Y’all remember that post about Phantom constantly visiting a planetarium after hours and the people sometimes turn the projectors on for him? Imagine if he got ghostnip-ed and after the recorded show was over, he basically pawed at the ceiling until someone came out and asked what he was doing, and he gives that person the saddest, most pathetic “wet cat” look of all time and they immediately turn it on for him again because they can’t decide to laugh or cry at that face of utter despair and disappointment.

His face was like “where’d the space go? 🥺”

⟢ I tried to rush this, but still did wildly 6 hours on this. Dude, for real. Sometimes I just hate my brain. And I feel like I can’t draw today. So, I’m sorry if the anatomy looks a bit off xD.

⟢ Okay, so. Favourite AU! Does all of this technically count as an AU? Pitch Pearl, Ghost Hunger, probably Ghostnip too. Danny’s not fourteen anymore, he’s eighteen and still aging. He’s depressed, has PTSD, major identity issues, and yeah—Phantom talks to him in his head. It’s kind of like Dissociative Identity Disorder, but ghost-coded. Momma’s boy label, but it’s drenched with betrayal—because she helped carve him open. Literally. Captured by the GiW, and his parents finished the job. Vivisection. Dissection. Like he isn’t even their son, because they think Phantom is a parasite that’s clinging to Danny, and Danny is Phantom’s host—Phantom possessing Danny. Vlad being Danny’s biological father. Yeah. That should be it, I think.

Danny Phantom Sandwich Prompt

Just a silly little thought I had. 

Danny gets into some weird ectoplasm/ghostnip accidentally, and this causes problems. Mainly a high/drunk/intoxicated Danny is now really hungry. So, gathering his wits and ingredients, he proceeds to attempt to make the most outrageously perfect sandwich ever.

After it gets stolen, a very intoxicated Fenton or Phantom must attempt to get back his (potentially mildly radioactive) sandwich. 

Is this just the “Time Sandwich” episode from adventure time? Pretty much.

Danny abruptly paused, head perking up and looking around like something was in the air. Tim and Kon glanced at each other before turning their gazes back at Danny just as the ghost boy turned back around the way they came and sped walked down the hall.

They trailed in pursuit behind their teammate and friend. Neither knew what had suddenly gotten into Phantom, but when the ghost took a sharp left and stopped, Tim figured they would find out soon.

Phantom didn't move, staring at something in the room. Tim followed his gaze, becoming slightly perturbed when he noticed that Phantom's pupils had dilated, similar to a cat's. Phantom was staring at Batman and Wonder Woman; the two engaged in some discussion across the room.

Or, more so, he was staring at the stick of kryptonite in Batman's hand.

Kryptonite, to some ghosts, is just like candy. To others, it's like catnip. And sometimes, it's both.

AU rambles - Ghost Plants

You know this ghostnip idea that ghosts acts like cats on them? we also have the Blood blossoms that effect ghosts negatively.  so the idea is that more ghost pants could be fun. let’s say a mushroom or something like it are used by mature ghost in food. but the equivalent of baby ghosts shouldn't be eating them cuz they kinda space out, like they stoned or something if they eat them. so anyway the au idea hinges on someone not in the know that Danny is a baby ghost so to say. Possible under the impression that Danny is millennia old as he has time traveled. the ghost shares a stew or something containing the plant with him. And now has to babysit him while the effect wears off. but also fend Danny of from eating more of it.

Franky’s ghostnip aura has 2 layers and the less visible bottom one is the same as Vey’s calming aura :)

It’s not the same power or anything I just copy pasted it from Franky’s file to Veylin’s because I was lazy and it worked lmao

Wait, instead of blood blossoms, what if Manny accidentally gave Danny flowers that effects may act as ghost catnip and turn Danny high as a kite?

Manny brings him some white iridescent flowers from the ghost zone and Danny notices that they have a very pleasant scent, so he keeps them. Manny returns one hour later to Danny’s house because he forgot something and found Danny in ghost form levitating off the ground, muttering about colorful squids plotting to steal his Nutella.

One quick trip to Frostbite and it turns out Manny gave him the ghost equivalent of catnip and Danny was exposed to it for a bit too long. Not long enough that they’d be worried, it’ll wear off in a few hours.

And yes, there simply must be a scene where Danny absolutely refuses to leave Manny’s side and absolutely melting at the affection Manny is giving him. And purring! Ghost purring is the best! Many believe it’s because ghost core vibrations that communicate things like feelings of safety, love, and comfort are one of the few ghost noises humans can hear, and the vibrations sound just like purring.

Danny: You’re mine.

Manny: Without a shadow of a doubt.

Danny: And you’re not going with the colorful squids.

Manny: No, love.

Danny: …Can I have affection, please?

Manny, already coming over for cuddles and to smother Danny with kisses and compliments: Say less.

The local grocery stores have the Fenton parents on speed dial post-reveal. This is because when Danny is really out of it (ghostnip, heatwaves messing with ice core, etc.) He may sometimes be found in Phantom form chilling in their ice freezer.

UM! Franky's fun because he doesn't just see ghosts, he attracts them! But he doesn't actually know that part, so he has no idea why he's always inundated with spirits.

He's especially attractive to lost souls and the little wispies that are always floating around him. I like to think of those as sort of... stains on reality rather than actual dead trolls. Like the idea that poltergeists can be created by teenage angst? Emotions, memories, desires... They're ghosts that have faded so much those things are all that remains of them

BUT AGAIN! FRANKY DOESN'T KNOW ANY OF THIS! He just knows spirits follow him and he hates them.

Those who can see ghosts are also able to see his little ghostnip aura, which! Fun fact! Is made from the same base drawing as Veylin's calming aura :]] And that's intentional!!! Because! That's what Franky's presence does for them!!!!

So he attracts pained souls and whatnot because he can dilute their suffering :)
