Late Breakfast this Sunday morning. I'm feeling extra sore and fatigue with yesterday's workout and bad choices of eating. Although, yesterday was an awesome grinding workout it sure kicked my butt. This morning, I'm going to load some protein then usual since I lacked that macronutrient yesterday. Eggs and turkey bacon is what's for breakfast .... Sharing yesterday's Partner WOD: In 5 mins complete -3 deadlifts at 135# for women/185# for men -6 push ups -9 air squats After completing rest while partner completes and continue this cycle until 5 mins is up. Both you and your partner rest for 1 min then repeat for 4 more rounds. 5 total rounds.
