Hell, even her given name was symbolism towards the children. n a way, she was like the childrens second mother. A role that she was programmed to play so that her creator could seemingly further himself from the children and not have to deal with the messiness of children. It also seemed like her creator truly had no emotional attachment to these children like she did. But, eventually, their loving family member of theirs was left behind by those that she was programmed to care of as well as the fact that she loved the idiotic children. But, soon, they would dent her metal heart as the years would pass and she would be put into storage by her creator. Hestia no longer felt utterly compelled to follow her programming, instead, she like she had to openly defy it. To break free of her prison and discover what she liked. What it was like to live for herself.... what it truly meant to human.❞

The Umbrella Academy as Greek Gods

Luther: Poseidon, because he lived in a separate domain that was all his own and it's stunted his personal growth. Both have mood swings like the tides, and are definitely self-righteous leaders.

Diego: Ares, in all his grumpy, violent glory. Stubborn and definitely pig-headed often. Also both are definitely Sad Boys and just need love.

Allison: Demeter, because she's grounded and caring and she has the whole drama with her beloved daughter. The mom friend, obviously.

Klaus: Dionysus, because duh. 😜

Five: Hermes, because he acts as messenger to the group and is also a harbinger of death. They're young and scrappy and full of attitude.

Ben: Hades-besides the fact that he's dead, he also has a dark sense of humor, yet is totally the most put-together and loyal one of the siblings.

Vanya: So Vanya was the hardest one because she has such a personality change throughout the series. I believe at the beginning she was Hestia, constantly overlooked and underestimated. But as Vanya grows into her own, she becomes Artemis. The only guy she likes is disapproved of by her family (fair, lesbihonest.) She becomes wild and unrestrained, and serves up karma as she pleases.

A Taste of Oc’s Fashion; Hestia Hargreeves [ 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐄 𝐇𝐔𝐌𝐀𝐍 ━━ 𝘵𝘢𝘶 & 𝘮𝘤𝘶 ]

When Hestia Hargreeves was was originally created by Sir Reginald Hargreeves, there was very little thought put in about fashion or what exactly she would wear besides outdated outfits. This meant that she had very little knowledge on fashion, how to do any form of makeup and her hair, and what was proper feminine hygiene. It wasn’t till Allison had show the android some of those that the female android began to slowly evolve from the lack luster abilities her creator gave her. Although, Hestia was stuck with old mid-60’s vintage wardrobe.

Currently, after many new programmings and the new libration from her father’s passing, Hestia Hargreeves fashion has once again changed as well as her outer appearance. She likes to change her hair on whim. So, one day it can be styled in cute plain blonde curls or dyed so her fun colors like that of hot pink or a perfectly black flatironed look. Which is something that she has always wanted to do, but was unpremeditated to do because of her stupid creator. Hestia fashion currently could be described like that of dark prep with tiny tings of grunge mixed in. This means that the female android wears a lot of dark toned dresses and skirts, leather jackets, flannels, heels and combat boots.
