This morning, I was outside catching some vitamin D with a delicious smoothie (strawberry,mango and passion fruit) I don't know about you, but me, I try to drink a smoothie or a juice a day as it gives me more energy and helps me to achieve my goal (5 fruits and vegetables or more a day). Any diet you decide to follow, you really need to make sure that you got all vitamins and minerals as they all play an important role in your body (e.g iron, b12 and folate are needed for the formation of red blood cells) that why I decided to eat sometime meats, as I am already short in choice with my food allergies (gluten/diary/EGG/soya, fish). I love my Saturday off 🤪. Flourless pancake with mango, blueberries,strawberries and chocolate Here the recipe: 1cup of oats (can be gluten-free oats) 2 bananas 7 Tbsp of any alternative milk Pinch of cinnamon Pinch of vanilla extract Mix everything in a blender and cook them in a pan with a little vegetable oil (I used coconut oil) J'adore mon jour de repos🤪. Pancake sans farine avec mangue, fraises,myrtilles et du chocolat Voilà la recette: 1 tasse de flocon d'avoine. 2 bananes 7 cuillères à soupe de lait végétal. Une pincette de cannelle Une pincette d'extrait de vanille. Mélanger le tout dans un mixeur et puis faire cuire les pancakes dans une poêle avec un peu d'huile végétale.
