The Flash Rogues/Hunger Games Crossover That No One Knew They Wanted!
In a fit of insanity, I have decided to write a Hunger Games fanfiction that features the Flash characters as if they were a part of the Hunger Games universe.
Here are the characters who are going to appear in this bizarro version of the 56th Annual Hunger Games. Flash characters will be italicized
Capitol Residents
President Coriolanus Snow (obviously)
Caesar Flickerman (again, this is a given)
Paul Gambi: District 6 Stylist. (He's the Rogues' tailor in the Flash comics, after all.)
Dexter Miles: District 6 Escort. (This somehow seemed appropriate.)
District 1 Residents
Osgood Rathaway: Mayor of District 1
Rachel Rathaway: Osgood’s wife
Hartley Rathaway: Male Tribute, age 12. Osgood and Rachel’s son.
Sapphire Steele: Female Tribute, age 18 (Volunteer)
District 2 Residents
Aurelius Stone: Male Tribute, age 18 (Volunteer)
Claudia Remington: Female Tribute, age 18 (Volunteer)
District 3 Residents
Giovanni Giuseppi: Male Tribute, age 13.
Mindy Hong: Female Tribute, age 13.
District 4 Residents
Mags Flanagan: Winner of the 11th Hunger Games, mentor to Digger.
George “Digger” Harkness: Male Tribute, age 16 (Volunteer)
Azure O’Rourke: Female Tribute, age 17 (Volunteer)
District 5 Residents Roscoe Dillon: Male Tribute, age 15.
Mayella Day: Female Tribute, age 17.
District 6 Residents
Fred Chyre: Mayor of District 6
Larry Snart: Former Peacekeeper. Father to Len and Lisa.
Jay Garrick: Victor of the 15th Hunger Games; only living victor from District 6. Mentor to Len and Lisa.
Leonard Snart: Male Tribute, age 17 (Volunteer). Narrates half the story.
Lisa Snart: Female Tribute, age 12. Narrates the other half of the story.
Roy Bivolo: Age 12. Reaped for the Games; Len takes his place when he volunteers.
District 7 Residents
Pine Rookwood: Male Tribute, age 16.
Sierra Fox: Female Tribute, age 17.
District 8 Residents
Richard Swift: Victor of the 17th annual Hunger Games. Mentor to Sam Scudder.
Sam Scudder: Male Tribute, age 15.
Martha Scudder: Sam’s mom. (This one is a Flash OC.)
Bobbi Weaver: Female Tribute, age 16.
District 9 Residents
Marco Mardon: Male Tribute, age 16. (Volunteer)
Claudio Mardon: Marco’s older brother, age 17. Reaped for the Games; Marco takes his place when he volunteers.
Isabela Daniels: Female Tribute, age 15.
District 10 Residents
Mick Rory: Male Tribute, age 18.
Iris West: Female Tribute, age 17.
Barry Allen: Iris' boyfriend, age 17.
District 11 Residents
Jennifer Conners: Female Tribute, age 15. (Another Flash OC of mine.)
Thomas Henry: Male Tribute, age 17.
District 12 Residents
Albert Desmond: Male Tribute, age 17.
Rita Jones: Albert’s girlfriend, age 17.
Lilybet Thompson: Female Tribute, age 14.
The first chapter of the story, Cold Fire, has been posted on AAO3 if you're interested.

Wally's about to kill a cop
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You can see it in his eyes.
He's thinking "You sir, are no Barry Allen. You are not even remotely good enough for my aunt." (and that's the polite sanitized version)
Chyre's gonna take a fast walk off a short dock if you know what I'm saying

Final update for the evening! Once again, I am apart of Grasso Guy’s Lego Flash series!
Plus, I think it may be a reoccuring role this time! No one offs or death this time (yet)! Again, I play Captain Fred Chyre of the SCPD, and Barry’s boss. He’s only in it for a scene this time, but there’s more to come. I love working with Grasso, and he always does fantastic work.
Please watch!
Anyway, I’ll try and have a New Year’s Day voice over improv up just for fun. I have an idea, but it’ll have to be done in between some of the projects I’m recording for now. Plus, some big projects that I’ve recorded for should be out fairly soon (for example - the Anohana fandub movie and gag reels!). And I feel like it’s time to take some giant steps forward with this voice acting thing. Stay tuned.
Until then, I hope you had a lovely Christmas and Holiday Season!

And one last round of concept art for the Flash game.
The first picture includes Barry's fellow police scientist Patty Spivot, Barry's punctuality-obsessed boss Darryl Frye, and Officer Fred Chyre.
The second picture is of Albert Desmond, his wife Rita, and Mr. Element (one of Albert's costumed alter egos).
The final picture is of one of the many, many hardships of Albert's life: his evil "psychic twin", Alvin Desmond, who runs around as Dr. Alchemy and likes to frame Albert for his crimes. His exceptionally pointy ears and fingers are due to the fact that Alvin isn't human, but rather a simulacrum created by the Philosopher's Stone.

On Earth 38, Fred Chyre's equivalent/counterpart is an attorney who suffered a mental breakdown after having acid thrown in his face and went on to become a crime lord afterwards, Barry knows this story since Kara told him once after seeing a memorial for Chyre while on Earth 1.

Hey what's the most angsty David Singh headcannon you have ?
I don't know if I have any really angsty headcanons? I think he's probably quite a reserved person, would rather have a handful of close friends than a lot of not as close ones, which I suppose could mean he could be quite lonely at points (but if we're talking comics now he's dating Hartley the Flash Fam have adopted him too so he's going to have more problems with Barry suddenly appearing next to him instead of answering his phone and Wally showing up at random points saying Hartley and Linda went to find some trouble and were successful than ever being lonely again.)
I think he also does care very much about his reputation at work and making sure he's fair and very good at his job (which does backfire into him initially wanting to keep said relationship with Hartley quiet because of how his colleagues might see it causing some issues, but they work it out eventually)
If we're talking TV show, I occasionally headcanon one of the very first scenes he attended when he first became a police officer was Nora's murder- tiny Barry was shouting about a man in lightning to everyone he could trying to get someone to listen, so when the Flash first shows up he goes to pull out Nora's file again to take another look. Except Joe's already got it and if Barry thinks he's being subtle about what he's spending his free time doing he's wrong so David assumes the two of them are already working on it and he'll just be ready to lend a hand if they ask. He absolutely knows about the board in Barry's lab.
But also I quite like the idea of him being promoted to captain from another station and him hiring Barry as one of the very first things he does, before he's properly met Joe, so this flicks between the two sometimes (I'm sure there's somewhere between the two I might settle on eventually). Which means Ralph being fired is kind of both their introduction to everyone else and David knows siding with Barry on this won't make him any friends but will earn him a reputation for being strict and by the book, something he actually quite likes because it means less people will try not doing things properly (and he finds out later supporting Barry's decision does earn him one friend in Joe West, and with Joe's approval clear everyone else will follow eventually).
I also pretty consistently headcanon that he was the one who found Barry after being struck by lightning? Which actually probably is angsty, Barry was thrown back hard enough metal shelves fell and all those chemicals smashed on him so I usually take that as him breaking several bones, he'll have chemical burns, and probably various cuts from the glass bottles, and David's the one who finds him in that state. And he's first aid trained, he does leap into action, he yells for Thawne to call an ambulance and for Iris to be kept downstairs- he can't let Iris see Barry like this, everyone knows how important the two of them are to each other, everyone knows Barry's head over heels in love with her- and he immediately starts CPR. Eddie runs up after calling the ambulance, he grabs the first aid kit and gloves (it's a lab, of course there's a convenient box of gloves and a first aid kit, there's probably an eye wash station too) and takes over CPR so David can wash his hand and get chemicals off his own skin. And then the ambulance is there are the paramedics take over and Barry's taken away and David tells Eddie to take Iris to the hospital after him and David has so much to do, there's chaos across the city, the particle accelerator just blew up, and I think his initial thought is right before the crash Joe radioed Fred Chyre had been shot and now he has to tell Joe that his foster son is gone too, an accident in a lab he shouldn't have even been in, his shift ended hours ago. And I think David probably sees the water on the floor, the open skylight and the chain hanging down, knows where Barry was lying, they all heard the crash of thunder and the storm still raging overheard, he very quickly puts two and two together and knows exactly what Barry was doing. And he probably blames himself, he doesn't know why the skylight was open (he finds out later Barry doesn't know why either, neither of them find out Eobard opened it), but the first thing he does the next day is put in a request for a replacement skylight without the metal chain.
