What are your thoughts on the Blue Fairy? I always saw her as a villain on Once even though I know she was suppose to be one of the "good" people.
If the writers had revealed that the Blue Fairy was the real Big Bad, the ultimate puppet master, a being so old and so powerful that it made the Dark One look like a punk kid, I would not have been surprised at all.
It's just the facts of what's on screen. I rewatched The Return recently, and there's no way that certain lines were written without an double meaning in mind. Examples include:
The Rheul Gorm being described as "The Original Power," who "rules the night," and is "bigger than anything."
The DAMNING line, "There is good magic and there is bad magic, and I'm on the right side."
"Of course you would think of a curse instead of a blessing." This gives the impression that whether a thing is good or bad depends on who does it? Which is an interesting take that never gets explored.
This isn't even getting into the ways that Blue is just kind of a self-righteous hardass. (Refusing to let Nova and Grumpy be together, refusing to let Tinkerbell try to help Regina.) I'm a little more forgiving with these examples because "good is not nice" is a perfectly valid character trait.
There's also the fact that in Season Two, Cora impersonated the Blue Fairy to convince baby Snow White to kill someone (or something, I haven't seen that episode in forever) and it didn't seem that implausible. Doing morally questionable stuff for the "greater good" is absolutely in Blue's playbook.
I'm not gonna say that she's evil. But she's definitely shady. Like Rumple, she is working on her own plan for her own reasons. However, these motivations that are never brought to light. And there could be perfectly reasonable explanations! If fucking Zeleana and Hades get a sympathetic backstory, I wouldn't put it past that show to give Blue good reasons for being guarded. But the fact that it's all unresolved is one of the many niggling plot holes of Once Upon a Time.

When you said that the unluckiest person is most hopeful, it reminded me of Nagito Komaeda. If the universe were combined, do you think he would fair well having Anti Cosmo as his anti fairy?
Funnily enough, I feel like it would be Hajime who would have an anti-fairy companion. I mean, he’s surrounded by extremely skilled people! That would attract bad luck in some way for him. Nagito wouldn’t be good food for anti-fairies. Or Fairies. Or Pixies.
...Honestly, Fairies aren’t quite sure what food he produces. It’s like a weird amalgamation of luck, desire, greed, and all sorts of emotions they can’t disentangle. Like a crockpot gone horribly horribly wrong. Eating any bit of that would make any fairy sick.
Eugh. The hell is wrong with that one.

"blue would hate shadow" WRONG did you people even SEE how devastated he was when shadow died. blue's entire THING is going "ARGH WHATEVER I DON'T CARE" and then he proceeds to care so fucking deeply about everything. RED, on the other hand, ABSOLUTELY has a precedent for pulling some shit like. idk. locking shadow in a room full of light energy (or something like that) and then when the other three links are yelling at him to let shadow out he's just like "oh but isn't it so much more peaceful around here like this? teehee!!! :3 alright alright i'm just kidding!! i'll let him out now <3" like that little shit didn't even have the barest minimum of a REACTION when shadow died and he canonically holds grudges even if it's not for very long. blue and shadow would not be at each other's throats bro shadow would be hiding behind blue every time red comes into his line of sight for at least a week and a half because red keeps smiling and waving at him in a manner that somehow manages to be both cheerful and threatening at once. except nobody notices it but shadow so blue thinks he's fucking nuts but keeps letting him hide behind him anyway

Alchemist: The princess is too young to analyze her feelings. It is written here... that all little girls who are asked... "Whom will you wed when you grow up?" reply: "I want to marry Daddy."
King: Have you a daughter?
Alchemist: No, unfortunately. But if I did… I should certainly marry her.
