed that question that Atsushi was; that reveal of the "future war" - Teruko went along with Fukuchi out of a mix of indebtedness and being at a loss for what to do. War is all she's known; of course she doesn't know. But Yosano has been to the depths of despair and come back out of it again. She might've faltered at this horrific reminder of her trauma, but when it comes down to it, she saves the lives before her. She fought for a way back to light and life. I just think there could've been a really interesting conflict there. And it would've made Teruko's role much more tragic if she wanted desperately for there to be a third option but just didn't have enough time to sit with it and process what that third option might be before Fyodor made it all go to hell.
Also a fight between them would've been interesting, because Teruko is much physically stronger than Yosano, but Yosano can heal from any physical injury inflicted. However, since we now know Teruko can alter mental age, she could inflict psychological wounds by de-aging her, which would've been a good callback to the horrors of war in her backstory, and also been a nice bit of foreshadowing for Teruko actually being a child.
Teruko eventually allowing Yosano to leave out that door after seeing her resolve would've been a deeply bittersweet and powerful moment, I think, especially in hindsight after her backstory reveal.
Recently I learned that my computer does not render scenes very well
Even though I'm not very happy with how it turned out, I figured I might aswell share since it took me about two and a half days just to render the thing,
(it was supposed to be a simple looping animation, and I wanted to focus more on the background, but apparently, my computer doesn't handle that stuff well)
I am very tired right now, if it wasn't already obvious, lol
Thinking about the convolution of Eleventh Doctor's expressions of love for River Song in Season 7B. He does not trust Clara. He is utterly (wrongly) convinced that he and Clara are playing a grand manipulative game together. “What are you, eh?! A trick? A trap?!!”
So naturally, the last thing he should do in this game is to clue his opponent in on something that could be used to hurt him. Something like River, so painfully near the end of their time together, whose data ghost he can always see, who “it would hurt too much” to acknowledge. He can't let Clara know of the loss which constantly floods his senses; (“You are always here to me. And I always listen, and I can always see you,” he professes, once Clara has vanished into his timestream).
And yet. River fills his every moment (irregardless of any sneaking out for dates with increasingly-young Rivers while Clara is asleep like he did while the Ponds slept, which would explain his absence when the TARDIS is hiding Clara's bedroom). Even though it's not strategic, he can’t help but tell Clara about her. The best defense he can manage is to phrase it as if River isn’t as important to him as she is. Not only is avoiding her first name in his grief; he's also completely avoiding pronouns; which seems extreme given that he's still mentioning her as often as: “Oh yeah, of course he has! Professor Song! Sorry, it's just I never realized you were a woman.”
Leave out the emotion — leave out the details — don't show the cracks in the armor — play the part — win the game.
“Well, there's no point now. We're about to die. JUST TELL ME WHO YOU ARE.”
