(grabs you by the shoulders) you have to make room for new experiences in your life. you have to go through the unpleasant work of leaving your comfort zone, even if just for a few minutes at a time. because if you don't, your brain will trick you into stagnation. you will start to believe that the world can barely fit you in it. but that's not true. it's the opposite way around. you can fit the whole word inside of you. your task is only this: to welcome it with open arms
#i know we are all neurodivergent and executive disfunction and routine disruption is kicking our ass and it's hard. but you have to.#and i dont even mean like. travel to another country i mean#take the other bus home#or buy a different tea brand#YOUR BRAIN IS A MUSCLE EXERCISE IT.

How I Plan My Week to Fit in Pilates, Money Moves, and Friend Dates
by Soleau Club

If it’s not in my calendar, it’s not happening. Between trying to stay fit, flirt with my goals, and not ghost my friends, I had to figure out how to actually plan a week that lets me be the boss, the beauty, and the balanced goddess I want to be. Spoiler: it’s not about doing more. It’s about doing it cuter, calmer, and way more strategically.
Here’s the ritual that keeps me toned, rich(ish), and socially fulfilled—without spiraling.
Step 1: I pick my non-negotiables first
Pilates, journaling, and one friend date per week go in my calendar before the meetings, the errands, or the random “can you hop on a call?” texts. If it’s part of the hot girl vision, it gets protected like it’s a standing date with my future self.
Step 2: Monday is for money and movement
I treat Mondays like a soft launch into the week. I always book a Pilates class to move stagnant weekend energy and do a full money check-in: look at accounts, set my financial intentions, follow up on invoices, romanticize my budget. I even light a candle while I do it—because wealth energy is sacred.
Step 3: Midweek is for momentum
Tuesday–Thursday is where I let myself grind… gently. I stack my “power moves” in this window: content creation, strategy planning, client meetings, etc. These are the days I’ll sometimes do two-a-day movement (a walk + a class) and eat meals that are high-protein and high-vibe. Basically, I become the CEO of my own energy.
Step 4: Fridays are social or sensual (or both)
I block off Friday evenings for friendship or flirtation. Whether it’s a date, a girls’ dinner, or a solo evening with my foam roller and a face mask, I make it a vibe. Hot girls don’t let the week end in burnout.
Step 5: Sundays are sacred
I don’t care if I’m hungover, in love, or in a deep-clean frenzy—Sunday mornings are for the reset. I map my week, grocery shop, do a lymphatic drainage routine, and reflect on what worked (and what didn’t). It’s not a chore, it’s a ceremony.
My secret weapon? Theme days.
Money Mondays
Wellness Wednesdays
Flirt Fridays
Self-care Sundays
Not every week is perfect, but this flow gives me structure without strangling my spontaneity. I stay active, abundant, and adored—without sacrificing my sanity.
Follow @soleauclub for weekly rituals, soft structure, and hot girl life design that doesn’t drain your nervous system.

The Secret to Home Fitness Success: What You Need to Know
Home fitness has taken the world by storm. More and more people are ditching the crowded gyms, costly memberships, and long commutes in favor of working out in their own space. But is home fitness really as effective as hitting the gym? And how do you get started? Today, we’re diving into some key questions about home fitness, helping you get closer to making the right decision for your fitness journey.
What Makes Home Fitness So Popular?
The flexibility of home fitness is a game changer. You don’t need to adjust your life around gym hours, and you can squeeze in a workout whenever it fits your schedule—whether it’s early morning before the kids wake up, or late at night after a long day. Plus, the convenience of not having to leave the house makes it easier to stick to a routine.
For many, the gym can be intimidating—filled with complex equipment, mirrors, and other people who seem to already know what they’re doing. Home fitness eliminates this pressure. You’re in control of your workout environment, free from the distractions and insecurities that often come with a public space. No more waiting in line for machines or comparing yourself to others. It's just you, your space, and your goals.
Do You Need Expensive Equipment for Home Fitness?
One common misconception is that you need a fully equipped gym at home to see results. That couldn’t be further from the truth! While investing in a few basics like dumbbells or resistance bands can enhance your workouts, home fitness is incredibly versatile. You can start with bodyweight exercises and still build strength and burn fat effectively.
In fact, bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks are incredibly powerful for building muscle and improving endurance. As you progress, you can incorporate more equipment based on your needs and goals. You don’t need to break the bank to get started—often, the most essential tool for home fitness is just the commitment to begin.
What Are the Benefits of Working Out at Home?
The benefits of home fitness go far beyond convenience. For starters, working out at home saves you time. There’s no travel time to factor in, which means you can dive right into your routine. It also gives you the flexibility to work out on your terms—whether that’s during your lunch break, first thing in the morning, or while catching up on your favorite show.
Additionally, home fitness allows you to tailor your workouts to your specific needs without distractions. Want to focus on bodyweight strength training or high-intensity cardio? You get to decide. With no one watching, you can explore different routines and take your time learning the movements that work best for you.
Lastly, let’s not forget the financial perks. With gym memberships getting pricier, home fitness can be a cost-effective alternative. Once you’ve set up your space with the basic equipment, the cost drops significantly compared to paying monthly gym fees. Over time, the savings really add up.
How Do You Stay Motivated?
While home fitness offers unmatched flexibility, staying motivated can sometimes be a challenge. It’s easy to get distracted by household chores, family members, or just the comfort of your couch. The key to staying on track is creating a dedicated workout space. This doesn’t need to be fancy—a corner of your living room, a spare room, or even your garage can work.
Another important factor is having a clear plan. Without a structured workout program, it’s easy to lose focus and give up. This is why having exercise plans tailored to your goals is so important. Not only does it keep you accountable, but it also ensures you’re progressing safely and efficiently.
Consistency is another cornerstone of success. Set specific workout times, create a routine, and hold yourself accountable. Track your progress by recording your reps, sets, and how you feel after each session. Celebrating small wins, like completing a full week of workouts, helps build momentum and keep you motivated.
What's the Best Workout Routine for Home Fitness?
There isn’t one answer that works for everyone. Your workout routine will depend on your personal goals, fitness level, and available equipment. A great place to start is with a balance of strength training and cardio exercises. This combination allows you to burn fat, build muscle, and improve your cardiovascular health.
Strength training can be done with or without equipment. Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups, and lunges target multiple muscle groups and help increase your overall strength. Meanwhile, cardio can be as simple as jumping jacks, burpees, or even jogging in place to get your heart rate up.
The key is variety. Keep your workouts interesting by mixing in different types of exercises. This not only helps you avoid burnout but also ensures you’re working all areas of your body.
So, What’s Next?
Now that you know the basics of home fitness, you’re probably ready to dive deeper into how to make the most of your workouts from home. But what equipment should you invest in first? How do you structure your workouts for maximum results? And what should your diet look like to fuel your fitness journey?

How to Build a Hot Girl Wellness Routine That Doesn’t Feel Like Work
by Soleau Club

If your wellness routine feels like a full-time job, you’re doing it wrong. Hot girl wellness isn’t about over-scheduling, over-caffeinating, and pretending you love celery juice. It’s about flow, energy, and feeling like your most radiant, rested, ridiculously magnetic self.
Here’s how I built a routine that feels like self-worship, not self-discipline:
Start With the Vibe, Not the Rules
Before you write down a single goal, ask: How do I want to feel? Energized? Light? Glowy? That’s your blueprint. From there, build habits that match the feeling—not trends, not TikTok, not what worked for that influencer with a full-time chef.
Anchor Your Day With “Bare Minimum Wellness”
Not every day is going to be a coconut-water-and-Pilates-core-burner kind of day. That’s why I created my non-negotiables:
Morning hydration with minerals
A walk, even if it’s just around the block
One high-vibe meal that makes my skin thank me That’s it. Anything else is a bonus.
Romanticize the Boring Stuff
Hot girls make the mundane feel luxe. I dry brush in a silk robe. I stretch while burning my favorite candle. I add collagen to my matcha and pretend I’m at a spa. Turn your wellness into a whole experience, not a checklist.
Cycle Your Energy, Not Just Your Hormones
Some days I’m a Pilates goddess. Some days I just lie on my acupressure mat and vibe. Honor your energy like it’s seasonal—not every day is summer. This is how you stay consistent without burning out.
Make Movement Feel Sexy Again
Forget punishing workouts. Think: sensual Pilates flows, dance breaks in your robe, barefoot grounding with your matcha. Hot girl fitness isn’t about burn—it’s about body love.
Gut Health, But Make It Hot
Instead of forcing myself to eat fermented cabbage (sorry, kimchi stans), I built a gut-friendly routine I actually like:
Aloe juice in the AM
Bloat teas that taste like a spa day
A cute lil probiotic I keep on my nightstand
Wellness = Who You Are, Not What You Do
The shift happens when you stop “trying to be healthy” and start embodying the girl who naturally prioritizes her well-being. She doesn’t force. She aligns.
If it feels like work, tweak it until it feels like play. You’re not here to hustle your way to health—you’re here to glow.
Follow @soleauclub for more hot girl wellness that works with you, not against you.
