For the au ask game!

OKAY I wanted specifically to get to the pokemon au from the ask you sent, it's been cooking a bit so it's time to see what comes out of the oven, so... @azol-otl ty for the ask!

Crossover au's are all about the fused worldbuilding for me and speculating on how characters from universe A would fit into universe B heehee hoohoo - and for Batfam especially it's fun to think about the equivalent of their roles as vigilantes! What kind of people have the same level of celebrity, the same sideways seeking of justice?

Naturally this leads you to the gym leaders because a) it's the most fun and b) they are like. Quasi-law enforcement/educators/professional athletes depending on how you try to translate the innate child's perspective on the pokemon universe into something that makes sense as an adult lol ilu pokemon. [insert 'compels me though' gif here]

SO with this in mind, here's 5 fun facts (that are mostly backstory lmao) from a jaytim pokemon au I would write

I'm deeply ill about pokemon so this one goes under the cut lol:

Jason Todd used to be the Champion. He won the role after Dick Grayson quit a year or two before (Dick had been getting older and chafing under the League rules - meaning he'd been chafing under how Bruce ran the League) and was a fierce competitor who didn't believe in going easy on anyone. His Houndoom was a force to be reckoned with, and despite running a mostly Dark-type team, his Honchkrow cleaned up anyone thinking their Fighting-types could sweep. He looked after the League and Gotham with a cocky, self-assured attitude and the win record to back it up. .

Jason disappeared suddenly at the age of 15. Many assumed him dead, after a Rocket (Or whatever Gotham themed gang name we want to go with lol could be Team Joker) bombing in the area he'd last been seen, but he's officially declared missing. Bruce Wayne took back the duties of interim Champion as he once did for Dick Grayson, but he's not quite the mentor he once was. It's obvious he's grieving, and that he doesn't want to mentor any more twelve year olds. Dick signed up to be a Gym Leader shortly after this, returning from his trip about a year early to help out in the chaos following Jason's disappearance. .

Enter Tim Drake. Tim's gym challenge wasn't all that interesting in the circuit at first; he had a rocky start and had to retake a few gym challenges. He wasn't exactly sweeping on his first try every time like Jason had done. He didn't have the meteoric rise that caught the Champion's attention early, didn't get one-on-one mentorship or face-to-face meetings, cautionary advice and congratulations all rolled into one from Bruce Wayne himself - but Tim had patience and grit, and he paid attention. He was gunning for the Championship, and it wasn't just so he could prove himself. Team Rocket/Joker was still out there, and Bruce needed all the help he could get. He was always better for Gotham when he had a Robin. .

Dick had been nicknamed Robin for his all-Flying-type team and especially his Natu-then-Xatu; Jason followed up with his Murkrow-then-Honchkrow; Tim's Rookidee was one among many (Robin-esque pokemon were popularized by Dick and the trend remains through Tim's day) so he wasn't considered a possible Robin successor until it was a Corvisquire and he was about to face Dick Grayson himself, a badge away from Victory Road. By then, Tim and his team were a well-oiled machine (he runs mostly Steel-types lol but also Normal-types for the unexpected adaptability and the 'underestimate my rattata i dare you it's in the top peRCENTAGE--' of it all. FEAR.), and his loss-record had all but frozen while his win-record ticked higher and higher. .

Shit finally goes down about three years after Tim has become Champion and all but bullied Bruce into mentoring him (he basically said 'if you don't watch me, i'll go find Team Rocket/Joker on my own' and triggers all of Bruce's child endangerment traumas simultaneously) and the mysterious Rocket/Joker leader Red Hood shows up, bringing the gang out of the shadows in pursuit of a hidden agenda. Identity shenanigans and "wait is that a Houndoom? But he's only been using Ghost-types, it CAN'T be..." and heel-face turns abound. .

(BONUS FACT: Something something, Jason went into deep cover with Looker or whoever he is, that Interpol guy from X & Y (WAIT. LOOKER MIGHT ACTUALLY BE TALIA AL GHUL IN THIS AU HOHOHO), infiltrating the Rocket/Joker gang and going public as Red Hood is the first step in the last phase of the sting. Cue a million tense Jaytim interactions in which Tim is legitimately trying to take Red Hood down and Jason desperately tries to shake him so that he doesn't do anything that forces Jason to blow his cover. There is at least one 'tugged into a tight space to hide them both from the actual bad guys, "wait, did you just HELP me...?" "Think whatever you want, babybird"' interaction because I am a slut for the first sprinkles of a redemption arc that is rife with UST fufufu)

4. a story idea you haven't written yet

Ok so like. I've got these two ideas kicking around in my head from time to time that I'm like. Still kind of workshopping. One is a fanfic and one is an original fic. But basically I've had in my head since forever (10 years of Big Thinking) about a big Digimon sort of odyssey that originally started as a Pokemon x Digimon crossover where I took the Rocket executives and shoved them into the digital world. I have a whole world built for it already and a central sort of issue/theme revolving around a power struggle between the Demon Lords and the Royal Knights. The Royal Knights control HUB City, which is the major settlement in the continent, the Demon Lords control the Dark Lands, and kind of like usual they all want to wipe each other out. There's eventually a viral sort of glitch that starts to deteriorate the digital world and jumps to the real world.

Part of my problem is I've wanted to make it a comic or at the very least an illustrated fic and part of the problem is I'm trying to decide if I want to keep it as a crossover or just slap some new names onto the execs bc i gotta be real, the pokemon world and other pokemon characters. do not feature. at all.

its really just an excuse for me to give petrel a digimon.

anyways they all have full evolution lines planned, i've got a few major story beats, plot points, and the major final twist decided on. i also have 5 amvs that i play in my head on a loop when i drive to and from work.

also in this fic some digimon are gay (stingmon and flamedramon makeout sessions when) and trans (crusadermon, trans queen) ive decided

i think ive posted old art before extending the au to some characters and for my perfworld mutuals if youve seen my sycamore + dukemon art before that specific dukemon is also from this au. ive also got a fic i did publish where i workshopped a little bit of HUB city & a few side characters

i am now realizing i meant to also talk about the original fic i have planned and that one is a short story about a serial killer who murders hitchhikers picking up a hitchhiking serial killer and that one is less planned out but i know they sloppy kiss in the end

13. a fandom you're thinking about writing for

so like besides pokemon and tiger & bunny & digimon there's none i actively have fic ideas for, but some fandoms I think I'd like to revisit are Sonic and Zelda. Actually I had a Zelda fic I abandoned back on FFNet that I'd like to take another crack at one day where the premise was it was a modern setting based on the OOT/TP Hyrule (mostly OOT) where magic and fairies and such are regarded as superstition sort of the same way they are now, and the wondrous races (Goron, Zora, Kokiri/Korok, etc. even the Sheika to some extent) had all died out, leaving pretty much just the human races like Hylian, Terminian, Gerudo, etc. (In this case Termina is legitimately a neighboring kingdom/country and not limbo/purgatory ok??) And the kicker was Link was like. a hardcore atheist. but i think i remember people getting mad at me bc i made his legal name "Mahas" which I MUST IMPLORE YOU. THIS IS CANONICALLY HIS NAME AS OF SKYWARD SWORD. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THERE WAS AN ATTEMPT TO BUILD A PSEUDO LANGUAGE IN SKYWARD SWORD. WE KNOW HIS NAME IS MAHAS BECAUSE IN THE BEGINNING WHEN FI IS JUST CALLING HIM LINK AND NOT MASTER LINK HER VOICE LINES ARE EVER ONLY MAHAS. ONCE SHE BEGINS CALLING HIM MASTER LINK ANY TIME IT APPEARS ON SCREEN SHE SAYS "MAARI MAHAS." SO IM RIGHT OK FUCK OFF IM RIGHT. DIE MAD FFNET. DIE. MAD.

20. in what year did you publish your first fic?

In the year of our lord 2005 (pensive emoji)(raised fist emoji) I published a... fic of some kind to FFNet.

You won't find it anymore, I deleted it a long time ago! I'm not sure if it was 'Rocket Road Trip' or 'The Rebellion,' but it was one of those. I used to write a ton of OC team rocket fics, and this was back in the day when the Rocket Executives had no name so you either thought there was 1 guy exec and 1 girl exec or you thought each exec encounter in GSC was a different person, and that was me. So I gave them all names and threw them into a truck together and i think in the very first chapter they were leaving the Team Rocket HQ and they ran over and left to die the OC who would later go on to be repurposed into Proton except his name was Steve then and he was a special classification of trainer class that I called a "Random Rocket," and the thing about Random Rockets was they all had very generic names (Steve, Bob, Juan, I think there was a Nancy once but she never got to show up in a fic or rp?) but the OTHER thing about Random Rockets was no one knew what they looked like because canonically their faces were all censored with a big ass mosaic effect (this was written, not draw.)

anyways farla cussed me out on 3 or 4 different fics back when she used to cuss out literal children so I deleted all my fics from 2005 - 2008 and then I deleted more of them when I went to college.

Favourite ship (i'm letting myself do 3 RP ones from across my blogs)!

Lisanna x Sting with @aitheros. It lives in my head and heart rent free, I’m so soft for them. We have had so many good and precious interactions with them and plotted much more too! They are such a lovely pair and bring out the best in each other, I adore their softness and the way they can relax around each other so beautifully and understand each other. They’ve both been through a lot, and the plot we’ve done for them has added to that and I’m forever excited about the things we can do within the plot and outside of it too. They’re also AU gold honestly. And I can’t even think about Lisanna without Sting coming to mind now. I can’t express how much I adore them, and Mandy is an incredible writer (im forever in awe of the description and imagery and use of metaphors, absolutely stunning every time, not to mention the dialogue and everything else too) so I’m always feeling super lucky to get to write with her! Her Sting is just CHEFS KISS (its also his bday today and I remember this bc I love him so much, he is the sunshine in my life). So yes 10/10 I adore them.

Rogue x Mary with @killrate. We started writing these babes together way back in like 2016, so it has been A Long Journey and it’s been so good. Beautiful example of awkward friends to secret lovers. With Mary being an ex-cultist and criminal and all, and Rogue being a famous mage, we get this Delicious plot of them keeping their relationship secret. The Yearning and Drama and all that goodness. And we also have an angsty breakup era planned which is gonna kill me but I also love it. In their happy era, they are so beautiful, so cute and adoring and flirty and fun but deep too and the feelings are so real and get me every time. He just adores her so much and is the absolute softness for her. I’m weak, send help. Plus as well as being one of the coolest people ever, Fae has such wonderful writing, its always so fun, so well done and full of personality, and a delight to read!!!

Gray x Evergreen with @lucentaire. At first glance, one might think Huh that’s a weird pair, but the more you think about it, the more it makes sense. They have a lot in common in terms of hobbies/interests, the way they think and even act sometimes, and a lot more. I love these two (and Jana’s specific portrayal) for the way they have this beautiful…idk exactly, like understanding or acceptance of each other, that’s growing with each interaction. They’re really starting to Get each other and it brings a certain peace and its lovely. I love seeing them begin to open up to each other, and I love the hints of feelings creeping in, and I love the teasing that happens from time to time between them as well as from their friends, its just all So Good. When I think about them, I just get this really warm sense of peace and I love it. I also have to say Jana is an amazing writer, her words always flow so well, and she has this gift of sneaking in little references to other characters/muses or little anecdotes from a muse’s past or family that just really Add a little something and make her muses feel so real and rounded. An absolute inspiration every time. And anytime i'm writing anything about Evergreen in general, I have to actively stop myself from writing 'Rena' instead, she's just so deep in my brain.

Favourite character to RP!

I have so many muses and have written so many more in the past, so it’s tricky to pin down a favourite! They all have their differences, and my fave can change based on mood as well. That being said, the first one that came to mind was Lisia (Pokemon)! She was my most active (basically Only) muse for about 8 or 9 months (which is sadly impressive for me) back in 2018. I’m not sure if its nostalgia that I’m holding onto, but I had a lot of fun with her. The RPC was fun and active and I had some really cool things going (and then things went Bad). I put in a Lot of work with Lisia, writing heeeaps of hcs and so she’s a muse that I really adore. She’s just a gorgeous gal with a gorgeous heart. I haven’t been able to get her going again since then but I’ve been thinking about her lately and might give her blog a clean up. I say that every so often tho and never do it, plus I can never manage to get her active again. But anyway, outside of her, I think I would say Lisanna is one of my faves to write! Coincidentally (or not), Lisanna and Lisia are very similar personalities. I enjoy their bubbly, cute personalities, and the way they can become teasing menaces when they want to be, particularly when they get close to someone. They also have this great potential for depth and deep and meaningful convos and angst. They’ve been through a lot and are still So Kind and I think I just find that sort of character comforting. On the complete other hand, I also really get a kick out of writing Macbeth, and my other old fave that’s just come to mind is an og muse of mine, Siegrain, which again, was once upon a time a Most Active muse of mine that I somehow can never get going again. But I did love that sassy blue haired bastard...

I suppose I could have said which muse on This blog is a fave to rp, but i haven't really gotten things going for each muse yet so we'll have to wait and see!

Er well, hello Rotomblr, my name's Anza and I'm a Pokemon Caretaker in-training, assigned to take care of a Cherrim since, I was told we're kind of the same since we both get sleepy when it rains and we're fine when it's sunny.

So now I can only think of him having filing cabinets and boxes full of former students' art that the other teachers jokingly call his "Dragon Hoard"

Well, that and one student hands Mr. Hassel a meme they made of him on Pokemon photoshop (student printed it out) referring to his "dragon hoard" and he's so unironically amazed by it, said print accidentally becomes the lecture of the day.

5 - Clefable: I personally have a soft spot for the Evo line overall because Clefa is top baby Mon in my mind. Clefairy is cute and I own a squishmallow of it but when it comes to Clefable, big pink marshmallow-shaped friend. 🌕

4- Silvally: I admit that while I liked both Legends Arceus and Scarlet over Sword, I do sometimes go back to Sword just so I could have some time with Silvally. I admit it's too much fun trying to get a nice move pool to compliment the multi attack and held memory. Or maybe that's just me doing that. Granted, I evolved my Type: Null too quickly and locked myself out of completing the Galarian Dex in Home... Then again, all I would've gotten was a fancy wallpaper for the notebook.

3 - Vaporeon: Just like Porygon, Vaporeon didn't do anything wrong. I'm well aware of the NSFT/W meme going around and I wish to not bring it to innocent eyes. Loved this specific evolution of Eevee as a kid and still do. It's a friend shaped loaf of bread.

2 - Ninetales: For the sake of clarity, I like both Kantoian and Alolan forms. It's a pretty Pokemon and a fox - double points. I think I'm more familiar with Kantoian one since I remember running a few with Energy Ball and sometimes Extrasensory. Kind of the first Pokemon to introduce me into type coverage moves. Fun to look at from a player perspective, hard as heck to draw from an artist perspective...

1 - Lucario: I probably anticipate a couple of folks to walk right on out of here after seeing this. As if the trainer card wasn't really an indication of that Pokemon's position on this list... Admittingly, I have a couple of Lucario figurines and at least one Riolu model around the fortress of solitude. Draw this friend shaped doggo a bit too so, might of been the reason for this critter to take top position here.

To be fair, I was hoping to leave this on standby for a bit when I first got it. Lately been keeping my cool around AI supportive folks and not wanting to get into a pickle with them, I've been blocking them on FB... Thank you for the fun distraction and apologizes for the little tangent there about AI. ಠ⁠︵⁠ಠ

So at the behest of a couple of friends, I've made this thing for what it's worth.

My name is Cooper Chevalier, and let's just get this out of the way now-- yes, I am, in fact, a Samurott. If you've heard about a Pokemon becoming a Trainer somewhere in the Johto region, that would be me. If you're wondering how or why this is even possible, then I guess I don't mind answering questions, but for now just know that the League had to make a few accommodations for me when I was first starting out and I've managed to take that all the way to the top and become one of the region's champions. Lance is still the guy running the Indigo Plateau, though--I mostly get called on to resolve issues in Kanto-Johto that he'd normally need to step away for. It's a nice little arrangement.

Anyway. I was convinced to make this by a friend in Galar, so I'm hoping this place is as good as they've made it out to be.

I'm also hoping that not having a Rotom won't bite me on the tail later... how the heck did those things become mainstream anyway--

EDIT: Saw a lot of people putting their Pokemon on these, too, and I'm finally sitting down and doing it. I could probably tell you about Shia and Pallas while I'm here but this should show up in the post they reblogged too so I can be lazy.

Anyway, here's my five mainstays-- they've been with me since near the start of my journey.

Mason (Gengar, M): Kind of a shy fella, but he's really loyal. Easily the partner I trust the most, and though I'm a bit sad to admit it, he's definitely gotten me out of a lot of sticky scenarios the painful way... I've been a lot more careful not to let that sort of thing happen since.

Sypha (Ampharos, F): Serious to a fault and speaks to the point. Proud of her power, but aware of her limits, though that doesn't mean she can't throw a mean Thunderbolt.

Juste (Togekiss, M): I raised him from an egg, and he's easily the most optimistic member of my team. He's also my ride around the two regions, usually, so props to him for carrying around a ~220 lb Samurott through the sky, ehehe...

Nora (Umbreon, F): Strong and steadfast, and fiercely devoted to her friends. She's usually serious, but she's got her playful side. Took a bit to warm up to me, though.

Katsuko (Dragonite, F): Hilariously, though I doubt she played any part in her upbringing, Katsuko is like if you took Clair's competitive spirit and put it in a dragon. Most eager to fight out of everyone, and was easily my second ace once she fully evolved.

I want to say, because I decidedly remember being like 9 and being absolutely feral about them - Misty and Ash from the Pokemon anime 😅 I have always been a huge Pokemon fan, and I grew up on the anime and I was obsessed with the romantic tension that they! went! nowhere with!! (still not over it tbh) It was either that or Zelink, as that will forever be the OG ship

B6. What is your favorite story trope? Why?

This is a hard one for me because I am the trope queen, and I have many many favorites, especially depending on the genre.

If I had to pick just one, I would say enemies to lovers. Yawn, basic I know.

But what really gets me about this trope isn't even when it's the rah rah I'll kill you oh wait that's sexual tension dammit - it's when only the two morons within the ship think they're enemies.

I saw a great tag on ao3 one time that was like "___ thinks it's enemies to lovers but to everyone else it's slowburn". There's something about two people being so staunchly confident that they loathe the other person, while also ignoring all signs that they themselves actually really like them? And they're stupidly compatible?

⭕️- Favorite Pokemon?

This was the question that made me decide on that particular meme. Rhydon. I love Rhydon. He will forever be on my team even if I don't like Rhyperior. Rhyperior is definitely not superior. Aside from it's cool look, that lightening rod ability is a blessing in team battles. And then my powerhouse had Earthquake, Thunderbolt, Surf, and Megahorn. Nerd out for a bit, but I want a plushie of Rhydon. Even if I'm not incredibly huge on Pokemon as I used to be. Favorite legendary is Lugia. Because after the 2nd movie, how can you not love whirlpool bird dragon?

I'll share this funny one just because you. XD Not exactly haha funny, but I used to plot out this Kuja x OC Dissidia story called Silverlight. I still have some of my notes from my young self. That OC was to be the deciding factor between the war of Cosmos and Chaos to end the cycles, but it was up to the Warriors of both sides to convince her to come to join their side. But everyone is like... "she doesn't know how to fight, how is she supposed to be the deciding factor?" and start training her before she snaps, goes through a transformation she can't control, and it takes all 20 fighters to stop her. But all characters were to spend time with her and help her grow in some way. More or less. Terra was to be her best friend, and the Chaos Warriors were set on pushing Kuja towards her since he's the manipulator and they wanted to bully him around. I still think about it, mostly because of the name of your own Starlight story. Just the similarity in name.

I'll admit, I've been trying to avoid these heated conversations because of the natural fear of it escalating to the point where someone's life/career can be ruined forever. I tend to keep out of Twitter drama altogether (I don't even view over 300 tweets each day anyway and neither does my friends.) and purely focus on the fanart, memes, and keeping up with my favorite J-Pop artists and interests.

Anyway, Riders (Particularly the Saber cast) react to seeing this vile hatred towards Keiwa and his actor? (Likely finding out about the latter through Tsukasa.)

Lmao I never even got twitter to begin with. I'd always been wary of social media in general, so I never made an account.

Honestly, my main social media these days is tumblr. I only have Insta for simping purposes (and the Pokemon insta page), and I rarely dip into Reddit (though I am there, also as narashikari). I don't even use Facebook anymore, just Messenger.

Anywho...

I think they would understand the hatred towards Keiwa, somewhat, because his behavior is unacceptable, even though his current state of grief and rage explain them.

Thing is, people can't control how they feel, so hating Keiwa for what he's doing isn't wrong per se. It's how they're acting on that emotion that should be criticized.

Which, ironically, is the same thing with Keiwa. He can't help what he feels- the grief of losing Sara, the anger at all the people who he holds responsible in some way, his frustration over not having his wish fulfilled. But how he acted on those emotions- especially in regards to Tsumuri and Ace- isn't okay.

That said, I feel like some of them would be protective of Keiwa, especially fellow Secondaries, since they think he's a good guy at heart and he's bound to come around if people just reached out to him and he starts healing from his trauma.

On the other hand, pretty much everyone would not approve of Ryuga Sato being hated on and even harassed. They're all mature and smart enough to separate an actor from the character they're playing. At best they'll think the haters are idiots. And at worst, assholes.

Thanks to @cleflink for the tag!!! Picking only 10 characters was really hard!!! But, I think this is a good selection: 1. Goro Akechi - Persona 5 - It’s literally a meme between my friends that I love this man way too much lolololol. His complex personality and dynamic with Akira is just so good!!! My ultimate favorite character of all time!!! (Still waiting for the Akechi to my Akira) 2. Joshua Kiryu - The World Ends With You - For those who can’t tell, I love the cocky cunning assholes. Ever since I played the original game on my DS back in the day, I’ve loved this man so much!!! An intriguing individual with an excellent dynamic with Neku. (I hope we get another sequel someday!!!!) 3. Kazuya Miyuki - Ace of Diamond - THE CATCHER OF MY HEART!!!! When I first started watching Ace of Diamond back in like 2015 (? I think?), I wasn’t sure if I would stick with it because Eijun gave me so much second hand embarrassment (we are too alike lololol). But then Miyuki appeared and stole both of our hearts and I’ve been a fan since (They hugged in the latest chap!!! IM SO HAPPY!!!!!!) 4. Kaito Kuroba (Kaitou Kid) - DCMK - One of my earliest crushes that I still have to this day lololol. Detective Conan was one of the first animes I watched on my own (before that, I watched whatever my mom and sister showed me like Cardcaptor Sakura), so the series holds a special place in my heart (and I think Kaito probs highly contributed to me having the Type I have today lololol). I also love the contrast between Kaito and Shinichi (Kaito seems easy-going but is actually always considering his options vs. Shinichi seems calculating but is actually really impulsive). 5. Damon Reznor - Andromeda Six - I LOVE THIS MAN!!! I’ve played many dating sims over the years, but Damon’s character and route legit takes the crown for being my all time favorite. His character is honestly perfect (and even when I streamed the game with friends, we were legit directed by fate to do his route because every time we had a choice the random number generator we used always picked him lololol) 6. Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd - Fire Emblem: Three Houses - When Byleth mentioned that Dimitri has a darkness within him, I was immediately intrigued and decided to go for the Blue Lions route. This choice absolutely paid off when I got to the scene where he discovered the truth about Edelgard and went absolutely feral!!! His character development was so good, and I legit can’t play the game without romancing him!!! (Also, when he was the only house leader to comfort Byleth when the tragedy happened, I ended up actually crying because I had recently lost one of my cats and his words impacted me strongly. I’ll never forget them) 7. Jason Todd - DC Comics - One of my favorite robins (along with Tim Drake)!!! He deserved so much better than the treatment he received from the writers when he was robin, but his character development as the Red Hood has been excellent. Tho i miss his and everyone’s iterations from before the New 52 happened. (Gotham Knights better do both him and Tim justice!!!) 8. Arsene Lupin - Code: Realize - THE BEST BOY!!!!!! Since I love Kaito, it’s no surprise that I would adore other versions of Lupin as well, and Code: Realize’s version is absolutely perfect. His and Cardia’s relationship is so cute, and I found myself wanting to smooch him anytime he was on screen.  9. Yang - Piofiore - ONE OF THE BEST ROUTES I HAVE EVER SEEN IN AN OTOME!!!! Yang’s character development during his route was honestly one of favorites of all time!!! It was so well-written (and I was honestly disappointed that the other routes never reached the same level). I also loved how Lili was directly involved with most of the action in his route. 10. Volo - Pokemon Legends: Arceus - HIM HIM HIMMMMMMMMMM!!!!! Although I still love N and Pokemon Black and White will forever be my fav games in the series, Volo has officially become my ultimate favorite pokemon character!!! His final battle during the post-game honestly shook me to the core (and I hope we see more of him someday, tho I doubt GameFreak will ever try to expand the narratives again like they did with Black 2 and White 2). (Roleplaying on tumblr since like 2013 or 2012, Roleplaying in general since like 2009) Platforms you’ve Used: I think I’ve only ever used Tumblr and Discord as well as like participating in RPG’s IRL Best Experience: Making some of my closest friends and writing some of my absolute BEST writing in the TWST community ngl. I’m not really social or active on my Idia blog much but I love being able to message my friends from that blog and still able to talk with them about our favorite D*sney anime boys. Fluff, Angst, or Smut: Angst and fluff mostly. I really enjoy psychological angsty threads that delve deep into characters. But I also really like when characters can just relax together and show who they are without all the stress of angst weighing down on them. Both dig well into your characters and how they react in different positions. I love them both. I don’t write smut much even with my of age muses cause well smut bores me. I just don’t vibe with it, ya know. Plots or Memes: Both. Memes are probably the fastest way to get the ball rolling but even that takes time with me cause of life and my own slowness. But plots tend to get longer threads and better communication between me and my partner I find. However I really enjoy both. Long or Short Replies: Nothing I write is short. I can’t even use Twitter properly due to the character limit. I can write with partner’s short replies but my replies almost always wind up being long and windy. Best Time to Write: Probably night only cause I’m awake at night anyways. Though recently on my days off I’ve been getting a lot of writing done during the afternoon and morning so I guess it just depends. Are you Like your Muse(s): I think I put a bit of myself into all my muses. But I wouldn’t say I’m really like any of my muses cause all of my muses are a bit different. I tend to put my own interests into my muses a lot but at the same time I also pick up a lot of muses who share my interests. So that’s kind of a question of which came first the chicken or the egg. I also tend to make almost all my muses autistic and/or adhd like me which might just be projecting but fuck it.

hello hello!! 3. biggest strength - i take a lot of pride in my intelligence! i process, learn, and comprehend very fast and i retain + use the knowledge i gain very well. i've been told plenty of times that i could do great things if i applied myself more and as much as that statement annoys me, i like to think its true. i could do fantastic things. 6. last dream you had - the last dream i had was a really elaborate and immersive nightmare. of course it doesnt take much thinking to realize it's unrealistic, but upon waking up i was genuinely a bit afraid because for a moment it really seemed like That was my life ! in short it can be summarized by my mom dates a serial killer yikes but if you want to hear it in more detail idm describing it :P 8. favorite movie - tie between everything, everywhere, all at once and pan's labyrinth. both very very different but still very very good. everything everywhere all at once was nominated for 11 oscars and won 7 of them!! those wins being best actress, best supporting actress, best supporting actor, best film editing, best original screenplay, best director, and of course best picture! and for good reason. eeaao is a FANTASTIC movie and something i think everyone in the world should watch. it has good comedy + action, it has good philosophy and diverse representation, it has good set and costume design, and it has absolutely phenomenal plot and characters. genuinely there is something for everyone. we'd be here forever if i could talk about every little thing good about eeaao but instead you should watch it for yourself!!! pan's labyrinth was nominated for 6 oscars and won 3 of them! those wins being best art direction, best cinematography, and best makeup (though its other nominations are also very impressive). pan's labyrinth is an incredibly beautiful, well done dark fantasy movie about a little girl having to bear life during the early francoist period of spain. despite it being a somewhat old movie, the visuals still hold up perfectly. both the beauty and the unsettling is captured perfectly. it's a cult classic that, again, i think everyone should watch! 19. 5 things i love - you my dear friend eden!!!! as well as all my other friends :] art of every medium especially music and writing and illustration all of my favorite roblox games hehehe learning ! especially about science, literature, and even history!! all of my plushies!! 20. 5 things i hate- its so awful when i accidentally loop a song for too long and it starts to sound weird/bad :[ misinformation ! when genuinely good media is dumbed down to a meme or is only known for having a shit fandom pokemon dudebros who think trubbish is a bad pokemon/has a bad design yearning for all of the cool and fun and complex things my laptop cannot run 21. a random fact - everything, everywhere, all at once actually had to have its own wiki page for all of the awards it was nominated for and won because there were so many it was better to just dedicate an entirely separate area for them :P 22. favorite item of jewelry - in terms of jewelry types i love neckalces and chokers! specific item though i have a silver necklace with a round lapis pendant that's held in place by a dragon circling around it,, it's really cool and means a lot to me :] 28. favorite book - house of leaves. frankenstein is a close second but house of leaves always no matter what,, it's an incredibly engaging read that requires a lot of effort. pages upon pages of footnotes, appendixes, exhibits. there's even details and puzzles in the margins, chapter names, and publisher fine print on the very first page. house of leaves tells many stories at once, all interconnected and yet so distant from one another. it's unsettling, heart-wrenching, and so so human. it's also inspired a lot of other really good art (such as myhouse.wad !!!) 29. sweet or salted popcorn - i don't like sweet popcorn that much !
