Fitness tip #37 Muscle up your coffee! Finding your morning coffee is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike? If you know me I have boundless energy even though I get up at 3-4am everyday. Well it’s not really a secret butttt it’s more fun making it Scooby-Doo mysterious like that so ima say secret . Are you ready? . K . Jump in the mystery machine 👇. . Every . Single . Morning . I connect to my core - every morning - doesn’t matter where I am - what I am doing - who I’m with - I #coreconnect hard AF 💁🏼‍♀️. . I’ve discovered over time that this creates a more aligned day - I feel strong in my core so I feel strong in my decisions, my actions, my moves ya feels? . How do I connect you ask? . Some days I do eagle crunches👆 or #obliquetwists but most days I make sure I take a second to sit on my #stabilityball - push through my sits bones and keep my ribs in check {aka no flare forward} and if I’m feelin extra fancy I glide a little side to side or even raise my arms {obvi keeping my rib cage in check 👌} . If you don’t have a stability ball finding your seat and sitting upright w proper posture even for a few seconds or walking while keeping your core fired - noticing little changes w each step can help you connect to your core too . You don’t always need hours and hours in the gym - while it can be very therapeutic it doesn’t need to be a whole sha Bang - taking the time to come back and connect to your core first thing in the morning and then several times throughout the day can have you well on your way to your #bestversionofyou . . Added 25 plates and maxed out at 270 x 2. I try to stay away from Squats and Deadlifts due to back issues. But the more I train these muscle the back ache doesn't really bother me as much.
