I'm all about PREVENTATIVE Medicine. The less unnecessary and unnatural chemicals, the better. Diet and exercise is your best friends. They are your most efficient and effective physicians. Wanna quit that blood pressure medicine? Look at your diet. Do a bit a light exercise . Gall bladder acting up? Also a good diet change (most of the time. See your TRUST WORTHY physician to make sure.). Pre-diabetic? LOOK AT YOUR DIET! Even type two diabetics can benefit in this area. Depression/anxiety? First, look at your current medications. Do they interact negatively? Are they right for you? Is there something else you can do that is more natural that your doctor is not telling you about? And also, Exercise is great for this. The endorphins that releases are worth it. if you have any questions about this kind of thing question feel free to ask me. 2019 Resolutions
1. I’m going to go with the obvious one and say lose weight/become more fit. I have no goal weight or goal fitness level. I want to feel totally confident in my skin and feel better. 2. Run another half marathon & beat my time. (2:52:01) 3. Travel & have amazing adventures. 4. Complain less. When I feel negative, think of all the positive things I have to be thankful for. Life isn’t that bad and I’ve had a very blessed life so far. 5. Study and further my education at work. 6. Start doing yoga. Look into different studios and go get zen. 7. No alcohol.

Happy 4 year Thrive Anniversary to me!! Hi everyone, I'm Tara O. and I'm going to be honest here… let's face it, life has its ups and downs. Luckily, for me, the last 4 Years have had more ups than downs. The one constant has been my 3 steps every single morning. è domenica, ma mi piace pensare siano i miei blocchi di partenza. Controllo la mia motivazione (c’è, ed è tanta); la mia paura (c’è, ma equivale al mio coraggio); la mia disciplina (c’è ed è pronta a dimostrarmi che, questa volta, ce la faremo).
La mia challenge, di 10 settimane, consisterà in:
1. Mangiare sano, limitando la fame nervosa
2. Allenarsi 5 volte a settimana, ma essere attiva tutti i giorni
3. Chiudere le storie in sospeso, senza aprire nulla di nuovo. Mi spiego: ho libri che devo finire da circa 2 anni, progetti da concludere, cose che ho procrastinato all’inverosimile. Voglio mettere ordine.
4. Guardare la vita con occhi diversi. Curiosi, eccitati, sorpresi. Essere una donna che corre con i lupi.
5. Scrivere, scrivere, scrivere.

The good thing about forgetting to take my lunch to work today is that I don't have to pack one for tomorrow. Maybe instead of doing weekly meal prep I can just let my forgetfulness stretch one through the entire week and help my budget out as well as my diet. 😂😂😂
