I’ve been looking for an image showing the central energy channel through which the Tide flows in Biodynamic Meditation (and Craniosacral Biodynamics). This one is closer to what I experience than most of the images. There are maps…and then there’s the territory. Conceptual information and felt experience. IMO, we need maps but the territory is what we’re exploring. In yoga anatomy, the sushumna nadi is the channel that connects the crown of the head to the pelvic floor. Alongside it, usually shown interweaving with chakras, are the ida and pingala nadis. I experience them as one strong central channel. This is the channel to tune into when seeking the Tide. Every human has this central channel. Practicing yoga (any kind of yoga) can help the channel strengthen as it also cultivates your awareness of it. There are numerous options! You can do Yoga with Adriene (my Austin home girl) at home on YouTube for free if you prefer. After I’d done 7 bhastrikas and settled into sukhasana, I brought my attention there…and felt my central channel get stronger and clearer. Monkey mind was less active than usual. The Tide — the sensation of energy flowing in the vertical plane — paused to open my heart chakra. I felt radiance at my face and my ajna third-eye chakra open. Movement, Muscles & Meridians: head and neck superficial back line and urinary bladder channel It’s fascinating to me that from the top down to initiate extension, we start with our eyebrows. It explains or makes some sense why frontal bone concussions can affect this entire line down to altering intra abdominal pressure. In Applied Kinesiology, there’s even a cranial fault under the galea aponeurotica (fascia on top your head) and the sagittal suture related to this line of fascia and back pain. Conversely, or polar reversely, I’ve heard stories of ancient Chinese cutting the foot fascia of peasants so they could never lift their head again. I’ve been asked by spirit and my higher self to pull a message for the day for you beautiful souls on here, so here it is!

The energy that I am channelling is that for many of you there is change happening or change that is coming. It may feel like you are are stepping up on your life path and moving forward towards something that takes you up, there is a strong energy about moving forward and moving up so take in however that may resonate with you. I get that for some, there is an opening/activation of the crown chakra – strong communication may be coming in for you from the spirits of the higher realms, they are guiding you at this time so pay attention to reoccurring thoughts and messages – for some this may be very significant. This is a powerful and positive time for many, so it’s important to stay connected to yourself, your truth, spirits and/or guides at this time.

I also get that many of you may be feeling overwhelmed, or pulled down by lower energies, if so you are being asked to work with whom it is you may be connecting to and to ask for protection. The angel in this card deck (the one on the left) is Archangel Michael who you can call upon for protection if you are feeling unsure of who to ask, but for many of you, you already know…

ENERGY UPDATE 8/17: Look what showed up on the charts finally last night! The Schumann amplitudes reached up to 57 and lasted for about 9 hours between midnight and 9am CST. Now, I was feeling this wave hit yesterday intensely between noon & 3pm CST. The wave knocked me out. Yesterday morning, I had a dream of the Schumann showing complete white out for the full 3 days that the chart covers. I’m not sure when that will happen or what timeline it’s on.🤷‍♀️🌊 This morning, my GPS screen in my car was a whiteout - nothing on the screen, then my iPhone had to be completely reset as it would not function. So, that tells me the energy channeling through me is powerful enough to knock out my electronics. Ascension symptoms are flaring up still. Anything in the body, including emotional baggage is being stirred up and pushed out for release. Try not to repress this process, rather assist the energy in exiting our tissues, cells, energy field, etc. with movement, hydration, detoxing, conscious identification of emotional triggers. ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ Between now thru mid to the end of October is feeling like an action filled preparation period- getting us ready for some kind of decision/choice point in December 2019- where the energies available will be massively supporting an expansive collective upward shift.
