The First Anime Ever Created

The first known anime is Namakura Gatana, a short film created in Japan in 1917. While it wasn't fully recognized as "anime" back then, it paved the way for the medium to evolve into what we know today.

Heyho fellow peeps!

Guess who’s got the new fancy #procreatedreams app!

It’s a really cool program and I have fun with it. Still need to figure it out, how this works, but I think, I got slowly the hang of it :D.

I used Oskar as my test subject :D.

The first animation is him as an angsty teen. (I know the linework is terrible…)

The second animation is him as an happy adult :D.

Well It’s fun. Maybe I will rework the angsty teen animation, because it’s an important part of his backstory.

Also don’t worry, I will still post just some normal artwork still :D

I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY ANIMATED MY FIRST THING!!!!!

This is my OC for Helluva Boss (which I will be posting right after this, because I just now realized I haven't actually shared him here yet); his name is Zex, and I wanted to animate a small thing. So I took an hour or two, found a nice beginner's software for animating, and made him blink! It doesn't look like much, but I'm SO happy with how smooth it looks!!!
