Help Save Charlie Bradbury!

We hope to send 200 postcards to Jeremy Carver and Robert Singers, the showrunners of Supernatural, whom we have learned during this weekend’s Asylum made the decision to have Charlie killed off.

As you may know, the #BringBackCharlie hashtag was created by Robbie Thompson. He wants Charlie back and we couldn’t agree more! 

Robbie is the creator of Charlie Bradbury. He along with Jim Michaels (producer of the Supernatural for the past 10 seasons) and some of the other writers were against killing this character off. They felt it “went too far”, but the ultimate decision fell on their bosses.

That decision is now done, and whatever impact they hoped Charlie’s death would have on Dean or season 10, will happen. But what about next season?

The writers return to their offices later this month to start planning the new season. As some of you may know, the ratings for “Dark Dynasty” were the LOWEST of any episode in Supernatural’s 10 year history. With ratings so low, season 11 may be the last season for this series, which means that this will be our only chance to save Charlie.

Characters being resurrected is not uncommon for Supernatural. We are not asking for something that has never been done. We’re asking that Charlie, considered family for both Dean and Sam, be revived the way they have been, countless times

10 years since Deathly Hallows.

It’s been 10 years since Deathly Hallows. I joined the fandom a few weeks later at Prophecy, a decision that profoundly changed my life for the better. In the decade since I've written for the Wizrocklopedia, The Leaky Cauldron, & GeekyNews. I've played in The Chocolate Frogs, The Nifflers, Gred and Forge, and even very briefly (twice!) with Harry and the fucking Potters. I've attended ten Harry Potter cons in Canada, the US, and England. I've been lucky enough to work press for three of those cons, and then staff for a further five!

I've played on stage with my heroes and my friends. More importantly, my heroes have become my friends. People have come into my life and made me better in ways I never could have imagined. All of it, thanks to fandom. Hundreds of friends in America and beyond, thanks to fandom. I owe so much of who I am to the People of Potter. I GREW UP in this fandom, I was 15 in 2007. I'm so grateful to have been surrounded by such incredibly-formative positivity!

Today we remember something that we'll never, ever forget, and celebrate the myriad ways it's made our lives better.
