Requires way too much evidence to believe anything and little evidence to doubt anythin#anyway i like him n i want this to work. im glad i have my friends. im glad he has his#and his space. he has people there and i have them here and im happy he can afford to live how he does#and i have a rly good therapist now and i hope itll help. Ps he looks lovely in my eyeshadow#i like holding my friends hands#the worst case scenario is that it's over. Ill see him around his city and#It might be painful but i'll live. I wont ban myself from all joy.#the best case scenario is that he understands what i said and he feels empathetic towards it and he will do what he can to help#and that he doesnt like me any less for it all. the best case scenario is what he said is the case.#im writing this post over the course of. 57 minutes and 25 seconds rn#one of my friends just had his hands around my shoulders he said its been too long and i agree#Ok im home now gn i have to wake up early tmrw morning#I rly hope its all ok#I hope itll all be ok

“Yo.”
“Yes, Satoru?”
“You never had your first kiss, huh?”
Gojo Satoru takes pleasure in being your bully — nothing in his third year of college gives him much joy than being your one source of torment. Sure, he’s got everything: being the campus’ grounds #1 heartthrob, a star player on the men’s basketball team, and an excellent scholar in all his courses despite being a dickhead. But, even if he possesses the things that put him at the top of the class body, his other fountain of entertainment comes from something - or someone - that playing ball or dormitory parties can’t produce the same level of internal enjoyment.
You and he were alone in his apartment, umbrellaed under the instruction of working on an upcoming project this month. Of course, boredom is evident in the tall one’s heavy sighs as he looks through multiple articles on his laptop. Cerulean orbs wander away from the device’s screen and land on the other side of the couch; another figure glued to the armrest is concentrated on typing their keyboard to notice the prying survey.
Gojo’s ennui begins to flicker out the moment he sees you, wanting nothing to do with this damn assignment and just to mess with his favorite pushover. This is precisely why he prompts himself to ask you a question, and judging by how quickly your fingers stop typing, now his attention is hooked onto a matter way more fascinating.
He spots your flattened lips. “…Wh–Where did that come from?”
“Just curious, a random thought that came to my head.”
“Why was that the thought that—“
“Hey, aren’t ya gonna answer the question?”
You stammer. “What makes you think I never had my first kiss?!”
He lifts a brow; his round shades shine when he smirks. “So you did have a first kiss?” Your lips open with no voice, and both silver eyebrows rise from the silent answer you’re giving, only for you to close your mouth and avert your gaze elsewhere. Gotcha, he stifles a chuckle. “Thought so, you terrible liar. Embarrassed I called you out? Haha, hilarious.”
Your eyes may be on the words of your document on your laptop, but the heat on your cheeks and the uncomfortable knot in your gut kept brewing. You chew on your lips to focus on something other than the guy getting a kick out of your lack of experience — the guy you don’t hear close and place his computer on the coffee table.
“Hey,” the closeness of his voice takes you aback, and you’re surprised to see him sit closer enough to bring a hand to close your laptop. “Wanna kiss me?”
Mortified eyelids shoot wide. “Wanna—Wh-What!?!” What the fuck is going on?!? “Why would you ask me—“
A nonchalant shrug adds more weight to your shock. “Why not? It’s just you and me, alone in my apartment at 8 o’clock. Sounds like a perfect opportunity, doncha think?”
“Yeah, to do work!” Your emphasis fails as Gojo takes your device to add to the table surface. “I-I didn’t come here for you to question me and ask to—“
“You got someone else you’re waiting for?” He uses a hand to cage you from escaping, a knee between your legs. He knows he has the upper hand, observing behind shielded sunglasses as he awaits your response.
“I–W-Well,” God, what did I get myself into? “Not necessarily…”
“So, do you not trust me with your first kiss?”
“That’s…That’s not the point—“
“You’re deflecting!”
“Satoru,” the way you say his name — low and soft, a pleading whisper — makes something switch for Gojo, looking at your bashful expression with hesitant hands, barely pushing his chest. “We shouldn’t…Let’s get back to the assignment?”
That wasn’t working on him; he’d never want to stop teasing you, especially now when you look too cute. “Let me kiss you one time, ‘kay? Then, we’ll go straight back to work.” He can see the cogs work in your brain, deciphering whether he is genuine. Was he? He couldn’t tell; all he was thinking about was how your lips felt. “I promise, princess.”
You didn’t mean it to happen, but you scan from his shades to his lips; now, it’s all you can see. The bob of his Adam’s apple, when he gulps, has your breath hitch, and after a few silent seconds with no movement, he begins to descend his face lower, and your lids swiftly close. So does his as he gently places his pillowy lips onto your plump ones, and a hushed squeak doesn’t go neglected.
Cherry — that’s the flavor that Gojo can taste. It has to be from the lip gloss you plastered on your lips that made them inviting to gawk at, pretty lips that the tall other couldn’t stop peering occasionally. He licks the bottom, taking in more of the taste with a soft groan. You yelp, gaping your lips further to give the man above an idea, and chew on your bottom lip. More whimpers slide past your control, hands gripping his sweatshirt as he peppers you with soft kisses, latching onto yours for longer seconds from one after the other — so much for one kiss.
You’re the one to break it off, hesitantly backing away from him to breathe. Hot skin returns to the cold air, and intimate huffs fuel into the space. You open your eyes slowly, half-lidded with knitted brows and scorching ears. You examine Gojo’s neutral expression; orbs that were once filled with reluctance are now replaced with a...wonder.
An innocent wonder that nearly has Gojo shut down from seeing as your hands steadily ring around his neck. There it is again, another switch flipped. This time, a spark ignites his brain, curiosity coursed to a more indecent field after what it feels like taking your first kiss. Because the way you’re looking under him — entirely submitted to him and his touch — wasn’t something he expected to rock his core. And all he can think about now…
…Is what taking all of your firsts would be like.
“—Taaahhh, haah…! Satoru, w-wait a min—“
“Hey, baby, tell me, what’s it like having my fingers inside you?”
Gojo’s little experiment delved into different extremes; your first kiss was the starting point of the many thoughts that perturbed his thinking. He wanted to know more about your potential firsts. For example, such as right now, how you’d be if he were the first to touch your privates.
The atmosphere around the living room became hotter; the tepid silence switched with the erotic sounds and squeals that exited your system. Your legs spread apart, Gojo in between your thighs as his big, calloused hand swims under your panties to shove away and meet the bareness of your cunt. You were so wet, your liquids effortlessly coating his fingertips with barely any push. An entire mess between your inner thighs and labia. And that made Gojo’s mind go wild.
“Holy shit,” he chuckles in a heavy sigh. “So fucking wet and tight…Heh, you’re all like this because of a kiss, huh? So adorably pathetic.”
Refutation is impossible as he curls his forefinger inside, scraping your upper wall in a manner you never envisaged. “Sator—Mmmph…!” He keeps pushing the digit to the knuckle, touching crevices of your inner channel you could never reach. “O-Ohhh, Jesus…”
“Mmmm, fuck, you're twitching like crazy,” and Gojo was loving every second of it. The taller junior then decides to test something and creeps his middle finger near your opening, smearing itself with your come as lube.
You sense him push the finger in, nerves heightened. “W-Wait, Satoru, I can’t—“
“Oh, yes, you can.” He interrupts you with a cheeky sneer. “You’re practically asking for it with you twitching so much. Watch.” Gojo pushes the middle digit leisurely; your beseeching babbles become increasingly incoherent when he adds the whole thing with the other finger. Now, both of them have you shrilling from their intrepid fashion, grazing on your vaginal walls with every pull and shove until his knuckles smooch your labia.
Good God, the place is so hot, your face is hot, your body’s hot, your insides feel hot — everything is just too hot for you to handle! And your brain cannot hold itself together as the seconds go. You throw your head back, your eyes sewn shut, “OhGod, ahhck! Wait, stooop! Go slow, go slo—Ohhh!” Gojo does the exact opposite; the pace of his fingers surges to a tempo you find difficult to ride through. Your entire frame locks together, preparing for the inevitable to slip past your hold, and tremors course around you as your orgasm hits you like a train.
Simultaneously as Gojo continues to rut your soapy cunt, a clear liquid disperses out of your urethra and sprays outward. Sprinkling onto the skin of your thighs and drenching your underwear. Although you’re not the only one who gets caught, Gojo at the front gets a genuine display of you showering his forearm with your essence, damping his sweatshirt in the process, and even a bit on his sunglasses.
It happens the third time: something snaps inside Gojo once he sees your oddly beautiful teary face. It’s at that moment that something in his core breaks and permeates his entire body with a force that’s been itching to get out when he kissed you earlier. He swallows thickly because the next thing he does after this will eat him alive, a queerly anticipated feeling for the white-haired man.
Of course, Gojo is astonished at what transpired, the shock in his eyes concealed by the shades. “Did you…just squirt on me?” His ears pick up the sound of you sobbing, your hands covering your face as you whine.
Massive tears roll down your cheeks, “I—hic—I told you to wait…!”
It’s a no-brainer that Gojo pulls you off the couch and leads you to throw on top of his bed, stripping himself off his pants and briefs to free his raging erection and crawling up on top of you after chucking his shades off. A gasp leaves puffy lips when his pink glans meet the folds of your vagina, burrowing between your labia to coat with your slick.
“Satoru, wait,” you voice. “D-Don’t you have a condom?”
“Sorry, ran out of them.” Lies. Gojo knows he has rubbers tucked in his nightstand. However, the intention to use them is nowhere to be found. Because tonight – knowing completely and damn well you’re still a virgin – he had to fuck you raw. The drive to do so sent shivers up his spine. “Don’t worry, cutie. I’ll promise to pull out.”
Yet again, another deception.
Gojo pushes the tip in as he counts your breaths, watching every wince and contortion of your expression as the cockhead ventures and seeks shelter inside your slit. Your body is squirming through every exhale, and Gojo’s coaxes to relax your rigidness are somewhat helpful as you intake air. Before you know it, your mouth goes to a permanent ‘o’ shape once the tip is inserted, the act of breathing stops, and your body recoils and tenses as he slowly forces the foreign limb to carve your tightness inch by inch.
Oh, fucking shit…!! Oh yeah, Gojo thanks himself for not putting on a rubber. The firm grasp of your walls around his length nearly has him lose balance, sinking into your warm wetness clenching onto him so deliciously. He bites his lip to composure, a futile attempt as he throws in a few slow thrusts, and the snug of you has him in a chokehold. Then, when he hits your cervix, you instinctively grip onto him tighter and wrap your legs around him, and Gojo almost chokes.
“F-Fuuck, wait, wait..!” He curses, submitting to a release way too early; his hips tremble as his cock ejaculates into your vagina. Shocks rattle his brain, rolling his eyes to the ceiling at the sensation of pooling himself into you. “Shit, oh shiiiit…this fucking pussy is driving me crazy.”
It really does because Gojo, still keen from his climax, dials the cadence, rutting into you with purpose. The sudden movements have your shrieks bouncing across the bedroom walls, and hits to your womb are frequent and cause more tears to strike down without your comprehension. “Nnnmm! OhhhmyGod…! Mmoohh!!”
“Heh, look at you cryin’,” Gojo teases you from above, licking a tear before kissing your cheek and ear. “Guess that’s expected for your first time, huh…Hnnnm, God, you’re clenching my dick so much.”
“Th-That’s because you’re—“The curve of his shaft has the tip graze your walls in an angle that makes your back arch. “Ahhoooo!! I’m fuull; you’re making me fulll…!!”
“Awww, am I making you full, crybaby?” He mocks you in your ear, the snicker sounding too salacious to the drum. “You full with my dick that it got you whining and crying for me?”
I can’t do this! Your brain dissolves into mush, and your face is too hot to construct adequate consciousness. “I can feel it, I can feel…”
“What is it? I can’t hear you through all the sobbing,” Gojo unscrews your legs to maneuver one for him to straddle and the other to lie on his shoulder. The new position gave him a directed way to piston his pelvis into your aching cunt, your squeals turning into screams as pokes to your womb come with the feverish pacing. He’s hitting so deep you can’t catch up! “What, you think you’re about to cum?”
You nod hurriedly. “Yes, yesss!!”
“Oh, that’s what you want now?” The snow-headed man chortles before sneaking a hand to your vulva, where his fore and middle finger swipe on your clit. “Tell me, is that what my pathetic angel wants?” You nod again, so he pinches your bud. “Tell me properly~.”
“—Ahhnnn, ohh, Sa—‘Toruuu!!” You pan to him. “Pleaseee, please make me cum, I wanna cum…!!”
God, this was a picture worth savoring. The image of you being all desperate for release, wanting nothing but to succumb to your wanton desire. You looked so ruined, like a completely different person compared to the meek exterior Gojo used to. And it’s all because of him – his words, his touches, his lips, and his dick – that you’re like this. A fact that only propels him to hammer his hips into you harsher.
“Good girl,” he bends down to close his face to yours. Surveying you make such erotic faces as he keeps playing with your clit is food for his soul. “Enjoy yourself, princess,” and he steals your lips once more for another kiss.
Your orgasm comes to you quicker than ever, thanks to the work of Gojo’s hips, the hits of your cervix, the pinches on your clitoris, and the sloppy makeout session. Your body freezes and lets the aftershocks jolt you to a rocky clarity, your head in a dense fog, and your vision just about blurry. Your legs quiver with heaving breaths, and Gojo keeps thrusting as you soon fall out of your euphoria.
The cold air blankets both of you once tense muscles calm down and bring you two back to reality. Silence befriends the lack of words aside from the pants of breath, and Gojo sluggishly withdraws his cock out of your wet chasm, whistling at the sight of his load slowly protruding out of your essence.
“Hey,” your face forms into a helpless expression. “Bet you never tried anal before.”
Tonight was dedicated to conquering all of your firsts. And Gojo means that with every bone in his body!

You find babies mesmerizing. They’re charming, they can be a handful, they’re irresistibly cute; so tiny, yet so loud. But to the core, they somehow manage to be a pure embodiment of joy.
Before Nayeon got pregnant, she shared something about having a “baby fever”. Of course you knew what it meant – but you never really felt it yourself. She said it was something about Minhyuk being such a good husband that she couldn’t wait for him to be a father. Well, you related to that specific part, at least; about your own husband being such a good husband. However, for the past year you’ve become a married couple, you never really thought about having babies. Or him being a father. Or you being a mother.
It’s not like you don’t want to become a mother, like ever, or have a family with him. It’s just you thought you’re still way too young to be having babies. So you kind of just… gloss or skip over that idea – and for the record, Jungkook’s never brought it up, either.
It’s not until your sister got pregnant for the second time, though, that you got yourself thinking. Seokjin and her had babies almost four years into their marriage, but it’s not very long until they decided to try again after Nari and now your sister is carrying her baby boy for seven months.
It brings you here, gathered at their house for Christmas Eve. Your families haven’t arrived yet, but you and Jungkook decided to go earlier than the agreed time to help out with the – admittedly, big preparation. And currently, Jungkook’s got Nari – Seokjin and your sister’s 3-year-old – in his arms, asking for raspberries because Jungkook’s her favorite uncle. (Why wouldn’t he be? He spoils her a lot and carries her around when you come over.) He insisted on looking after her so Seokjin can help your sister out in the kitchen while you’re over at the counter island making some charcuterie.
Seokjin’s helping your sister take out the pies they’ve both prepared, with him guarding her and being extra with it because “my wife is pregnant and I’m growing white hairs because she wouldn’t just let me do everything”. Your sister is just so done chastising him for his overbearing antics, but you guess it’s cute, at the core of it all. You’ve always looked up to their relationship all these years. In fact, you kind of see Seokjin in Jungkook sometimes. Seokjin loves your sister the way Jungkook loves you.
And then, the thought passes over your head like some form of looming possibility, unsettling yet intriguing. It lingers for a moment, uninvited but persistent, as if life is quietly hinting at something you’ve never truly considered before. The idea of a baby, of parenthood, feels distant but somehow more tangible now—like a door you never saw, now standing slightly ajar, waiting for you to decide whether to step through.
Would Jungkook be just as (lovingly) overbearing if you were pregnant? You imagine he’d be even more annoying about it. It’s rare for you to get sick, but when you do, Jungkook practically flips the house upside down just to make sure you don’t have to lift a finger. Takes care of you so seriously, as if the illness would never go away on its own in a few days. So what would it be like if you were carrying his child? Would he act like Seokjin does now, always hovering with a hand on your back, supporting your every move, scolding you if you try to do anything that requires even a little bit of effort?
The thought makes your lips curl. Because he probably would. You know he will.
And as you look at him from across the room, carrying Nari around effortlessly against his body with one arm, with his red long-sleeve polo shirt pushed up to his forearms, white slacks, and freshly cut hair slicked to perfection for tonight’s occasion, he looks… delectable.
Like a DILF.
Except he isn’t a dad.
But god, would you really, really like to fuck him.
(And would he look way hotter if he – say – gave you a child?)
“Is it done?” Your sister interrupts your thoughts – thankfully, might you add. Because it’s going in a direction that’s way too inappropriate for a family occasion like this, and you need to be family friendly tonight for this Christmas party.
When you turn around to see if she was talking to you, you find her looking at her husband instead, and with her stance and the tone of her voice, you know it doesn’t sound good.
“Yeah. I think I just need to add a little more—”
“Jin,” she says, sounding a little distressed. “Hurry. And make sure it’s perfect, okay? Everyone’s arriving in fifteen, and this is the first time I’m hosting Christmas and I really, really don’t want to disappoint your family and Jungkook’s parents and mom and—”
“Hey,” You see Seokjin put a hand on the lower part of your sister’s back, effectively cutting her off. Gently, he tells her, “Everything’s perfect, alright?”
Soft tunes of Christmas songs are playing all over the huge open space of their house, and you know you’re not supposed to listen in to the conversation given that they’re spoken in an almost hushed manner as some sort of discretion, but you can’t help but notice when she turns to Seokjin to give him a downturned smile.
“I just really want to give this my all…”
He smiles down at her reassuringly. “You have, honey. Let’s not stress, okay? Not good for baby, remember?” Then, he begins to rub her protruding belly, and you see her visibly relaxing to his touch.
You turn around quickly to not get caught watching, only to be welcomed with Jungkook making a beeline towards you, with Nari still in his arms.
“Hi, baby,” Your sister automatically greets Nari, cooing at her, mood immediately picking up. The bright-eyed little girl lights up at the sight of her mommy, making grabby hands instantly. Laughing, Jungkook hands her to Seokjin, who receives his daughter and kisses her chubby cheeks with a smack.
“What were you up to with uncle JK, little missy?” Seokjin says, swaying her side to side.
Jungkook leans his elbow on the island while looking at the pair, smiling widely.
“Uncle JK said he’s giving me three presents! Three! I wanna open them!” She holds up three fingers, and you giggle at her cuteness.
Your sister softly laughs in response. “Your uncle likes to spoil you, sweetie. But we’ll open them later, okay?”
“Why not now?” She whines, and you smile at how seriously she takes it. “I want three presents!”
“Don’t worry,” Seokjin laughs, “You’ll have lots of surprises when the grandmas and grandpas get here. But we need to change into your dress first.”
Nari giggles. “You? You’re gonna wear a dress too?”
Seokjin raises an eyebrow. “Yeah, why not?”
She shakes her head, still giggling, her pigtails swaying as she does so. God, she looks like a combination of Seokjin and your sister that it’s so uncanny sometimes.
“You’re so silly, daddy.”
Seokjin feigns shock. “Silly? Just wait, Uncle JK and I are going to be Ariel and Belle for New Year’s! Right, Jungkook?” He looks over at Jungkook, who widens his eyes comically.
You laugh, and Jungkook adds, “Well, I wanted to be Cinderella, but sure, I’ll be Belle.”
Nari gasps dramatically, putting her hand over her mouth. “But she’s my favorite, Uncle JK! You can’t be her!”
She’s such a cute kid – and you know everybody in the room agrees. No doubt her mom and dad think so, but when you look over at Jungkook, he’s cheesing really hard – with his nose scrunched into that expression of cute aggression.
“These two boys are silly.” Your sister interrupts with a playful roll of her eyes. She looks at her husband Nari, “Honey, take Nari upstairs and dress her up, please.”
“I can wear my new dress now?!” Nari shrieks, excitement showing with the way she wiggles in her father’s hold.
“Absolutely, baby, and the sparkly white shoes, too,” Seokjin nods. You all coo when Nari lets out an adorable, delighted “yay!” at the words, already leaning towards the direction of the stairs and telling her father to hurry. With a chuckle, Seojin turns to you. “Alright. And Jungkook, please help her with the food.” Seokjin’s gaze falls to your sister, a reminder before he goes completely.
“She’s so cute, I can’t.” Jungkook chuckles.
“Right… my sister was definitely not that cute when we were younger.” you tease, earning an arched brow to your way from your sister.
“I was the cuter one between us, it’s an established fact,” she rolls her eyes. “When you two get a kid, it better look like Jungkook.”
Maybe the remark sounded like such a throw-away comment that Jungkook just laughs it off as if it isn’t the first time somebody hinted at you two starting a family. Or maybe he just thinks it isn’t a big deal. Or maybe… maybe he likes the idea?
You’re about to say something when your sister turns to you.
“You,” she takes you by the shoulders and you look back at her. “You might want to retouch your make-up. Party’s starting soon. And this charcuterie looks—” she looks to the side as if to check if Nari is still around, and when she deems she isn’t at all, she continues to say, “fucking perfect. I love you.”
“Duh.” you reply, cockily showing off the board to her and to Jungkook who intriguingly looks at your work.
“I knew you should have been a chef.” Jungkook comments proudly, grinning at you.
“Alright, man,” your sister says in a flat tone, making Jungkook and you laugh. “Jungkook, can help me transfer these to the dining table, please?” She points to the trays of food and Jungkook rounds the counter so he can do just as she requested.
Before you can head to the powder room, Jungkook brushes past your waist – just one of the candid things he does to have some sort of physical contact with you when you’re not necessarily talking together or close to each other.
It puts a smile on your face as you enter the powder room.
Inside, you make quick work of putting another layer of lipstick and pressing powder on your face, checking your hair before you stand upright and look at your reflection in the mirror.
You step backwards enough to see half of your body, and from there, you can see how beautiful you look in the outfit you’ve chosen for tonight. It’s a satin red dress with a halter neckline, the gathered drape cascading gracefully around your neck, exposing your shoulders. The silhouette fits at the waist and flows into a straight skirt that stops inches below your knees, and Jungkook may have had a hard time letting you go in your bedroom before you drove to your sister’s place – but you promised him a good time when you get back home so in the end, he had to tuck in a semi on the way from here.
Poor Jungkook.
Though… you’re beginning to think poor you, instead.
Because you’re thinking about it again. Him in his outfit tonight; the silk polo so he can match yours, and the way he looked so good with a baby girl in his strong arms.
You can already picture how good he'd look with his own child. He’d be the type of dad who looks effortlessly hot with a baby carrier, showers his kids with gifts because he can’t help himself, and simply excels at being a wonderful father because he’s Jeon Jungkook and he excels in everything he sets his mind to.
Now your brain’s going on a haywire.
Because now it’s just Jungkook. Hot Jungkook. Jungkook with a baby. Jungkook looking smoking hot carrying his own baby – your baby.
And wouldn’t it be nice? To carry a being formed by your mutual love? To have someone as adorable and smart and sassy as Nari? God. You hope she’d look like you, but have Jungkook’s eyes because they are your favorite part of him, and then his nose, maybe? And… and maybe have the mole under his lip too, if that was possible. Jungkook had a lot of hair when he came out of his mom’s womb, would your daughter have a lot of hair as well when you give birth to her?
And why are you already thinking of the gender of your non-existent child?
You think you’ve gone nuts, but the indulgent little devil on your shoulder is insisting that Jungkook would look so good with a baby girl because you know he’d be such a girl dad. There’s just absolutely no doubt about it, given how he treats Nari.
You stare at yourself in the mirror again, and absentmindedly, you turn to the side, noting the very clear absence of a bump on your stomach unlike your sister’s.
Would you carry a baby as gracefully as her? You know her struggles… but… maybe you won’t mind it with a husband like Jungkook… right? Just like she doesn’t mind with a husband like Seokjin. Because Jungkook takes really good care of you. He’d probably panic more than you about certain things. Be extra careful for the both of you. Fetch you your cravings. Love you more than he does now.
You remember Seokjin rubbing a gentle hand over your sister’s bump, and it brings your own to caress the flat of your stomach over the smooth fabric of your dress.
Obviously no baby there. But… just imagine. You with a baby bump.
Hah.
Weird, because it’s the first time the idea’s planted in your head and you kind of like it more than you thought.
You nibble on your bottom lip as you continue to caress your tummy, not noticing the knock that came from outside.
“Oh my—”
“Baby?”
“Jungkook.” Your hands retreat back to your sides. When you look at Jungkook, standing on the doorway, you let one hand clutch at your chest as you tell him, “You scared me.”
The door clicks as he locks it behind him. Your husband arches his brow as he goes over to you. “What are you so jumpy for?”
You ignore the question, looking back to the mirror again to fix your dress. But as you do so, you see his reflection – and you catch how he intently stares at you through the glass as well, walking behind you closer and pressing himself against you. His proximity suddenly makes you nervous.
“You should’ve knocked.”
“I did. You didn’t answer.”
“I didn’t hear.” When you turn around, Jungkook takes a curled strand of hair over your face and tucks it behind your ear.
“You look beautiful. So gorgeous.” He says before he wraps his arms around your waist and presses a kiss to your lips, one that you welcome fully even though you just reapplied your lipstick. When you break away, you see some remnants on his lips… and realize you picked the wrong lipstick for tonight. You should’ve brought the kiss-proof lippy instead.
You wipe it off and Jungkook smiles before he ducks down, not caring, and kisses your cheek for good measure before he speaks again, “What were you doing in here?” He wiggles his eyebrows, as if he knows you were up to something before he barged in.
You avoid his gaze and turn back around.
“Nothing,” You say, trying to busy yourself with your hair again. But Jungkook can be really annoying when he wants to be, so of course he pushes, quite literally and figuratively.
“What was it? I saw you…” He teases, pushing his nose in the juncture of your neck and shoulder, tightening his hold around you.
“What did you– Jungkook!” You half-snort and scoff when Jungkook bites your neck playfully. You turn around to push him, but he’s insistent on keeping the nonexistent space between you and cages you in his big presence instead, trapping you in between the edge of the sink and the heat of his body.
“This damn dress…” Jungkook whispers as he splays his hand over your stomach, which makes your breath hitch.
Did he really see? See you pretending to have a baby bump at the thought of him impregnating you?
But Jungkook doesn’t really say anything further, just lets an idle finger run over the curve of your hips up to your waist, until it stops at the exposed skin of your shoulder.
“Can’t wait to fuck you in this.” He whispers in your ear, eyes meeting your gaze in the mirror, not subtle in the way he checks out your body after.
You huff out a scoff, giving a little more force into the push that you give him this time. His more relaxed hold on you makes him stumble a little bit backwards, chuckling when you roll your eyes at him once again.
“You’re not even gonna take it off me?” You ask as your turn on the tap, arching your brow at Jungkook’s reflection in the mirror.
A sly smirk makes an appearance on his lips. “I don’t need to take anything off to make you cum, baby.”
You turn around, leaning on the sink. “So you’re saying you’re not interested at all about my very elaborate choice of underwear tonight, then?”
That catches him off guard, his brows furrowed in confusion and then realization.
“You minx.”
You chuckle, swatting his hand away when he tries to touch you. When he whines, you take a step forward and wrap your arms around his neck, and Jungkook’s predictably eager to encircle your waist in his arms back again.
“Later. We have to keep it PG for at least three hours tonight. And you can—” you push at his chest for leverage so you can lean down a little to ride your dress up your thighs. Looking at Jungkook, you watch as he stares at you closely, intently, but oblivious to what you’re doing. He clearly enjoys it, though, judging from the hint of a smile on his lips and the shine in his eyes when more of your skin gets revealed.
Especially when he catches a glimpse of your white lace underwear that he bought for you himself.
He whistles, and you roll your eyes at the predictable reaction. Taking one of his hands off you, you guide it in between your thighs, earning an involuntary moan from you because Jungkook’s palm automatically cups your heat when he gets close.
“Ah…”
“Fuck…” Jungkook looks down where his hand meets your core. “Goddamn,” He says, then you feel him push your panties to the side, dipping the tip of his finger in your pussy. “Why the fuck are you so wet, baby?”
“Y-yeah…” You whine against his chest, gripping his wrist when he attempts to move again. “Kook, don’t.”
Jungkook halts. He looks at you. Then, he nods. “Alright. Alright. Stop this here?”
“Hm.”
He looks down at you with an arched brow. “You started it, though.”
“You were being flirty.” You say as Jungkook brings your underwear back in place, but not without squeezing your ass first. You nibble on your bottom lip as he rides down the dress, letting it dangle on your knees back again, smoothing the front for you to get rid of the wrinkles.
“Not my fault you’re hot,” he snorts. “Fuck.”
“What?”
“I’m kinda hard…” He says, and you both look down to the bump on his white slacks. Certainly not his full potential (like… you’d know), but it’s still apparent in the light color of his trouser.
“Poor baby,” you say, can’t help but pat it a little condescendingly which earns a chuckle from Jungkook, him playfully swatting your hand away.
“You’re so…”
“I’m so what.”
Jungkook’s face is a mixture of frustration and amusement. “You always do this shit.”
You giggle, knowing exactly what he means. But you act like you have no clue. “What?”
“Get me horny then leave.” He shakes his head, then pokes your waist.
Chuckling, you kiss him on the cheek quickly, making a beeline to the door quickly lest he tries to kiss you again (and you’ll have no choice but to make out in your sister’s powder room, during her big Christmas party, mind you) and then give him a wink before you go.

The ride on the way home felt like it took sixty five years, and it might just be true especially when you’re horny as hell and you got a husband behind the steering wheel looking effortlessly hot in his element.
You’ve been hot and bothered for hours, and maybe it’s the champagne – probably has gotten in your brain or whatever – but Jungkook was not even done parking when you made a move to palm him over the console.
“Fuck,” Jungkook hissed, clearly not expecting it at all. He had that wide-eyed look when he frantically turned off the engine, staring at you while your hand grew heavy on his crotch. “Here?” You bit on your bottom lip as you nodded your head. He looked beyond conflicted. “But baby, we’re just ten floors away from our u–”
“Please?”
And what was he supposed to say? No?
Absolutely not. Not when your glassy eyes looked so pleading the way they did.
He just makes your insides churn, especially when you look at him. And for the past few hours, you couldn’t stop thinking about his dick inside you and most especially his cum. (Translation: You can’t stop thinking about him fucking a baby into you).
But… the thing was, you’ve only ever fucked in a car once.
Jungkook’s way too pesky about stuff like that, and somehow, even though he’s already been made aware of your exhibitionist tendencies (cue unprompted sex in public areas like that one time in the beach, window sex at a Ritz hotel back in London and… admittedly many more…) car sex was just… a least favorite. The first and only time you did it was when you were still fresh into dating; at a drive-thru cinema, but it was kind of a whack in both your opinions because it was too cramped up and you bumped your head and you almost got caught which is way too embarrassing of a memory to ever revisit.
But now maybe that really doesn't matter anymore.
Not when your husband looks like that.
And bottomline is: you just really, really want him to cum in you.
Oh god. What is wrong with your head tonight?
“Baby, fuuuck,” Jungkook hisses as you speed up your rhythm up and down his cock. His boxers and slacks are pushed down to the middle of his thighs while his shirt is all but buttoned. Meanwhile, your dress is bunched up in your mid-section.
You’re near tears on his lap at this point, already feeling your thighs straining at the force you’re exerting in every bounce – but you couldn’t care less.
“Oh my god, baby– you feel so good,” you moan, eyes shutting close at the feel of his tip hitting that spot inside you whenever you go down.
For the first few minutes, Jungkook took it upon himself to guide your hips in every movement just like he always does when you ride him like this, pounding into you from underneath, but he eventually let you control the pace, leaning way back to the reclined seat and watches you work instead. He stares at you with hooded eyes as you push yourself up and down on his hardened cock, stiletto heels digging the side of his thighs occasionally.
While you pleasure yourself on him, he slides your dress up further, gets a little frustrated that it’s tight on the waist so he can’t push it past your tits. So he feels for your nape to find the zipper because he knows it’s there – he zipped you up in this dress before you drove to your sister’s place – and he delights when he finds the small, cold material, pulling it down blindly until you noticed and help him get yourself out of it.
Jungkook sighs when the top comes down, snapping the clip of your sleeveless bra and getting it out of the way before he greedily fondles your now bare breasts in his huge palms.
“Ohh,” you moan when Jungkook flicks your nipples, getting them even harder. You push yourself back, leaning into one elbow on the steering wheel as you begin to rock against him in a back and forth motion,
“Fuck—” Jungkook lets out a guttural groan, squeezing your tits tighter that makes you keen in want. “So fucking sexy, baby. Shit – damn – l-love you.”
“I-I love you too,” you say, more like a whine, chasing a high he knows is impending.
Jungkook looks up at you with hooded eyes. Your hair that was once tidy and neat three hours ago is now all over the place, the high bun loosening and some strands falling off your pretty face. Your lipstick smudged and he’s sure the remnants are on his lips, and with your mouth agaped in that erotic o-shape while you pleasure yourself on his cock, Jungkook feels like exploding.
“Ah– shit,” he groans, feeling the warm crevice of your wet pussy swallow him whole. When you climbed over his lap a while ago after he fingered you, he was gonna take out a condom from the glove compartment but you insisted to not use it, and the picture of you looking down while he pushed your panties to the side and looked into each other’s eyes as you sank down on him is still playing in his head like a broken record.
God fuck damn, you’re just so unreal. The love of his life. His wife.
He wipes your tear-stained cheeks, torn because he doesn’t like seeing you cry but he does like it when it’s because you’re so eager to bounce on his cock that even though you know you’re pushing it, you continue to do so.
Jungkook lets his hand travel from a boob to linger on your cheek, and he keens on the way you purr when you lean into his touch, smiling slightly when you open your mouth as his thumb nears it.
You eagerly suck it as if verbally prompted, opening your eyes just so you can stare at his as you lewdly slobber over his finger while you expertly move against his cock, breasts jiggling up and down right in front of his face – the obscene squelches of your lovemaking filling the air of his cramped up benz.
“You’re so perfect, baby,” Jungkook whispers. “Perfect girl. You love bouncing on my cock, love? Just couldn’t wait until we get home? Hm?” His tone is a bit condescending and cocky.
When Jungkook takes out his finger from your mouth, you bite your lip as you nod, resuming your up and down motion again. Slamming down on his dick, your hands come up to grip his shoulders tight.
“We are home.”
Jungkook chuckles, a rich and dark sound that sends shivers down your spine. A snarky remark gets buried in your throat when you feel a certain zap of electricity coming from your toes to your spine, the hot coil in your stomach edging to burst.
“I’m cumming– oh my god, Jungkook– baby I’m cumming—” You say, speeding up your pace once again.
With your breasts bouncing in front of his face like that, he couldn’t help but dive right into it, wrapping his lips around one nipple, nipping and sucking and licking, while he busies one hand with fondling the other. He alternated in between both tits, groaning and grunting when your pussy tightens around him, and one more slam on his cock gets you spiraling as you finally cum.
Jungkook closes his eyes when he feels you gush around him, and he really wishes that he could lay you down, spread you out, and eat the slick right out of you just like how he likes it.
“That’s it, baby – fuck. Good girl, good girl.”
A long, drawl-out moan slips past your lips, and Jungkook takes it upon himself to keep you bouncing on his cock when your energy dwindles down, rocking his hips upwards, just as eager to reach his high as well.
You try to pick up your pace to help him, planting your palms on his bare chest to meet his thrusts.
“Fuck baby, I’m cumming, I’m cumming,” Jungkook says in a hushed whisper, groaning, squeezing your ass tight that you know will leave marks the next day.
“I know, baby – cum for me,” You lean down to capture his lips, whimpering when you feel yourself still coming down from your high.
“Ohh fuuck—” Jungkook moans, a tell-tale sign of his orgasm. “Fuck, I’m cumming—”
It’s almost second nature the way he looks down on your crotch, hand going over to where you meet – and you almost panic when you realize what he’s about to do.
“Jungkook, no,” you stop his hand, and he looks at you with utter confusion, rightfully so. Biting your lip, you stare into his eyes as you say, “I want you to come inside me.”
You watch as his eyes widen, then, “You sure?” He says with furrowed brows.
You nod your head frantically. “Please come in me. I want your come in me. Please, please—”
“Jesus fuck—” Jungkook’s hips stutter, his grip on yours tightening, gaze darkening as he processes your words. “Fuck. Okay, baby. No need to beg, okay? Fuck. I’ll come inside you.”
You speed up your pace and you can feel yourself getting there for a second time, and maybe it’s the heat of the moment, but your next words fall from your lips without much thought: “Yeah, yeah –give it to me, Kook. Want your– ah– want your babies.”
“Shit.” Jungkook hisses, taken aback by your words. “Fuuuck…” He looks up at you, grabs your waist and makes you lean closer. “You mean that?”
You nod your head, jumping on his cock up and down like your life depends on it. “Want your babies. Want you to cum in me.”
“Shiiitt,” Jungkook sighs, and you feel him getting harder by the second. “Gonna gonna fuck a baby in you, baby. Fuck. You don’t know what you do to me– shit, I’m cumming.”
You both moan in unison when Jungkook finally releases inside you the same time you do so, his cock hardening in your walls, throbbing when you settle down on his lap with him still buried inside you. When the seconds pass, you feel the exhaustion wrapping around you, and you let Jungkook trail kisses up your shoulders and neck at the post-coital momentum.
“Fuck, that was so hot.” He whispers against your lips, kissing your parted mouth. You sigh against it, all sweaty and fucked out.
“Oh, baby…” You moan when Jungkook lifts you up and you feel yourself dripping from your cum.
“Fucking hell, so beautiful baby...” Jungkook trails off, squeezing your breasts before pushing you gently to lean back on the steering wheel. You look down as you watch with a gasp when he slides his cock out from your heat, covered in white and slick, moaning lewdly when he pumps it out for more.
Some of it spurts on your pussy, and you stare in awe when Jungkook inserts the tip once again in your heat, your eyes rolling to the back of your head at the blurred lines between pleasure and overstimulation.
“Goddammit.” Jungkook sighs, gratified, tapping his cock on your pussy a few times before he grabs your hips again so he can kiss you on the mouth. It almost gives you whiplash when he looks at you with such sincere and genuine eyes as he says, “I love you.”
“Love you,” you say, closing your eyes when his kisses trail to your jaw and his hands come up to fondle your tits again. His favorite fixation – his words, not yours. “Kook.”
“Hm.”
“Sticky.”
He hums again. You keep your position like that for a few more seconds before Jungkook helps put your panties and dress back in place, picking you up slightly as you climb over the passenger seat.
You watch as he pulls his boxers and pants back up, buckling his belt around the waist. He hasn’t fixed the unbuttoned state of his shirt yet before he looks at you again with a smile.
“Come here, you,” He says, beckoning you to come closer with his arm around your seat. You grin, crossing the console again to meet the kiss he gives your mouth. Then, Jungkook breaks the contact, caressing your cheek as he speaks. “Babies, huh?” He brings up, eyes so bright; delighted, excited. He has that unshakeable grin.
And you can’t help but mirror it.
“Do you want to?” You ask instead. Nibbling on your bottom lip, you nervously wait for his answer that doesn’t really take that long.
“Fuck, yeah. If you want to, then I want to,” he responds. Then, he adds, “And I really, really want to.”
“Okay…” you say, biting your lip to keep yourself from smiling too much. “But it doesn’t have to be now. Or I don’t know. I know it’s only been a year since we got married and all that—”
“Baby, stop,” Jungkook says before you can finish your thought. “Doesn’t matter if we were one month into the marriage. As long as you’re ready, then I’m ready. Are you ready?”
A few beats.
It was your horny-adled brain that got you in this position in the first place – but you think about how life with Jungkook would be like with kids added in the equation in the near future.
It would be so far from bad.
The past year had been nothing short of bliss since you married him, and as you watched Jungkook, a thought warmed your heart: he’d be an incredible dad. The way he loves you, so deeply and selflessly, leaves no doubt in your mind that he’d go above and beyond for your child—or children. You’re certain he’d love them as much as he loves you, perhaps even more.
A smile spreads across your face, and you nod to his question.
“I want a family with you, Kook.”
Jungkook’s face lights up with a delighted smile, mirroring yours. “So, we’re doing this?”
You nod again, biting your lip to temper your excitement.
“Thank you,” he says softly.
You blink at him in surprise. “Why are you thanking me?”
He shakes his head with a gentle smile and leans in to kiss you again. “Just… thank you.”
You furrow your brows, squinting at him in playful confusion. Before you can say more, he leans forward and nips the tip of your nose.
“Ow!” you exclaim, laughing.
“You’re cute,” Jungkook teases. “But we’ve gotta clean up and head home. Then, we can keep practicing putting my baby in you—on a nice, comfortable bed this time.” He winks, pecking your cheek as he buttons his shirt and unbuckles his seatbelt.
You snort, rolling your eyes as you do the same. “Admit it, you like car sex.”
Jungkook hums nonchalantly, his cheeky grin giving him away. You chuckle, shaking your head at him, love radiating in every moment between you.

You weren’t exactly an artistic person.
You just never indulged in art before. Of course, you admired the craft and thought it was extremely difficult to actually create meaningful art. But you didn’t think you were a particularly creative person, nor did you think you had an eye for such stuff.
Ever since you began dating Rafayel, you would say your appreciation for art had definitely improved. How could it not, considering he spent all day creating it, and in the time he wasn’t, his world was still colored by the lens of it. Rafayel saw art everywhere he went, in the gentle roll of the water where it rippled in fountains, or the timid but pinpoint light of a lone star in a dark sky. He loved describing it to you, and the way he put it would make you look around twice. He had really changed the way you viewed the world.
What you were about to do now wasn’t exactly the kind of art that made you think deeply of the universe, but hey, not all art can make you question your existence. Sometimes you need to create….. lighter pieces.
Stepping back, you stared down at the bed sheet sized canvas you had stuck to the floor, sure that you had used enough adhesive to keep it temporarily in place. The clock on the far wall of the studio told you that Rafayel would be home in a little while, which meant you needed to start the next phase of your plan shortly. But first things first, you needed lighter clothes.
After you had switched your jeans and button down shirt for a thin, short robe, you began pulling down buckets of paint from the storage closet connecting to the main studio. You chose only two, a light purple and a light pink. Both colors you knew Rafayel liked using in his pieces. You might not know a whole lot about art, but you knew him inside out. And you also knew he would love this idea.
You spent the next few minutes going over the canvas with the two buckets, pouring a few globs of paint over it. Small, but dense, with lots of blank canvas around them so they could be spread. You decided to only do two or three globs of each color. After all, wasn’t the art in how the colors would move and slide on the canvas? This should be enough paint for that purpose.
Your face was heating up at the thought of what was about to happen, and you felt almost giddy. When was he going to be home? You couldn’t wait to get started.
As if on cue, the door of the studio clicked open, not making a single sound as your boyfriend lumbered in, closing the door behind him. His white shirt was loose, black pants tight, and you couldn’t help but admire his ass when he turned around to shut the door with a light snap.
“Hey-” He stopped almost immediately upon seeing you, eyeing the half empty paint can you were setting down and the flimsy robe covering your body. A body that was definitely naked under it.
“What are you doing?” You saw his eyes flick over you and then behind to eye the massive canvas you had laid out, along with the little circles of paint looking fresh and shiny on it. You gave him a grin.
“I was hoping we could collaborate for your next piece.” You tugged at his shirt until you both stood closer to the canvas, taking special joy in how confused he looked. His eyes kept darting all over the place to try and make sense of what was going on, and you had to stifle a giggle.
You thought to elaborate on your suggestion by slowly unbuttoning his crisp white shirt. Rafayel raised his eyebrows but didn’t stop you, probably curious to see what you were cooking. You tugged his shirt off his toned shoulders, before going to work on his pants. His hand finally seized yours, tilting his head so your eyes would meet his.
“You wanna tell me what’s going on?” His tone was amused. You hummed almost in thought, pulling your hand away. You tugged on the belt of your robe until it slipped free, and the front fell open. You saw the tips of Rafayel’s ears turn red, and his expression blanked a bit.
“You have paint. You have a canvas. And you have me.” Your voice was a low whisper. You reached into the bucket next to you, palms stretched, until they were both covered in paint. Then you reached one hand up and dragged your fingertips over his bare abs.
The cool paint made them contract a bit, and you heard the way his breath hitched under the touch. Four long streaks of pink now stood out against his pale skin. Finally, you looked back up to meet his gaze, his face inches from yours.
Rafayel’s blush had extended from his ears down to his neck, but the corner of his lip twitched up into a slow grin. His hands were eager as he undid the button of his pants, and you felt a thrill run up your spine. You watched him undress quickly. He was slow, smooth, as he lifted one precise hand to tug on the shoulder of your loose robe until it was falling off your shoulders and pooling at your feet.
He looked around and his eyes caught the second can of paint. Purple. He dipped his hands into it, and you watched him walk back over to you.
“Where did you get this idea, baby?” His voice had lost its confusion, coated in honey now, sultry and low, nearly a whisper, and you shivered when his breath hit your bare neck. He took advantage of the fact that your hair was pulled up and away from your shoulders, tracing gentle lips over the slope of your shoulder. Instinctively, your hands smoothed over his torso, and you were reminded of the paint on them, still wet, now swiped onto the man before you.
Rafayel hummed at the feeling and proceeded to return the favor, his hands set on your hips. The paint was cool on your skin, and you almost jumped at the temperature if it weren’t for his warm hands taking the feeling away in the next second. Your boyfriend gave your naked bodies a gentle tug backwards until you were stepping on paper, slight crinkling noises hitting your ears.
Gentle lips now made contact with yours, and you sighed in relief. You had missed this, just the feeling of him kissing you. You had been thinking about it- and other things- all day, and you were so excited to start. Hands caressed over each other slowly but eagerly, and you couldn’t even begin to imagine how much paint you had managed to get on each other.
Your kisses became more hurried, more firm, and you could feel Rafayel’s body temperature rise a bit. His breath stuttered when you moaned into his mouth, tongues dancing together in a synchronized battle. He nibbled at your bottom lip and you arched deeply into him, nails digging into his biceps.
“Fuck, the paint is drying.” You managed to gasp out when your lips separated, his mouth finding the skin behind your ear immediately. He sucked hard on it, until you shivered and let out a long, shaky breath. Your knees were so weak, and you were glad for his strong arms wrapped around your waist, since it was the only thing currently holding you up.
He hummed against your skin, not letting up on the marks he was marring it with. You had discovered pretty early on that Rafayel was a biter, and marks on your skin was another way he created art. It just so happened that you enjoyed the feeling more than you could ever think to describe.
“Good thing you laid more out for us then.” He responded, referring to the globs just below your feet, before tugging you down until you were sprawled on the canvas below you. It was cool under your skin, and you felt something wet just under your shoulder. Oh. Your eyes met Rafayel’s before they finally traveled down his body for the first time since you two had started. You gulped in a deep breath.
His pale skin was covered in purple and pink streaks, like smooth color streaked over brilliant porcelain. The ridges and bumps of his muscles stood out even more under the paint, and you could tell in a few places the exact route your hands had taken, pink running over his waist and down his V-line. The remnants of the journey your fingers took stood before you, proud on his skin. You felt a thrill run through you at the sight, something stirred in your core.
“This is turning you on.” Rafayel observed, a light smirk resting on his face. You felt your body burn at the teasing lilt of his voice.
“As if this isn’t something you’ve dreamed of doing.” You retaliated, opening your legs so he could fit himself between them, resting his elbows on either side of you so your faces were a hairbreadth away. He hummed and sighed, lowering his body until his erection grazed right over your center, making you gasp.
“Believe me, I’ve dreamed of this.” He sighed, reached for the paint to the left and just above your head. You watched him cover his palm with it before he reached down, hooking a hand under your knee and pulling it up until it folded against your torso. The paint was wet on your skin, and you were learning to love the feeling more and more. His cock prodded your entrance, now on full display for him. He gave you another mischievous smirk.
“Baby I’m about to ruin you so bad.”
The first slide of him inside you had you crying out and arching into him, his cock carving its way through your unprepped hole and bringing with it a burn so delicious it made your head spin. When he bottomed out, he moaned unabashedly into your ear, hot breath hitting the shell of it and sending shivers through your spine. Your core clenched and unclenched rapidly, trying to adjust to the glorious intrusion. Your brain screamed at him to move, to slide in and out, do anything at all. You needed to feel him rock into you. Your hips twitched and jerked, making your boyfriend moan before he finally started moving.
His thrusts started out languid, smooth, gliding in and out of you at a reasonable pace. You sighed, head leaned back and reveling in the feeling it brought, leg tensing under his grip. Little tendrils of pleasure zipped up from where you were connected, heavy cock stretching you open until your pussy was adequately wet, ready to take the pounding you knew was inevitably coming your way.
And oh, did you receive it.
Slowly, steadily, Rafayel picked up the pace until his hips were smacking hard into your pelvis, knocking every breath from your lungs. You cried out, one arm thrown over his shoulder while the other seeked desperate purchase under you, used to the feeling of silk sheets but now met with nothing but smooth, stretched out canvas and the wet sensation of sticky color. Rafayel used the grip he had on your knee to twist your leg out further, inviting him to hit that one spot that made you see stars. A broken wail left your mouth and your back arched impossibly high, hearing a low moan hit your ear when you clenched tight around the cock pounding into you.
“F-fuck, Rafi-” His head lifted, just enough to connect your lips in a desperate slurry of rushed kisses, sucking and biting on your lips as his pace didn’t so much as stutter. Your moans dissolved straight into his mouth, little pornographic ‘yeah, yeah, yeah’s slipping out with every thrust. You didn’t bother muffling them, knowing exactly what the noises did for Rafayel’s ego, and with how he was ravishing you currently, you were okay with giving him a little ego boost.
(You would deal with the consequences of that later.)
“Gonna cum-” You managed to choke out just as your orgasm rammed into you with no warning, effectively silencing any other words as you cried and shook through it, muscles seized tight and legs kicking in the air.
“God- fuck,” Rafayel’s first words. “There you go. Fuck, that’s it.”
He fucked you through the last vestiges of your high before his arms slipped under your arched waist and lifted you up, rolling over until you were perched on his hips, throbbing cock still nestled inside you. The change in position made him slide in deeper, and you let out a broken moan. Your orgasm was still lingering around the edges, encouraging you to prolong the feeling, to chase after it again. And so you did. You rolled your hips, placing your hands on Rafayel’s abs as leverage to push your body up and down. You finally took a good look at your boyfriend.
His chest was heaving with exertion, shining under the glow of the lights above you, catching on the swirling mixes of purple and pink. Under the paint, his skin glistened with sweat, tensing and straining under his movements. The paint had reached all the way up the side of his neck, and even into his hair, blending with the purple tresses. The purple complimented his eyes, half lidded and heavy with lust, his lip was tucked under his teeth.
He was a vision.
“Baby, you’re so fucking beautiful.” His voice was fractured and strained, and in your staring you had forgotten that you were also the object of his gaze. You couldn’t imagine how you looked right now, slathered with paint and hot under the stimulation you were receiving, strands of hair leaving your bun and trailing down over your face and neck. You rolled your hips and tightened hard around his cock, watching the way his jaw slackened and eyes rolled shut. Another zip of pleasure ran through you, and you couldn’t help but keen, pushing yourself to go faster, to make him feel even better.
“I’m- I’m so close.” You could feel your vision swim, tears gathering in your lash line as his cock dug deep into your core, prodding into your spongy walls in all the right ways. Rafayel grabbed both your wrists off his chest, pulling them behind your back and then tugging you down until your body was pinned tight against his. You let him do as he pleased, planting his feet on the canvas before he started thrusting hard and fast up into your sopping cunt.
You screamed and arched, body tensing at the pace he set, chin resting on his shoulder and head thrown back as you let him carry you face first into another orgasm, gushing around him until the sounds of his thrusts grew impossibly wetter, sloppier than the paint around you and covering you, blabbering incoherent phrases and curses as tears poured from your eyes. With every thrust, the ecstasy prolonged itself, like an endless high that came with intense drugs, except all you needed was him, and he would get you there if it was the last thing he did.
Your perspective was shifting, Rafayel’s cock leaving you until you felt cold and empty. He maneuvered you onto your hands and knees, or rather, arms and knees since you felt that you couldn’t even hold yourself up at this point. A firm hand pushed on your back until it arched to his liking, spreading you until he could slide his massive length back into you with little to no resistance. You whimpered pathetically, eyes rolling unhindered in your head, cheek smushed into the paper beneath you. Briefly, you felt like you could almost taste the paint, but the thought left your brain faster than cigarette smoke dissipating on a windy day when Rafayel started moving again.
“Stop me if you can’t take it.”
You could never, would never stop him, not when your pussy keened at the feeling of his cock filling you up to fulfillment once more. Especially not when he planted a foot on your side that gave him leverage to thrust harder and stronger into you. Your body buzzed and reveled under the feeling of being used like this, basking in the sounds coming from Rafayel getting heavier and choppier as he finally chased his own orgasm instead of yours. You wanted nothing more than for him to warm you up, fill you with his seed until you couldn’t take any more of it. Your depraved mind was wiped blank of everything else except that crushing need.
“Cum in me.” You managed to whine, clenching hard around him. Rafayel moaned and his hips stuttered.
“Fuck. I’m gonna- I’m cumming baby, take it, take it, take it, take it-” Your body jostled at the strength of his thrusts, once, twice, and then he was slamming his cock deep into you and holding it there, hot spurts of cum hitting your walls. Painting your insides white like your bodies had painted your outsides purple and pink.
Your entire body collapsed on itself when Rafayel pulled out, dropping onto the paper heavily as you tried to catch your breath. Your vision was swimming and so was your head, unable to do anything but focus on the faint buzz in your muscles. You could hear shuffling somewhere behind you before you were being lifted into strong arms. You sighed and curled into them, seeking the warmth of your boyfriend after the beating your body just took. And he was happy to provide it- in the tub he ran for you while both of you settled into warm water.
You dozed in and out of sleep as Rafayel cleaned you up, giggling and humming along with whatever little anecdotes he was telling you. He knew you would barely remember most of it later, considering how dopey and spacey you got after sex. You pouted and leaned up to him every few minutes, stealing tiny kisses from his lips. And afterwards, you let him pat you dry and put you to bed in the usual “princess treatment” he gave you after one of your sessions. The only time he backed off from teasing you relentlessly and instead doted on you properly.
You couldn’t tell how long you slept, but you woke up feeling well rested. The bed next to you was empty but still slightly warm, and you could hear quiet shuffling outside in the studio.
Your muscles screamed when you forced them to move, your hips and thighs feeling like particular sore spots. You ignored the feeling in favor of pulling a shirt off the floor to throw over your body, realizing it was your boyfriend’s when it fell all the way to your thighs. You trudged out of the room while rubbing the sleep from your eyes. You saw him standing with his back to you, wearing nothing but a pair of boxers. The muscles of his bare back shifted as he moved, now clear of all the paint you two had slathered on it. Oh right, the paint.
Your eyes shifted behind him to the canvas, which Rafayel had propped up against the wall now, and was observing silently. You walked closer to admire the streaks of pink and purple on it, watching it carefully. Somehow, the choppy strokes showed your desperation, your passion, and you felt your face heat up at the thought.
“Looks pretty.” Your voice was slightly rough. Rafayel turned around at the sound and gave you a soft smile, pulling you closer and wrapping his arms around you from behind as you both stared. You settled into his warmth as you swayed gently back and forth.
“Why’re you thinking so hard about it?” You asked.
You turned your head to watch as he huffed and pouted a bit. He looked so cute, you bit back the urge to squish his cheeks.
“Pretty sure there’s some cum in there somewhere.”
Aaaaaand the urge was gone.
You smacked his chest hard, making him jerk back and laugh, but not releasing his hold on you.
“You’re disgusting.”
“Not more than you.”
He kissed you before you could land another smack, hand cupping your jaw to tilt your head back. You fought to keep a grin down, but failed when you felt his lips stretch with a smile of his own, erupting into giggles.

I’ve Got My Eye on You
If you dance I’ll dance <3
Robert “Bob” Reynolds/reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: When you’re forced to attend Valentina’s gala for publicity, you find solace in a familiar face.
CONTAINS: fem reader, fluff + a dash of angst, mutual pining, reader is convinced she shouldn’t pursue Bob, brief moments w the team, my dialogue is ass because I need to understand his character more so if any Bob writers have insight pls lmk
You did not want to come out tonight.
Well, in part you were curious as to what exactly a gala entails, but with your ragtag team of mercenaries almost nobody was invested in appearing tonight. Well, aside from Alexei eager to show off the team. You rarely see Yelena and Ava dress formally, their dresses notably elegant and distinct.
Your own feels pale in comparison, having to shove yourself into a box that you could not quite seem to fit. Sleek black silk cloaks you, its floor length obvious as the hem brushes the marble below you. The lot of you had hardly any time to view one another, crammed into the backseat of a limo Valentina had used to collect you. At least now you can get a decent look at everyone after the initial round of press.
Bob had been invited along with the team, but was forced to take a separate vehicle. He was maintaining a low profile ever since the incident only a few months prior, and nobody could fault him for that.
“Do you think they have hoity toity hors d’oeuvres or something?” Yelena prods, probably just thinking aloud, “I’m starving,” she sighs, pacing towards the entryway that led to the main dance hall. Her blonde hair is tousled with waves, her bangs framing her face. Stubbornly, she attempts to blow it away to no avail.
“You think with your stomach. The whole common fridge has a shelf dedicated to your pickles and cheese,” Ava retorts, but she’s grown fonder of the team nonetheless.
Alexei storms in front of everyone else, bursting into the room several paces ahead with extreme enthusiasm.
The banter fades into the recesses of your conscience, more focused on the grandeur of the main hall. A grand staircase greets you, your hands gingerly raising your dress as you descend. An air of opulence floats about the room, a crystal chandelier hanging upon the ceiling.
Your lips part in awe, continuing to step down. Many view your group, your eyes raking over the audience until you find him.
His eyes are transfixed upon you, hopeful, admiring, and yearning. The Bob you see is a far cry from the one lounging around the compound, no loose sweaters to hide his figure- a fitted tuxedo hugs his torso.
“He’s doing the googly eye thing,” Yelena whispers, eliciting an amused scoff from you. She seems entertained by playing matchmaker, but you’re sure Bob has his own problems to manage. He doesn’t need you.
Still, the most polite course of action is to greet your coworker/friend/roommate of course, so you find yourself weaving through the crowd while the remainder of the team disperses into the room. Unbeknownst to you, he’s been doing the same, hopeful for your company ever since he arrived.
Up close, he doesn’t seem so startlingly different in contrast. He’s still the same man. A crooked boutonnière stands proud upon his lapel, a lock of hair refuses to be styled, and his cerulean eyes seem to always be focused on you.
“You… you look beautiful,” he says, reverent as ever. He cautiously steps closer to you, as if attempting to fathom that you’re even real.
Because you’re not a memory stolen from the Void, nor a fleeting glimpse of joy in his previously bitter life. You’re real, tangible and absolutely striking. Your lashes kiss your cheeks as you glance towards the ground, a bit shy.
Of course someone as wonderful as him has the ability to make your knees weak.
Your eyebrow raises, playfully eyeing him. “You’re one to talk,” you shrug, a moment of pause standing between the two of you. You’d hoped that the two of you would grow more comfortable conversing. There was occasional banter, where you’d share details of your day. The store clerk at a bagel shop in the city, a little girl pointing up at you with awe, and the kind lady on the subway. He’d do the same while the two of you cleaned around the compound or went grocery shopping. Spending time with him became domestic, something that terrified you and stoked the flames of your fondness for him.
“..do you wanna dance?” You offer, extending a hand towards him.
“Sure- yeah,” he nods, his free lock of hair bobbing with the movement, “if you’ll have me.”
A scoff escapes you, the thought of turning him away now was ridiculous.
“Why wouldn’t I?” You comment, not leaving any room for questioning. The two of you weave your way through to the dancing portion of the hall, his hand resting on your own as the other rests just above your waist. You step a tad closer, the air stifling and your breath almost stilling.
His hands rest tentatively, yours doing the same. You feel a streak of boldness, your thumb gingerly smoothing out his lapel. You almost don’t notice the way his heart is racing beneath your palm.
“I was hoping you’d be able to stay at the compound with me this week,” he confesses, “I’m due for a night of rest.”
You cock your head to the side, eyebrows furrowing with concern.
“Trouble sleeping lately?”
“That, and everyone’s been on their toes lately. Been remindin’ me-“
Suddenly, a jolt of force almost seems to knock you over. You don’t catch a decent look of their face, your shoulder stinging from the impact. Your torso is knocked, half pried out of Bob’s hands as the hand on your waist solely supports you.
His eyes are flooded with concern, never once leaving you as he scans you frantically.
“Hey- you ok?” He inquires, voice tinged with worry. The raspy quality to his voice has you attempting to steady your legs, lest you almost tip over once more.
You can feel the gaze of several onlookers, but you find yourself seemingly unbothered. His is the only one that matters.
“Yeah, ‘m fine,” you mutter, the hand that was once on his chest finding purchase on his shoulder. If anything, from an onlooker’s perspective this could’ve been played off as him dipping you, which seems to stir something within your stomach.
“You’re more heroic than you give yourself credit for,” you tease after a moment, the two of you stepping in tandem with the surrounding couples.
“It’s more natural than you think,” you murmur, your hand resting on the nape of his neck. You almost don’t notice the way he melts, leaning into your touch.
Curiosity flickers behind his eyes, a warmth blooming within his chest.
“Do you like me playing hero? N-not that you need saving or anything-“ he rambles, but trails off once he sees you. Not the hardened front for press, but the kind, empathetic and caring person he’s come to know. The one who gently glides behind him in the kitchen to add something to a skillet, who accidentally locks eyes with him from across the conference room, who’s lingering touches have been seared to his skin and worshipfully committed to memory.
“Yeah. I do.” You whisper, your lips pressing together before they part for a cheesy grin.
Your steps are careful, measured, worried your step on his toes. Despite your coordination as a mercenary, you still manage to be rendered immobile by his presence. Especially when he’s holding you like porcelain, hands cradling your figure like you were worth more than anything.
“I’m up to stay behind from a mission this week.” You state after a moment, recalling his prior statement.
Something small twists in your gut, guilt eating away at your conscience. You shouldn’t be doing this, it’s a far cry from your main priority- yet his smile keeps your worries at bay for now. Keeping him company is enough, the soft moments between the two of you something sacred and almost saccharine.

Tumblr media
"Patissiers!"
"Yes, sir! We're on our way!" the patissiers bellowed, running at full speed with their large doughnut cart in tow. "We come with your treat for the day!"
Shifting his weight on his legs, the Sweet Commander crossed his arms over his broad chest, watching intently as the small men scurried toward him, the three of them a dark blue blur against the checkered pink of Brûlée's Mirro-World.
"Our selection today is truly special! Lady (y/n) said so herself!"
"I think you'll find it most appropriate!"
"For a man as perfect as you, each treat is made from the perfect ingredients!"
The first one hoisted a huge chocolate-frosted doughnut over his head, beaming proudly.
"We purchased the finest Corioli cacao we could find on the black market and combined it with milk from a cow grazed on a Sky Island whose life was free from stress and woe! The resulting chocolate is rich and ideal to dollop atop this giant doughnut!"
The second one lifted up a chocolate doughnut with strawberry cream, smiling widely.
"And for this one, we whipped the highest grade cream, which we received fresh from the great Minister Opera himself. The icing is meticulously decorated and topped with a strawberry to make this masterpiece a feast for the eyes, before it becomes entombed within your grateful belly!"
The third one raised a yellow doughnut, topped with decadent powdered sugar, slightly wobbling.
"We also prepared a doughnut topped with a sugar favored by Celestial Dragons, which brings out the spiciness of the Meylon Cinnamon baked into its dough, along with this and that and the other thing, too, of course!"
Together they twirled, utterly elated by the fine work you curated.
"And it is all thanks to Lady (y/n)'s unparalleled baking prowess! It is a true honor and privilege to work alongside her in the kitchen! So please enjoy this sublime sweetness!"
But, sadly, Katakuri had completely tuned them out.
Their entire explanation went completely unheard, the Sweet Commander more concerned with your absence than anything else.
Brows furrowing, his eyes quickly flicked around the cart, failing to sense your presence anywhere remotely nearby.
'(y/n)...'
It was routine that you join him for his merienda's everyday, rain or shine.
The patissiers would roll you in along with his ginormous bushel of doughnuts, your smile blinding as you greeted and joined him inside his mochi shrine.
There, you would feed him your sweet treats and whisper sweet nothings as he recounted his day to you, and you yours, resting in each other's embrace as you relished the little time together you two were able to make within your busy lives.
It was the only time of the day the man looked forward to.
And it was being tampered with.
"Where is she?"
His voice was like a wave of ice extinguishing any sort of jovial mood the chefs had established, replace their joy with potent fear.
Instantly, a frigid shiver rolled down their spines, their little bodies going rigid with terror.
"W-Well, you see—!"
"We are sworn to secrecy by the Lady herself!"
"She ordered us to remain silent about her whereabouts as not to disrupt your merienda!"
"We—!"
Abruptly lunging forward, Katakuri yolked up the first chef by the collar of his uniform, the man letting out a fearful yelp as the Sweet Commander pulled him closer with a deadly glare.
He allowed his Conqueror's haki to flow freely from his body, blanketing the entire space under an immense and overwhelming pressure—so much so that it knocked the other two chefs out cold.
His tone was deadly serious, and leaving no room for argument.
"Where. Is. My. Wife?"
Tumblr media
"Mocha, honey, keep stirring that curd!" you instructed, frantically, as you added the yeast to the second batch of doughnut scald. "Don't stop 'til it's nice and fluffy!"
"Yes, mama!" your young daughter nodded, expression determined as she fervently mixed the large vat of lemon filling, despite the growing weakness in her arms.
She had been stirring vigorously for the past thirty minutes straight, and there was only so much an eight year-old girl could take.
"We're running out of time!" Soda exclaimed, worried, as he peeked out the window, the rumblings coming from outside shaking the foundation of your large bakery. "Grandma's gonna be here any second!"
"We're working as fast as we can!" Cocoa grunted, finally finishing the third batch of dough.
"I don't understand!" Latte squealed, running to assist her little sister in stirring the curd.
"She was all the way on the north side five minutes ago! How did she get here so fast?!" Frappe added, following after.
"Anything's possible for your grandmother when it comes to dessert," you huffed, finishing up the fourth batch of dough. "I've learned that the hard way."
"Well, we're losing ground fast! Daifuku just got sent flying!" Chai exclaimed, his little eyes wide with horror as he watched his uncle soar through three buildings.
"That's it. I gotta go help," Soda quickly turned, storming toward the door.
"Absolutely not!" you shut down, instantly. "Nothing can stop your grandmother during one of her hunger pangs! You'd be needlessly putting yourself in danger!"
"I have to do something! I'm a minister!"
Soda was your firstborn son, the eldest of your six children and the pride and joy of the Big Mom pirates.
He was a prodigy, his power already nearing that of a Sweet Commander at the young age of twenty-one—he happened across the Fizz-Fizz fruit at a very young age, turning himself into a Carbonation-Man
With a bounty of 850 million, he was powerful enough to be asked out on his own solo missions, as well as join his countless aunts and uncles on their expeditions.
And to put the icing on the cake, he had set the record for youngest minister, having been appointed as the Minister of Fizz two years prior.
Your son was progressing in leaps and bounds, his dream of taking after his father coming to fruition more and more with each passing day.
But... where he took after Katakuri in prowess, he also took after him in his all-encompassing sense of duty.
"Stay here! Keep working on the doughnut!" he exclaimed, rushing out of the bakery. "I'll try and slow her down!"
"Soda!"
"Big brother!"
But he was already gone, leaping into the air to assist Smoothie.
"Mama, mama! The curd is finished!" Mocha reported, running over to tug at your dress.
"Good job, honey," you nodded, patting her on the head. "All right, kids, this is the moment of truth! Your brother's buying us some time so we've gotta hurry!"
"Right!"
"Chai, go get the other two batches of dough out the chiller!"
He nodded, quickly running to the back to go retrieve it.
"Latte! Frappe! Start combining the dough we have out here!"
The twins rushed toward the large bowls, already starting to dump them out onto the flour-covered counter.
"Mocha, go make sure the fryers are hot, then come back and help your brother combine the first batch!"
"You got it, mama!"
She turned and sprinted to the back room, running as fast as her little legs would carry her.
"Cocoa, you're with me! We're gonna finish up the glaze you started earlier!"
"Got it!" Cocoa nodded, running over to the bowl of half-finished glaze she had set aside.
"(y/n)!" Brûlée frantically exclaimed, popping her head out of a mirror in the kitchen. "It's getting bad! Mama's heading right this way!"
"I know! I know! We're moving as fast as we can!" you huffed, frantically stirring the second bowl of glaze.
"Well, it's not fast enough! Mont-d'Or wants to know how much longer this is going to take! This whole island is about to get leveled!"
"If Mama gets a mediocre doughnut then this island really will get leveled!" you scoffed, brows furrowed. "This is my specialty! Just let me handle this and everything'll be—"
"MAMA! GRANDMA'S HERE!" Mocha shrieked, trembling with terror as she stared out the window.
The Yonko's footfalls began to thoroughly shake the bakery, knocking over sacks of flour, breaking tables, and completely destroying shelves.
"No! It's too soon!" you gasped, quickly putting down the bowl and rushing toward the door. "Cocoa, take over! You know what to do!"
"Wha—?! Mom!"
"Don't stop working!"
Frantically, you burst out of the bakery, eyes wide to see that Big Mom was—in fact—right at your doorstep.
"I WANT MY DOUGHNUT! BRING ME MY LEMON DOUGHNUT NOW!"
"Mama!" you shouted, protectively extending your arms out in front of your beloved bakery. "Your doughnut is almost ready! Just give us a little bit more time!"
"WHERE IS MY DOUGHNUT, GIRL! BECAUSE ALL I WANT IS MY DOUGHNUT!"
"We're making it as fast as we can! We just need a few more minutes to get it just right! You have my word!"
"Mom, no!" Soda called, eyes wide with fear as he watched from a distance. "Get out of the way!"
"(y/n), forget it! It's no use!" Smoothie exclaimed. "Run!"
"No! I will not let her destroy everything we've worked for!"
"OUT OF MY WAY!"
In an instant, you were encompassed by an ominous aura, the feeling not at all foreign as you had witnessed the power countless times before.
'Soul Pocus...'
"IS IT LIFE?! OR TREAT?!"
"NO!" Soda shouted, about to rush toward you before Oven and Smoothie grabbed him up, holding him back.
"Not life or treat!" Opera winced.
"She's gonna steal her lifespan away!" Galette cried
"Mama, you can't! She's family! You'll get your dessert soon enough, just hold on!" Mont-d'Or attempted to reason.
"Mama, have mercy!" Smoothie exclaimed.
Brows furrowing, you stood strong, not budging an inch as she stared you down.
"I'm sorry, Mama! But it's just not ready yet!" you stated, cooly.
"Oh, you're gonna be sorry!" she bellowed, her glare intensifying. "I SAID... LIFE OR TREAT!"
Now, on any other day—where it was just you and your troop of bakers—you would have certainly had your soul ripped right out, the fear of your mother-in-law too great to fight off.
But this day was different.
This day... your children were thrown into the mix.
If Big Mom killed you before they finished the doughnut, then they would certainly be slaughtered right alongside.
And with your husband away on the outermost islands of Totto Land, and Soda held back by his uncles, there was no one else left to protect them in that outcome.
So... it didn't matter if it was Kaido, or Big Mom, or whoever.
You were willing to fight off all the emperors at once if it meant keeping your babies safe.
Your brows furrowed, all your fear seeming to dissipate into nothing, molding itself in the shape of pure, unwavering determination.
She wouldn't lay a finger on your children.
Not if you had anything to say about it.
Lunging forward, she attempted to grab your soul, but was thoroughly shocked to find that nothing had appeared in her grasp.
Your soul was perfectly intact.
"Your grandchildren are working diligently to bring the doughnut to perfection! If you could only wait just a little while longer!"
"Not necessary!" a familiar voice cut through the tense air, putting you at ease almost instantly.
"Look! Up there!"
"It can't be!"
"But it is!"
"It's...! It's...!"
"IT'S KATAKURI!"
As he soared through the air—humongous doughnut in hand—everyone watched with awe and relief, your husband a marvel to watch as he valiantly swooped in to save the day.
"Mama! Open wide!"
Using his Mochi-Mochi power, he launched his hand forward, harshly shoving the decadent doughnut into his mother's mouth, effectively halting her Soul Pocus.
For a moment... there was a pause.
The entirety of Whole Cake Island stood still, waiting with bated breath for Big Mom's reaction.
"Mama mama! How delicious! This is the best doughnut I've ever tasted!"
Together, everyone let out a unanimous sigh of relief, some even falling out on the floor.
"Mama is successfully subdued! I repeat! Mama is successfully subdued!" Mont-d'Or announced into his transponder snail. "Let's switch gears toward repairing damage. Toot sweet!"
"Lady (y/n) did it!"
"The island is saved!"
"That's our (y/n) for you!"
"Perfect as ever!"
"Oh, thank, God," you exhaled, breathless, as Big Mom's aura finally released you, allowing your legs to buckle.
"(y/n)!" Katakuri quickly landed next to you, catching your limp body before you could fall. "Are you all right?! What happened?!"
"Your mother happened," you sighed, allowing your head to drop against his chest. "One of her hunger pangs."
His eyes widened, a future where things could've gone very wrong flashing through his mind.
"And you didn't call me? I told you to make me aware when a situation like this occurs," he asked, tone rising—more out of fear of what could've been than actual frustration.
"It was time for your merienda... and you've been working so hard lately," you muttered. "I thought you deserved a break from all this."
"Not when it comes to your safety... or the children's," he shook his head. "You all are my utmost priority. More than my merienda."
Realizing your miscalculation, your cheeks warmed, suddenly feeling foolish.
"Sorry, Kuri," you sighed, allowing yourself to melt into his touch. "I dropped the ball, didn't I?"
At the nickname, Katakuri flushed under his scarf, eyes averting from your adorably apologetic expression before he turned even more red.
"I'm just glad you're all right," he caved, all will to chide effectively oozing from his body. "Rest for now."
"Mom!" Soda exclaimed running toward you both. "Are you all right?! That was insane! I've never seen anyone withstand Soul Pocus before!"
You scoffed, shaking your head.
"I assure you, I wouldn't be able to do that again in a million years."
"Soda, ensure your sisters and Chai are all right. Then send for cleanup within a bakery," Katakuri ordered, starting off in the opposite direction. "Assist Mont-d'Or in heading the repair efforts. I'm leaving this mess in your hands."
"You got it!" he nodded, turning around to join the Minister of Cheese in his work.
"Wait... Kuri, I have to help, too," you started, attempting to sit up.
"You have done enough," he denied, tightening his hold on you. "They can take things from here."
"But—"
"No buts... You'll be joining me for the rest of the day."
Confused, you raised a brow, unsure of what he was talking about.
"Joining you? ...For what?"
Knowingly, he glanced down at you, heart pounding against his chest once again at the sight of your perfect face.
How he got so lucky, he would never know.
"We still have time for our merienda. If... you're all right with cold tea?"
Warmed by his shy kindness, you were unable to fight the smile rising to your lips, his ears burning with embarrassment in the adorable way you loved.
He was cute when he wasn't acting all tough.
"Iced tea's perfect... Lead the way."

Hallway crush
katsuki bakugo x general studies! Reader
Bakugo never had a crush before, now he’s got his eye on a girl from general studies.
Mentions of Hitoshi Shinso
a/n tbh w you I think the bakugo photo is a bkdk photo (IM SORRY I JUST DONT SHIP BAKUDEKU I DONT SEE THEM TOGETHER)
It all began on your first day at UA. Bakugo noticed you in the halls, walking with a certain purple-haired boy named Hitoshi shinso . He couldn't take his eyes off you; you were just his type, even though he never realized he had a type until that moment. He had never really paid much attention to girls before. Sure, he had a few girlfriends in middle school, but he never felt anything special for them.
As you strolled down the hallway, your smile lit up the entire space. Bakugo watched, captivated, as you giggled with your violet-haired classmate, practically skipping along down the hall. You seemed to be in such a good mood for someone who hadn’t made it into the hero course. Your positivity was infectious, making him actually want to be around you
Every time he saw you, his heart would beat a little faster, and he found himself wanting to know more about you. What made you laugh so easily? What was your favourite food? Did you have siblings? Would you like a hot head like him? Could you even handle bakugo? You were a mystery he wanted to solve. Bakugo didn't understand why he felt this way, but he couldn't deny the growing interest.
You were always surrounded by friends, your vibrant energy making you the center of attention. Despite the fact that you weren't in the hero course, you carried yourself with a confidence and joy that Bakugo couldn't help but admire. It was as if you had your own hero-like aura, one that drew people in and made them feel at ease.
Bakugo began to realize that his feelings for you were more than just a passing curiosity. You had awakened something in him, a desire to get closer to you and understand the person behind the radiant smile. And so, he watched from afar, waiting for the right moment to make his move and hoping that one day, he could be the reason for your laughter and joy.
Kirishima raised an eyebrow as he watched Bakugo turn his head in your direction, his usually rough and angry face softening into an unexpectedly tender gaze. Bakugo was actually admiring someone? The redhead grinned, his sharp teeth flashing. "Has someone got a crush?" he teased, nudging Bakugo playfully on the shoulder.
"Shut it, shitty hair, I do not have a crush," Bakugo growled back, his entire face turning a shade of pink from embarrassment. Kirishima chuckled at his friend's flustered reaction, but Bakugo's glare was deadly serious.
Kirishima placed a reassuring hand on Bakugo's shoulder. "Hey man, it's okay! She's cute."
"Back off," Bakugo interrupted, his voice low and dangerous, as if claiming dibs on you.
Kirishima raised his hands in mock surrender, stepping back. "Backing off. I'm backing off," he said, showing respect to the blonde. He couldn't help but grin at Bakugo's protectiveness. It was rare to see this side of him, and Kirishima couldn't resist giving him a hard time about it.
As Bakugo tried to shake off the embarrassment, his eyes found you again. Despite his rough exterior and harsh words, there was no denying the softness in his gaze. Kirishima had never seen Bakugo like this before. It kind of scared him, but it also made him realize that Bakugo wasn’t some heartless, angry boy. He was just a teenage boy with a crush on a girl. A hallway crush
on the day Bakugo finally grew the courage to talk to you, which was the first day he ever had to muster the courage to do literally anything, was a couple of days after the sports festival. You had performed well enough in the festival that he actually had something to talk about.
As you were eating your lunch in the cafeteria of UA High School, you felt a strong hand tap your shoulder. “Hey… you… you fought Denki Kaminari,” Bakugo said, his cheeks pinker than usual.
“Oh! I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to send his quirk into overdrive!” you gasped, looking genuinely concerned.
“No! No, it’s fine… it was funny… he’s dumb,” Bakugo tried to calm you down, stumbling over his words in a way that was very uncharacteristic for him.
You laughed softly, the sound easing some of Bakugo’s tension. “Well, I’m glad it was entertaining,” you said, smiling up at him.
Bakugo’s heart skipped a beat at your smile. He had never been this nervous about talking to anyone before, and it was both exhilarating and terrifying. “You did good out there,” he mumbled, trying to sound casual but failing to hide the admiration in his voice.
“Thanks, Bakugo. That means a lot coming from you,” you replied, your eyes twinkling with genuine appreciation.
Kirishima, watching from a distance, couldn’t help but smile. Seeing Bakugo like this made him realize that even the toughest people have soft spots. And for Bakugo, that soft spot was you.
And that’s how your friendship blossomed. Bakugo would practically run out of his classroom every day, with Kirishima trailing behind him, usually shouting, "Wait up, man! You'll see her soon!" But Bakugo wouldn't listen. He just wanted to see your sweet face.
You developed your own crush on Bakugo. For someone so accomplished, who believed he was better than everyone else, he was surprisingly a good friend. He always grabbed your bags for you, helped you with your homework—hell, he even did your homework for you sometimes! He made sure you had all your stationery before class. It made you want to kiss him all over his pretty face.
In your eyes, Bakugo was a sweet boy, while in his classmates' eyes, he was rude and loud. You rarely saw him in that state. Sure, he called you "dumbass" from time to time and scolded you for doing something silly, but he never outright yelled at you. He could never bring himself to yell at someone so pretty.
Bakugo’s friends noticed the change in him whenever you were around. His usual fiery temper seemed to mellow, replaced with a gentleness that was almost unrecognizable. They teased him about it, but Bakugo didn't care. Seeing you smile made everything worth it.
Your friendship grew stronger with each passing day. You found yourself looking forward to the moments you shared, whether it was walking to class together, studying side by side, or simply talking about your dreams and aspirations. Bakugo’s rough edges seemed to smooth out when he was with you, and you cherished the soft side of him that he showed only to you.
The day he asked you out was adorable and you’d never have it any other way
As the final bell rang, signaling the end of another intense day at UA High School, Bakugo had a plan in mind. He had been working up the courage to ask you out for weeks, and today, he decided, was the day.
"Hey, dumbass," he called out as he approached you in the hallway. His tone was gruff as usual, but there was a hint of something softer in his eyes. "Got a minute?"
You looked up from your locker, surprised to see Bakugo waiting for you. "Sure, what's up?"
"I was thinking… maybe we could hang out for a bit. Just the two of us." He shoved his hands in his pockets, trying to play it cool.
You smiled, delighted by the idea. "I'd like that."
As you walked out of the school together, the sun was beginning to set, casting a warm glow over the campus. Bakugo led you to a quiet spot behind the school where you often studied together. It was a small garden area, secluded and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the main campus.
You sat down on a bench, and Bakugo joined you, his usual confident demeanor somewhat replaced by a rare nervousness. He took a deep breath, trying to steady himself.
"Look, I've been meaning to talk to you about something," he began, avoiding your gaze for a moment before finally looking directly into your eyes. "You're important to me. More than anyone else. I… I like you. A lot."
Your heart skipped a beat. You had always sensed there was something more between you two, but hearing Bakugo say it out loud made your chest swell with emotion.
"I like you too, Bakugo," you admitted, your voice soft but sincere.
His face lit up with a mixture of relief and happiness. "Good. 'Cause I wanna be more than friends. I wanna be your boyfriend. So, what do you say?"
You reached out and took his hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "I'd love that."
Bakugo's trademark smirk returned, but it was softer, filled with genuine affection. "Great. Now, let's get out of here. There's a café I know nearby. I'll treat you to something nice."
As you walked away from UA, hand in hand, you couldn't help but feel that this was the start of something wonderful. Bakugo, despite his rough exterior, had shown you a side of him that was caring and gentle.

description: after a rocky breakup with hamzah, your friend decided to drag you out for a night of entertainment. stumbling upon an boxing match, you thought that you'd be able to take your mind off the heartbreak you persevered through, not knowing that the very man who caused it was in the ring.
mentions: boxer! hamzah, ex! hamzah, hamzah's kind of an ass, blood, bruises, violence, angst, hurt/comfort, happy ending, forced proximity she/her pronouns
edged u guys with this sorry!
--
hamzah wasn't the best boyfriend. in fact, he was relatively one of the worst people that you could think of.
the pain you suffered stemmed from a relationship of about two and a half years; that much time attached to someone like ball and chain tends to hurt when the chain is cut off. throughout, you asked yourself what could've possibly happened to the man you fell in love with. he grew distant without explanation over time, becoming a ghost of the memories, emotions, and connection that the two of you once had. you spent your nights crying at night in your apartment because you had no clue where he was, nor did he care enough to text you about why he hasn't spoken to you in hours.
though you loved him, you realized the dynamic of your relationship was turning into spoiled milk. the love you once felt so deeply for him slowly turned into anguish and resentment for the time wasted. tears lessened the more you grew used to his absence as conversations began to die down, growing numb to the hurt he caused you by taking himself away from you. the sheets around you became the most "home" you've felt since you rarely felt his body around you, even when he was around. your heart grumbled with the new-found hunger that he made you feel; a craving that could no longer be quenched in the way that flowers crave water and sunlight to grow. how foolish of you to fall in love with someone who no longer knows how to love; how foolish of you to fall in love with someone who could break you apart by taking the love he had for you away.
two years, and even more of simply knowing hamzah, was gone within several texts and the block button being pressed, leaving you numb to any emotion that you were capable of feeling. you originally weren't going to block him, especially because you wanted to give him a final shot at explaining if he was going through a personal struggle or depression that spread onto you; if he was, you would've been more supportive than you currently were. however, you fought an internal battle with yourself on if you'd fold and stay with the mere joy that seeing his text message would give you. you no longer wanted to hurt, nor did you want to feel second. you had to block him in order to heal.
it has been 6 months ever since those text messages were sent and your life became a constant struggle of pondering. you thought that ending things would stop your craving for the "why"s and "what-if"s; instead, it amplified it. he definitely wouldn't text you; even if he did, you had him blocked both mentally and physically. so, you became an insomniac due to the running thoughts and memories that circled in your head every night. it wasn't healthy for you, of course, but you had no clue how to stop it.
that was until you figured out how to distract yourself from the mere thought of him. shaving away the part of your brain that contained him, you began to be as busy as possible as a coping mechanism for his leave. temporarily, it worked; however, you still dreamt of a life with him. you still dreamt of a life with the hamzah that kissed you that fateful night, tainting your lips with the feeling of love and staining your life with his own imprint on you.
--
tonight was supposed to be a night-in: chinese food, a romcom, and possibly some weed, if you really felt like it. however, your friend rin decided to drag you alongside her to this boxing match with her boyfriend, tyler. the last thing you wanted to be doing was third-wheeling your friend in an area that wasn't of your expertise, however, you owed her for the time that she gave you the rest of her rolling papers when you were out. so, putting on your leather coat, you headed off and walked to the address she sent you.
rin's colorful locs made her stand out from the crowd of people in front of the warehouse, as well as her lively personality. giving her a hug and feeling the fuzz on her sweater, you forgot what it was like to feel the touch of another person. it made you feel slightly loser-esque, but it was soon brushed off when tyler greeted you with a simple smile and wave.
"i haven't seen you in forever!" rin exclaimed, bathing in the fact that you came.
you smiled, "yeah, sorry, i've just been busy. how've you been?"
"i've been so good- me and tyler just moved in together, actually."
a flashback of a conversation you had with hamzah about moving in with him painfully entered your mind. you needed to distract yourself from the thoughts before they consumed you like quicksand.
"i'm so happy for you- how is it?" you asked the both of them.
tyler jokingly snarked, "besides all the hair that falls into the drain that she makes me clean up," she playfully hit him, "it's been amazing."
"oh, stop it! it isn't all the time-"
"yes, it is!
"no-"
the conversation fell into empty background noise as their banter created the emergence of the very problem you were running away from. in all honestly, you couldn't help but feel envious of the two in front of you as their playfulness reminded you of hamzah. lately, almost everything reminded you of him. you pushed the thought out of your head and reached the front of the line to buy your tickets. heading into the warehouse, you took your seats as you suddenly felt the loneliest you've ever felt as they began to become immersed in each other's presence. you were simply a third party.
--
growing tired of the boxing match in front of you, whom you didn't even know the names of, you decided to get up and stretch your legs, as well as explore the place you were at. you lied, saying that you had to use the restroom, and walked around a couple of times. it was only until you heard an announcer in the other room that you stopped in your tracks, feeling your throat grow a lump and your heart drop to the floor.
"aaand hamzah's down, folks! will he be able to recover?"
you flinched at the mere mention of his name. hamzah's relatively popular, especially within middle eastern communities, or at least, that's what you told yourself. curiousity always killed the cat, though, no matter how strong it was. unsurprisingly, you walked into the other room to allow your thoughts to be at ease. surely, it couldn't be the hamzah that you know of.
except it was.
he was almost unrecognizable.
the once curly, brown hair you'd run your hands into as he'd fall asleep was now buzzed and bleached to a toned blonde. he was fit; his muscles were always there, but watching him in the ring made you realized that he was now toned. his face now adorned a gash on his cheekbone, as well as bruises decorating his skin. though you resented him, you still worried for his wellbeing. you stared as his opponent blocked and punched him.
hamzah's eyes then locked onto yours for a solid 5 seconds, before his opponent socked him in the face. your hand covered your mouth as you gasped at the sight in front of you. he was hit so hard that he fell over as if he was a drunk man trying to walk after taking shots in the double digits. you wondered if he'd be able to get up; though he wasn't a fighter for you, he was definitely a fighter for himself. as the ref was about to call a stop to the match, he pushed himself up. a fire ignited in his eyes and he pushed himself to the max.
hamzah was now blocking every single punch thrown at him, as if he got into the mind of his opponent and could predict where he'd try to hit him. his punches seemed twice as strong, making his opponent wince and shrivel at each one thrown at him. before you knew it, the match was over
and hamzah won.
--
saying goodbye to your friends, you walked outside being met with freezing air. snow fell from the sky onto you and your surroundings; you soon came to the realization that you had to walk home in the cold as it snowed. not only did you have to walk in the cold, you also had to walk in the dark. you began to walk into the direction of your house until you felt a hand on your shoulder. thinking that rin forgot something in your purse, you turned around immediately. except, your eyes were met with hamzah's; he looked even better up close.
"are you really gonna walk home in the dark while it's snowing?"
you were confused on how he was able to talk to you as if he didn't smash your heart into pieces and leave you to fix it on your own. another part of you was upset at the fact that he was.
"yeah."
"no, let me drive you."
you scoffed, "hamzah, i really don't want to be alone in a car with you."
"you think i'd try anything?"
"i know you wouldn't, but that doesn't change anything. bye, hamzah."
you turned away once more, beginning to walk back to your house. until, his hand grasped your shoulder once more and softly swung you around.
"no, please," desperation was laced into his eyes, "please. it isn't safe."
you weighed your options: possibly freeze to death or get kidnapped and murdered, or endure the most awkward car ride of your life.
you chose the second option, not knowing what it would entail.
--
you didn't realize how far you walked until you realized it took you 20 minutes to get back to your house. you were about to exit the car with a simple "thank you" until hamzah locked the doors. you knew he wouldn't do anything bad, so the whole endeavor confused you and slightly irritated you. your ex currently locked you in his car, parked in front of your house. what the hell did he want?
"hamzah-"
"please, just talk to me for a little."
"why?"
his eyebrows furrowed, "because i missed you."
"oh, and i didn't?"
"let me expla-"
your voice became wobbly with emotion, "no, hamzah. stop. please, just let me leave."
you could hear the yearning in his voice as he spoke, "please. just listen to me, please- you don't have to forgive me or like me after you do but, please, just listen."
"fine."
"i fucked up. i fucked up the most that anyone could by losing you. i realized how serious things were getting and i was so scared that i'd be holding you back."
your voice became softer than the jaggedness you held in it each sentence you spoke to him.
"why would you be holding me back?"
"you deserve someone that could give you more than i could. i could never be enough for you and i'm sorry about that."
"so you just- you just fucking leave? not even, like, leave me but just dip from the relationship on your own terms? are you serious, hamzah? i thought you were smart, how could you do something this fucking dumb?"
he sighed, "i know i'm a fucking idiot. you can call me a fucking idiot. you can call me a moron. you can call me stupid- i don't care. i'm sorry- i'm so sorry. words will never be able to express how fucking sorry i am."
silence echoed in the space between you, eye contact being the only langauge being spoken. you didn't forgive him, but you weren't mad at him. you realized that his distance was only out of insecurity and miscommunication on his end. you didn't know how to feel; training yourself to hate him never worked and this made it even harder.
"you look different."
"i had to," he admitted, "every time i looked in the mirror, i'd think of you."
"what do you mean?"
"i'd fix my curls and run my hands through them and then suddenly, i got this feeling that my hands were actually yours."
"i'm not following-"
"i'd run my hands through my hair and pretend it was you. i'd touch my face and my arms and my chest and think about how you would. i physically couldn't look like me anymore or else i would keep on thinking about you."
"really?"
"even with new hair and a new body, i still think of you, so it was kinda useless."
"i think you look nice."
"really?"
"i feel the same as you, in a way, just without the physical altering," you admitted, "i think about you, still."
"what about me?"
you ran out of words to correlate to your thoughts. you were overwhelmed with all the emotion and loneliness you felt throughout the night. you didn't know what to say, causing you to take shaky, deep breaths as tears welled up in your eyes. you were going to wing it.
"i dunno, i guess i just- i thought i wasn't enough for you. i thought you hated me for the longest time because you never spoke to me and i just- i didn't know what i did wrong."
"no, baby, i could never hate you," hamzah put his arm over your shoulder, "i'm sorry. i'm so sorry- i never meant to hurt you."
"i spent so many nights just crying, hamzah, and now that i'm talking to you, i don't know how to feel."
"baby, i'm sorry. you didn't do anything wrong- i was an idiot and i messed up so bad. you don't deserve this."
"if you just told me you were feeling insecure about your spot in our relationship, you could've just told me."
"i should've, i know."
"i didn't want you to be perfect. i just wanted you."
hamzah's hand cupped your cheek, a familiar sense of love and nostalgia emerging out of his fingertips.
"do you still want me?"
"i never stopped wanting you."
the bridge between your lips connected after being apart for so long as he kissed you with desperation and passion intertwined inside of it. for the first time in months, the both of you felt complete again.
"baby, i know i messed up. i promise i'll make it up to you- but for now, i just want you back. i beat myself up everyday about losing you and i just- i can't take it anymore. i need you back more than i need air to breathe."
"hamzah, i don't want to get hurt again-"
"and you won't. please."
you saw the sincere look in his face as you scanned for any form of a lie. it was either to fall or to take a leap; so, you lept.
"no more boxing. i can't watch my boyfriend get hurt like that anymore."

Anyway just gonna say w my whole chest that Chuck Tingle is an incredible author who writes compelling characters, hilarious dialogue, and genuinely terrifying villains. I read Bury Your Gays in about a day, made my partner read it, and then gave it to my best friend, @something-of-the-marvelous.
My best friend is a slow reader, by his own admission. It takes him Forever to read stuff, let alone finish things. He started BYG one evening and was finished by the next evening. He brought it into the bathroom with him (for apparently the first time with a book - can't relate, the toilet is one of the best reading spots in the house). He loved it so much, and I felt so happy to give him one of the best reading experiences he's ever had. It was so good. Authors dream of finding "their" audience, but I have maybe never seen a more clear example of an audience member finding "their" book. It was like it was grown in a lab for him (pun ABSOLUTELY intended, if you've read BYG).
Chuck Tingle is paving the way for queer, neurodivergent authors everywhere. He is a shining example of staying kind in a cruel world. Instead of crawling into a hole and never speaking to another living person again after the Hugo Awards debacle, which is what I would have done, he took the high road so far above he basically made a new segment of the stratosphere (which I will now consider the Tinglesphere). He has fought for and earned every ounce of his career, and at the center of all of his work is the idea of writing to bring joy to other people. You can tell. You can see it.
I don't know him personally, of course. But from what I do know - he's an incredible person and an incredible writer. No justifications, no "for an erotica author", no "actually". He's just good, and we don't deserve him. He's sledgehammering space for buckaroos at a table that has historically not been very buckaroo-friendly, and I will always, always appreciate that.
Thank you, @drchucktingle . We love you.

✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
the apartment door opened with a soft creak, letting in the sound of jingling keys and quiet footsteps. you looked up from where you sat, curled into the corner of the worn-out sofa, a book resting open in your lap. the faint hum of the world outside was replaced by silence as jimin stepped into the apartment.
her black hair, slightly damp with sweat, clung to her temples, and the oversized hoodie she wore looked three sizes too big. her shoulders slumped with exhaustion, but even through her tired eyes, a familiar spark of excitement flickered to life.
“you’re home late,” you said softly, a small smile tugging at your lips as you sat up straight, putting the book down on the coffee table.
she exhaled a breathy laugh as she moved toward you, collapsing onto the spot next to you with a heavy sigh. her body sank with yours onto the cushions as if they were the only things holding her together.
“baby,” she started, voice breathless yet glowing as her face beamed. “it’s happening.”
you frowned lightly, a mixture of confusion and curiosity dancing across your face. “what’s happening?”
she turned her head to look at you, a grin slowly spreading across her face. “the debut.”
your heart stilled for just a second, your mind needing a moment to catch up with her words.
“what?” you asked, almost as though you’d misheard — but you heard her right.
“i’m debuting!” she burst out, her hands flailing briefly before dropping back to her lap. her voice rose with that mix of disbelief and joy, like she was saying the words out loud to make them real. “it’s official. i’m going to debut in a group. with yizhuo, minjeong and aeri.”
the news struck you like a wave, one that carried a mixture of pride, excitement and something you couldn’t quite place — a faint flicker of anxiety.
“baby, that’s fucking incredible!” you threw your arms around her without thinking, and she let out a surprised laugh as you held her tightly. her body was warm and familiar, the scent of her floral shampoo lingering faintly — the smile broke across your face, legs tangled together and all.
her arms tightened around you for a moment before she pulled back just enough to look at you. her dark eyes softened. “i couldn’t have done it without you.”
“i told you it was only a matter of time,” you murmured into her shoulder, your voice muffled but steady. “it’s all you and your hard, baby. i just happen to be the lucky one cheering from the sidelines.”
“you’re always there, cheering me on, even when i doubt myself,” her eyes glimmered, showing adoration towards you.
“of course i am,” you replied simply. “i believe in you. i always have.”
her smile faltered for just a second, like she was overwhelmed by something unspoken. yet she sat up straighter, the energy returning to her. “i want to celebrate with you. i invited the girls over for dinner tomorrow — i hope you don’t mind.”
you nodded, feeling that familiar itch to do something for her. for all of them. “i’ll cook,” you offered without hesitation.
“you don’t have to —”
“i want to,” you cut in, smiling as you already made a mental note of the dishes you were going to cook. “it’s not every day my girlfriend debuts as a k-pop star. it has to be special.”
jimin’s face softened, her eyes lingering on you a little longer than usual. “you’re going to love them,” she said quietly. “and they’re going to love you.”
the next day passed in a blur of preparation. the apartment smelled like home — garlic, soy sauce, and ginger infused the air and the sizzle of meat on the stove echoed through the small space.
you’d been chopping, marinating, and stirring for hours, sleeves rolled up to your elbows and a soft hum of music playing in the background. cooking for people always gave you a sense of calm, as though each dish you prepared was a quiet offering of care.
when the knock came at the door, followed by the distinct sound of your girlfriend’s laugh, you wiped your hands on a towel and peeked around the kitchen doorway. a small, proud smile tugged at her lips as she caught your eye.
“welcome, welcome!” she said brightly as three girls spilled into the entryway, shedding coats and shoes.
their energy filled the apartment instantly — a mixture of excitement, nerves, and something unspoken that came with dreams finally taking shape.
“this place is so cute,” one of the girls said, her sharp features framed by black hair that brushed her shoulders. she was grinning brightly, her accent smooth but distinct. “you must be y/n? i’m aeri. or giselle, i guess.”
you smiled warmly, offering a small wave. “i’m y/n, nice to meet you all. i hope you’re all hungry!”
“oh, trust me, i’m starved,” the blonde beside her piped up, eyes sparkling. “all good things, i hope. i’m minjeong. they’re calling me winter now.”
“and i’m yizhuo,” the third girl said, giving you a small but bright smile. her energy felt calmer but no less vibrant. “ningning on stage.”
“stage names, huh?” you glanced at jimin teasingly. “what’s yours?”
her cheeks blushed faintly. “karina.”
“karina,” you repeated softly, testing the name. you smiled. “it suits you.”
the girls teased her relentlessly over your response, but she took it with that playful pride, her gaze lingering on you.
“you cooked for us?” yizhuo asked, peeking into the kitchen with curiosity.
“it’s nothing fancy,” you said, though you knew the spread was far from simple. “just a little something to celebrate.”
“you’re spoiling us already,” minjeong teased as she followed the others into the living room. “jimin, take notes, would you?”
“idiot,” she chuckled, shaking her head. “i look after you three enough.”
they filed into the living room, and soon enough, the dinner table was alive with chatter, the girls filling the small space with their voices, stories and questions.
jimin sat beside you, her eyes occasionally flickering your way. she looked more at ease than you’d seen her in weeks, even with the chaos.
“so, y/n,” aeri started, leaning forward with curiosity, “your girlfriend said you’re an artist. you have your own gallery, right?”
you nodded, surprised she even knew that much. “yeah; it’s a small space, but it’s mine.”
“that’s so cool,” minjeong added, her eyes wide. “what kind of art do you do?”
“a bit of everything,” you replied, feeling a faint heat creep up your neck. “portraits, landscapes, abstracts…i’ve always loved experimenting with textures and colours.”
“jimin proudly told us she was your muse,” yizhuo teased, her eyes sparkling mischievously.
the girl groaned softly beside you, burying her face in her hands. “ning.”
the girls erupted into laughter while you smiled faintly, looking at jimin’s flustered form. “she’s not wrong,” you shrugged, earning a few squeals from around the table. she peeked at you between her fingers, her cheeks dusted pink.
they fell into an easy conversation with you, despite their initial curiosity about who you were and how you fit into jimin’s life. they teased her endlessly — about her stage name, her habits, her tendency to practice endlessly, but they did so with a kind of deep affection that made your heart ache in the best way.
at one point, yizhuo turned to you once again, grinning mischievously. “so, how did you two meet?”
you glanced at jimin, who was already looking at you with that knowing smile. “we met at my gallery,” you said. “she walked in one day, acting like she was lost.”
“i was lost,” she interjected defensively, though her grin betrayed her amusement.
“sure you were,” you teased back, earning laughter from the table. “she stayed longer than most visitors, though. we got to talking. and she kept coming back.”
“for the art?” minjeong asked, wiggling her eyebrows.
“for her,” jimin admitted quietly, her voice almost drowned out by the noise.
the table quietened for a beat, and you felt your cheeks heat under their gazes.
“that’s so cute,” aeri declared, breaking the silence. “karina, the hopeless romantic. who would’ve thought?”
“she’s not as tough as she looks,” you joked, catching her eye. her expression softened, a quiet kind of gratitude lingering in her gaze.
jimin dropped her hands, her voice quieter now. “i’ve always been her biggest fan,” she said softly. “she just doesn’t know it.”
your heart fluttered in your chest, but you focused on scooping rice onto your plate, fighting the smile threatening to take over your face.
as dinner wound down, the conversation shifted to the industry itself. they talked about practice schedules, strict diets and the endless rehearsals that had led to this moment.
“it’s harder than people think,” aeri explained, leaning back in her chair. “we’re up at 6 in the morning most days and sometimes finish past midnight. and then we have to get up and do it all over again.”
“and don’t forget the pressure,” minjeong added. “from fans, the company, and even ourselves. it’s…a lot.”
you listened quietly, glancing at your girlfriend, who was staring down at her plate. something about the way she pressed her lips together tugged at you.
“you’ll all be amazing,” you said softly, cutting through the weight of the conversation. “it’s not easy, but you’re already doing something most people could only dream of. and… ou have each other. that’s what matters, right?”
they all smiled and jimin’s gaze finally lifted to meet yours. there was something unspoken in her expression — gratitude, perhaps, or pride.
“she’s right,” jimin said quietly. “we’ll make it. together.”
as the night drew to a close, you retreated to the kitchen to clean up despite their protests. jimin followed you eventually, leaning against the counter as you scrubbed dishes. the apartment behind her buzzed with the muffled sound of the girls talking and laughing.
“you were right,” you said softly. “i do love them.”
she smiled faintly, stepping closer. “and they love you.”
you turned off the tap and dried your hands before facing her, putting your hands on her waist. “i’m proud of you, you know.”
she placed her palms against your face, her gaze searching yours, and for a second, the world outside disappeared. “i’ll make you even prouder,” she promised. “you’ll see.”
she was always meant to shine. there was such a promise in her words that you believed her. with everything you had.
✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
aespa’s debut had been nothing short of a phenomenon. their first music video went viral overnight, their sleek, futuristic concept capturing millions. everyone fell in love with them, chanting their names in sold-out arenas and plastering their faces across glossy billboards.
the world had changed in just one year and karina had become its centre. their schedules stretched endlessly, a constant cycle of rehearsals, performances, and interviews.
you watched it all unfold from the sidelines.
it wasn’t a surprise. she had always been destined for this kind of success, but you never realised how much it would take from her — from both of you.
her phone calls to you grew shorter and texts came slower. ‘i love you’ turned into rushed goodbyes, the weight of her schedule pulling her further and further away. you understood. of course you did — this was the dream she had fought for.
understanding didn’t mean it didn’t hurt.
the fanmeet was packed, the sound of chatter and excitement vibrating through the venue. you stood in line with the rest of the fans, clutching your aespa album and a small envelope. your pulse thrummed faintly with nerves, though it wasn’t the first fanmeet you’d attended. you’d been to as many as you could manage, standing in the crowds like everyone else, cheering and waving your lightstick.
jimin — karina, you corrected yourself — had spotted you more than once during these events. sometimes, her gaze would linger a second too long, her smile softening at the corners but you never pushed for more.
you were just another face in the crowd. it stung sometimes.
“next!”
you stepped forward, and there they were, seated at the table, faces bright with smiles. giselle was first to see you as she grinned, eyes crinkling at the corners as she took your album. “hi!”
“hi,” you said, smiling back.
she glanced up, studying you for a second. “you look familiar,” she said, pen poised above the page. “have we seen you before?”
you blinked. “uh, maybe? i’ve been to a few fanmeets.”
“oh, a dedicated fan,” giselle teased, scribbling her signature across the page. “i like that.”
dickhead. you laughed softly before moving on to ningning, who beamed brightly as you approached.
“it’s you again!” she said, pointing at you with her marker.
your stomach dropped slightly. “again?”
“yeah! you’ve been to, like, every show, right? and didn’t you trend once for that fan chant video?”
your cheeks burned. “oh…um, yeah. i guess.”
“we appreciate it,” ningning said warmly, leaning forward slightly. “you’re one of those fans — the ones we know are always there.”
your heart clenched at that, but you managed a small smile.
winter was next. her gaze was more observant as you handed her the album. “you’ve got that stan twitter vibe,” she said bluntly, and you nearly choked on air.
“what?”
she smirked. “come on. the energy? the dedication? you’ve got a secret fan account somewhere, don’t you?”
“i…” you began, unable to stop your nervous laugh. “i don’t know what you’re talking about.”
her smirk widened knowingly as she handed you back the album. “sure you don’t.”
and then it was karina.
she looked up as you stepped forward, her face breaking into a smile that she tried to make look casual but didn’t quite succeed.
“hey,” she said softly, her voice almost lost under the hum of the venue.
“hi,” you replied, keeping your own voice light as you stared at your girlfriend.
“you’re here again,” she murmured as she took the album.
“i always am,” you said quietly, watching her sign her stage name: karina, in elegant loops.
her hand paused for just a second and then she passed the album back to you, her thumb brushing over your skin for a second. her eyes flickered up, searching yours.
“thanks for coming,” she said finally, her tone just a little too soft to be professional.
you swallowed the lump in your throat and nodded. “of course, always.”
the weeks bled into each other and your conversations with jimin really became less and less frequent. you would see her once a week, if you were lucky.
aespa had moved into a luxury apartment together months ago, but most of her old things were still here — left exactly as they had been, like ghosts of a quieter life. her old hoodie still hung on the back of the door, her favourite mug sat unused in the cupboard and you swore her perfume lingered around.
the thing that kept you afloat was constantly reminding yourself of what she’d fought for — how she had argued with her company to keep you, how she had sat across from you, holding the nda papers with shaking hands.
“i won’t lose you, y/n,” she’d whispered that day. “i’ll do whatever it takes.”
and she had.
now, the silence was the hardest part.
it was late afternoon when you arrived at their apartment, a small bag of groceries clutched tightly in your hands. the sleek, modern building seemed too pristine, like it belonged in a magazine, but it suited the: polished, untouchable, larger than life.
jimin wasn’t there. she’d left early that morning for solo activities. a photoshoot, you thought, though it was hard to keep track of her schedule these days. her texts had been brief that morning.
from: my love 🫶
leaving early today. the girls are home, though. they miss you. i miss you. i love you baby

it wasn’t much, but it was enough.
you stood at the door for a second, taking a deep breath before knocking. the door flew open, revealing yizhuo in an oversized hoodie and socks that looked like they belonged to a child. she grinned at you, eyes lighting up.
“y/n!” giselle’s voice echoed from the doorway, accompanied by the sound of excited footsteps. “is that you? what’s in the bag?”
you smiled, holding up a grocery bag full of ingredients as you slipped off your shoes. “you guys asked for kimchi jjigae, right?”
“oh my god, she came through again,” yizhuo cheered, rushing over to take the bag from your hands. “this is why we love you. well, one of the reasons.”
“don’t flatter me too much, ning,” you joked, nudging her playfully as she helped you into the luxury apartment’s sprawling kitchen. the place was sleek and spotless — completely different from the homey, cluttered flat you still shared with jimin’s belongings.
the other members were scattered around the living room, lounging across sofas like exhausted cats. minjeong, in an oversized hoodie and sweatpants, sat cross-legged on the carpet with a controller in her hands. she glanced up when she saw you.
“y/n!” her face lit up as she paused the game, throwing her hands up. “you’re here! i thought you abandoned us after how awkward that fanmeet was.”
you snorted as you set the groceries on the kitchen counter. “i can’t abandon you guys if you keep bribing me with compliments.”
“it works every time,” aeri said with a wink, trailing behind you. “i nearly slipped up the other day and was about to ask you if you could cook at home and feed us.”
“you’re just stupid like that sometimes,” you chuckled teasingly as, earning a slight push from her. you quickly got to work, tying your hair back and pulling out pots and pans from their neatly arranged cupboards.
while you prepped ingredients, aeri and yizhuo hovered around the kitchen like puppies begging for food.
“so,” aeri started, propping her elbows on the counter. “when are you moving in here officially? we might as well just claim you as aespa’s honorary fifth member at this point.”
you laughed softly, shaking your head as you chopped tofu. “i think you’ll have to run that past your managers.”
“nah, you’re already in,” yizhuo piped up, stealing a piece of green onion from the cutting board and dodging your swat. “jimin just doesn’t want to admit she’d lose her mind without you.”
at the mention of her, something in your chest twisted, but you masked it with a light smile. “you’re all dramatic. i’m sure she’d be fine.”
“don’t let her fool you,” aeri leaned closer with a cheeky grin. “she acts all cool and composed, but we’ve seen her mooning over you. ‘the love of my life is coming over? i’ll clean the living room!’ ‘my girlfriend likes this snack, we should keep some here.’ it’s adorable.”
“stop,” you said, your voice softening involuntarily, cheeks warming.
“she’s lucky, though,” minjeong said from the couch, still tapping idly on her controller. “no one else would put up with her constant brooding and perfectionism. we’d have kicked her out.”
you laughed at that, the weight in your chest lifting for just a moment. “well, someone’s got to keep her in check.”
“exactly,” aeri agreed, clapping her hands together. “and you feed us, which means you’re already way cooler than karina. no offence to our leader.
“all the offence please,” yizhuo teased under her breath, earning a set of laughter from minjeong.
minjeong finally stood up and leaned against the counter, watching you with a curious expression. “so, what’s up with jimin today? she’s doing something solo, right?”
you nodded, focusing on cutting tofu. “photoshoot, i think. she didn’t say much.”
“she never does,” she muttered, though her tone was light. “she’s so busy lately. we barely see her, and we live with her.”
“i know,” you said softly, more to yourself than to her.
the kitchen fell quiet for a moment. yizhuo and minjeong exchanged a quick look, but neither said anything.
“are we gossiping?” aeri teased, breaking the silence. “because i can tell you who’s been stealing my snacks again.”
“not me!” yizhuo shot back immediately.
“sure,” aeri deadpanned before turning to you. “smells amazing, y/n. i don’t know why karina ever let you out of her sight.”
“it’s not like that,” you said quickly, trying to keep your voice casual.
“no, seriously,” she added, crossing her arms. “you’re her soft spot. we’ve seen it.”
the words hung in the air for a moment, making your chest ache faintly. you’d always been her soft spot — her quiet space away from the noise. you wondered if that space was shrinking, if the demands of the world were slowly pushing you out.
by the time you finished cooking, the entire apartment smelled like garlic, simmering kimchi, and savoury broth. you set the bubbling pot of jjigae in the centre of the dining table, along with plates of rice and simple side dishes you’d thrown together on a whim.
“y/n, you’re a literal saint,” minjeong said, sliding into the seat closest to the pot. “this smells so good.”
“i swear you’re trying to ruin us,” aeri added, spooning herself a generous helping. “we’re going to start rejecting all the food the company gives us.”
“you’ll get me blacklisted if you keep saying that,” you teased, sitting down across from them.
“worth it,” yizhuo said through a mouthful of tofu.
it was easy to slip into conversations with them. between bites of stew and rice, they told you stories about their chaotic schedules — forgotten dance moves on live stages, accidentally matching outfits and how yizhuo almost fell asleep during a radio interview.
“fame’s not as glamorous as it looks, huh?” you mused after aeri recounted how she nearly tripped down a set of stage stairs.
“nope,” minjeong, resting her chin on her hand. “it’s exhausting. but when we’re on stage, it feels worth it.”
“still,” yizhuo added, looking at you, “i don’t know how you do it.”
you blinked. “do what?”
“deal with jimin’s schedule,” she said bluntly. “you guys don’t even get to see each other that much anymore, right?”
the air shifted slightly, the question hanging heavier than it should have. you forced a small smile, stirring the rice in your bowl. “we make it work,” you said quietly, trying to sound casual.
aeri glanced at you, a flicker of something like sympathy in her eyes. “she doesn’t shut up about how much she misses you, you know.”
“she’s just bad at showing it,” minjeong added with a shrug.
“really bad,” ningning agreed, earning a smack on the arm from aeri.
you chuckled softly, though it didn’t quite reach your eyes. “i know she’s busy. it’s her dream. i’m proud of her.”
“you’re good to her, y/n,” aeri tilted her head, her voice softer now. “she knows that. and honestly… she’s so lucky to have you.”
something about the way she said it tugged at you — like a quiet reassurance, but also a reminder. you nodded, offering her a small smile before focusing on your food. “well,” you said after a beat, “as long as you guys keep eating what i make, i guess i’ll stick around.”
“don’t need to ask me twice,” minjeong said instantly, earning a round of laughter.
after dinner, the girls collapsed onto the couch, groaning about how full they were while you tidied up the kitchen. you heard one of them flick on the tv, someone grumbling about someone else hogging the remote.
barely noticing the time, you were just finishing up when you felt arms loop around your waist from behind, a familiar chin resting on your shoulder.
“you didn’t tell me you were coming,” jimin murmured, her voice low and tired.
you paused, leaning into her touch slightly. “i wanted to surprise you.”
“you always do,” she said softly, her grip tightening.
you exhaled quietly, turning to look at her. her face was bare of makeup, her eyes slightly shadowed with exhaustion but she still looked like her.
“you okay?” you asked gently, brushing her hair back.
she nodded, though her gaze dropped slightly. “i missed you.”
“i’m right here,” you said softly, trying to smile.
her eyes flickered with something unspoken before the sounds of aeri shouting from the living room broke the moment.
“jimin! get out here! y/n’s our girlfriend now, so you’re being replaced by three beautiful women.”
jimin rolled her eyes, though a small smile tugged at her lips. “remind me why i brought them into my life?”
“because they’re good for you,” you murmured, nudging her.
“you’re better,” she replied quietly, almost too soft for you to hear.
you pulled her face, planting a soft kiss on her forehead. “are you still coming to my opening next week? mum and dad will be there.”
“i wouldn’t miss it for the world.”
and even though she pulled you into the living room with the others, her arm slung over your shoulder, you couldn’t shake the weight of her words.
i wouldn’t miss it for the world.
you hoped she meant it. because as you looked at her, laughing with the girls, you couldn’t help but feel how far away she seemed — even when she was right beside you.
✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
the hum of quiet conversation slowly faded as the last of your guests trickled out of the gallery. the evening had been a success — more than that, really. the walls were lined with paintings that had taken months of late nights and countless hours to finish, and people had loved them.
three had sold in the first hour and one was going to los angeles.
yet as you stood by the entrance, offering polite goodbyes, the warmth of the evening didn’t quite settle in your chest the way it should have.
“sweetheart, are you okay?”
you turned toward the familiar voice. your parents stood a few feet away, your mum’s coat draped over her arm while your dad shifted his glasses up the bridge of his nose.
smiling tightly, you tugged the sleeves of your shirt down as you shrugged. “of course, mum. it’s been a great night.”
your dad sighed, his eyes falling towards the nearest painting; a soft, abstract silhouette of a woman, bathed in streaks of light and shadow. “is jimin still coming?”
the question hit you harder than it should have. after all, you’d spent all evening glancing toward the door, hoping for a flash of black hair, hoping to see her slip in quietly, apologetically, but she never came.
you forced a casual tone. “she’s…working still. something ran late, i think. she’ll text me later.”
“she’s going to miss the entire night?” he asked, frowning slightly. “it’s your opening.”
“yeah, idols and their schedules,” you awkwardly rubbed your nape, chuckling. “it’s okay, dad, really.”
your mum gave you a knowing look, the kind only mothers could manage — one that said she saw straight through you. she reached out and gently squeezed your hand. “you’re always so understanding, darling. but don’t let her forget how important you are, too.”
“i’m fine, mum,” you reassured her, though the words felt hollow.
he nodded, clearly wanting to say something else but holding back. “we’re proud of you, kiddo. the show was incredible. you’ve really outdone yourself this time.”
“thanks dad,” you murmured, offering them a small smile. “i appreciate you two showing up, i know the drive was pain.”
“anything for you, sweetheart,” your mum pulled you into a hug, kissing your cheek goodbye. “come over for dinner when you’re free, okay? i miss you both.”
they gave you a final hug before heading out into the night, leaving you alone in the quiet of the gallery. you exhaled slowly, looking around at the space you’d poured yourself into.
the pieces were yours. each stroke, each colour a reflection of something you couldn’t quite put into words, but so many of them were her.
she was everywhere, woven into the canvas, immortalised in paint.
your phone buzzed, breaking the silence. you grabbed it quickly, hope rising in your chest and only for it to deflate as you saw the multiple names on your screen.

you stared at the screen for a moment, your chest tightening — all but from your girlfriend as you swiped to your call log. no missed calls. no texts.
pressing her name, the phone rung in your ear as you paced the room. it rang once. twice. seven times. just as you were about to hang up, the line connected.
“hello?” her voice was tired, clipped in a way that instantly told you this was going to go poorly.
“hey,” you said, trying to keep your voice steady as you hesitated for a second. “are you still coming?”
“coming where?”
you paused, heart stopping. “the gallery show. my show, jimin. the one you promised you were show up to. in fact, mum and dad actually waited for you.
a beat of silence stretched between you.
“y/n, i told you i was busy tonight,” she muttered, a hint of frustration bleeding into her voice. “i had a shoot that ran over. it wasn’t like i could just leave.”
“i know you’re busy,” you replied softly, trying to keep your voice steady. “but this was important to me and i wanted you to be there, even just for a little while.”
“you think i don’t know that?” she shot back, her voice rising slightly. “i’m sorry, okay? i wanted to be there, but i can’t just drop everything for a gallery show.”
you flinched, her words striking deeper than she likely intended. “it wasn’t just a show. it was my work — a year’s worth of it.”
“and what do you think i’m doing?” she snapped suddenly. “you think i’m working this hard for nothing? i’m doing this for us. for our future.”
“i’m not asking for a future, i’m asking for now,” you replied, your voice catching at the edges. “you don’t even call anymore. you don’t text. i feel like i’m standing on the outside of your life, watching you move further and further away.”
“fuck y/n, stop,” she called out, sharper this time. “you’re making it sound like i’m doing this on purpose — like i don’t care. i care about you, you know that.”
“then why do i feel like i don’t have a place in your life anymore?” you asked in a quiet voice, trying to hold back your tears.
the silence that followed was deafening. you could hear her breathing faintly on the other end, uneven and tense. “i don’t have time for this,” she muttered, her voice cold.
“wait —“ you followed, desperation evident in your voice.
the line went dead.
you stared at your phone, your fingers still clutching it tightly. the words felt like they’d been ripped out of you, leaving you hollow. you wanted to apologise and tell her you weren’t angry — just hurt, but knowing jimin during arguments, all you could do was wait.
the next few days crawled by. she didn’t call, and you didn’t text her. every time your phone buzzed, you reached for it instinctively, only to feel that sting of disappointment when it wasn’t her.
you spent your hours in the gallery, moving through the motions — packing paintings, restocking supplies, tidying the studio, anything to keep your mind busy.
three days later, the doorbell above the gallery chimed and you looked up, surprised to see aeri and minjeong walking in, their faces bright with easy smiles.
“look what the cat brought in,” you said, trying to sound cheerful as you tucked a cloth into your pocket. “what are you two doing here?”
“we came to see your show properly,” aeri smiled. she glanced around the space, her eyes widening as she took in the paintings on the walls. “wow, these are amazing!”
minjeong wandered toward a painting near the window — a soft, abstract piece of two hands reaching for each other but not quite touching. “you’re really talented, you know that?”
“i appreciate it,” you replied, the words feeling hollow in your mouth.
awri paused, pointing to another painting; a woman sitting alone by a window, light spilling onto her face. “is this karina?” she asked softly.
you nodded, trying to keep your voice steady. “yeah.”
minjeong studied the piece for a moment before turning back to you. “she’s lucky to have someone who loves her like this, you’re so good to her.”
you chuckled, pressing your hands together. “i try.” they both stopped at another canvas, an abstract piece this time — gazes lingering on the soft blues and greys. “that one sold immediately for twenty thousand dollars. i was in the middle of packing it down.”
minjeong’s eyes widened. “holy shit, y/n. that’s insane. i’m glad we got to see it then!”
you smiled faintly, though the ache lingered. “thanks. i want to make something that matters, you know?”
“you already have,” aeri said firmly. “ning would’ve come too, but she got dragged into solo schedules today.”
your heart sank slightly, though you didn’t let it show. “it’s fine. i’m glad you guys came.”
“we wouldn’t miss it,” minjeong wrapped her arms around you. “your work deserves to be seen, y/n. don’t ever forget that.”
aeri kissed your cheek, letting out a laugh when the brim of her hat hit your face. “i’m sorry!”
“idiot,” you shook your head, smiling. “sorry to see you guys go.”
minjeong sighed. “we’re sorry too, we have a meeting with our director in half an hour.”
you bowed your head. “please send my regards to ning and jimin.”
after they left, the gallery fell quiet again, leaving you alone with your thoughts. you sank onto a small bench near the centre of the room, staring at the paintings surrounding you.
they were all pieces of her — fragments of moments, memories captured on canvas. her laughter in the kitchen as you danced around with flour on your hands, the way she’d lean her head on your shoulder when the world felt too heavy.
the way she’d whispered, “i’ll always be here.”
✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
it was november and the city was wrapped in the magic of the season. soft snowflakes drifted from the sky, blanketing the streets in white. shop windows glowed with warm lights, adorned with wreaths, tinsel and cheerful displays.
the world around you buzzed with a festive energy, but it felt distant; a joy you couldn’t quite reach.
jimin hadn’t spoken to you in over a week.
she told herself she was giving you space, letting things settle before she reached out but every passing day without hearing your voice made the ache in her chest grow heavier.
she missed you. horribly.
she missed the sound of your laughter, the way you always tilted your head when you were concentrating on a painting. she missed your voice, even the way you’d tease her about how serious she could be.
but what hurt most was the way you’d sounded during the argument: disappointed, like she’d let you down beyond repair and she shut you down.
her phone sat untouched on her bedside table, but she couldn’t bring herself to call you.
she told herself you were fine, that you always understood.
and then she found it: an old flyer tucked into her wallet, creased from months of being ignored.
free weekend art class: saturdays, 2-5 p.m.
without a second thought, she grabbed her hoodie and a coat, pulled a cap low over her face, and left the dorm.
when she arrived, the small studio sat quietly on the corner of the street. large windows stretched across the front, letting in subtle beams of warm afternoon sunlight. she stopped just outside, heart pounding in her chest as she looked in.
there you were.
you stood near the window, laughing with a group of students as you demonstrated something with your hands. you wore an old paint-streaked apron over your clothes, your hair messily tied back with strands falling loose around your face.
jimin froze, her chest tightening painfully at the sight of you.
you were so beautiful.
for a moment, she couldn’t tear her eyes away. your laugh carried faintly through the window, and she felt like someone had punched the air from her lungs.
you looked happy here, in your space — your world. one she hadn’t been a part of in far too long.
her hands trembled as she pushed open the studio door. the small bell above it jingled, startling you mid-sentence. your gaze flicked to the door, and when you saw her, your expression froze.
the soft smile on your face faltered, replaced by something unreadable.
“oh…hello, have a seat,” you said, your voice calm but distant. “the class finishes in an hour, sorry you missed most of it.”
the class turned briefly to look at her, then back to their work, unfazed. she stood awkwardly near the door, her cap pulled low, unsure of whether to move closer.
“i’m sorry,” she said quietly, though her voice barely carried over the hum of the room. “it’s okay, i’ll stay and watch for now.”
you stared at her for a beat before turning back to your students, forcing yourself to focus. “right, let’s keep going. we’re almost done for today.”
jimin stayed silent at the back of the studio, hands shoved deep into the pocket of her hoodie. she watched as you moved between easels, stopping to encourage your students with soft words and kind smiles.
“light strokes,” you were saying, guiding a young girl’s brush across the canvas. “you’re not fighting the paint, you’re moving with it, okay? let it flow.”
the girl nodded, grinning up at you. “like magic?”
you laughed softly, the sound carrying faintly through the glass. “exactly like magic.”
jimin’s heart clenched painfully. she’d forgotten what it was like to just watch you.
the way you moved between students, offering encouragement, helping them mix colours, or joking with them about how ‘happy accidents’ were just part of the process.
“mr. kim,” you said with a grin to one of your older students, “i know damn well you didn’t mean to paint a tree in the middle of your cityscape, but we’re rolling with it now.”
the man laughed heartily, shaking his head. “art is chaos, isn’t it?”
“exactly,” you replied with a wink.
as the class carried on, you felt her gaze on you. it was familiar, but you didn’t meet her eyes.
when the class ended, the students began packing up, thanking you as they grabbed their bags and coats. you busied yourself cleaning brushes and wiping down tables, pretending not to notice jimin still standing by the door.
eventually, the last student waved goodbye, and the doorbell chimed softly as it closed.
once the last student left, the room fell eerily quiet. you didn’t say anything at first, just continued gathering supplies, your back to her.
“y/n,” jimin said softly, taking a small step forward.
“did you enjoy the class?” your voice was polite, but there was no warmth in it.
she flinched at how distant you sounded. “i didn’t come here for the class.”
you finally turned to face her, arms crossed over your chest. your face was calm, but your eyes gave it away; hurt and guarded.
“then why did you come here, jimin?”
her throat tightened, her voice almost failing her. “because…because i missed you.”
you turned away, picking up brushes and placing them back into jars. “it took you over a fucking week to realise that?”
she flinched at the quiet sharpness in your words. “baby, i’m sorry. i —”
“don’t,” you said quickly, cutting her off. “don’t say anything if you don’t mean it.”
her face fell, guilt flashing across her features. “i know. i messed up. i…i wanted to come to the show, my love. i wanted to, but —”
“but you didn’t,” you said flatly, crossing your arms.
she flinched. “i know. i’m sorry.”
you shook your head, your voice quieter. “you’re always sorry, jimin, and it doesn’t change anything.”
for a moment, neither of you said anything.
“let me take you home,” she said suddenly, her voice breaking the silence. “just…please. let me come home. i want to talk. let me fix this.”
she looked terrible — tired. the bags under her eyes indicated that she’d been crying, the sight of her tugging your heartstrings.
you stared at her for a long moment before sighing softly. “fine.”
the drive to your shared apartment was quiet. jimin glanced at you occasionally, trying to make small talk, but you stared out the window, your expression unreadable.
when you got to your shared apartment, it felt strange walking in again, like she was intruding something she shouldn’t be a part of.
everything was still the same.
her old hoodie still hung on the back of the chair in the living room. her favourite mug; chipped at the rim, sat on the kitchen shelf. and piles of her shoes were still lined up neatly by the door.
she felt her throat close as she picked up the hoodie, fingers trembling. “you didn’t move anything,” she whispered.
you paused, turning to look at her. “of course it is.”
her voice cracked. “you didn’t…you didn’t throw anything out?”
“why would i?” you replied softly, setting your bag down on the table. “i was still hoping you’d come home one day.”
she sank onto the sofa, her head in her hands. her eyes burned, the weight of her guilt crashing over her all at once. she looked down at her lap, her shoulders trembling slightly.
you turned at the sound of a soft sob, stunned. “jimin?”
“y/n,” she looked up at, her voice breaking as tears streamed down her face. “i’m so sorry.”
you stared at her for a moment, surprised to see her like this.
“i’ve been so caught up in everything that i forgot,” she whispered, her voice choked. “i forgot what this…what you mean to me. i’ve been so afraid of losing everything that i ended up hurting the one person who’s always been there for me.”
you felt your own throat tighten as you watched her wipe her face with the sleeves of her hoodie, her tears unfiltered. she never cried — not like this.
slowly, you stepped toward her and sat down on the edge of the sofa beside her.
she reached for your hand, her fingers trembling as she gripped desperately, afraid that you’d pull away. “i don’t want to lose you. please…please don’t let me lose you.”
your heart clenched painfully, and you sat down beside her, letting her hold onto you like you were the only thing keeping her from falling apart.
“you just need to talk to me, my love,” you murmured, your voice soft but firm. “you can’t keep shutting me out. i need to know you still want this — still want us.”
“i do,” she whispered, tears still spilling down her cheeks. “more than anything.”
you sighed, leaning your head back against the sofa. “you’re home now.”
she nodded, squeezing your hand tighter. “i’ll do better. i swear.”
you looked at her then, seeing the sincerity in her tear-streaked face. she looked small, like the girl who used to curl up beside you in this very apartment, sharing dreams she never thought would come true.
she’d gotten so far.
✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
a month had passed and though jimin tried to make an effort, the space between you only seemed to grow. the list on her relentless schedule grew longer with each passing day — leaving no room for you. like always.
she started coming home more often, not to her luxury apartment, but home, to the apartment you both called yours.
sometimes she was too tired to say much, collapsing onto the couch while you worked on a new painting in the studio but her presence was enough.
“this is where you work your magic, huh?” she said one evening, peeking her head into the room.
you looked up from the canvas, smirking faintly as you tucked a brush behind your ear. “magic is a strong word, baby.”
“nah,” she murmured, crossing the room to press a kiss to your temple. “it’s magic to me.”
you didn’t respond, but you smiled softly as she wandered back out, her footsteps light as she disappeared into the bedroom.
she tried, she really did — but it even felt like the universe was just pulling you two apart. there were calls scattered throughout the day, sweet but fleeting texts that felt more like habit than genuine conversation.
practice went late. how’s your day?
just saw a dog that looks like the one that peed on you
goodnight. i love you!
the words still made your heart ache, but it was different now: almost routine. and on her rare days off, you no longer got a call asking if you wanted to spend time together. or if she could come home to you.
instead, you saw photos online; grainy shots on social media, taken at a distance but unmistakable — jimin out with other idols, at parties, smiling brightly in the dim glow of neon lights. you recognised the faces of her friends, ryujin and yeji among them and the aespa girls were always there too, which gave you some relief. but it still hurt.
you weren’t her person anymore. and you sat just right where she left you.
one evening, you were sitting at your parents’ kitchen table, a cup of tea warming your hands as your mum watched you carefully. your dad sat nearby, pretending to read a book but clearly listening to every word.
the quiet ache in your chest refused to let go as you tried to focus on the tv chatter.
it was your birthday.
and while your parents had gone out of their way to make it special, the absence of a single message from jimin loomed over you like a shadow.
“you’re quiet today,” she said gently, passing you a slice of bread.
you forced a smile, wrapping your hands around the mug. “just tired. it’s been a long week.”
your dad glanced up from his book, his brows furrowing. “you’re not supposed to be tired on your birthday. you’re supposed to be happy.”
“i am happy,” you said quickly, though your voice lacked conviction.
she gave you a knowing look, the kind that only mothers could master. “has she called yet?”
you hesitated, your throat tightening. “she’s busy.”
“busy?” he repeated, setting his book down with a soft thud. “too busy to call on your birthday?”
“dad, it’s not like that,” you said quietly, though the words felt hollow.
“and she doesn’t tell you anything anymore?” she asked gently, brow furrowed.
“not really,” you murmured, stirring your tea absently. “she calls, she texts but it’s…surface-level stuff. like she’s trying to keep me calm without really including me in her life.”
“you’ve been together for years, kiddo. have you told her how this makes you feel?”
“i’ve tried,” you said, voice small. “but she doesn’t hear me. it’s like…i’m shouting into a void and she’s not even there to listen.”
“y/n, love,” she began softly, reaching for your hand, “we’ve known jimin for years. we know she’s a good person, but even good people make mistakes, they can get lost.”
“she’s busy. her life has changed,” you replied, repeating the excuse you’d given yourself countless times.
he shook his head. “being busy doesn’t mean she can’t try. you deserve someone who makes you feel seen, y/n. we accept the love we think we deserve, and you —” he pointed at you gently. “deserve so much more than feeling invisible.”
you swallowed hard, the words hitting you square in the chest. “i love her,” you said softly. “but i don’t know if she loves me the same way anymore.”
your mum gave your hand a small squeeze. “then maybe it’s time you ask yourself whether love is enough to keep holding on.”
the words settled heavily in your chest, but you forced a small smile, not wanting to ruin the moment. “thank you, mum, dad. and thank you for this,” you gestured to the table, trying to shift the focus.
“we just want you to be happy, kiddo,” your dad said, squeezing your shoulder.
you returned to your apartment later that evening, the quiet space feeling colder than usual just like the season. you hadn’t heard from jimin all day —not a call, not a text. you tried to tell yourself it was fine, that she was busy with rehearsals or a schedule she couldn’t control. but as the hours dragged on, the ache in your chest grew heavier.
it was nearly midnight when your phone finally rang. your heart leapt as her name flashed on the screen, and for a moment, you hesitated. but you answered anyway.
“hey,” you said softly, trying to keep your voice steady.
“my love,” jimin’s voice came through the line, soft and warm. you could hear the faint hum of noise in the background — music, voices — before it quieted. “are you busy?”
you leaned back against the couch cushions, clutching the phone tighter. “no. just…relaxing. where are you?”
“still at the studio,” she said, her tone carrying that familiar exhaustion. “we’re running late again, but i just wanted to hear your voice.”
your chest ached at how sweet she sounded —soft, almost needy.
“you sound tired,” you murmured. “have you eaten?”
“not yet,” she admitted. “but i will. promise.”
you smiled faintly. “you always say that.”
“because you always ask,” she replied softly. “how was your day? tell me about it.”
you hesitated, surprised at how genuine she sounded as you swallowed the lump forming in your throat. “it was fine. quiet, mostly. i went to see my parents.”
she really forgot your birthday.
“how are they?” she asked quickly, her tone filled with genuine curiosity. “i miss them. did your dad make his lemon bread again?”
you managed a faint smile despite the ache in your chest. “yeah, he still calls it his signature recipe.”
she laughed softly, the sound tugging at your heart. “i wish i could’ve been there. your mum’s tea, your dad’s bread…i miss all of it. and them. and you.
your heart squeezed painfully at her words.
“they miss you too,” you mumbled quietly.
you heard faint shouting in the background — yizhuo’s voice calling, “is that y/n? let me say hi!”
“nope,” jimin said firmly, her voice playful but resolute. you heard shuffling, then a door slam shut. “i’m hiding in the bathroom. they’re trying to steal the phone.”
you couldn’t help but laugh. “you’re ridiculous.”
“you love me,” she teased softly.
“i do,” you admitted quietly, the words slipping out before you could stop them.
there was a beat of silence on her end before she whispered, “i love you too.”
you closed your eyes, holding the phone to your ear like it might pull her closer. “i miss you,” you added, forcing the words out before your emotions could betray you.
“i miss you more baby, i’ll be home soon,” she heaved a sigh. “i’ll get them to drop me off at our place if you don’t mind.”
our place — it sounded nice, but you don’t know if it held so much meaning anymore. the apartment was quiet, unbearably so. the only sound was the faint hum of the heater.
“baby?” her voice cut through the line, a set of knocks coming from her end. “are you still there or did you fall asleep? i have to go!”
“yes, sorry,” you sniffled. “i love you, see you at home.”
“love you too, bye,” she whispered; you heard shuffling, then the line went dead.
your eyes burned as tears spilled over, hot against your cheeks. you’d told yourself you wouldn’t cry tonight, but it was so hard to sit here, in the apartment that still held so many memories of her feeling like you were the only one left trying to hold onto them.
the thought echoed in your mind, relentless and cruel. no matter how much you tried to rationalise it: how busy she was, how hectic her life had become — it didn’t change the fact that she’d forgotten a day that once felt sacred between you.
the girl who used to light up at the sight of you, who’d once been your rock, that jimin felt like a ghost now, a memory fading further with each passing day.
you buried your face in your hands as the sobs came harder. you lifted your head up when you heard a buzz on the table, phone lighting up.

well, at least she remembered.
part of you still hoped she’d walk through the door, even if it was late and sweep you into her arms, apologising for everything — for forgetting your birthday, for the distance, for the way she’d made you feel so small.
for everything.
but the hours dragged on and the door never opened.
you curled up on the couch, the blanket pulled tightly around you like a shield, and cried until your throat was raw and your chest ached.
you loved jimin.
but tonight, as the silence stretched on and your tears soaked the pillow beneath you, it felt like that love wasn’t enough to fill the growing void she’d left in her wake.
✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
a few days later, you didn’t hear from karina and neither did she hear from you. you were tired of chasing after her love, of being neglected. instead, her friends were the only ones making an effort to get you out of the apartment.

the apartment felt both familiar and foreign when you stepped inside an hour later. outside was freezing cold and their heater being cranked up was so inviting.
“y/n!” aeri practically shouted when she opened the door, pulling you into a hug before you could even step inside. “about fucking time.”
“we thought you forgot about us,” minjeong said from her spot on the couch, where she was curled up with a blanket.
“she can’t forget us,” yizhuo added, peeking her head around the corner from the kitchen. “we haunt her dreams.”
you laughed softly, slipping off your shoes. “you’re all ridiculous.”
“and you love us,” aeri replied smugly, grabbing your hand to pull you toward the kitchen. “come on. we’re starving, and we saw the grocery bags.
“where is karina?” you asked, feeling your throat tighten. you were hoping she’d be here…and maybe talk to you.
she raised an eyebrow. “karina who now? since when did you ever call her that? and she’s out with ryujin and yeji right now.”
since i stopped knowing her, you thought. and yet another free schedule she refused to spend time with you on.
“just in case i slip up and call her baby in front of everyone,” you mumbled. gotta get used to it.”
“tea or coffee, y/n?” minjeong smiled as she took your coat in her hand. “we have matcha too.”
“coffee, please,” you nodded as you placed the bags on the counter. “at least someone in this room cares about me.”
“yah!” aeri slapped your shoulder playfully. “ning, get our weapon.”
and before you knew it, minjeong covered your eyes with her palms. “don’t even try to wiggle out of here — ning, hurry up!”
you could hear giggling and whispering as minjeong slowly uncovered your vision, revealing a beautiful white box wrapped in satin just sitting on the counter.
“you didn’t think we’d forget, did you?” aeri said with a smirk, gesturing for you to sit.
“we’ve been busy, but we didn’t want to let it go uncelebrated,” minjeong added, smiling softly.
your throat tightened as you looked at them, their bright smiles and genuine excitement pulling at your heart.
“guys, you didn’t have to do this,” you said quietly, sitting down as yizhuo plopped down beside you.
“we wanted to,” aeri nudged the box closer to you. “now open it before ningning explodes.”
“hey!” the girl protested, though she grinned just as widely.
you carefully untied the ribbon, lifting the lid to reveal a collection of beautifully wrapped items. your eyes widened as you started pulling them out one by one.
“you guys…”
first, a sleek cartier box holding a stunning watch, its elegant design making your breath catch.
“that’s from all of us,” minjeong smiled shyly. “we wanted you to have something special.”
“it was mostly her idea, you’re always asking for the time but you never have the watch for it,” yizhuo revealed, making minjeong slap her playfully.
next, a stack of cookbooks, each one carefully chosen. “because we know you’re basically our personal chef,” aeri teased.
then a set of high-quality art supplies — paints, brushes and sketchbooks, each item carefully selected. “ning picked those out,” minjeong mentioned, pointing at her proudly. “she insisted on the fancy stuff.”
“nothing but the best for our artist,” yizhuo said with a grin.
but it was the last item that made your breath hitch — a photo album.
your hands trembled slightly as you opened it, flipping through pages filled with photos of you and jimin, some candid, some posed. moments you didn’t even know had been captured — her laughing as you cooked together, the two of you curled up on the couch, a blurry shot of her kissing your cheek while you looked embarrassed.
“we’ve been taking these over the years,” aeri said softly. “thought you might like them all in one place.”
you pressed a hand to your mouth as tears welled up in your eyes.
“y/n, are you crying?” minjeong asked, leaning closer, her voice full of concern.
“no,” you mumbled, wiping at your cheeks with a laugh. “okay, maybe.”
“we just wanted you to know how much we love you,” minjeong muttered, sitting down on the other side of you. “you’ve always been there for us— even when you didn’t have to be. you deserve to feel special.”
you closed the album carefully, holding it to your chest as fresh tears fell. “thank you. i…i don’t even know what to say. this is a lot.”
“nothing’s too much for you,” aeri said firmly.
“besides, jimin’s probably already spoiled you, right?” yizhuo added with a grin. “what did she get you?”
the question hit you like a punch to the stomach, your mind going blank as you scrambled for an answer. “uh,” you began, your voice trembling slightly. “karina…she got me this really expensive ring. it’s beautiful.”
aeri raised an eyebrow. “a ring? that’s a big deal.”
“yeah,” you said quickly, forcing a smile. “it’s…a promise ring.”
your heart twisted painfully as the lie left your lips.
minjeong clapped her hands together, grinning. “of course she did. she’s always been extra when it comes to you.”
you nodded, your smile wavering as you clutched the photo album tighter.
-
the conversation moved on, but the weight of your words lingered in your chest. you knew you shouldn’t have lied, but admitting the truth, that karina had completely forgotten your birthday felt too raw, too painful.
the apartment buzzed with warmth and noise as you worked in the kitchen, sleeves pushed up and hands busy slicing tomatoes and kneading fresh dough for pasta. aeri hovered nearby, stealing bites of cheese while yizhuo pestered you with questions about how to properly season garlic bread.
“you don’t get to criticise when you burn instant noodles,” you teased, flicking flour in her direction.
“that was one time,” yizhuo shot back, dodging the flour.
minjeong wandered in at one point, sneaking a spoonful of the sauce and groaning dramatically. “y/n, you’re a genius. we don’t deserve you.”
“you really don’t,” you replied with a faint smile.
“careful,” aeri teased, leaning on the counter. “if you cook like this all the time, we might just keep you here.”
“it’s tempting,” you admitted softly, but the words carried a weight you didn’t intend.
they didn’t press further.
“my parents visited your gallery, by the way,” yizhuo added.
“what?” you asked, surprised. “when? abd why didn’t you tell me?”
“like two days ago, they said it was like stepping into a dream,” yizhuo explained, her voice full of admiration. “they loved it, y/n. i swear they were ready to redecorate their whole house.”
you smiled, your chest swelling with pride. “that’s really sweet of them — i wish i was there to meet them.”
“you’re so talented,” minjeong added from her seat at the table. “jimin’s lucky. she gets to be your muse.”
the mention of karina made you pause for a split second, but you forced yourself to smile. “thanks, minjeongie.”
dinner was a lively affair, the girls laughing and talking over each other as they devoured the dishes you’d made. it felt good to be here, to see them again, even if a quiet part of you wondered why your own girlfriend hadn’t said anything about inviting you over herself.
it was minjeong who dropped the bombshell halfway through dinner.
“we have a world tour coming up,” she said casually, twirling spaghetti onto her fork.
you froze. “the what?”
aeri shot her a look, as if to say ‘why’d you say that?’ but the girl didn’t seem to notice.
“the tour,” she repeated, looking at you. “it starts in a couple of months. did jimin not…tell you?”
you felt your chest tighten, though you kept your voice even. “no. she didn’t.”
the table fell quiet for a beat. yizhuo fidgeted with her fork, avoiding your gaze, while aeri sighed softly. “she’s probably just waiting for the right time to tell you,” she said, though it sounded more like an excuse.
“it’s fine,” you replied with a small, forced smile. “it’s a huge opportunity. i’m proud of you guys.”
and you were. but beneath the pride was a sharp ache — an understanding that this would mean months of not seeing her, of waiting for calls that might never come.
and what might be the end of your relationship.
after dinner, you were curled up on the sofa, leaning against the back of it while aeri and yizhuo picked a movie to watch and minjeong finished up the dishes.
“you mean you have terrible taste,” yizhuo shot back at something aeri said, crossing her arms as she stood near the couch.
“please tell them notting hill is a masterpiece,” yizhuo pleaded, looking at you for reassurance.
“it is,” you said, laughing softly. “julia roberts is iconic.”
“see!” she yelled triumphantly, flopping onto the couch.
as they began another argument about snacks and who got control of the remote, you really settled onto the couch, letting the warmth of their presence ease some of the tension that had been building in your chest for days.
the argument over the movie ended in a win for yizhuo and the group eventually settled into the couch with bowls of popcorn. the soft glow of the television illuminated the room as notting hill began, the familiar soundtrack filling the air.
minjeong sat down beside you, the couch sinking further. “sorry,” she pursed her lips.
you playfully rolled your eyes, groaning. “i was already comfortable!”
your phone sat untouched on the coffee table, the screen dark. you couldn’t stop glancing at it, hoping it would light up with her name.
but it didn’t.
all the lights were turned off, the tv illuminating most of the apartment. it was late when the door finally opened, and karina stumbled in.
the first thing you noticed was the smell —alcohol, faint but unmistakable. she looked slightly disheveled, her hair loose and falling into her eyes, her cheeks flushed as if she’d been out drinking all night.
“y/n?” her voice was sharp, her brows furrowing as she stopped in her tracks. “what are you doing here?”
the room fell silent. yizhuo paused the movie, her gaze flicking between the two of you.
“we invited her,” minjeong said, standing up and crossing her arms. “she didn’t just show up, jimin.”
“are you drunk?” aeri asked concerningly, stepping closer to your girlfriend. “maybe sit down before you say something stupid.”
karina shot her a glare before turning back to you. “why didn’t you tell me you were coming?”
you frowned, your chest tightening at her tone. “because i didn’t think i needed to, karina.”
“you should have,” she snapped, frustration clear in her voice.
“okay, that’s enough,” aeri said, stepping between you two. “y/n didn’t do anything wrong. we invited her because we missed her.”
“can i have some privacy?” karina asked sharply, her gaze hardening.
aeri exchanged a look with yizhuo before sighing heavily. “fine. but don’t make this worse, jimin. and minjeong is another world you have to tackle.”
she and ningning retreated into the kitchen, but minjeong stayed rooted in place, her arms crossed as she watched karina carefully.
“minjeong,” she warned, her voice low.
“don’t start with me,” she replied, not moving an inch.
“i mean it,” she muttered, her tone sharper now. “go.”
minjeong looked at you, her gaze softening slightly. “are you okay?”
you nodded faintly, though your chest ached. “it’s fine. i’ll be fine.”
reluctantly, minjeong followed the others into the kitchen, leaving you and karina alone in the living room.
“what’s wrong with you?” you asked softly, your voice trembling. “why are you acting like this? i haven’t even seen you in days.”
she sighed heavily, running a hand through her hair as she slumped onto the arm of the couch. “i just…i didn’t expect you to be here, okay?”
“why does it matter?” you shot back, your frustration bubbling to the surface. “you’re the one who hasn’t been around. what’s wrong with me spending time with people who actually want to see me?”
her face softened slightly, her gaze dropping to the floor. “it’s not that…i just wish you’d told me.”
“why? so you could avoid me too?” you asked bitterly, the words spilling out before you could stop them.
her head snapped up, her eyes narrowing. “that’s not fair.”
“what’s not fair is me finding out about your world tour from them,” you said, your voice rising.
she froze, her eyes widening slightly.
“you didn’t even tell me,” you continued, your voice trembling. “you’ve had all this time, and you couldn’t say a word? do you know how that feels?”
“i was going to tell you,” she said defensively, though her voice lacked conviction.
“when, jimin?” you asked, stepping closer. “when it was too late for me to even process it? when you were already gone?”
she sighed heavily, pinching the bridge of her nose. “can we not do this here?”
“why not? because it’s inconvenient for you?” you shot back.
“because it’s not their business,” she snapped, gesturing toward the kitchen. “come with me. we’ll talk in my room.”
you hesitated, your chest tightening.
“y/n,” she said more softly this time, her voice steady but firm. “please. just come with me.”
you glanced toward the kitchen, where aeri and yizhup were clearly trying to eavesdrop. minjeong stood leaning against the counter, her expression unreadable as she watched you.
finally, you nodded, following her down the hallway.
as she opened the door to her room, she turned back to glance at minjeong.
“stay out of it,” she warned.
minjeong’s gaze narrowed, but she said nothing as you stepped into the room, the door closing softly behind you.
-
the room was quiet, save for the faint hum of the heater. karina stood by the door, her arms crossed, while you stood near her desk, trying to keep your emotions in check.
“so,” you began, your voice trembling slightly, “you were going to tell me about the world tour?”
“i was,” she replied flatly, avoiding your gaze.
“when?” you asked, your voice sharper this time. “after you left? after i found out from some interview or social media post?”
“don’t be dramatic, y/n,” she muttered, running a hand through her hair. “i was going to tell you when the time was right.”
“the time was right weeks ago,” you snapped, your frustration spilling over. “do you even hear yourself? i’m supposed to be part of your life. why am i always the last to know about everything that matters?”
“because it’s hard,” she shot back, her voice rising. “it’s hard to keep up with everything. my career, my schedules, this relationship — you don’t get it.”
“no, i don’t,” you admitted, tears stinging your eyes. “because you don’t let me in. you shut me out. you don’t talk to me, you don’t tell me things, and then you act like i’m the problem for wanting to be included in your life.”
“maybe you are the problem,” she said coldly, the words cutting through the air like a knife.
you froze, staring at her in disbelief. “what?”
“you’re so needy, y/n,” she continued, her voice harsh. “you’re always clinging to me, always wanting more. i’m doing my best, and it’s never enough for you.”
“needy?” you repeated, your voice trembling with anger. “what the fuck?”
“yes, needy,” she snapped. “it’s like you can’t function without me. it’s not my fault you don’t have any other friends. you built your whole life around us, and now you expect me to do the same?”
the tears you’d been holding back finally spilled over, but you refused to let them stop you. “that’s not fair,” you whispered. “i sacrificed so much for you because i love you, karina.”
“life isn’t fair, y/n,” she said, her tone bitter. “and it’s not my fault you don’t have anything else going on. i didn’t ask you to make me the centre of your world.”
you stared at her, your chest tightening with each word she threw at you. “jimin, do you even hear yourself right now?”
“i do,” she said sharply. “and you should, too. my world doesn’t revolve around you, y/n. it never did, and it never will. my life will keep spinning with or without you in it.”
the words hit you like a physical blow, stealing the breath from your lungs. for a moment, the room was silent, save for the sound of your shaky breathing.
“you don’t mean that,” you whispered, your voice barely audible.
“maybe i do,” she muttered, looking away. “you don’t belong in my —“
your chest tightened painfully, and before you could think, you raised your hand and slapped her right across the face.
the sound echoed through the room, sharp and final.
her head snapped to the side, her hand flying up to her cheek as she stared at you coldly — eyes devoid of the love she held for you that filled them.
“you don’t get to talk to me like that,” you said, your voice trembling with anger and heartbreak. “not after everything we’ve been through. not after everything i’ve done for you and all the bullshit you put me through.”
you grabbed the photo album from her desk, the one the girls had made for you.
“this was supposed to be a gift,” you shoved it into her hands. “for my birthday. the one you forgot. but i don’t want it anymore. you can have it.”
she stared at the album in her hands, her mouth opening slightly as if she wanted to say something, but no words came out.
“we’re done, jimin, karina, or whoever the fuck you are right now,” you said, your voice breaking. “i can’t do this anymore. i can’t keep loving someone who doesn’t love me back. it’s over.”
“y/n —” she began, but you shook your head, cutting her off.
“don’t,” you raised your hand, voice firm despite the tears streaming down your face. “don’t say anything. just…don’t.”
you turned and walked out of the room, slamming the door behind you.
as you gathered the rest of your things with quiet sniffles, you felt a hand stop you. you looked up at minjeong with shaky breaths.
“let me help you, y/n,” she started putting your gifts in the box whilst aeri handed you your coat.
there was an unspoken silence — it told them everything they needed to know. as you left the dorm, the cold night air hit you like a wave, but it did little to numb the pain in your chest. and even though it felt like your heart was breaking into a million pieces, you knew it was the right thing to do.
because you deserved more than this.
✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
the morning after the breakup, you woke up to a silence so thick it felt like it might suffocate you. the cozy apartment you once loved, nestled in the corner of a quiet street, now felt hollow.
this was the place where you’d built a life with jimin — before she was karina. it was your shared sanctuary, the place where laughter echoed in the evenings, where the smell of her favourite tea lingered in the air, where you both dreamed of a future that now felt like a distant memory.
you sat on the edge of the sofa, your phone in your hand. the screen lit up with a flood of messages — aeri, yizhuo and minjeong. they were worried, apologising for the night before, telling you they were there if you wanted to talk.
but you couldn’t face them. not because they’d done anything wrong, but because they were a part of jimin’s world; the one she didn’t want you to be a part of.
your thumb hovered over the screen for only a moment before you made the decision.
aeri-chan. ningx2. minjeonggg.
you blocked each of them, one by one.
when it was done, you set the phone down, staring at it blankly. it felt like another thread severed, another piece of your life with jimin falling away.
-
the next task was harder.
you stood in the middle of the bedroom you’d decorated for her, staring at the collection of her belongings scattered around. her favourite hoodie was still draped over the chair in the corner, her skincare products neatly lined up in the bathroom and stacks of her old clothes in the wardrobe.
with trembling hands, you began packing them into boxes. each item was a reminder of the life you’d built together, and as you held them, memories surfaced unbidden.
the books: the ones she’d never quite finished, tucked away on the shelf.
your hands moved methodically, placing everything into boxes, but your mind drifted. you remembered how she’d sit at the tiny kitchen table, humming softly as she waited for you to finish cooking. how she’d sneak up behind you while you painted, her arms wrapping around your waist as she whispered, “you’re amazing, you know that?”
you paused when you came across framed photos of you throughout the years — from that one vintage photobooth in gangnam.
the tears didn’t come. you were past that now. there was only an ache; deep and heavy that settled into your chest like it might never leave.
you knew what you had to do.
the photos couldn’t stay. not for your sake, and not for hers.
gathering every picture of the two of you, you made your way to the kitchen. with a deep sigh, you lit the edges with a match, watching as the flames consumed the images.
it wasn’t anger that drove you. jimin was karina of aespa now, a name and face known to millions. these moments were yours, and yours alone. no one else needed to see them.
as the last photo burned, you stood in the quiet kitchen, the faint smell of smoke lingering in the air.
you stood in the doorway, looking out at the space you had called home. the sofa where the two of you had spent countless nights watching movies. the tiny kitchen where you’d cooked her favourite meals. the walls that had once been filled with laughter and love.
you were going to miss this place; you had built a life with her here, after all.
it was the one place where she wasn’t karina, but just jimin.
that life was gone now.
within three days, with your dad’s help, you packed up your things and moved out of the apartment. he worked tirelessly, carrying box after box to the car, only pausing to check on you every so often.
“you okay?” he asked gently as you stood in the now-empty living room, staring at the bare walls.
you nodded, though your chest felt tight. “yeah. i just…i need a minute.”
he gave you a reassuring pat on the shoulder before stepping outside, leaving you alone.
you took one last look around, the memories flashing before your eyes. the laughter, the love, the life you’d built here — they were all distant now.
then, you closed the door behind you, feeling both the weight of the past and the faintest glimmer of relief.
-
the air inside the gallery was heavy with the scent of paint and wood varnish, a smell that had always felt like home to you.
today, it carried a bittersweet edge. the light streaming through the windows highlighted the scattered boxes and carefully wrapped canvases as you stood in the centre of the room, trying to figure out where to begin.
“y/n, where do you want these?”
you turned to see jaehyung, one of your long-time students, balancing a stack of sketchbooks in his arms. his brows furrowed with focus, though his boyish grin peeked through.
“just over there by the window, jae,” you said, gesturing toward a corner where you’d already begun stacking supplies.
“got it,” he replied, setting them down gently before glancing around. “i can’t believe this place is closing. it feels…weird.”
“you’re telling me,” mr. kim chimed in from across the room, his usual warm demeanour tinged with sadness. he was one of your older students, a retired schoolteacher who’d taken up art as a hobby. “this gallery has been like a second home for us.”
you smiled faintly, though the weight of their words pressed on your chest. “it’s not forever,” you said gently. “just…a break. for now.”
mr. kim paused, studying you with his kind eyes. “sometimes a break is necessary, y/n. don’t forget, you’ve built something special here. we’ll be waiting when you’re ready to come back.”
“yeah,” jaehyung added, his grin widening. “and in the meantime, you’re stuck with us online.”
you laughed softly, the sound easing some of the tension in the room. “i’ll hold you to that. i expect all of you to still send me your projects, okay? no slacking off just because i’m not here to check in person.”
“you got it, boss,” jaehyung said with a mock salute, earning a chuckle from mr. kim.
the three of you worked steadily throughout the day, wrapping paintings, packing supplies, and carefully disassembling easels. the gallery grew quieter as the shelves emptied, the once-vibrant space slowly transforming into a blank canvas.
as the last box was taped shut, you glanced around the room, frowning.
this gallery had been your dream — a place where you could share your passion and build a community.
“y/n,” mr. kim said gently, interrupting your thoughts. “you okay?”
you turned to him, offering a small smile. “yeah. it’s just…hard to say goodbye.”
“it’s not goodbye,” jaehyung said quickly. “it’s ‘see you later.’ right?”
you chuckled, nodding. “right.”
once everything was packed, you sent out a final email to your students.
-
Dear Everyone,
The gallery will be closed until further notice. Thank you for your support, your creativity, and the joy you’ve brought into this space. I’ll miss seeing your faces every week, but this isn’t the end — just a pause.
If you need anything or want to continue lessons online, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You know where to find me.
With gratitude, Y/n
-
the last thing you did was hang a small notice on the gallery door.
you stepped back, staring at the sign as it swayed gently in the breeze. the weight of finality settled in your chest.
“ready?” jaehyung asked, stepping up beside you.
you nodded, taking one last look at the gallery before turning away.
“goodbye.”
“see you later,” mr. kim corrected you firmly.
-
the morning was cold, the air sharp and heavy with the promise of snow. as you carried the last box of your ex-girlfriend’s belongings down the stairs.
mrs. choi’s apartment was just two doors down from yours and when you knocked, she answered almost immediately, her warm, familiar smile faltering slightly when she saw your expression.
“y/n-ah,” she said gently, stepping aside to let you in. “come in, come in. it’s freezing out there.”
you stepped inside, the warmth of her small, cozy apartment wrapping around you like a blanket. her place smelled of fresh kimchi and tea.
“you’re all packed, then?” she asked softly, gesturing for you to set the final box near her kitchen table.
“yeah,” you replied, your voice trembling slightly. “this is the last of it.”
she glanced at the box, her expression growing even softer. she reached out, placing a hand on your arm. “you’re really leaving, aren’t you?”
you nodded, swallowing hard. “i need to, ajumma.”
she looked at you for a long moment, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. “you and jimin…always thought you two would make it. watching you both grow up, seeing the love you had — it was something special, y/n.”
her words made your throat tighten, but you forced a small smile. “it was special,” you said quietly. “it just…wasn’t enough.”
she sighed, her shoulders sagging slightly. “sometimes, the ones we lose find their way back to us,” she murmured. “not always, but sometimes. and if they don’t, it’s only because something better is waiting.”
you looked down at your hands, her words both comforting and bittersweet.
“you’ve always been kind, y/n,” she continued, her voice warm and steady. “to jimin, to everyone. don’t let this make you hard. the world needs more people like you.”
her words brought tears to your eyes, but you blinked them away quickly, not wanting to break down here. “thank you, mrs. choi. for everything.”
she smiled, patting your hand before glancing at the box. “i’ll keep this for her. she’ll come by eventually and i’ll make sure she gets it.”
“thank you,” you said again, your voice barely above a whisper.
as you stood there, ready to leave, she suddenly tilted her head, a thoughtful look crossing her face. “now, tell me, is she on tv?”
you blinked, surprised by the question. “yeah,” you said softly, a small, proud smile tugging at your lips despite everything. “she’s doing really well. she’s…she’s amazing.”
her eyes lit up and she clapped her hands together. “i knew it was her and my mahjong friends called me crazy. she must be famous!”
you nodded, the pride in your chest mingling with the ache of loss. “she is now.”
she frowned, reaching out to pull you into a hug, her small frame surprisingly strong as she held you close. “you’ll be okay, y/n,” she said softly. “i know you will. and wherever you go, they’ll be lucky to have you.”
“thank you,” you murmured, your voice breaking slightly as you clung to her for just a moment longer.
when you finally stepped back, she smiled at you again, her eyes filled with a quiet sadness but also hope.
“goodbye, mrs. choi,” you said softly, your hand lingering on the doorknob.
“goodbye, y/n-ah,” she replied, her voice warm. “don’t be a stranger. and remember — sometimes, lost ones find their way home.”
as you stepped out into the cold morning air, her words stayed with you, wrapping around your heart like a fragile thread of hope.
✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
the christmas tree sparkled in the warm glow of the living room, the scent of pine mingling with the faint aroma of mulled wine and cinnamon candles.
you carefully placed the last ornament — a delicate glass bauble your mum insisted on saving for last: on the highest branch.
“perfect,” your dad said, stepping back to admire the tree with a satisfied nod. “i’d say we’ve outdone ourselves this year.”
“we always do,” your mum chimed in, setting down a tray of wine glasses on the coffee table.
you stepped back, joining them as the three of you stood side by side, taking in the sight of your handiwork. the tree was a masterpiece, adorned with years of collected ornaments, each one holding a memory.
she handed you a glass of merlot, raising hers with a smile. “to family,” she said softly.
“to family,” you and your dad echoed, clinking glasses.
the warmth of the wine spread through you, and for the first time in weeks, you felt a sense of peace.
you sank into the couch with your parents, the fire crackling softly in the background. as you sipped your drink, the weight of the past few months hung heavy in the air.
“this isn’t how i thought the year would end,” you admitted quietly, staring at the tree. “i mean…i didn’t think i’d be single for christmas.”
your mum placed a gentle hand on your knee, her eyes soft with understanding. “life has a way of surprising us, sweetheart. sometimes in ways we don’t expect.”
your dad nodded, leaning forward to rest his elbows on his knees. “but you’re here with us now, and we couldn’t be prouder of you, y/n. you’ve handled everything with so much grace.”
their support wrapped around you like a warm blanket, and you felt a lump rise in your throat. “i don’t know what i’d do without you two,” you said, your voice trembling slightly. “thank you. for everything.”
she smiled, squeezing your knee. “you don’t have to thank us. that’s what family is for.”
there was a pause, a comfortable silence as the three of you sat together. then your mum broke it, her tone gentle but curious. “so, what’s next for you, y/n? what’s the next chapter?”
you hesitated, swirling the wine in your glass as you gathered your thoughts. “actually,” you began slowly, “there’s something i haven’t told you.”
both of them turned to you, their expressions attentive.
“way before aespa debuted,” you said softly, “a gallery in paris has been sending me yearly invitations for an artist-in-residence program. it’s a huge opportunity…one i’ve always dreamt of. but…i kept declining.”
your dad frowned slightly. “why?”
you took a deep breath, the words heavy on your tongue. “i didn’t want to be far away from her. i didn’t want to miss any part of her life, specially when she was working so hard to make her dreams come true.”
your mum’s expression softened, her eyes glistening. “oh, y/n…”
“i made a lot of sacrifices,” you admitted, your voice steady but quiet. “and i don’t regret loving her. but now…i think it’s time i start saying yes to things for me.”
“are you going to accept this time?” he asked, his voice full of quiet encouragement.
you nodded, a small smile tugging at your lips. “i already did. i’m going to paris a week after the new year.”
she gasped, her smile wide as she reached over to hug you tightly. “paris! oh, sweetheart, that’s wonderful!”
“about time you did something for yourself,” he added with a proud grin.
she pulled back, a playful glint in her eye. “do they have any good korean restaurants in paris?” she asked your dad.
he chuckled, shaking his head. “we’d better find out.”
“maybe we’ll come with you,” your mum teased, winking at you.
you laughed, the sound light and genuine. “you two would love it.”
“to paris next week then!”
-
that night, as you lay in bed staring at the ceiling, your thoughts drifted to jimin.
there was no anger in your heart, no hatred for her. you couldn’t hate her. she wasn’t a bad person. she wasn’t even a bad girlfriend — not entirely.
she was just someone who had been swept up in a world that demanded more than she could give.
you thought about who she was before the world knew her as karina — the girl who made you laugh until your sides ached, who held you when you cried, who whispered dreams of forever into the quiet of the night.
you had grown up together, loved each other deeply. and while it didn’t last, it had been real.
“thank you,” you whispered into the darkness, not knowing if the words were meant for her, yourself, or both.
as you closed your eyes, the weight of the past began to lift, paris awaited.
✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
jimin stumbled out of her car, the freezing air biting at her cheeks as she stared up at the familiar apartment building. the snow fell in slow, heavy flakes, blanketing the quiet street in white. her breath came in uneven puffs, her heart pounding harder with every step she took toward the door.
her first day off in weeks and all she could think about was you. it had been over five weeks since she’d seen you and she couldn’t ignore the ache in her chest any longer.
it was the first time she’d had enough space to think, to realise just how much had slipped through her fingers. she told herself it wasn’t too late, that if she just got to you, everything would be okay.
she could explain, apologise, fix things — really try her hardest this time.
her hand trembled as she unlocked the door, her key sliding into place like muscle memory. she pushed it open, half expecting to see you curled up on the couch with a book or maybe in the kitchen painting something.
the first thing she noticed was the silence, heavy and suffocating. her eyes darted around the space, searching for any sign of you, but everything was gone.
the walls, once decorated with your paintings and small shelves of trinkets, were bare. the bookshelf was empty. the worn-out sofa, still in its usual spot, felt smaller without your blanket draped over it or the little pillow you always used.
“y/n?” she called out, her voice cracking.
no answer.
she stepped further inside, her footsteps echoing in the hollow space. the bedroom door was open, and when she walked in, the emptiness struck her all over again.
the closet was empty. no clothes, no art supplies, no trace of you. the desk where you used to work on sketches late at night was gone, leaving only faint scuff marks on the floor.
her chest tightened as she stood in the centre of the room, her breathing shallow.
“no,” she whispered to herself, shaking her head. “this isn’t…this can’t be —”
she turned back to the kitchen, her eyes frantically scanning the counters, hoping to find something that would tell her where you’d gone.
that was when she saw it — a folded piece of paper with her name written in your handwriting.
her hands trembled as she picked it up and opened it.
“jimin,
i’ve left a box of your things with mrs. choi. there are about three of them filling up her apartment. please pick it up when you can. i asked her to keep it safe for you.
take care,
y/n.”
the note slipped from her fingers, landing softly on the floor.
for a long moment, she stood there, staring at the paper, her mind racing. you were gone.
-
her next stop was mrs. choi’s apartment, just two floors down. the elderly woman answered almost immediately, her kind face softening when she saw jimin.
“jimin-ah,” mrs. choi said gently, stepping aside to let her in. “come in, dear. you must be freezing.”
she stepped inside, her eyes darting around as though expecting to find some sign of you here, even though she knew better. “mrs. choi…where is she? she’s not at the apartment, and i…i thought maybe…”
she sighed, her expression tinged with sadness. she gestured toward a neatly packed boxes sitting by the sofa. “y/n left before christmas, dear. she asked me to hold onto these for you.”
jimin stared at the boxes, her chest tightening. “she…she left?”
mrs. choi nodded, her voice soft. “she didn’t say much else, just that it was time for her to go.”
the words hit her like a physical blow, and her knees nearly buckled. “i didn’t think she’d actually leave,” she whispered, more to herself than to mrs. choi.
the older woman reached out, placing a comforting hand on her arm. “you know, jimin, love can’t grow if you don’t take care of it. even the strongest love can wither if it’s left in the cold for too long.”
her eyes filled with tears, her throat tightening as she looked down at the box.
“sometimes,” mrs. choi continued, her voice even softer now, “the ones we lose find their way back to us. but you have to be willing to meet them halfway.”
jimin nodded numbly, unable to respond.
“thank your, ajumma,” she bowed her head. “i’ll have someone pick these up from you, but for now, i have to visit her gallery.”
-
the snow was heavier now, falling in thick flakes that clung to her hair and lashes as she sprinted down the familiar streets. when she reached the building, she stopped short, her heart sinking all over again.
the windows were dark, the inside barren. a small sign hung on the door:
“closed until further notice. thank you for everything.”
her hands pressed against the cold glass as she peered inside. the space that had once been alive with your creativity and passion was empty, stripped of all the warmth and colour that made it yours.
her forehead rested against the glass as tears streamed down her face, her breath fogging the window.
“y/n,” she whispered, her voice cracking. “please…”
but there was nothing.
-
jimin gripped the steering wheel tightly, her knuckles white as tears blurred her vision. the snow fell heavier now, making it harder to see the road, but she didn’t care.
the silence in the car was unbearable, filled only with the sound of her shaky breaths and the occasional muffled sob. she couldn’t think clearly, couldn’t breathe properly. she had spent weeks distracted by her career, ignoring the growing distance between you and now the weight of what she had done — what she had lost — was crashing down on her.
she should’ve followed you that night.
her phone buzzed in the cupholder, and with trembling hands, she reached for it, barely able to see the screen through her tears. it was aeri.
“jimin, where are you?” aeri’s voice was steady but tinged with worry. “minjeong and ningning said you ran off. we’re freaking out —”
“she’s gone,” she interrupted, her voice cracking as the tears came harder. “aeri, she’s gone.”
“who’s gone?” aeri asked, her voice softening with concern.
“y/n,” jimin sobbed, gripping the phone as if it were the only thing anchoring her. “i went to the apartment, she’s not there. the gallery, it’s closed. mrs. choi said she left before christmas. i don’t know where else to look.”
“yu jimin, breathe,” aeri said firmly, though her voice remained gentle. “where are you now?”
“driving to her parents’ house,” she whispered. “i just…i need to see her. i need to fix this.”
“okay,” the other girl said. there was a brief pause before she added, “i’ll call our manager. we’ll come get you.”
“no,” jimin pressed on, her voice trembling. “just meet me there. please.”
“jimin,” aeri said again, her tone more insistent. “you shouldn’t be driving in this state. pull over. we’ll come get you, okay?”
she hesitated, her grip tightening on the wheel, but the desperation in aeri’s voice broke through her haze. finally, she pulled over to the side of the road, the car skidding slightly on the icy pavement.
“please hurry,” jimin whispered before hanging up.
when the van arrived, aeri was the first to step out, her face pale with worry as she rushed to jimin’s car. yizhuo and minjeong followed closely behind, their eyes wide with concern.
jimin opened the door, stumbling out into the snow as the sobs overtook her again.
“she’s gone,” she choked out, her voice barely audible. “i fucking ruined everything and now she’s gone.”
aeri caught her before she could fall, holding her tightly as she cried into her shoulder. yizhuo placed a hand on her back, her eyes glistening with unshed tears, while minjeong stood close, her arms crossed tightly over her chest as if trying to hold herself together.
“we’ll figure it out,” minjeong reassured her, though her voice trembled. “let’s just go to her parents’ house, okay? maybe they’ll know where she is.”
jimin nodded weakly, allowing them to guide her into the van.
the drive felt awfully long. when they finally arrived at your parents’ house, the driveway was empty, the windows dark.
her heart sank as the reality began to set in.
she stumbled out of the van, ignoring the biting cold as she made her way to the front door.
“y/n!” she shouted, her voice echoing into the still night. “please! i’m sorry! just talk to me!”
the silence was deafening.
she pounded on the door, her fist striking the wood harder and harder as tears streamed down her face.
“y/n!” she screamed again, her voice breaking.
there was no answer.
she backed away, her legs giving out as she fell into the snow. “no,” she whispered, shaking her head. “no, no, no…”
the sobs came harder, wracking her body as she clutched at the ground.
minjeong knelt beside her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders while aeri crouched in front of her, gently holding her face.
“jimin,” yizhuo said softly, her voice breaking. “she’s not here. we need to go.”
“i can’t,” she sobbed, shaking her head violently. “i can’t leave. she has to come back. she…she has to.”
“she’s gone,” minjeong mumbled, her voice thick with emotion as she rubbed circles on her back. “but it doesn’t mean she’s not coming back.”
jimin let out a guttural scream, the sound ripping through the night as she collapsed into minjeong’s arms.
“please,” she whispered, her voice barely audible now. “just let me stay. please.”
their manager stepped forward, his expression filled with sympathy. “karina, we need to go. it’s not safe out here.”
jimin shook her head, her tears freezing on her cheeks. “i can’t…i can’t leave her. i can’t.”
aeri’s voice cracked as she gently pried jimin away from ningning. “jimin, she’s not here. staying won’t change that.”
finally, after what felt like hours, jimin allowed them to guide her back into the van. her body felt heavy, her mind numb as she stared out the window at the dark house, her tears falling silently.
as the van pulled away, the snow continued to fall, blanketing the empty driveway in white.
and for the first time, jimin truly understood what it meant to lose the person she loved most.

Your chest was pressed to Gojo's, the air in the room stuffy and hot as you tried to shuffle your bodies around, trying to give each other some room to breathe. The recorder clipped to Gojo's chest was probably suffocating with the loud rubbing of your clothes against him. "Just- fuck- scoot that way- ouch no- the other way-" You whispered into the small space, thanking the universe for the darkness of the stuffy closet, saving you the embarrassment of Gojo's teasing if he saw how red your face was.
--
Yaga had sent the two of you on a mission together, the objective--get recorded proof of a certain suspected jujutsu high assistant leaking crucial information to curse users. Gojo was a third year now, just having had his nineteenth birthday, and he was more than capable of handling missions on his own. However, Yaga absolutely did not trust Gojo with such a mission on his own, the young man always returned to the school with hundreds of thousands of property damage under his belt for the school to deal with.
This wasn't exactly the type of mission one could just bust in the room and take everybody down, it was a stealth mission, which Gojo was absolutely not equipped for. You weren't at the stage where you could take on a mission by yourself, but Yaga knew how great you were at calming a young and cocky Satoru down, which is how you ended up coming on this assignment with the white-haired man.
The two of you had made your way without a hitch to the meeting point, Gojo quick on your tail as he practically bounced with joy behind you, strolling with you through the dimly lit building. "Ahh~ This is sooo much fun, when's the last time we got sent on a mission together?" he asked, poking his head out in your peripheral vision. "This isn't supposed to be fun, Satoru. Do you know how much I liked Ms. Yae? I cant believe shes a traitor." You whispered.
Gojo pulled his head back, pursing his lips together as his long legs easily kept up with your fast pace. "Hmm.. I don't know if I ever knew her, but I guess it does suck, yeah.. but try to see the good in this~ You get to spend an entire mission with me~" He giggled behind you, too loudly for your liking. You stopped in your tracks, turning to look at him, "Satoru, she was our driver for the entirety of our first AND second year, and be quiet, you're talking too loud."
Gojo pouted, tilting his head at you, "Rude, I am not-" A door squeaking open around the corner followed by two people talking interrupted Gojo, as did your hand that you quickly pressed agaisnt his lips, shutting him up. You held your breath, waiting to see what was going to happen next. You felt Gojo smile behind your hand at how panicky you were at such a thing.
Your heart sped up in your chest when their footsteps started to echo in the hall, coming closer to where the two of you stood. "Fuck." You whispered under your breath, your hand leaving Gojo's mouth as you whipped your body around, trying to think of somewhere to hide. Gojo didn't fully understand how to teleport to long distances yet, but he could've easily moved the two of you to another floor. Of course, he would do no such thing though, he was having a great time watching you scurry around like a mouse in a maze.
"That's not good~" He whispered, giggling under his breath. You set your eyes on a door only a few feet away, from the outside it looked like an entrance to a fairly spacious room too; perfect for eavesdropping on their conversation. "Cmere," You whispered to Gojo, taking his large hand in yours you dragged him towards the door, trying to move as quickly as possible as it sounded like the footsteps were getting closer and closer.
You swung the door open, the old hinges making a loud squeak that made you cringe as you threw Gojo's body into the space and closed the door on yourself as quick as you could. You didn't expect your back to come into contact with a hard surface, covering the entirety of your back. "Hu-?" You felt a pair of warm hands grab your waist, gripping you softly. "Woah~ If you wanted a little more privacy you shoulda just said so~" Gojo cooed, tipping his head at you, even though you couldn't see him in the pitch blackness.
Upon further inspection as you pushed his hands off of your waist, ignoring the heat of your face, you found there were dry mop heads and brooms around you, something that felt like a jacket was hanging behind Gojo, and something; presumably a mop bucket; was sat at the back of the small space, limiting the already small surface area the two of you had to share.
"Fuck, we're in a closet." You whispered out loud, more to yourself than to the man you were pressed agaisnt. "Ooh really? How did you figure that out~?" Gojo teased. A quiet 'oww' spilled from the man's lips when you swung your arm in his general direction. God you did not need this right now, Gojo might be cocky, rude, overall obnoxious, and loud, but you have been harboring the biggest crush on him for a year. The last thing you needed was to be stuck in a closer with him, your ass pressed against his crotch, in a high-risk situation.
You tried not to think about how good he smelled; expensive was the first word that came to mind. It was already obnoxiously hot in the closet, and all the blood rushing to your face didn't help the feeling of suffocation one bit.
You spun your body around, pressing your hands to his chest so you no longer had to feel his crotch against you, figuring this way would be less embarrassing. "Ooh is this like seven minutes in heaven? Shoko told me about this game once, you got a timer on you?" Gojo joked. You could feel his fingers fiddling with the drawstrings on the bottom of your jacket, the simple action you were barely able to feel was enough to send shivers down your spine.
"What was that?" A familiar voice spoke when the pair you were supposed to be stalking rounded the corner. "Shhh-" You hushed Gojo, hitting his chest gently with your hand so as to not cause any more sound as you tried to ignore his attempts at riling you up and instead focused on the task at hand. "It's okay, they're not gonna find us," Gojo assured, completely ignoring your instruction of him to stay quiet.
"If you keep running your mouth they might." You poked, gripping his shirt unconsciously as you held your breath, praying he was right. "Oh, so it's okay for you to talk?" Gojo whisper yelled, resulting in you kicking his shin- or what you thought was his shin. A wooden broomstick fell against the bucket, creating a loud bang inside the small closet. You scrunched your face up, cringing at your stupic mistake.
"Who's there?" The man's voice yelled, making your heart beat out of your chest. "You did it now, huh?" Gojo teased, giggling. How he was still able to laugh in this situation was beyond you, if you didn't think of something fast, you were going to ruin the mission and get smacked on the back of the head by Yaga himself. Your mind was spinning a mine a minute, you frantically tried to think of something, anything.
Worst case you could knock them out if you had to, fuck, was there someone at Jujutsu High who could erase memories? Fat chance. One thing did come to mind though, and it was almost sure to work, as long as it was the curse user who opened the door, If Ms. Yae was the one to open the door you would have to think fast, you always were quick on your feet, you would figure it out surely. After about three seconds of pondering, you decided to hedge your bets.
"Satoru, go with it." You whispered. Reaching through the darkness you found his face with little effort, grabbing his cheeks in your hands he could barely mutter a 'huh?' before he felt your lips on his. His eyes went wide, a shocked hum leaving his lips as you slotted your lips against his, starting a makeout. His hands found yours once more, he slipped his knee between your legs, making you moan softly as he stepped forward and pressed your back into the wall, chasing your lips with his hungrily.
Soft moans and hums were released into the air as he kissed you with passion, his soft tongue licking against your lips, trying to test the waters catching you off guard. You reciprocated, poking your tongue out to meet his. "mmmm" He moaned into the kiss when he felt your tongue meet his, the two tangling with each other sloppily.
You tangled your hands in his hair, ruffling the soft strands and messing up his fluffy hair as you held onto it for dear life. He pressed his knee against your cunt harder, making you moan against his lips. You weren't sure if he knew what he was doing, but you were sure if he kept this up there was going to be a decently sized wet patch on his knee from your arousal seeping through your panties.
The two of you kissed like you were both injected with poison and the antidote was in the other's throat. Like neither of you have had a drop of water in decades, like-
The door swung open, both of your heads snapping to the wrinkled old man's face as the light illuminated the both of you. He took in your states with a brief one-over, Ssatoru's knee was pressed against your panty-clad cunt, your skirt riding up in the process. His hair was standing in every direction, both of your lips were blushed a dark pink, and your faces had a color to match, the two of you breathing heavily as you stared at the man like you were waiting for him to close the door so you could continue.
"What is it?" The Jujutsu assistant said, standing behind the man at an angle where she couldn't see the two of you. "Ugh, just some kids hooking up." He replied with a disgusted look on his face, slamming the door on the two of you and leaving you in the darkness and heat of the room once more.
The volume of your breaths was accentuated by the silence in the closet. You fully expected Gojo to say something snarky now that you had been caught and it was over, but he stayed quiet, heavily breathing, you could feel his hot breaths hit your face. The adrenaline pumping through your veins from kissing him and getting caught was making you feel dizzy. "So.." you whispered, breaking the silence.
The faint tickle of his lips against yours made your body jerk at the unexpected feeling. He had brought his lips close again, what was he doing? It was over.. right? Gojo licked his lips, sucking his bottom lip into his mouth. "You're a good kisser." He said, his breath teasing your skin when he spoke. "Y-yeah?" You had no idea what to do, you weren't used to seeing him like this. "Yeah..I guess we should go now huh?" He replied, licking his lips again as he kept them hovering in front of your own.
The warmth of his mouth radiating so close to yours was driving you crazy. The heartbeat you felt in your cunt was vibrating your whole body from how aroused you were at his situation. "Yeah, guess so." You responded, making no effort to pull your lips away. "Okay." He said, pressing his lips against yours but not closing the small distance in slotting them together. "Okay.." You said back, taking the initiative as you kissed him softly.
He kissed you back slowly, your lips separating in a lewd smack before the connected once more, the kiss speeding up, starting slowly.. slowly.. before Gojo decided he had enough and pressed his head into yours, deepening the kiss. "Mph-" You moaned against him when he slid his hands down to your ass and pulled your hips closer to him, rubbing your cunt along his thigh in the process.
You don't think you've ever been so aroused in your life, something deep within you was coiling around itself, making a need ache through your entire body. "Tell me to stop," Gojo whispered between kisses, digging his nails deeper into the fat of your ass. You wined at his words, pulling your lips back you let one of your hands in his hair slide down to the side of his face, caressing the skin there. You used your thumb to blindly find his lip in the dark, pulling it down before you let it bounce back into place. You pressed your lips to his once more, the two of you breathing heavily into the other's mouth, "I can't." You replied.
He groaned at your words before he smashed your lips together once more. The way you were whining and grinding on his thigh so needily made him feel like he was going to pass out. He needed this so bad, he's wanted this for so long and it was finally happening, all because you had kicked a broom instead of him. He smirked when your hips stuttered, your mouth opening in a slightly louder moan.
"Fuck, you wet?" He whispered needily against your lips, kissing you with fevor. "Mhm," you replied with a whine, humping your cunt along his thigh. The young man groaned at your response, it was then that you felt his hard-on digging into your thigh through his pants. He continues to massage your ass, helping you grind your needy pussy along his thigh as he panted into your mouth. "You feel me?" he asked, pressing his hips into your thigh, letting you feel the imprint of his cock along your leg.
It must've been the sensory deprivation because you were feeling everything tenfold, just the drag of his clothed cock on your thigh alone send a gush of arousal into your panties, your face heating up as you wined into the kiss. "You're so hard.." You whispered back, starting to slide your hand down his chest. "Yeah, all cos of you.. keep going." He encouraged impatiently, nodding against you as he waited to feel your hand on him.
He wanted to see you so bad, wanted to see what kind of expression you were making while you got off on his thigh, what your reaction would be to feeling his cock, how flushed your face was, but this would have to suffice for now. You continued your pursuit for his cock, dragging your hand teasingly over the ridges of his abs, his hip bones, thigh, and finally--his cock. Gojo let you know with a loud groan and affirmation of, "Right there." That you had grabbed his cock in your hand.
"I- I don't know what to do." You admitted, pausing your grinding on his hips as you were suddenly hit with a wave of unsureness. You had never touched someone else before, the only person you've ever kissed was Shoko in a game of spin the bottle once in your second year, you had no idea what you were doing. "I don't either." Gojo laughed, easing the tension you felt in your body and mind at the prospect that he would be disappointed because you had no idea how to please him.
"But humping my leg feels good for you, right?" He asked, to which you nodded briefly, a verbal response coming a little delayed when you forgot he could't see you. "And I know when you touch me like you're doing right now, it feels really good." The man pressed his forehead to yours, massaging your ass in his hands. "So just keep doing that." He whispered, before you felt his lips on yours once more.
"M-mmm" You moaned against him when you felt his hands push you harder along his thigh, trying to help you maintain a pace that would feel good for you. He let shaky breaths escape through his nose as he felt your hand rub and squeeze his cock through his pants. You were going at it with no rhyme or rhythm, but the sloppy technique felt surprisingly good, any form of pressure on his throbbing cock surely would've, he's never been this worked up before.
"I-it's so big." You whimpered against his lips, the praise making him release a shameless groan. "Yeah? wish you could see it." He replied with a short giggle, being cut off by a moan when you unconsciously squeezed around his tip just right. You whined when his leg shifted just right against your clit, giving you the perfect amount of friction at just the right angle. "F-fuck Toru right there-" You gasped, tipping your head back into the wall, the hard surface colliding with your skull, creating a small bump sound.
"Here?" He asked genuinely, using the leverage he had on your ass to pull you down hard against his thigh, making you jolt forward at the intense stimulation. "O-ohmy- yesyes-" You whined, shutting your eyes. Satoru chased for your lips in the dark, thankful you couldn't see him floundering around. It didn't take him long to realize your head was tipped back against the wall. Bending his slender neck down he found yours with his lips, pressing sloppy kisses into the skin there.
"Do you think you can cum from this?" He asked, trailing the kisses up your ear until he found the shell of it, biting and sucking the skin there. "Mhm I- I think so, f-feels like it." His brain almost short-circuited, his cock throbbed against your hand that was jerking him off weakly, pausing every so often when you felt a particularly good sensation. He couldn't believe his ears, you were going to cum, on his thigh, he was going to make you cum.
He swore just thinking about you unraveling on his thigh made his orgasm feel like it could wash over him at any moment, his whole body set on fire with sensitivity and arousal. "Feels like 'ur gonna cum?" He clarified, noticing how your hips started losing their pace against him. "Fuck- yes- nghhhh-" You moaned, clenching your teeth together a you felt the coil tie itself tighter it knots.
"Cum on my thigh pretty, I- I need to hear it," Gojo begged, making out with any inch of skin he could find with his lips. You were sure your neck was going to be a mess when you were finished here, but it felt too good to care. "Satoru- shit, I think I'm- gonna~" You blushed at your own words, the blush only deepening when he released a deep groan, pulling you back and forth along his thigh rapidly as he tried to bring you to your orgasm as your hips proved to be useless now.
"Shit-" Gojo was breathing heavily against your neck through his nose, the breathing coming out stuttered when he felt you come undone on his thigh, feeling his own orgasm begin to crash over him. "Oh fuuuuck-" The young man groaned, listening to your every wonton moan that spilled from your lips as your hips stuttered along his thigh, your whines and breaths coming out choppy as you came.
Gojo abandoned one of his hands on your ass, bringing it on top of yours that was weakly caressing his coc. He wrapped his hand over yours, messily interlacing your fingers as he jerked himself off using your hand, feeling the warm spurts of his cum spill into his boxers. "Just like that- j-just like that baby-" Gojo whined when you had just finished coming down from your high, some semblance of rationality seeping into your body as you picked up the motions of your hand, working him through his own orgasm with his help.
When the last of Gojo's seed had been released into his pants, you squeezed over his softening bulge one last time, his breath hitches as his hand curled his fingers over yours and pulled you off of his sensitive softening cock. "D-did you.." You asked vaguely into the dark space, to which Gojo smiled his signature smile you wished you could've seen, "A whole fucking lot." He answered, bringing his hands back to your hips as he slid his knee out from between your thighs.
You were about to speak when you heard the voices return faintly in the distance, heels clicking to follow. That's right, you were on a mission right now, Yaga had not, in fact, sent you to this old building to get yourself off of your classmate's thigh. The echoing got louder as they passed the room, muffled words could be heard through the door of the closet. "I'll send the information of the students over next, see you next time." Before goodbyes were exchanged, and the sound of a heavy entrance door opened and closed behind the Jujutsu high traitor.
"Oh shit, how lucky is that." Gojo laughed, realizing the two of you had got the information you needed just in time. "You think Yaga will mind the first ten minutes of this tape is a porno?" Gojo laughed. Oh my god, the tape recorder. Maybe you weren't so lucky after all.

MAKE THE FIRST MOVE ♡ 보이넥스트도어 🪽 ✦
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
( 𝓢 )﹕the more i get to know you, the more i like you !
IN WHICH with how shy they seem to be, you decide to confess to them first ────── BOOKSHELF ( 🗯️ )
──── 0t6!shy!boynextdoor x gn ! r ╱ ⌕ fluff, confession ∿ w. none just reader confessing ( or per say, wearing the pants in this situation 😝 ) wc. 1.4K+ ( 1483 ) 。 。 i finally finished my midterms!!! so….Hey…this is definitely a self indulgent hc abt shy bonedo…Gulps….😁
Tumblr media
MYUNG JAEHYUN
best believe that the moment you say, “i like you”, the once very confident and bubbly jaehyun turns into a complete flustered mess. he’s completely dumfounded, as if with the little signs you managed to pick up—from his not-so-subtle physical touch with you to wanting to take care of you endlessly—weren't obvious enough for you to assume there might be something more. you weren’t entirely sure of his intentions at first, but seeing the way his cheeks turned pink when you reciprocated back those actions, that was all the confirmation you needed. and despite his previous actions of boldness, it’s as if jaehyun couldn’t believe those words came out of your mouth—and they were meant for him! sure, he's made the first move plenty of times in small, almost teasing ways, but this? this was completely different. the very person he’d been crushing on months just confessed first, leaving him completely stunned. before you could think about it—to take back your confession as a joke (or out of fear of rejection)—jaehyun immediately snaps out of it in time by blurting back a “i like you too!”. now, the two of you are completely left red in the face with smiles you both can't seem to hide.
PARK SUNGHO
if anything, sungho feels like he should be calm—getting confessed to first isn’t that big of a deal, right? but as it turns out, seeing it actually happen to him feels like a much bigger deal than he ever expected. your confession is enough to send his normally composed and rational demeanor to spiral, his thoughts heading in all kinds of directions. still, sungho is nothing if not determined to keep everything together. he convinces himself that he’ll snap out of it at any given moment now, and somehow, manages to wear a calm, almost effortless expression. but don’t be fooled—beneath the surface, his emotions are anything but steady. excitement, adoration, and just about every happy feeling imaginable are coursing through him, making it almost impossible to think straight. and even if sungho wanted to take more time to be able to process what just happened, his naturally observant side quickly picks up on the slightest shift in your body language. the seemingly unnoticeable-but-very-noticeable-to-him movement of yours was enough to remind him that he has to say something. with his soft tendencies shining through, he doesn’t just give you an answer—he absolutely says yes. and because one confession clearly isn’t enough for the moment, he follows it up with one of his own. sungho simply does this after working up the courage to finally say something that he should’ve done way before. but, after all, two confessions are definitely better than one, right?
LEE SANGHYEOK
he is absolutely starstruck. riwoo completely freezes in place, blinking rapidly as he tries to figure out whether he is dreaming or not. his heart is pounding so hard that it just might burst, and he also can’t ignore the feeling of his breath being hopelessly caught up in his throat. even with the lack of his response, you can see the unmistakeable joy that lights up in his eyes. it silently gave away the fact that he also felt the same, and how much your confession meant to him. he might just be unable to say anything but give you a shy nod, a smile and a hint of blush taking over his face. it was an unspoken answer, but it was so crystal clear. he would listen intently to your words, his heart continuing to swell up with many emotions that he isn’t too sure of how to contain them. the moment you start complimenting him, it’s almost as if that was enough to make him faint right then and there. your words start hitting him ten times harder now that he knows how you feel, which makes him undeniably happy. just hearing you consistently hear you praise him is just enough for him of wanting to run out the room with how bad he was burning up. but, of course, riwoo isn’t one to just sit there and take it—no, he tries to match you, fumbling through his own compliments and maybe even attempting to one-up you. safe to say, his adorable efforts are more than enough to make it clear that the feeling is entirely mutual.
HAN DONGMIN
taesan is completely composed—at least, that’s what he’s been trying to tell himself. contrary to his sweaty palms, his eyes darting everywhere except yours, or the fact his brain is short circuiting—yeah, he is definitely doing just fine. despite him not wanting that part of him shown to you, he isn’t even completely sure of what he’s been saying for the past few minutes. a bunch of awkward “oh” and “um” slips out and believe it or not—taesan is mentally screaming at himself because the last thing he wants to do is make it seem like he’s about to reject you. that is certainly not his goal—he just happens to be processing everything you’re saying. slowly. he’s just sitting there, completely dazed, as you continued to talk—explaining why you liked him, and those very reasons seemingly filling up every part of his brain with ease. he was simply admiring you—the sole reason why he wanted to avoid eye contact—only because he knew if he looked at you any longer, he might really have no words left to say. but already, he could feel himself getting distracted, your words soon turning out to be like…blah blah blah…proper name, place name, backstory stuff…none of it registering in his brain as he’s entirely focused on you. give taesan a minute to reboot, though, and suddenly, he’s blurting out a nonchalant acceptance of your confession—like it’s no big deal. however, the moment he turns away, he can’t hide the fact that a huge smile was creeping across his face, one that only betrays him and shows how overjoyed he actually is.
KIM DONGHYUN
leehan just simply ends up nervously laughing it off because, honestly, this guy has no idea of how to react. given your usual dynamic, he can only assume you’re joking (although, normally, he would hope the flirty things you said were never that). so he smiles—completely casual, but also playful—until he catches the serious look in your eyes. now, that was the moment where everything shifted. his laugh soon falters, turning into more of a i-know-this-feeling-but-why-does-it-feel-even-more-serious kind of chuckle, especially with his heart increasing picking up its pace. with how leehan usually acts, he would’ve thrown out a teasing remark with that kind of look on your face, but this time? the words don’t even come out right. instead, he’s stuttering, fumbling, and sounding completely incoherent—drastically different from his usual self. it’s almost as if you were brought back in time, seeing the quiet and soft spoken guy from the first time you two met. now, it’s your turn to tease him, and you’re more than ready to do so. as you kept going, the redness in leehan’s ears only deepens as he desperately tries to get you to stop, mumbling protests that do nothing to help his case. that’s when you suddenly hit him with the one and only line, “you still didn’t give me your answer yet”. and just like that, he is completely wrecked. leehan practically hides behind his hands, his voice barely above a whisper as he mumbles out a shy “yes” in embarrassment. deep down, though? he’s absolutely loving every second of it.
KIM WOONHAK
congratulations, you’ve officially broken the kim woonhak. this guy is completely freaking out, and if he could, he would definitely be bouncing off the walls. but what is this poor guy instantly going to think about? that you’re joking. he knows you two are great friends—close enough that maybe this could just be one of those playful, friendly moments. but the second he catches the way you’re looking at him? yeah, that thought completely disappears, and suddenly, he’s melting into a puddle of mush. definitely pulls out the “well if you insist,” only to attempt to play it off cool, as if his heart is practically waiting to jump out of his chest at any second now. but, the second those words leave his mouth, woonhak suddenly follows along with a whole ramble about how he really feels. he’s fully convinced that his first response was awful, so now he plans on just oversharing every moment or thought he’s had about you and reconsidering your friendship with him (though he would’ve been scared to make a move to make you two pass that stage). even with him being able to somewhat pull himself together, he is still a complete mess inside. your confession is definitely not leaving any time soon—it will live rent-free in his head, for who knows how long. expect him to be smiling, giggling, and replaying the moment over and over, unable to believe it actually happened.

Mothers day lil fic with eddie x reader from june baby? 👉🏻👈🏻
mom!reader, 1.5k “Big stretch!”
You hold your arms above your head, stretching as tall as you can go. Your t-shirt rises and exposes the soft stretch of your tummy, stretch marks decorating your skin and lightened in the sun as you lean to your left side.
“Okay, now we count. One, two…”
“Three,” Junie says. “Five, six, seven.”
“You forgot four, babe. Let’s try again, okay?” You stretch to your right side. “One, two, three…”
“Five, six, four–”
You giggle. Junie, who wasn’t doing a very good job at copying your yoga poses to begin with, hears you laughing and drops her short arms to her sides. “Tummy!” she says, jumping forward to push her hand into your stomach.
“I’m telling Eddie you did that. So nasty.” You drop your arms.
“Tummy,” she says again, poking at your belly button.
You catch her hands in yours and level her with a feigned glare. “What are you trying to say about my tummy?”
She beams. It’s lovely to have a little baby that looks like you. Her joy is yours, her smile made up of your lips and teeth. She’s a mirror, and you could never not think she was gorgeous —it makes you gorgeous too.
“Guess we’re done stretching?” you ask.
She lifts her hands to your sides, a gesture to be grabbed. You lean down to collect her and drag her up for a hug, holding her low at the back to encourage face to face time. “What, you’re not talking to me?” you ask warmly.
She touches your neck.
“I know,” you say. You’re pretty sure you get it.
Outside, tires roll across grass and road alike. You listen for the whine of Eddie’s van as it parks, grinning all over again when it comes. He’s not supposed to see you today, it’s Sunday, he has too much stuff to do.
If he’s outside, it means he swapped his shifts again or called out, which means he’s gonna give you one of his speeches about being sickly sweet in love with you. You can pretend you don’t like them as much as you want, but there’s no better feeling than being loved like you’re something special.
You open the door before he can, and he needs it, anyhow. To your confusion, he’s carrying a cellophane wrapped bouquet made up of a hundred different colours and a white box in the other, arms full and naked, no jacket to hide from the early summer sun. Your eyes widen as he gets to the steps. He looks like he made an effort to see you (and it doesn’t matter that he doesn’t always, you love him as he is, but you can’t help asking yourself why).
“What’s going on?” you ask.
Eddie smiles. “What do you mean?”
“What’s the stuff for?” There’s a bag hanging from his elbow.
“This stuff?” he asks, cresting the last step.
“Hi,” Junie says.
“Hi, babe.”
“Hi.” She reaches for the flowers. “Pretty.”
“You think so? I got them for your mommy but I’m sure she’ll share them with you.”
You’re nonplussed as he moves in to kiss your cheek and skirt around you. “Come on. This stuff’s heavy,” he says, the cellophane crunching against his chest as he squeezes past you into your home.
“Eddie, what is that stuff?”
“You don’t know what day it is today?”
You think about it for a second at least. “No?”
It’s not your birthday, not Junie’s. You and Eddie can’t have made it to your first anniversary already, but perhaps six months? You try to do the maths in your head. Eddie puts the white box on your kitchen table, the bag on Junie’s high chair, and the flowers by the sink.
“You really don’t know, do you?” he asks, some sympathy in play.
“Eddie, we did stretches!” Junie says from your arms.
You offer her to him. He wraps her up and makes it look easy, baby on his hip. Quick kiss pressed to her cheek. “Yeah? Mom’s got you doing yoga again?”
You’re drawn to the box like a magnet.
“What is it?” you ask.
“It’s for you, babe,” he says easily, smiling as Junie tucks a curl behind his ear. “It’s all for you. You can open it.”
“You sure?”
“Of course I am. Open it up.”
You take the box’s lid off, lips parting in surprise. Happy Mother’s Day has been written in white writing against a baby pink cake. It’s simple, without frills, but it’s sweet and it looks soft to the touch.
“Is it today?” you ask.
“Yeah, babe. I can’t believe you didn’t know.” Eddie shifts Junie forward to stop her from tangling his hair. “That’s a lie, I totally can. Quick, come here.”
You slot into his side, expecting the kiss, but not the second one against the apple of your cheek. “Happy Mother’s Day. I would’ve been here sooner, but I had to make sure my mom knew I was thinking about her first.” He taps your noses together before pulling away. “You’re the best mom ever, so. Me and June got you some presents. No biggie.”
“Junie got me this?”
“Who do you think wrote on the cake?”
Eddie pretends to eat Junie’s hand, to her delight. You feel the cardboard of your box between your fingers, no attempt made to hide the achingly huge smile that’s taking shape. “And the bags for me too?” you ask.
Eddie can hear it in your voice. “The bag’s for you too, of course. You're the mother.” He snarfs against Junie’s wrist. “Um-num-num.”
You drag the bag from Junie’s blue and orange high chair across the table to peek inside. It’s a flat, paper bag from a clothing store, so the contents surprise you for being much more than clothes. Your smile gets worse with each item unveiled from its tissue paper depths: a humble box of fancy chocolates, a bag of your favourite chips, a small black box and a pair of pyjamas wrapped together with a ribbon.
You hesitate with the box, hand atop it, head tilting toward your shoulder. Eddie doesn’t notice your hesitation, or at least he’s pretending not to, pretending to nibble Junie’s sleeve where she’s laughing it up in his arms.
“What’s in the box?”
He looks up quickly. Not pretending. “Oh, that’s– If you don’t like it, I can take it back. It’s nothing crazy.”
“You’re proposing.” The box is shaped for a bracelet or necklace rather than a ring.
He nods severely. “Will you do me the honour?”
You laugh softly and line your thumb to the box’s seam. It opens on a tense hinge, clicking into place.
It’s a bracelet made up of silver beads. There’s a small flat-circle charm between the beads, that, upon closer inspection, harbours two hearts, one bigger than the other.
“It’s nothing fancy, okay? So if it breaks you won’t feel bad. It’s real silver though, you don’t have to take it off much if you don’t want to. I don’t know. I think it’s, like, a reminder of her when you’re not together.” Junie whines, encouraging Eddie to press another peck to her cheek as he hugs her tighter, and takes a step closer to you. “If you don’t like it, it’s really fine.”
You slip the bracelet onto your wrist. It goes without saying you’ve never had much jewellery.
Taking his face into your hands is easy. Holding him tenderly is second nature. “Thank you,” you say, eye to eye, willing it to sink in deeply. “I love you.”
“Yeah, I love you, too. And Junie loves you more than anybody. You deserve to know that.”
“I do,” you say, glad when he puckers up for a kiss. You kiss his pouting lips misaligned to nobody’s worry, adding another for thankfulness, and a third just because. He’s smirking before you’ve so much as pulled away.
“And thank you!” you add saccharinely, stroking Junie’s cheek, though the idea that she had anything to do with your gifts is funny. “I wouldn’t get to be a mommy if it wasn’t for you. I love you.”
“Love you,” Junie says distractedly, more interested by the stud earring in Eddie’s lobe.
He gives you both a soft, soft look, startlingly yards away from his previous smirking. “You’re the best girls in the world.”
“You're the best boyfriend.” You curve an arm around him to steal him and press your face into his arm. “I love you,” you say, smushed. “Thank you so much for everything. I love you.”
“I love you, too,” he says.
“I really love you.”
“Yeah,” he says, his nose touching your head as he cranes his head down to you. “It’s okay, sweetheart, I love you too. You deserve it, alright?”
Junie pats your head. “Love love love you. Kiss?”
She almost blinds you trying to kiss you in the eye as you turn your face toward her, but it’s nice.

audite me.
Tumblr media
synopsis: You make the mistake of telling Dottore how much his voice affects you. He’s eager to test the limits of that.
includes: dottore w/ fem! reader
notes: Dottore makes you come with just his voice alone. Established relationship, voice kink, reader is blindfolded, bondage (he straps you to the examination table), no actual penetration (yet), dirty talk, praise, he just watches you and talks the whole time, brief mention of the segments fucking you, brief mention of consensual filming, reader uses no pronouns. Minors DNI.
Tumblr media
In the midst of everything that went on in your life, Dottore’s voice was always there at the end of the day.
It was there to add to your joy when you were happy. It was there to comfort you and cut through your bad thoughts when you were sad. It was there to steady you and calm you down when you were angry. Even if you two were just having a normal conversation, his voice and words always made your heart flip in some way.
More specifically, his voice rendered you especially defenseless when you two were intimate. He could range from smooth and cooing when he was praising you, or perhaps low and rough when he was being mean, even to a high, cocky laugh if he desired to watch you struggle. It drove you crazy in a good kind of way.
The topic came up in conversation one day - the conversation being about sex. Although it was definitely quite embarrassing for you to discuss such a thing, especially when Dottore had a straight and unaffected face the whole time, the scholar required it for research. (The research being how he can make it more pleasurable the next time, how to make you come even more, if he can make you even more far gone… and of course any discomforts.) Regardless, you decided to offhandedly mention it.
“I think you should talk some more,” you offered as a suggestion. Although Dottore certainly didn’t shy away from talking while fucking you, oftentimes he let your incoherent babbling and lewd noises speak for itself.
“Is that so?” The scholar made sure to write that down as he hummed in interest.
“Of course! I love listening to you,” you smiled, both of you well aware of when you’d listen to his tangents, especially back in the Akademiya. He always got embarrassed when you paid attention so wholeheartedly.
“I see. How else does my voice make you feel?” You couldn’t see it, but he already had a devious plan in motion.
“Well… you know. Good!” You tried to keep your answer short because you didn’t want to verbally admit how much it affected you sometimes.
“Just good?” Dottore questioned. “I would think it would have much more of an impact if you’re bold enough to tell me.” With that, he swiftly got up from his seat and loomed over where you were sitting not too far away, with a crooked smile. “Now, I would appreciate it if you didn’t withhold any crucial details. I wonder, does my voice provide merely mental stimulation or does it extend to your body as well? Is it affecting you right now?” Your mouth opened and closed, struggling to form a response from how close he was.
“I g-guess I feel a bit tingly,” you ended up admitting, hoping he’d finally drop his teasing. Dottore pulled back with a chuckle, and you just barely let out a sigh of relief before he suddenly picked you up in his arms and started walking toward the middle of the room.
“Hey!” You squirmed in his grip but he simply patted your back in an attempt to comfort you.
“Relax,” Dottore purred. “I just want to run a test on you,” he said as if it was no big deal. “Don’t worry. I have a feeling you’ll enjoy this very much.” Although you had reason to doubt his words considering his past experiments on you, you didn’t protest much when the Harbinger laid you down on the cool examination table. But then suddenly, with the press of a button, restraints appeared to cuff your arms and legs to the table - you didn’t even know that was a feature. As quickly as that happened, the doctor began pulling off your clothes and leaving you bare, save for your underwear.
“What are you going to do?” You gasped as you tried to move around, but of course, the restraints were strong enough to mostly hinder that.
“Relax,” he repeated himself again, smiling as he patted your head. “I won’t do anything,” he stated, which obviously sounded like a lie - he was especially hands-on when it came to you.
“Huh…?” You watched as Dottore shuffled around in the drawers for something, and then produced a silky blindfold.
“This should help to strengthen your other senses,” he remarked, tying it around your eyes so your vision went dark. Now, you could only hear the clicking of his shoes as he walked away, and then returned, the sound of something dropping against another nearby table. His notes, perhaps? But before you could question him, Dottore finally spoke.
“As I said, I won’t do anything to you,” he began, starting to walk again. This time, however, you imagined he was pacing around you, eyes boring into your nude body. “I won’t touch you. And as for you… you won’t need to do anything either. You will stay there until I am satisfied.”
“Okay…”
“Are you still confused, beloved?” He chuckled, and then you could hear tapping quite close to you, presumably his fingers drumming against the table. “Today’s experiment will serve to not only indulge your desire, but also to see how much I can make your pretty pussy drip without any physical stimulation. I believe it will be quite fascinating,” you could practically hear the smile in his tone. But you, on the other hand, were very much now wiggling in a fruitless attempt to escape.
“I can’t do that! That- that’s too much!” As much as you loved his voice, not having his fingers or cock to go with it would be torturous.
“You can take it,” he reassured you, although you were pretty sure you could not, in fact, take it. “I’m not even fucking you. Surely you can handle this? Or perhaps I’ve underestimated my own power,” he commented, wondering if he’d discovered another thing to hold over your head. Some more click-clicks and scribbling against paper followed, before he spoke again.
“What to start with…” Dottore said to himself as he observed your trembling form. “The basics, I suppose.” The man walked back to you before he noticed the slight damp spot on your underwear. “Or perhaps that won’t be necessary. You seem to already be worked up. Tell me, what else should I say? Your input is very much needed and appreciated in this experiment as well.” You tried to control your racing heart and force out some words. At this point, it was better to go along with him than to deny his whims.
“Please, anything… or just tease me,” you said honestly, which made your lover contemplate for a few moments.
“But I thought you hated it when I teased you? Or was that just a lie?” You swallowed deeply and remained silent, your head fuzzy with only his voice, as your vision was completely dark, when suddenly you felt a puff of air near your ear and his voice so close to you. “I expect an answer,” Dottore demanded.
“No! I mean, yes and no at the same time,” you quickly tried to defend yourself but you didn’t have much of a good argument.
“I see… I see. That leaves me to question what times you were secretly fond of my teasing. Was it the time I kept making you come on my tongue and fingers, refusing to give you my cock? I do remember you begging me to stop and hurry up. Did you like that, love?” His deep voice and words had your chest twitching, struggling to maintain composure.
“Or maybe it’s the opposite. Did you enjoy when I properly fucked you and wouldn’t let you come on my cock? I recall you being so tearful, but I wouldn’t be surprised if you liked it.” You sniffed and eventually, you could feel tears bubbling at the corner of your eyes. Adding to his words, you could hear him pacing around you, like how a predator would circle its prey. An astute comparison, considering how he was devouring you right now. Dottore just kept listing off dirty things, watching as you cried and flailed against the restraints, trying so hard to get some kind of pleasure but failing.
“Ah, but I know one thing for sure. You’re enjoying it right now, aren’t you?” He hummed as he eyed your soaked underwear. “After all, my eyes do not deceive me.” With great precision, he quickly slipped your underwear down without touching your skin, revealing your sopping cunt. You couldn’t help but whimper, wishing his skin was against yours.
“Please,” you choked out, a sincere plea for him to finally touch you. You waited for him to at least wipe your tears away with his fingers, but he never did. If anything, he was probably standing over you with a sick smile.
“Hmm… if I knew you were so sensitive to my voice, I would have taken some more measures. Ah, maybe I should borrow your Kamera. Yes, that would do, wouldn’t it? Recording some lines for you to touch yourself to… telling you what to do even when I’m not there… I wonder, would you listen to me or get too carried away?” Dottore laughed at the notion of you delaying your orgasm as his recorded voice ordered, simply because you were so good for him and would never want to disappoint him, even when he wasn’t there.
“And perhaps I should get you to record yourself as well? To see whether you deserve a punishment or not?” The restraints made you unable to squeeze your thighs together, but they still allowed you to buck your hips into the air, grinding against only the air, much to your dismay.
“Oh? You seem to favor that, don’t you?” Dottore seemed pleased with your response before his tone dropped. “But now that I think about it, even if I did provide you with that solution… would you even utilize it? You’d prefer to go to one of my segments to satisfy yourself, wouldn’t you? You’d rather be drilled by their cocks instead of waiting for me. Dirty thing,” he clicked his tongue in disappointment.
At this point, your cunt was aching and dripping with need, your back arching and flattening, your body twisting around for something, anything, loud pants and sighs coming from your lips. His voice was all that occupied your mind, his promises leaving you needy.
“Tell me, what vivid images are you picturing right now?” At Dottore’s question, you could briefly hear the rustling and unbuckling of something, but you weren’t sure what it was.
“I… I…”
“Go on now. This is beneficial for both of us.” Dottore began languidly stroking himself, wondering what was going on in that usually intelligent mind of yours, now pliable to his desires.
“Zandik, need you now, n-need you to…” your words died on your tongue, the growing feeling between your legs rendering your words impossible.
“Hmm… I’m not sure whether to consider this a success as your mind already seems to be gone, or a failure since I’m unable to collect more evidence. A pity. If I had to guess, however, I suppose you’re thinking about being my cumdump, yes? Seeing as that is what always happens,” Dottore said matter-of-factly, noticing how your breathing was rapidly speeding up.
“Now, what would you prefer? Should I keep you tied up? And should I use your mouth or cunt first? But it does seem that your pussy is tired of being neglected,” he mused in false pity, watching as you wildly bucked your hips. “Yes, I’ll fill you up nice and full, and then have you clean me up like a good pet. That sounds good, doesn’t-” Before Dottore could finish his words, your flurry of incoherent words interrupted him as your juices splattered onto the examination table, your shaking legs and gasping adding further confirmation to what just happened.
“…You actually came. I must admit, even I didn’t expect that. Excellent, my dear, excellent. You truly never cease to amaze me,” Dottore praised you, his compliment swimming dumbly around in your mind.
Your restraints and blindfold were soon removed, but your body was too tired to move around anyway. Dottore stroked your thighs gently in an effort to calm you down, but your mind was so filled with his voice that you barely noticed that the tip of his cock was now rubbing against your pussy.
“Now, darling, why don’t I fill you up with something more… substantial?”

— ✦ Yandere Targaryens w/ parental reader ✦ —
You do not blame the faults of their foremothers, for they were subjected to prejudice and soul-crushing torment by their forefathers. And for their forefathers you do not weep. You seek to change the damage done to this family—curse from the gods or not. No coin will be flipped. You have it now.
If you knew the consequences of that, then perhaps you would have changed course. Stopped before you started. Never have stepped foot within the palace. But, alas, the gods have a cruel way of punishing you for your well-intended hubris.
Alicent and Rhaenyra, bless their injured souls, cling to you like molasses on the bark of a tree. They drink in your presence like Arbor red. And get just as intoxicated from it. You keep them together, soothe their woes, and tame the growing division inside the family.
It's exhausting. You don't get paid nearly enough. But bringing comfort to the scared children hidden inside every one of them brings you a nearly indescribable joy. They care for you in their odd way. A bit obsessive, perhaps. That is to be expected.
They are so cute with their queerness.
Aegon and Aemond vie for your attention like quarreling dragons. They shove each other and bicker. They undermine the other's authority. All for your love.
Aegon lays in your lap and sobs about his troubles. You tamp his hair down, tamping down his promiscuous habits. He visits whores less often. He's more attentive to his responsibilities. And he, honest to the gods, smiles. A genuine smile. It nearly made you burst into tears the first time you saw it.
Aemond is less demanding, more broody. He is used to being under Aegon's shadow. The child who listens, acts right, and never asks for anything more than he gets. He prefers reading with and/or to you. He stalks you, as if you can't tell. (You always assume you are being followed or watched at one time or another. It's the nature of the job.) By far his favorite pastime is you tending to him in such a tender manner, almost motherly.
Brush his hair. Help him choose his clothes. Compliment his face and coo at how pretty he is.
"A missing eye is nothing of shame. You lived through it. You survived. And you have Vhagar. That proves how strong you are. But even without her, you are worthy. You have worth, more than any gold or gem."
To him you are worth more than his own life. His sword is coated in so much blood he can hardly see the metallic shine. Avenging you from people's grievances. It's the one time where Aegon and he agree. Protect you. Love you. Fight each other about you.
All Helaena asks is to have a modicum of your attention. Your praise. Your approval. You don't see her as some strange, otherworldly cook. You see her as her. You allow her to talk about her special interest, bugs. You don't shame her for stimming or getting overstimulated. You make sure the cooks get her food right every time.
You are truly a godsend. And she does her best to keep you with her at all times. Manipulation, coercion, blackmailing. Those are such vile words. Love is the true word. The only word that describes why and what she does for you.
You, undoubtedly, are the steadfast parental figure Baela and Rhaena have been searching for. Cast out into the seas of life with a ship but no crew, they had not the faintest clue of where to sail. You are their crew, their second mate, their maester. They hang onto your every word as if it is a divine prophecy destined to be true.
You learn how to take care of their hair, similar to Aemond. You show them what little you know about the world. You are their anchor to normalcy. They can brave their storms while you are around. Be themselves. Not nobles or Targaryens, and all the baggage that comes with that.
You do it with Jacaerys and Lucerys. Bastards or not, they are worthy of love and respect. They'll always be Targaryens to you. It runs through their veins. You can tell. As they have the same overprotective and slightly frightening tendencies that the rest of their family has. You watch them spar. You learn the language of their ancestors along with them. You take care of their scrapes and mend their clothes.
You are theirs.
Anyone be damned who tries to take you from them.
