Jianyu, though he understands how to play political games / the nuances of diplomacy, he would rather avoid all of that if he can and leave that to someone else, in this case, usually his captain since he is skilled at maneuvering these scenes. Individuals who say one thing and mean another tend to aggravate him as he just doesn't like games like this at all and prefers if everyone is just straightforward. As a result, he tends to be the worst person for anything that involves finesse with wordplay.

ik marbel hates women but when will comic writers stop erasing important female characters from the lives of male characters? natasha is as important to buck's history as he is to hers. ( and before anyone says anything, yes it is 100% okay if you don't ship them. it isn't about that. it is about female characters constantly being erased from the history of fan's favorite male characters. if it isn't the writers themselves erasing them it is the fans. male characters can have important female characters in their lives who are there for them and aren't the bad guys. that doesn't make the male characters weak or less than. ) when will marbel hire people who know their comics history or have at the very least read a few comics and not just looked the wiki pages? when will these writers stop making shit up and or trying to appeal to mcu fans? there are decades of history new writers can look back on when writing characters instead of saying fuck it i'll make my own shit up. i really thought the new ws book was going to be different than the natasha book that came out a while go bc different writers, but nope. they both suck and honestly? imo lee making her own backstory for bucky is slapping burbaker in the face. without him the winter soldier would literally not exist.
