Happy Thursday!! The day before Friday and then that means a holiday weekend. Which is always nice to have nice work free weekends. But I have a side job that isn't like work even tho it is work so I won't complain about hauling some cars 😊 Morning leg workout was done and my legs definitely felt jelly afterwards because I tried to really limit my rests to the end and just go one after another. Everyone trains differently so some people might enjoy longer rests where as i like minimal rests and more working sessions as my goals are some strong strength, a lot of function, and some aesthetics goals thrown in their because let's real....i want to look good and feel good. I was just talking to @kimmibeefit yesterday during our photoshoot 😏 about squats and how even 135 is a bit difficult for me now since I dropped the weight while competing. My PR on squat was 225 which seems like forever ago😩 I would definitely love to work my way back up there again but for now I'm focusing on my form and trying not to die at the same time 😅 squatting 135 here. Traveling to New York, and I think everyone at the hotel got the memo to work out, so all I had was a small corner, but, I made it work and had one of the best Glutes Workouts.
8-12 reps x 4 sets
1. Seated Good Mornings
2. Clamshells with thrusts

4. Reverse lunges

⚡️STAY STRONG⚡️ I have had this much needed encouragement from a dear soul this week whose resilience and determination I admire greatly. He keeps himself ready to go at any point. He doesn’t lose focus and he stays strong in his body but most importantly in his heart ❤️. He doesn’t have to say much for me to feel that heart of compassion shining through. Physical strength is important for my skeletal stability. If I am lazy = pain. And yet at times it still feels difficult to motivate myself. Are you using your bands the right way? ⚡ . The more of these you can check, the better : . ✔️Make sure that you're contracting the muscles you're hitting, build that mind-muscle connection ✔️Always keep tension on the band ✔️Go through a full range of motion, if the band doesn't allow that, try to move closer (ex.
