Dinner tonight was carne asada, zucchini sautéed in avocado oil, avocado, and a salad. 😍.I haven’t worked out since my husband left.  Honestly, I just haven’t been in the mood to even do it.  I’m so used to my routine of going to the gym right after work, but now Everything has shifted, but luckily it’s only temporary, and I can’t wait for him to come back 😫. I love the taste of Matcha 💚🍵 I have a couple different types of matcha but this @perfectketo matcha has been my jam with these “cold” days in SoCal. I just used a heaping scoop with 12 oz of hot unsweetened almond milk. That’s it. It’s sweetened with stevia and already has MCT oil powder added to it. I used to not like the stevia in it but these days I LOVE it.
