The 2017 Women’s March at the Monument in Washington DC, known to be the largest single-day protest in Modern U.S. history. The march ensued Trump’s inauguration against Hilary Clinton, and it was prompted by his several remarks suggesting that you can get away with gender-based attacks as long as you have power. I was 15 years old, and a friend’s mom took us to the protest and ensured our safety. I will never forget.
