you are a mecha protagonist in the making. you've never piloted a mech before, but in a dire emergency, you've been chosen to do so. two models are available to you- one is controlled manually, with buttons and levers, while one makes a psychic connection with the pilot, allowing it to be controlled with one's mind. both are functionally the same, in terms of fighting ability, but your ability to control it could make the difference between life and death.
