A loving attitude appears when we move beyond the all about what the world is doing to me. When we become aware that little eyes are observing that courage and strength is not in a blade that destroys it’s the ability to put it all down to be inspiration of change. When we come from the shadows of hurts and fears we surrender the one that our behaviour is hurting the most. Courage is stepping out of the fight and saying this is not the way.      Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the demands of life  such as work, school or relationships that exceed your ability to cope. At that time stress is  producing a boost that provides the drive and energy to help people get through situations like nursing exams or work deadlines. And the attitude is the  a way of thinking or being. It is our thoughts and emotions that can  affect all aspects of your life. A healthy or positive attitude is an optimistic state of mind that will help you to increase your healthy self-esteem and self confidence.
     Although, an extreme amount of stress or negative attitude can have health consequences such as affecting the immune, cardiovascular, and central nervous systems. We can prevent negative outcomes are  by achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance on specific task or objectives.      
      Relaxation technique is one of the  essential part of stress management of your busy life. Everyone needs to relax and recharge to repair the toll stress takes on your mind and body. Common relaxation techniques include meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, tai chi and yoga. It doesn't matter which relaxation technique you choose just choose that works for you and practice it regularly.   
     Another benefit of the stress management is positive thinking that can improve your health.  It means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive, productive way. You should think what the best is going to happen, not the worst. The effects of positive thinking may include: increased life span, lower rates of depression, lower levels of distress, better cardiovascular health, reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease and improved psychological well-being.
Positive thinking may reflect your outlook on life, your attitude toward yourself, and whether you're optimistic or pessimistic, it may even affect your health. How you answer that question illustrates your general outlook on the world and how well you cope with stress. How you can see the glass half empty or half full?

        This doesn't mean you must be happy all of the time. It means you regularly return back to the awareness and choice of seeing the glass half full. Your awareness is open and positive  that is generally in an optimistic state of mind, and will make your  life more optimistic and  the ability to handle life's difficulties with more brain power. That ability may contribute to the widely observed health benefits of positive thinking and you better able to handle everyday stress in a more constructive way.
        In addition, having a positive attitude makes you more creative and it can help you to make better decisions. It improves your relationships, increases your chances of success in any endeavor and  makes you happier and more resilient. Also, you are less prone to stress, anxiety, and depression and more likely you want to take care of yourself, eat healthy, and stay fit.
