Frodo: is a little bit reluctant at first and feels like he’s “taking away resources from people who need them more” a bit, but learns that he needs them just as much, not to compare himself to others, and settles down well.

Elrond: motherfucker tries to mansplain therapy techniques to the therapist in the first session, spends the entirety of the second session crying hysterically, and from that moment on is a total therapy nerd. he literally decorates his CBT notebooks. asks if he can get extra points for turning his worksheets early. literally treats his final session like he’s fucking graduating college and makes everyone attend in formalwear.

Pippin: argues with the therapist, who quickly wises up to his bantering ways and essentially starts doing talk-therapy masqueraded as an improv-comedy session. weirdly enough, it works, and he reports feeling much better.

Thranduil: books 10 sessions, doesn’t even go to the first one, and instead of asking for a refund, just straight up files a chargeback on his AMEX

Maedhros: sends Google hate mail every time it dares to show him an advert to a therapy service, which is a vicious cycle because he keeps Googling “how to prove therapy is a capitalist scam” and “cure panic attack reddit” and “cancel nightmare subscription”

Legolas and Gimli: wandered in by accident thinking it was a Starbucks, has no clue what therapy is, and genuinely just assume they’re gossiping with a strangely professional barista. they have been attending for the last 20 years and as a result have outstanding mental health

Fëanor: someone suggests a therapist to him after the third time he set his microwave on fire after it melted his cheese too much. he looks up said therapist, reports them to the registered psychologist regulatory body for no reason, and pulls political strings to ensure they lose their practice license. he has never met this person.

Bilbo Baggins: therapist drops him in 3 weeks with “yeah you’re fine move on” because he makes her cry every session. not because his mental health mind you but because he keeps being subtly mean about her fashion choices and room decorations.

Celegorm: banned from therapy centre before his first session for barking like a dog when the receptionist asked for his health insurance number.

Hello everyone. I am here with a personal update on the scammer @ recoveringinternetaddict, who stole 200 euros from me and similar amounts from 2 other readers ( @starryfree and @tarotwithavi )

PayPal had told me 2 days ago that the chargebacks were permanently cancelled, and that I didn't need to worry about anything anymore. Yet they were lying.

When I woke up I got an email that one case I filed against was permanently chargebacked from me and given back to the scammer. 6 cases have been given back permanently so far. Meaning nothing was permanently cancelled and that I did have to worry about everything.

Please, for anyone reading this. I hate asking for help but if anyone wants to buy readings from me please do it now, I really need the help.

My mum paid nearly £50 for a Ghost box from this company 26th August.

It was suppose to arrive the end of September, on the 6th October I emailed them asking when it was suppose to arrive and I got this email back.

We waited.. and waited..

It’s now 25th November so my mum filed a chargeback and now they’re trying to counterclaim the chargeback

We have received absolutely NOTHING

Not even a tracking number or even an updated email saying it’s been ‘dispatched’

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

- Finished pieces will be emailed to you. Afterwards, I’ll add a few more of my watermarks and post it to all my socials.

- No nsfw, just because I’m inexperienced. Maybe one day, but not right now.

- If there is an OC involved I will need at least one clear reference image. I do not design characters from scratch for others right now.

- I reserve the right to deny service if I’m uncomfortable with the subject matter for any reason including those not listed in my “NO” section.

- Turnaround time: I try to finish pieces within 2 weeks, however I will be starting cancer treatment soon so I have extended that timeframe to 21 days, or 3 weeks, just in case there are days where I am too exhausted to do anything. I will keep in touch and I will let you know if your commission might take longer than that. I will send previews throughout the process as well

- If I consistently get more than 2-3 commissions at once I will open a waitlist to avoid overwhelming myself.

Let's Have Those Flashy Goodies!!

There will actually be a couple of collection update entries over the next few days. Not only did the EMS package from Japan arrive, but so did a couple of other fun orders. Prefer to not cram it all into one massive post! *lol* Not really sure if the framed picture is an official licensed product? At the end of the day, it truly doesn't matter. I love it and really want this as eye candy on my wall.

Clearly, a decision was made to open and display the birthday acrylic diorama stand. Figured why not, since the pieces were already loose?!

The wallet shown in the first pic, was taken out of the plastic packaging. I wanted to show off a certain sexy Jolly Roger on the back. Truth be told, this wallet was purchased with one of my Buggy ita bags in mind anyway.

Since learning of ARS, I really wanted a graded 10 slab by them. Really love how they present a card with an engraved metal plaque at the bottom. Looks very clean in my humble opinion, the laminated certificate is a nice touch too.

The odd bottle, lying on its side, above the plush, is actually a food spice! Would be cool to obtain another one and try it out sometime. Okay, so my mind is being silly. It looks like the Buggy postcard is going to bite the bum of the beanbag plushie. *lol*

Yes, the Buggy Stampede figure was unboxed and is now proudly on display. He's just way to hot and flashy to leave packed away. *grins*

This amazing figure was a pain in the rump to photograph. He just needed to be at the right angle. Admittedly, I was not a fan of the little beanbag plush before. However, my mind has now been changed. Beanbag Buggy there is too cute for words and more are now needed. There must be an army of them in my possession!! *inserts evil laughter*

Puma and One Piece did a 4 Emperors collaboration. These shoes were not only snagged for a very reasonable price but were brand spanking new! They have now since been worn by yours truly.

Anyone hesitant about buying these shoes, I'd highly recommend them. There are fun details, such as Buggy's Jolly Roger.

The shirt here was found in a nice sized lot of goodies; the same lot contained the pin set pictured in the third photo above.

Of course, if it didn't feature my handsome genius jester, I wouldn't have been as interested in purchasing it. *lol*

So, this jar was a rather odd and random find. It actually comes with a dessert inside. Shame that I can't try said tastiness, but just owning the container is more than enough for me.

There was one other item in the box, but a photo won't be shown, as I'm rather upset. The seller pulled a bait and switch, sending a fake! What was this item? Sadly, the Buggy Manga TCG card. Something that is rather expensive, but I found what I thought was a not so perfect one for cheaper. All the photos the seller supplied were of a legit card too! What arrived in my hands is not…I truly hate people! The sleazy seller needs to die flashily!! *grumbles* I've been trying to get a refund through Buyee. It's looking like a chargeback may have to be filed, which will get me banned from the middleman service.

hey um does anyone have any advice on this

someone emailed me to let me know they accidentally filed a dispute on their pre-order which is essentially a chargeback and i cant do anything to let paypal know its a mistake, and my only resolutions are either providing a refund or sending proof of shipment (which is impossible since i havent even got the books yet)

and i have a limited amount of time to 'resolve' this case otherwise paypal will just side with the buyer on their mistake

this puts me in the negatives on my balance 🙃

the ebay seller that sold me a plush with really obvious damage is still harassing me to change my neutral review to positive to this day and im like? neutral feedback doesnt even reduce your feedback percentage on ebay? i would admire this person's persistence but this is seriously annoying the fuck out of me. can i block this person and if so how? i told them i wasnt mad and i can fix the damage myself but theyre still pissed and claimed i wronged them somehow. i never filed a chargeback with my bank btw.

Also, Bank of America will take up to 90 days to decide if they'll file a chargeback for you if you get scammed. Which apparently doesn't count as fraud.
