weird experience in the gateway tapes

I've only recently moved onto Focus 12. I attempted a few times and wasn't convinced I had reached it. Last night, I finally did.

I have a background of precognitive dreams, which I haven't had in a few years for some reason, which I kind of miss weirdly enough, since my precognitive dreams were almost always of bad things happening.

While in Focus 12, I started seeing a dark space underground, like a basement but deeper. I could see a hole in a wall so I looked into the hole, but part of my mind got scared and I felt myself go backward, like I was leaving Focus 12 maybe? I don't know, it felt weird. But I knew that there was a kid behind the wall, who had been kidnapped. Then I counted myself back into Focus 12. And I saw a kid alone in an abandoned (construction zone?) area, and I knew something bad was going to happen, so I was following him but I didn't have a body.

I lost the vision and floated back into empty blackness.

The whole time, it wasn't clear as day, but more like how a dream looks, but I was not asleep. I was conscious the whole time.

I don't know if this was just my imagination but because of my past with precognition and that I finally reached Focus 12 for the first time, I don't know what to think.

Has anyone had visions or anything like this when in Focus 12 before?

Okay so I was just trying the gateway experience and I was on orientation so the very beginning. Has anyone else whose tried it suddenly feel like you can’t breath? I got like ten minutes in and I had to stop because suddenly I felt like someone just popped a squat on my chest and I’m still struggling to breathe and catch my breath now. I could just be getting sick or something but it was so sudden and odd. Someone please tell me if this is normal 😭

The Gateway Experience | Your Mind Will be Blown Away

Okay, so earlier today, while doing some research, I stumbled across this document that has completely blow my mind away. Never have I had my mind blown away so much as this, since I first read Eric Von Deniken's 'Chariots of the Gods' when I was just 11 years old.

This document, which was kept secret by the USA's Department of Defense, from 1983 till 2003, is primarily a document which explains the techniques used in the Remote Viewing Training Program code-named the Gateway Experience.

However, the parts that really blew me away, were the explanations about how and why we, the universe and everything within it exists. It has a breakdown of how our conscience exists and how we can use it to reach higher states of consciousness and reach and explore other dimensions using such tools as Hypnosis, Transcendental Meditation, Audio Frequency Vibrations and Out-of-Body experiences to tap into the Akashic Record, or Absolute as it is called in this document.

Daniel discussed his experiences with out-of-body experiences (OBEs) and second body phenomena, seeking to understand their consistency and frequency. He shared his observations from reading Robert Monroe's books and wondered if his experiences were common and could be valuable to institutions like the Monroe Institute. Daniel also discussed his experiences with second body phenomena, where he felt a non-physical presence or connection with someone else, and wondered if these experiences were purely psychological or involved some form of interconnectedness beyond the physical realm.

Guide to shifting with F10 (90 degree angle arm method)

Hey guys, Sorry I kinda left- I been busy with college and I say i'm going to post but then I dont. ANYWAY, I have two more methods that can help. Enjoy

WHAT?

To start off, what's the method? This method is from the Focus 10 help in gateway tapes help menu. From my gateway tapes method, I mentioned how important states are and especially F10. With gateway tapes, you will spend more of your time in F10 than in other states. Anyway, there is a way to practice F10 and enter it. If you're a long time sub of my blog, I made a graph of how F10 is a seed of all spirituality when it comes to astral, shifting and even lucid dreaming. To recap, F10 is mind awake and body asleep. It's the state that we enter when drifting to sleep. It's NOT hypnagogia and deep relaxation. F10 is when the left side of the brain is “asleep” (in deep REM waves) and the right side of the brain is “awake”(alpha waves). The reason why it's important is because the left side of your brain is “logical”. Meaning, it refuses any suggestions that a person will tell it because it is grounded to stick with laws and “truth”(what a person can only see). The right side takes in anything but its more of the freedom and creativity. Now, it's possible to enter hypnagogia through F10 but that is only for more experts because people claim that it's hard to switch between states.

METHOD

There's two ways to do this.

A) have your arm drop FULLY and be in F10. Then freestyle it to be in your Dr

B) do the arm method while doing a guide meditation

MY EXPERIENCE

Doing the arm method while in a guide meditation really helps. Another thing helps is btb. My schedule looks like

1. Wake up 4 hours early (right into REM sleep)

2. Arm method for a while listening to a guide meditation

3. Shift

You can do it in silence, their not need to do a guide meditation but my experience. It works best with the guide so I'm not paying attention or thinking about something else. Again, this is a tool and can be alternated

Throw back to that one night i was on the bus returning home from my art classes, and we passed by a street with a lot of strip clubs and such. There was this little convenience store, with the usual cold fluorescent convenience store lights, nestled in-between dark clubs with neon lights showing the outlines of women in bikinis. It had two rows of ice cream freezers, one on each side of the entrance, and there were two girls dressed in tiny shorts and colorful bras sitting on one freezer on the left row, eating ice cream, while a young priest was leaning on the freezer opposite them holding an ice cream of his own. And I know, rationally, that he was likely pestering them about the word of his god and sin and whatnot, but for the few moments I saw them, from the way they were sitting and with the familiar sight of a convenience store and ice cream freezers, they looked like 3 best friends gossiping on a friday evening, eating ice cream and laughing and actually, truly embodying whatever love humans are supposed to have for each other.

To find out that, that the weird kid in your class got kidnapped and had a gun fight on the beach.
